Wi-Fi didn’t work. Boarding was totally confusing. Guy next to me took more then his area. Constantly touching me pushing on me. Had a bag blocking getting out. Almost fell. Crew didn’t help

I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

There were massive flight delays and no communication from staff. Then without notifying us, they changed the aircraft to a non-Aer Lingus flight with no seat entertainment for a 7 hour cross Atlantic day time flight and the aircraft and flight crew were from some budget charter airline. The airline was old and did not seem safe and the food and service was horrible. My husband and I both suffered from sciatica pain because of the uncomfortable seats. Aer Lingus did not communicate these changes or offer to put passengers on a different flight. I will never fly them again.

The flight crew was very accommodating and the seat was comfortable.

2.5hr wait for baggage

First time with Aer lingus, excellent job. Recommended ;)

Nadelen: "Four hour delay that started out as a one hour delay, then we were told it would be a two hour delay. Ended as four hours. First mechanical and then fuel spill. Since the delay was so long the hallway lights in gate area seemed pre-set to turn off; so they did turn off, leaving travelers in the waiting area in semi-darkness. On the positive, we were each given 7euro food voucher and closest food vender remained open for us. Ground crew maintained their professionalism and good humor... even when all could see jet fuel leaking out of the fuel truck lines attached to the aircraft and runway/taxi/apron staff scrambling as the fire trucks pulled up. Fuel pooled around the truck and formed a riverlet flowing about forty feet .Yikes! ...but in the end we got home safe!"
Voordelen: "clearing customs in Dublin rather than US was nice. Since we chose the flight based on price, It's reasonable to expect some corner cutting."
Nadelen: "Aer Lingus operated the flight. Haphazzard ticketing/check-in procedure would have been stressful if it wasn't clear that everyone else on the plane was there in line too. Both legs of our trip with Aer Lingus were on older planes, that had obviously flown a lot of miles. Sound on my seat console on this flight was so bad that it was unusable."
Voordelen: "Entertainment system did it work well. Controls were slow and difficult to navigate and graphics were poor. The audio was poor and did not work at all the last 3 hours of the flight."
Nadelen: "The extra charge for seat selection for an aisle seat added $50 each way (NYC to Dublin and connecting with Munich) which made the cost more than anticipated. This should be more clear when booking, because it was a surprise. It was appreciate to have no charge, however for carry on + one checked bag."

Nadelen: "They airline left our luggage in Dublin and we still do mat have it. It's been over a day. 25 other people were impacted by this error. My daughters wedding is in two days. I have no clothes. My tray table was filthy. Had to ask the flight attendant for a wet napkin to clean the tray and my hands."

Nadelen: "Our stewardess skipped about 3 rows of people during beverage service. A gentleman turned on the service light but unfortunately no one ever came back to provide beverages or answer his call. It was a three hour plane ride and had no turbulence. Not really sure what the problem was."

On a raté notre vol pour Los Angeles car le vol BA 305 pour Londres n existait pas !!! C est tout simplement scandaleux . Nos vacances sont gâchees!!! Nous avons eu de votre part ni excuses, ni compensations .

Le vol est parti avec 2 heure de retard. Dans l'attente, aucune information ne nous a été donnée et le personnel du service client de British Airlines absent. Avant le départ, le Stewart a dû réparer le plafond de la cabine avec du scotch. Nous sommes arrivés trop en retard pour prendre ka navette reliant l'aéroport au centre ville et nos bagages étaient perdus ! Impossible de joindre le service client de British Airlines (répondeur pendant 30 minutes puis ça raccroche) !

le personnel et les repas sont excellents... Le confort est relatif et à l'embarquement en peu d'attente du à un faible nombre de cabine de checking ouvertes... Les sièges sont un peu spartiates pour le vol, donc confort relatif, mais pour une ou deux heures c'est supportable.

Toujours très compliqué de récupérer ses cartes d'embarquement à l'aéroport et impossible de les prendre en ligne ... Vol très correct, équipage très sympa.

C'est une grosse arnaque cette compagnie. Je n'ai pas pu récupérer mon argent suite la fermeture des frontières.
