Voordelen: "I traveled solo with 2 toddlers. It was obviously not the best flight I’ve had but the staff was super helpful. The flight attendant got me the changing table ready every time I had to change my daughter. And always they helped me to stay with one of my kids when I had to take the other one to the bathroom. They were really kind and offered many kids related stuff (headphones, baby care kit, kids travel kit, etc.) Plus the food was amazing as always in Turkish Airlines."

If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

As a result , although I had no hold luggage (only cabin bag), I had to queue at the check-in/drop-baggage desk to obtain my boarding pass! This is the old prehistoric system dating back to the last century."

Decided to do their own thing rather than what the airline allows. It's almost like they lacked training or just don't want to learn. No accountability whatsoever as one of the employee said "it's not like it's gonna affect my job anyways". Poor poor terrible customer service, no courtesy, no etiquette. I can go on and on but ain't nobody got time for their negativity."

They handed everyone a warm, wet wash cloth before dinner was passed. Everyone also received a package that included a pair of slippers, lip balm, tooth brush and tooth paste. We hadn't received anything like this on any of our other flights. These were small jesters that make you feel great!"

Nadelen: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Nadelen: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc."

I have traveled with BA many times in the past 40 yrs, and i don't remember this scene. Either I was not paying attention, or this is the new policy???!!"

Nadelen: "The plane was old and literally falling apart. Tray tables were disconnecting. Worst part: The flight was delayed for some baggage mixup. Then they did nothing proactively to help passengers with tight connections that were only tight bc the flight was so late."

Nadelen: "Very crowded, sat 2.5 hours on the tarmac. Air was not functioning in back two sections, bathroom overcrowded. Went to the forward bathroom and airconditioning running strong and bathrooms not in use. I think that in an emergency situation, all passengers should be treated with respect. Letting customers use the bathrooms in business class and receiving the same airconditioning would have been humane."

Nadelen: "2 heures de retards Siege cassé Peu et médiocre choix de films et dessins animés Pas de possibilité de mettre des médicaments dans un frigo et pas assez de glace pour palier à ce manque Accoudoir de A380 ne lève pas totalement donc impossible de dormir sur les genoux des parents pour les enfts"

Voordelen: "Nothing. Delayed. Waiting around a lot. No satisfactory explanation."
Nadelen: "Delays. Poor communication. Disappointment that you can now count on BA to be worse than just about all other airlines."

Nadelen: "Understanding the COVID situation but they can give more than a bottle of water (3oz) and a bag of pretzels 🥨 (50 grams) and yet they charge full fare prices and worse extra for any bags!!!!"

Nadelen: "My charger port wasn't working for my phone, and the movie in wanted to watch wasn't working either."

Nadelen: "Arriving on time to make connection although I am not sure 1 hour 30 minutes was long enough to make our next flight. The baggage took a very long time."

Nadelen: "I ordered kosher food and again American Airlines didn’t get me any"

Voordelen: "All was ok accept they charge 32dollar for bag."

Nadelen: "Flight got delayed. We paid for assigned seating for our almost 85 yo mom. And the change in flight no one asked for to get seated in the front of plane. Instead she was seated all the way in the back. It was physically exhausting for her."

Voordelen: "Crew bemoeide zich op deze korte vlucht met niemand. Bracht wat te drinken rond. Verder niet."

Nadelen: "Seats (too small and little distance between them) Food (although this time the breakfast was better, AA has the worst food selection compared to other airlines. I just have to get dinner at the airport or eat at the lounge before bording) service is also mediocre, flight attendants are lazy"

Nadelen: "Nieuwe regels waarbij je je koffertje onder je stoel moet plaatsen of extra moet betalen om hem in de ruimte boven je hoofd te mogen plaatsen. Er is wel 5x gevraagd of ik wel zeker wist dat die van mij onder mijn stoel paste!!"

Voordelen: "The films available were okay, but we had to watch them on our phones."
Nadelen: "Moved our gate twice, both times the AA boarding crew laughed at the anger they’d caused among the upset passengers. They were also not vocal about the gate changes until pressed. We were asked to sit by the emergency gate as able and willing humans unaware it was placed beside the center bathroom.. so unpleasant."

Voordelen: "Didn’t like anything"
Nadelen: "Delayed several times"

Voordelen: "The dinner was good"
Nadelen: "All the flight attendants were hanging out in the back. Socializing like we were invisible. They seemed to prioritize one another over the passengers. It felt a little odd."

Voordelen: "The food was fabulous!"

Voordelen: "Food was really good, crew members fantastic. Boarding was a little messy, a mix between anxious passengers and weak organization."
Nadelen: "The entertainment system didn't work and there was no way to solve it. It should've been checked before. It was a 9-hours flight with almost nothing to do."

Nadelen: "flight delayed in Mazatlan 115 minutes, although told time would be made by pilot, not true.. No help in DFW, missed flight, had tickets in first and had to settle for coach 3 hrs. later."

Nadelen: "New plane and excellent service. The flight was on time and the crew was very servicial."

Nadelen: "On my trip to Atlanta from new York the gate staff were horrible. Nasty attitudes and forced me to check in a bag that is made and approved by airlines to be considered a carry-on making me miss my 6 am flight to then book me on a 930am flight that was delayed for about an hour. I've never experienced this with any other airline before. Very disappointed"

Voordelen: "Good food"
Nadelen: "Online check in for one of our two passengers was impossible. Simply never worked. At airport check in desk, manual data entry errors during airport check in caused issues during customs at the end of the flight. Also we were not seated together initially even tho reservations were made months in advance. Airline online check in was pushing us to pay extra for seats together."

Nadelen: "Free seats in economy class are way too squeezed for a 10 hours flight."

Voordelen: "Entertainment system was great."
Nadelen: "Seats too small. I mean waaaay too small."

Voordelen: "expected rough ride due to weather, but flight was very smooth. Pilot was great, and made good time!"
Nadelen: "a bit of a delay to weather, but that is understandable"

Voordelen: "Our flight was cancelled"
Nadelen: "Our flight was cancelled And rescheduled and we were not notified. We missed our flight. The next flight was the following day. We missed a day of vacation and $500 a day hotel fees. We felt we should be reimbursed for our flight but the person we talked to wasn't too helpful."

Voordelen: "It was all good.it was"

Voordelen: "Entertainment package at your seat was easy to use and had a wide variety of movies, music, etc. to please anyone. Plane was new and everything worked. Arrived early!!! Captain was best attribute of the crew."
Nadelen: "Crew seemed to be robotic, no personality, just doing a job. Food was just OK, nothing special, but at least it was somewhat tasty."

Voordelen: "Very nice gate crew, efficient boarding, quick and efficient takeoff"
Nadelen: "Found out that a lot of Argentinians do not obey the crew rules. Before the seatbelt sign turns off they already start moving to the front of the plane. But off course is not the airline duty to teach manners."

Nadelen: "Taking away headphones 40 mins prior to landing is ridiculous. AA needs to abandon Bose or figure out a better way."

Nadelen: "The "valet" checking of larger carry on bags was not acceptable. Passengers were expected to load their bags on a large cart while airline workers stood by watching them struggle, including the elderly. I was very disappointed and embarrassed for this airline. Customer service is definitely not a priority!"

Voordelen: "we arrived safely"
Nadelen: "had to take a shuttle to depart from a remote terminal. Had to climb up a long ramp. Seats were very close to each other (no knee room). No food. not enough overhead space for luggage. Very tight and uncomfortable seating."

Nadelen: "American Airlines delayed my flight over 16 hours. Very unhappy."

Voordelen: "Nothing special. Horrible food (the worst in years). Cabin crew try to manage but a refurbished plane doesn't justify more than double for a substandard bussines class."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 4 hours so we missed our connection. The entertainment system was down during the flight and all they did was apologized over the speaker. There was no rep waiting to help upset customers so we had to wait TWO hours in line as there were only 2 girls at the counter when there are 6 counters. They were completely unapologetic and although they set us up on another airline to fly back, the whole experience was completely unsettling. AVIANCA NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!"

Voordelen: "The crew really good"
Nadelen: "People at the bs as airport didn't organize everything. Lines all over the place and two flights cancelled to the same destination in less than 24 hours! Got lucky that they didn't move us onto a next flight because there was a domino effect on the flight. I stead of solving a problem for 200, they began to make problems for 600."

Nadelen: "Boarding was slow. Flight to Chicago which was at the same gate took way too long to board. Could not figure out the problem. Took WAY too long to get wheelchairs to unload passengers off the plane that was to take us to Dallas. Sat on the tarmac for additional 20 min. Delay cost me an additional 2 1/2 hours later in Dallas and FIVE hours in London airport!!"

Voordelen: "On time, very friendly and accommodating crew!"
Nadelen: "My screen didn't work BA to Dallas but I didn't ask for help either!"

Nadelen: "Flight was very late. Boarding was not good!"

Voordelen: "Movies. Upgraded to more spacious seat."
Nadelen: "Dry dry dry. Hard to sleep."

Voordelen: "Very affordable! Traveling can be difficult, especially from Chicago O'hare - one of the busiest airports in the country - but everything was made easy for me and was a breeze!"
Nadelen: "No complaints here!"

Voordelen: "the different sections of the plane made it feel smaller. Great food in flight along with the entertainment."
Nadelen: "it was a long flight, not enough movies to watch throughout the flight. Only dc outlets available which i wasn't prepared for"
