They were really kind and offered many kids related stuff (headphones, baby care kit, kids travel kit, etc.) Plus the food was amazing as always in Turkish Airlines."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "No boarding pass available online in advance for flights from Nicosia (neither electronic nor printed). Only to be collected at the airport. As a result , although I had no hold luggage (only cabin bag), I had to queue at the check-in/drop-baggage desk to obtain my boarding pass! This is the old prehistoric system dating back to the last century."

Nadelen: "But the second leg of my trip which was Lagos back to Houston was horrible, the Turkish Airlines employees at the Murtala Mohammed International airport Lagos were the worst ever, unprofessional, rude and lack basic knowledge of boarding. Decided to do their own thing rather than what the airline allows. It's almost like they lacked training or just don't want to learn. No accountability whatsoever as one of the employee said "it's not like it's gonna affect my job anyways". Poor poor terrible customer service, no courtesy, no etiquette. I can go on and on but ain't nobody got time for their negativity."

We hadn't received anything like this on any of our other flights. These were small jesters that make you feel great!"

Over there they helped me, and everything was fine after that. But this is RIDICULOUS, that I need to go to f... airport to solv the problem. Never ever turkish!!!!!!"

Nadelen: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Nadelen: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Nadelen: "Le vol a été dérouté sur Lyon pour des vents dangereux. Seul hic, l’ensemble des autres vols atterrissants à Genève on tous pu atterrir dans la même tranche horaire. Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

I've flown to Europe with various international flight companies and LATAM has equaled such but what put it above others was the personal attention when I had a problem with luggage. In Lima, Peru there was a connection and an attendant named Sebastian went the extra mile contacting luggage handlers with his cell phone to ensure my bag was recovered and waiting at the gate of my connecting flight en route to Buenos Aires. A special thanks goes to Sebastian. Thank you Brother."

Voordelen: "The best business class seating we've encountered ... tons of leg room, side by side seating arrangements. I peeped into economy and that's not too bad neither. The seats were 3 sets of 3 seats per row. Most other planes would have at least 10 seats across."
Nadelen: "The crew was not very attentive. A group of them always chit chatting in the kitchen area. Food was very mediocre in business class, can't imagine what it's like in economy."

Voordelen: "Always a pleasure to travel to someplace for the first time. LAN provided access to the VIP lounge which made the experience at the Lima airport very nice. Aside from that the experience was efficient and as expected."

Nadelen: "There was a LAN strike at airport. No manager from LAN, nor airport came forth for over 2 hours to talk w/ passengers. 8 a.m. flight left at 2 p.m. No apologies given."

Nadelen: "24 hour delay, second flight returning delayed AGAIN, lost all my luggage and was never returned."

Voordelen: "The entertainment was good for such a flight. Boarding was fast."
Nadelen: "Food was very basic; neds to be improved cosnideing it is international."

Nadelen: "Wasn't allowed to board because my sister is autistic traveling with her service dog. This had been the worst experience ever. We feel discriminated for something that is outside our control . This is unacceptable."

Voordelen: "Ce qui m'aurait plu c'est de ne pas être obligée de voyager avec un chien . Qu'est ce que un chien faisait dans un avion en train de voyager avec les passagers? Pas de liesse, et la seule fois que je l'ai vu dans une cage, c'etait pour le transporter c'est pendant le debarquement."
Nadelen: "Pour un vol international de plus de 4 heures est plutôt surprenant, et desagreable, le fait que l'equipage de l'avion n'ait jamais offert de rafraichissements pendant le vol (never mind de nourriture). Il a fallu que les passagers demandent, à la pièce, d'avoir quelque chose à boire, pour en avoir"

Nadelen: "Les sièges business devrait être un petit peu plus large au niveau des épaules en position lit. Mes épaules touchées des 2 côtes. Aussi prévoit un petit peu plis de place au niveau des pieds aussi en position lit."

Voordelen: "le personnel très professionnel et affable. La traduction anglaise manque de volume et très difficile à entendre sur les 4 avions"

Nadelen: "En arrivant à Montréal, il n'y avait pas de fauteuil roulant pour mon épouse. Elle a du marché tout l'aéroport jusqu'à la douane ce qui est très long pour quelqu'un d'anticiper. C'est la seule place où nous avons du nous débrouiller seul."

Nadelen: "While I completely understand the visa policy the flight attendants should be more educated in regards of the visa, and ESTA required to enter the US. As a Canadian I am not required an ESTA to enter the US at any time and I had to politly argue with the airline employe at check-in over that mater."

Nadelen: "Nous avons dû attendre plus d'une heure sans nouvelles avant de se faire dire que nous aurions encore 1 h de plus de retard. Nous sommes partie avec près de 3 h de retard. Les écrans tombaient en panne de tous les passagers et l'équipage semblaient ne pas s'en soucier. Pourtant un redémarrage a réglé le problème. (fait a la demande des passagers)."

Voordelen: "Lots of free entertainment options. Easy USB locations where you can charge your phone. Somehow got called to cut line and board right away. They provided food (though had I known, I would have ordered vegetarian)."

Nadelen: "I hated that it wasn’t available the tv or internet service, the headphones was terrible, all my zone 3 could not see any movie or video or music during all that 9 hours. So when I clicked to see a movie the view, the image was just black with any sound. I was very disappointing. It was stressful"

Quand je lui en ai fait la demande elle ne s en ai pas occuper et je suis resté avec mon siege situé entre D et F. Avec en plus le passager devant moi qui a incliné son siege. Disons que j avais peu place. La climatisation ne semblait pas fo ctionner il faisait trop chaud. J avais un transfert a faire a Mexico pour Managua. A MTL on me dit que je dois recuperer mes bagages a Mexico. A Mexico on me dit qu ils les tramsferent eux memes!!! J attend mon vol a la porte 57 pour Managua. Sans en etre averti l em barquement a été changé sans que nous en soyons averti. Heureusement on s en ai rendu compte. En somme une très mauvaise expérience..."
