When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Nadelen: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Nadelen: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Nadelen: "Le vol a été dérouté sur Lyon pour des vents dangereux. Seul hic, l’ensemble des autres vols atterrissants à Genève on tous pu atterrir dans la même tranche horaire. Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Furthermore, the entertainment on board is great! Nice movies, nice food, friendly flight attendants, etc. They even offered me a second sandwich =)! I truly loved my experience with KLM."

"Well many things could have been better. I bought business class ticket. There was no lounge at airport. At least they could have provided us vouchers for a good restaurant to rest, eat, charge our phones etc... The seats were so uncomfortable. They dont recline and i booked business especially for comfort due to back pain. There was no entertainment at all. In our time this is really poor. I liked the food. Crew was super nice."

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Nadelen: "Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Nadelen: "Boarding by groups was not followed, no one to control them, just a rush to gate. No discipline by Iberia. Reserved a seat on aisle of 3 seats side section so my left leg could stretch out after surgery but they changed aircraft type w/ only 2 seats on side without notification, so my right leg had the aisle."

Voordelen: "J’ai voyagé avec un chien en soute. On m’a tenu informé que mon chien était bien à bord lors du changement d’avion."

Nadelen: "Ma valise n’à pas suivie à Madrid. Résultat 4h d’attente à Genève pour la réclamation de valise. Horrible !"

Voordelen: "Iberia Premium Tourista is an absolute gem, don't overlook an upgrade from Tourista."
Nadelen: "The food is just marginal, but I wasn't expecting anything different"

Voordelen: "Fairly standard international flight. In flight meals were fine. Seats were spacious enough (6’3” I need the legroom)."
Nadelen: "Not a terrible negative in the slightest; the onboard entertainment won’t load until the plane is in crushing altitude. Thought it was weird as that has never happened before, but not really a problem"

Nadelen: "No legroom, plane too warm, movies were unedited, but most of all we missed our connection and there wasn't even an apology, or any compensation. We missed the main event of our trip and were very disappointed. There was only 45 minutes scheduled between the two flights--in which you had to traverse the huge Madrid airport (train), and go through customs and security again. We were 5 minutes late to the gate--after being told in Miami they would hold the plane for us."

Nadelen: "Online check in failed, and legroom was non-existent - the worst of any alliance-based carrier I have ever flown."

Voordelen: "crew members were nice."
Nadelen: "They switched someone into my seat and didn't give me a new seat. It was very hot in the airplane making it very uncomfortable. They also forgot to take my tray before landing and I had to hold it in my lap."

Voordelen: "This trip would have been another good experience for me flying with Iberia if it wasn't for the man that was sitting behind me. He didn't want me to recline my seat because he wanted to cross his legs... I told him that the guy in front of me had his seat reclined all the way and I wanted (sort of needed) to do the same, then he got aggressive with verbal abuse, called me names and he punched my seat. So I called the flight attendant and told her about the incident. She was nice and calm and told the man in a very respectful way that I wasn't doing anything wrong and he should not behave in an aggressive manner, etc. The man kept mumbling insults addressed to me while talking to his wife and making sure I was hearing it.... And he kept kicking my seat every now and then, and made a fuss every time he went to the toilet. He really ruined my flight experience to New York."

Nadelen: "the employees at the airport were rude (flight attendants were great) & the airline changed our gate twice in the 20 minutes before the flight. everyone on the connection in from London had to run to the new gate, only to have to wait in line for a bus. completely ridiculous."

Nadelen: "The fact one attendant didn’t empathize that I was unable to order my food and didn’t try to help me eat something and basically said too bad, I’m sorry.a pleasant surprise being"

Nadelen: "Even though there were rows of empty seats we were assigned the very last row. The flight attendants were clanging and banging right behind us though there was no food or drink service. The seats are too close together leaving no leg room for this six footer to sit with any comfort level. We won't do that again."

Nadelen: "Like everyone says, you are cattle jammed in a sardine can. Barely any leg room and I’m 5’3. Other thoughts: the plane was old, my seat had a lump in it, zero entertainment, food was over priced. (3 Euro for a tiny water). This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well."

Voordelen: "The whole experience was without issue - I arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 15 min before my flight, I checked in with the automated kiosk, received my luggage lablel, proceeded to the bag drop, placed my bag on the belt, the machine scanned my bag and check in was complete - all done in 6 minutes."
Nadelen: "Lining up at the boarding gate blocked those other passengers going to other gates - my only suggestion is to put a barrier between the thoroughfare and those waiting to go into the gate but I am thinking this is more an airport issue, rather than an airline issue as such - not a major issue."

Voordelen: "Bag check in was great! Had a great experience with the Easy Jet staff. Security was u bit unfriendly."

Nadelen: "The plane left 7 hours late. They did not provide information or a satisfactory explanation for the delays. On hour 6 of delay we were still unsure of whether the flight would be cancelled."

Nadelen: "Boarding was slow. They had us stand for thirty minutes in a hot jetway. They charged for all the food and beverages. No entertainment."

Nadelen: "Check in was dismal: I arrived in plenty of time with just three people in front of me in the queue, yet nearly missed my flight because they were all checked-in so slowly. Then when I had the temerity to mention politely that check-in had been very slow, she made no apology and was very rude."

Voordelen: "The EasyJet staff both in LGW & PRG were excellent. I felt they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They were all friendly and professional. EasyJet will be our go to airline for our flights to London and back."
Nadelen: "Though I’m not sure it is easyjet’s Fault, I didn’t like that in LGW the board said the flight was delayed an hour, but left on time. Could have gone horribly wrong had we procrastinated thinking that we had extra time."

Nadelen: "Lady at the counter was absolutely rude and digusting. She had no manners and customer service at all. She was screaming at people to place everything in one bag, instead of saying it calmly. Not the best start of your holidays at 6am."

Nadelen: "Presque deux heures de retard sans information (pendant toute cette durée on avait aucune idée de quand on allait partir). Durant l'attente dans l'avion, la clim a été coupé.. Je n'avais qu'un sac à dos et ont me l'a quand même fait mettre dans la soute, j'ai donc du perdre du temps à l'atterrissage."

Nadelen: "Easy jet late yet again, no food on board. This is becomming a typical occurance out if Luton and its just not good enough."

Nadelen: "I was rudely asked to put the trolley in the devise to verify it fits the size regulations. It did fit and then because of the delay, I was forced to check the trolley into the belly of the plane rather than into the overhead as there was no room for it on board. This was an unnecessary inconvenience as everything in the trolley was necessary for the flight."

Voordelen: "A l'heure et sans surprise"

Nadelen: "I prepaid to check my 2 roller bags and no one was at the drop off so they charged me TWICE the crazy expensive fee to check it at the gate while others with guitars and duffle bags were allowed on. Our bags would have fit in the overheads."

Nadelen: "Pour 3,5kg supplémentaires sur le bagage en soute mon ami à payé 56€ en supplément c’est une honte !! Les billets ne sont certes pas cher mais de là à voler votre clientèle .. Un bagage en soute coute 47€ comment expliquez-vous que 3 petits kilos supplémentaires coutent 56€"

Nadelen: "J’ai déposé mon bagage à main au pied de l’appareil et surprise en arrivant à Bruxelles : PAS DE VALISE ! Je suis à Bruxelles pour le week-end , il neige et fait -8 degré dehors et toutes mes affaires d’hiver sont dans la valise . Comment ma valise a t elle pu être oublié au pied de l’avion sur la piste à Bordeaux ????"

Then it was back and forward between the life chat and the contactform. Each of them pointing to each other to find a sollution.... guess what... nobody did"

Nadelen: "Being told off for bringing my duty free bottle of wine an drinking it mid flight. They ran out of wine on way over. I didn’t see anywhere where you can’t drink your own beverage??? Was quite embarrassing I have to say. I drank it anyway. What was I supposed to do with it??"

Nadelen: "Arnaque à l’achat du billet,vous réservez un vol allez et retour pour 3 jours hors saison pour 120€ et à l’arrivée cela vous coûte 250€ avec tous les suppléments dont priority bagage à main. Du n’importe quoi mettez un prix fixe que les clients sachent ou ils vont avec leur budget ?!"

Nadelen: "Premierement, le personnel de l'aeroport est totalement irrespectueux a l'aeroport frankfurt hahn. Et deuxiemement, les gens sont tres bruyants dans l'avion apres avoir bu de l'alcool. Je pense que des regles plus strictes concernant l'alcoolemie des passagers dans les vols devraient etre mises en place."

Voordelen: "Not much"
Nadelen: "We boarded on time but ended up 30 minutes late due to the staff running around like headless chickens, seemed very unorganised. Guy making announcements on the plane spoke so fast you couldn’t understand a word. Engine made a terrible buzzing noise for half the flight, so loud you had to shout to hear anyone."

Nadelen: "For your fault i lost my Next flight to Valencia and nobody of your personal helped me to resolve my problem, when you are the responsables that i lost my flight."

Voordelen: "Nouveau Boeing avec une cabine totalement repensée. Un bon vol dans son ensemble, Ryanair s'améliore de plus en plus: service..."
Nadelen: "Embarquement mal organisé et très retardé. Personnel non aimable..."

Voordelen: "Ponctualité"
Nadelen: "Le fait que les bagages à main voyagent maintenant systématiquement en soute ... les coffres en cabine sont vides et on doit attendre son petit sac à l´arrivée, après les bagages enregistrés ... Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"

Nadelen: "Two hours delay"

Nadelen: "Le retard d une heure pour embarquer ainsi que les nombreuses personnes avec des bagages cabine hors norme alors que moi j'ai payé un supplément à la réservation pour un bagage plus de 20kils! !!"

Nadelen: "Harcellement des commerciaux censés êtres des equipages navigant. Quand ce n'est pas les repas avec 5 min de lecture lourde avec son fort dont on se moque, puis la vente de parfums et autres avec liste lourde...vient le tour de cartes à gratter... insuportable , de surcroît si on veut se reposer"

Voordelen: "we did not receive the boading check in pass even we did an online check in and end up we have to pay 55pounds extra"

Nadelen: "Retard de 4h, peu d'information sur le vol, arrivée tardive a Bergame et correspondance pour Dublin manquée. Aucune prise en charge par RyanAir excepté un coupon de 5€ pour manger à l'aéroport de Bordeaux. Mensonge de l'équipage sur potentielle prise en charge et point de contact à l'arrivée à Bergame."

Nadelen: "The white wine I got was undrinkable. I told the strewart working at the back of the aircraft that ' the white wine is terrible, it's like drinking water and indrinkable'. His reply was ' well that's what you ordered'. I expected him to say; Sorry you found it like that and I will pass your comments to the catering company. this may sound like a trivial thing to comment on but I found his attitude very unprofessional. My wife and I also found the staircase from ground level to the corridor leading to passport control very demanding when carrying a 10 kilo roller case each. There is a lift somewhere but there are no directions to indicate where it is situated."

Voordelen: "Flight boarding was delayed but arrived on time to the destination. Cheap flight"
Nadelen: "No entertainment or free snacks/water. Flights were cheap but you can't cancel them, just modify the reservation. I bought the return flight to a different airport by mistake but i was not able to cancel"
