A321 is a small aircraft so I think the crew did there best from the point where I was sitting!

Pas de film français et siège inconfort
J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux
J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un
Voyages à 4 personnes , la totalité des bagages perdus , turkish airlines première et dernière fois .
L’embarquement top , Le service à bord, le repas distribué peuvent être largement amélioré

Nadelen: "the correspondence between the staff. On my way to New York, I was brought to the lounge to wait until my boarding will start but nobody picked me up as promised, so I had to walk the way. I needed a wheel chair as well on my way back, extra ordered it at the check in, they said it is noted in the system. But nobody was there to pick me up. When I finally found someone, I was brought to a place, being asked to sit down and wait where I still had to pass stairs to come to the passport controll. From there noone picked me up, so I had to go my way alone with pain in my leg. I don't want to argue, I managed it even with pain but I wonder what happens with people if they cannot walk anymore at all. My advice would be that you work on to improve this service. We extra booked business class but this service was not worth being called business class."

People handling was great Need entertainment
Both flights were delayed by at least 1 hour which was discouraging. The boarding process was random and very chaotic.
All and all it was an easy flight. We were in business class. Strangely, while we were offered some food which we did not want, we were never offered anything to drink including water. The boarding process was a bit chaotic. Everyone had to identify there bags at the plane as a safety precaution which was fine. But the communications about this was non existent. Israel has a very strict protocol for entry. There is an entry form that must be filled in and then, if everything is ok, you get an e-mail approval that you must show to the airline. Instead of asking for this they asked to see our “green passport” which is only a document to be used in Israel. Luckily, we had copies of ours. All of this is not significant. As someone that lives in Israel but love Egypt, I am so happy that we have direct flights now.

It delayed our flight about 30-45 minutes - not much, but really painful when the flight is almost 12 hours. The crew didn't tell us what was happening either, but it was pretty obvious."

Nadelen: "The none sense of explaining why I cant go on the plane ... according to there website I should have 2 stamps from the lebaniese authority on my passport one for going in and one for going out which I gladly provide them with... the responsoable for the check in at Frankfurt Airport and according to him was communicating with "pegasus Airline" in Istanbul by WhatsApp and just kept saying "those can't fly today" the funny thing he was writing in german and refuse to give me there number so I can explain the situation now the main reason why i couldn't go on the plane because I wasn't once in my life in Turkei which makes none sense according to there website I contacted them with Emails and they answered me that I should have the 2 stamps if i want to fly from Instanboul to Beirut which I already have but the haven't notice that i didnt even got ob the plane at the 1st place .... the huge amount of nobe sense, stupidity, the lying that there is no Pegasus airline office ath the airport and the 0 responsibility for there actions can provide you guys with a picture of how they behave with the customers"
