Not only was i forced to buy a brand new flight to get out to Orange County, i was charged $150 JUST to be able to keep the 2nd leg of my trip, which i'd already paid for. It's the 2nd Time Delta has done this to me in the space of 2 weeks and it's absolute Idiocy. Gouging you loyal customers like this is NOT how you do business."

Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Voordelen: "Some "perk" for Diamond status on Delta to get to a shorter security line, but customs and immigration was... customs and immigration."
Nadelen: "No available SkyTeam lounge unless you had a business class ticket. As a Diamond flier, I can always access the SkyTeam lounges. Audio for boarding was a little unclear so there was some confusion at boarding. For reasons unknown, my bag was moved from one overhead bin to another. Very frustrating since I board early to avoid this confusion and hassle."

A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it."

La nourriture était moyenne….

Voyage de san Francisco vers Honolulu à été mauvais. Petit avion pas de films (tous les écrans étaient en panne), pas de wifi. Il ne nous ont pas compensé, ils auraient pu nous offrir un sandwich ou une boisson gratuite.

Lufthansa is always late... better on our way back to Munich & Amsterdam. Outbound was a painful experience. Will consider to use them in the future.

Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

La boufe et l’équipage très cool seulement il fallait payer une petite bouteille de vin à 7 euros

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer

Transit à Frankfort : horrible !

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Eventually special meals were located, but not before passengers specifically demanding for them. WTF. Finnair generously pours you a half an glass of wine with meal, for anything more you have to pay for. Supposedly you can buy snacks with money, but there were no menus or pricelists to be found in the seat pockets. Touchscreen functions were barely working on my entertainment screen, the remote control didn't work altogether. WIFI didn't work at all."

Nadelen: "Experience was totally let down by the airport; nothing to blame the aircraft staff though. Avoid Helsinki airport like the plague for stopovers: bad signage, woeful information how to get to the city efficiently in English. HORRIBLE experience when trying to get lost property: you got to PAY for your initial email or pay top dollar just for a stupid and aggravating phone call!!! The number of exclamation marks is not exaggerated here. You can't even ask if they even have the item in their possession. Rarely had such a bad experience at an airport, and I travel a lot for work. This alone makes me think thrice about EVER getting Finnair again. Same company that manages the airport, so I'm giving this flight a bad review."

Nadelen: "We sat in the plane for 7.5 hours before moving. Airline provided no extra food though served what was meant to be breakfast before landing in the evening. Then they had not even coffee before actually landing. The vegetarian breakfast that was served in the evening had one dry pita bread with two slices of cucumbers and tomatoes, very lousy. Finnair has had that for years. If you order lacto-ovo meal, you get a vegan breakfast, a very low quality one. Why? I paid about $1500 for the flight and would like some service, too."

Nadelen: "Seat recline broken. Sarcastic male steward. Terrible food. Contracted Norovirus from the plane. Need to better disinfect between flights."
Voordelen: "The economy seating was relatively comfortable and spacious, compared to some other airlines, and we boarded and departed on time. Boarding was quick, if chaotic."
Nadelen: "They gave us ipads to watch movies, which were old and didn't work well, but were difficult to hold if you also got a tray or a drink. They didn't give you much water and it was hard to get service. The airplane itself looked pretty old and a little run-down."
Voordelen: "I flew with American to London and with British in the way back... British air is such a nicer experience from the food, to the crew, to the entertainment."

Voordelen: "The price was right. The crew were very pleasant and attentive. Seating had sufficient room. Good movie selection."
Nadelen: "Seats did not recline properly, were not comfortable and very hard and hard on the bum."

Nadelen: "I booked this trip thinking it was with a European carrier - I had specifically wanted to avoid an American carrier. I was unable to confirm my flight online and had to ring because at NO POINT was I sent info that it was AA and not Finnair. I was charge almost $60 for this service because I did not have the right references sent with my confirmation email. T he seats were cramped and uncomfortable, I was unable to pick my seat on any flight and despite my request could not change it. Boarding at Chicago was a farce, none of the ground crew seemed to be in charge and we barely started boarding with 20 mins to takeoff. Needless to say the flight left late and we had to wait to take off, and of course had to wait to land in London."
Voordelen: "Great crew. Lots of refreshments."
Nadelen: "Sat on runway for almost three hours. Delayed connection."
Voordelen: "We were booked in business class for no additional charge."
Nadelen: "The movies shown were black and white old films."
Voordelen: "I did not like anything about this trip."
Nadelen: "Our flight from Chicago to Paris was managed by Finnair, but flown through American Airlines. This was the second disappointing flight on American Airlines. Our first flight was repeatedly delayed over three hours and then canceled. Everyone had to take a new flight the next day on the same plane which was scheduled to be fixed that morning prior to departure. We boarded the plane 45 minutes late and then were informed that the part needed to fix the plan had just cleared customs. After another hour of waiting on the plane, we taxied to the runway and the returned to the gate because another part needed to be fixed on the plane. We waited another hour and a half on the plane before finally taking off. Upon our arrival at Chicago O'Hare, we waited on the tarmac for 30 minutes before the ground crew parked our plane. Which brings me to this flight from Chicago O'Hare to Charles de Gaulle in Paris. Our flight was delayed for maintenance repeatedly for 2 hours and then a new plane had to be brought over. By the time we boarded we were almost four hours behind schedule due to a logbook problem once we boarded the new plane. The plane itself was small - the size of a domestic flight - and VERY cramped. On both of the flights we had no TVs in the headrest. This is something that I have always had in economy class on international flights. It was by far the most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. Because of the delay, we had to reschedule one of our two connecting flights. I was assured that our bags would still arrive at our final destination. When we finally reached our final destination, we found out that our bags had been lost along the way - most likely because of the flight being rescheduled."
Voordelen: "Accuracy Staff Serving"
Nadelen: "My name was wrongly written on the passanger list."
Voordelen: "The service is great , I enjoyed the food as well. Attendants were very friendly."
Nadelen: "When flying from US to Erupoe there should be a private tv screen directly in front of every passenger. On this flight the tv is in the middle of the isle on the ceiling. That's terrible ! When you are on a 8 + hour flight. People want their own screen with their own options. Been on many flights to and from Eruope , this was the only flight that was set up like this. Change it"
Voordelen: "Despite the turbulence the pilot did his best and we had as solid of a ride as possible. Seats were very comfortable and flight was on time, couldn't ask for anything more!"

Vol à l'heure. Vol court donc on n'a pas mangé mais des sandwiches étaient proposés. Pas de divertissement mais ce n'est pas nécessaire sur des vols courts.

Voordelen: "Crew was great. Flight was clean."
Nadelen: "I ordered vegan meals and only one of the meals were vegan. Someone had forgotten to bring the second meal for me on the plane."
Nadelen: "The check in staff at the gate could have been more friendly and paid better attention to customer care. I was standing in front of the counter with a simple Question but had to wait 5 minutes before the two agents got done with their own personal chat and thought about attending to me."
Nadelen: "no peanuts?"
Voordelen: "Seat was comfortable. Entertainment was great. The service by the crew was great."
Nadelen: "It would have been nice if the armrest went as far back as the seat. Flying with my partner, she doesn’t sleep well on planes unless she can completely lean on me. The armrest between our seats only retracted to the upright seat level."
Voordelen: "Too many crying babies!"
Nadelen: "Nothing!"
Voordelen: "Really liked how much roomier the seats were to the previous flight with TAP (which had no entertainment system on a 7 hour flight)."
Nadelen: "Super critical, the plugs are really difficult to use."
Voordelen: "Excellent short flight"
Nadelen: "Did not eat"
Voordelen: "The in-flight entertainment options were good."
Nadelen: "My seat was broken and when I alerted the attendant, in a rude tone, she replied “what do you want me to do?” Not exactly the friendliest experience. It was only compounded by the fact that when we were landing, another attendant insisted I put seat completely upright, and when I told her it had been broken the entire trip, she began forcefully shoving my seat. Not awesome."
Nadelen: "Missed connecting flight from Copenhagen to Geneva since flight from Newark left over an hour late.. They booked me on a flight to Zurich and then to Geneva. Had a connection to France booked separately that I had to move."
Nadelen: "There was no food or entertainment offered."
Nadelen: "Last plan of the day waits for all transit passengers! Never take the last plan out of SAS hubs anywhere if you want to avoid delays..."
Voordelen: "Good movies and food good. Seats wide enough and mostly enough bathrooms."
Voordelen: "On time."
Nadelen: "The cabin crew was detached, and curt."
Voordelen: "The crew on-board were polite and did a fairly decent job, with what they had to work with... It's a big long flight of 11+ hours, so tough to deal with so many people. An unexpected surprise was the nice selection of all types of movies to watch and kill time."
Nadelen: "300+ People on a plane will "radiate" heat, so the temperature inside the cabin after 6 hours was so hot that I was perspiring profusely. I even requested it be adjusted, which it seemed to be for a few minutes but then right back up to 27°C... it is too long of a flight to be that uncomfortable with no adjustments considered. I asked other passengers if they too were "uncomfortable" ALL said yes. This would have solved also in my opinion the screaming small children that were also obviously "irritated" A cooler cabin would have induced a "sleep" environment, none of which I was able to get. Sadly, based on this alone, I will not fly SAS again, unless Business Coach class or 1st Class. I was surprised that an additional Coca-Cola was charged for when some beverages were complimentary... puzzling."
Voordelen: "- Seats are fairly comfy (as much as one can hope for an economy seat) - Excellent meals. I'm impressed that I'm getting things like ganache and cold-pressed juice in airline snacks!"
Nadelen: "- Wish the entertainment/movie selection was better, or that the foreign films had subtitles,"
Nadelen: "Rerouted without consultaton - added an extra leg to my trip including a necessary mad dash to catch the make-up flight."
Voordelen: "People were very kind. The food was terrific!"
Nadelen: "The entertainment system was slow."
Voordelen: "The promptness of leaving and arriving. The general friendliness of the crew."
Nadelen: "Movie selection is not great. Food was ok maybe slightly better than most airline food. My dissatisfaction is with Washington airport. J had two hours between flights and because of total mismanagement in immigration I missed my flight to atlanta. Totally unacceptable. I might not even get on the ten pm flight."

Nadelen: "We will never fly SAS again, it was a horrible experience"

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord a été très agréable et professionnel. L'embarquement à Stockholm est très bien fait et il n'y a pas de perte de temps."
Nadelen: "Par contre, c'est une seule boisson par personne le reste est payant, les repas sont très moyens et le système de divertissement est très très mauvais. Les contenus sont vieux et l'application est très lente et pa réactive du tout."
Voordelen: "Pleasant crew"
Nadelen: "Boarding was shambolic and the 737 is not as nice as the new A320 in terms of comfort or amenity. Boarding was all over the place - and the gate agents clearly need extra people around for a full flight. One person for 170 ppl didn't feel right."
Nadelen: "Expensive rates on luggage"
Voordelen: "Jal is the best airline"
Nadelen: "The movies and tv shows could be different for inbound and outbound flies, or at least change them more often"
Voordelen: "Excellent from boarding to departing the aircraft, very polite staff and comfortable flight! Thank you"
Nadelen: "Nothing"
Voordelen: "Everything about the flight was fine. Boarding, flying and retrieving luggage were all standard and went smoothly."
Nadelen: "I was upset that neither Kayak nor SAS provided any information about our ticket being a basic, basic ticket, by which I mean, did not include any checked luggage allowance in the price of the flight. I ended up paying 140 additional Euros for two bags. It appears that SAS's pricing is gaming the system when searching for flights or that Kayak is not being up-front about the type of fare they are advertising."
Nadelen: "I took this flight to have a short layer over, only 40 minutes. This was a connecting flight departed from Newark and was a connecting flight for many people coming from Thailand. I almost missed this flight due to highly backed up passport control. If SAS was running so many international flights, they should have shifted the layer over, since many people were taking connecting flights for Oslo to Manchester. No food, there should have at least been a snack or at a minimum offered water."
Voordelen: "Nice planes with all the basics you need"
Nadelen: "Terrible food"
Voordelen: "Comfortable seats and attentive crew!"
Nadelen: "Old movies not up to date."
Voordelen: "Boarding was easy, I'm a Star Alliance Gold member so was able to get on board first. There were significant delays leaving Dulles and our connection was tight, but SAS held the flight so I give them props for that."
Nadelen: "The crew was grumpy and unhelpful, but I can usually overlook that. What really got me was this: YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR BEER & WINE ON THIS INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT! Never in my 25 years of international travel have I seen this from a mainstream carrier. For this fact alone, I will never fly this airline again. You also have to pay to pick your seats in advance."
Voordelen: "Real meals"
Voordelen: "This was one of the best airlines we've flown. Great food, plenty of room, friendly stewardesses and good service overall. We will definitely try to book with SAS again."
Nadelen: "Nothing. There was nothing to not like. In fact they fed us too much!"
Nadelen: "Older plane with no entertainment"
Voordelen: "I really don¨t know. As my connecting flight was delayed, my tickets were cancelled and I never reached the flight to Sundsvall."

Voordelen: "Great entertainment in modern plane with good service."
Nadelen: "Having to purchase alcohol is annoying on transatlantic. At least offer a wine or two."
Voordelen: "Service, etc."
Nadelen: "Boarding... the first 20 or so rows were called then "All remaining passengers..." causing considerable pushing, etc. MUST board by sections, etc..."
Nadelen: "While boarding, a crew member neglect to help me finding space on the bins for my carry on luggage with a very rough answer. However same crew member kindly attend people coming next to my wife and me. During the rest of the flight no one even direct us a single word. Seems that SAS crew's attention depend on your ethnicity."
Nadelen: "Had to pay 70 euro to check 1 bag at the airport!"
Voordelen: "Fast bording. All good, no problems."
Nadelen: "Online check-in with just 24h before the flight. Can be a problem if you are travelling"
Voordelen: "Was able to selct my seat"
Nadelen: "Had to pay €70 to check in luggage - most expensive ive ever seen! No beverages other than coffee and tea abailable, water could be appreciated"
Nadelen: "No wifi"
Voordelen: "The food was quite good on the international trip. Thought the pilots were excellent on all flights. Take offs and landings were very smooth."
Nadelen: "On the domestic flight you only got a drink."
Voordelen: "Efficacité dans la prise en charge du retard et du rebooking d'un autre vol."
Nadelen: "Retard + re-booking de notre vol sans explication, ni possibilité de trouver facilement des informations à ce sujet"
Nadelen: "Well I looked online and the type of ticket I purchased said that I would have a free checked bag and I did not and I was charged 66€"
Voordelen: "The crew was knowledgeable, gracious and helpful for the entire flight. I enjoyed the mapping and camera feature of the plane. The selection of options for entertainment was a delight."
Nadelen: "How do you say to close for comfort but then one gets what one pays for and the economics are understandable yet I did not care for the cramped space provided."
