In an era when downtime is utilized to stay ahead of work, strong wifi is one of the most crucial requirements for me to elect an airline. Even if all else is good, poor wifi is a deal killer."

Nadelen: "The legroom was a problem. Seats are kind of narrow, and then, with the lack of legroom it’s somewhat challenging to shift your legs, especially when the seat in front of you goes back! I felt like the person was almost in my lap. My cup even got crunched. I think my biggest issue, though, lay in how I was treated after paying $127.00 to obtain a day pass for the lounge each way. For my inbound flight my purse was branded with an “economy” class luggage type tag, and I was made to feel as though I was trying to sneak in. I had to show my boarding pass a number of times to employees after asking for the location of the lounge in order to be directed there, and then my credentials were examined as though I was trying to get into Fort Knox. Upon arrival at the desk, I was somewhat tersely informed that I had 6 hours. I went out of my way a bit in order to fly Qatar, which is supposed to be so wonderful, and I was underwhelmed. I’ve had better experiences on Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines."

Nadelen: "This was an older 777 -- no wifi -- pretty surprising on such a key flight at DOH-JFK! This is not the airline's fault but I had a crazy lady next to me who was very disoriented, who could not speak English and needed assistance. No one would deal with her! She had a little pouch with her name on it -- like a UM -- so someone knew something was not right when they put her on the flight. I bought drinks inside the terminal for this 14 hour flight but they were all confiscated at the additional security at the gate!! WTF"

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."

Nadelen: "Security process for boarding is a mess, with absurd redundancy and tiresome rechecking of passports an d boarding passes, inconsistent application of carry on rules and long waits. Then we boarded and sat for two hours. The aircraft should be checked out and ready to go before boarding. Then, in Chicago, it took almost 2 hours to get our luggage."

Nadelen: "It is impossible to make a one hour connecting flight in Istanbul when you take off 30 minutes late, arrive at a distant site (~ 5 km away from the arrival terminal) and the there is only one security guard to screen hundreds arriving. Missed our flight by 90 minutes, the customer service people were rude at the airport and we had a 7 hour delay. What are you thinking???"

Nadelen: "Turkish airlines do not care at all about passengers from other countries (other that western Europe and USA) - my flight was cancelled but the airline reps did not bother to tell 150 plus passengers until the end... passengers got angry and one rep took us to the hotel desk, confusing with boarding passes and passport control on the way - forcing us to waster 3-4 hours; we were provided hotel accomodation at midnight (flight was supposed to take off at 9 pm - maybe they were avoiding to spend on out meals???"

The whole airport system was down for hours. The flight of Najaf city was next gate to my flight gate and one of the crew lead was disrespectful to the people and he rejected few people from the flight so he can collect money from them!"

Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Nadelen: "The company I work for has change our travel policies. We are to avoid any connections to and from Turkey. I was not able to catch this flight. I called to see if I could receive a voucher or refund on my unused return trip, due to the military coup. I was told NO! This country should be avoided during this time."

Nadelen: "I couldn't understand the entertainment computer. I experienced a much more friendly one at different airlines, and they had a rich variety of content and games. Please also make sure that all staff is fluent with English - few of them seem either not to be communicative, or not confident to speak."

Nadelen: "The seats doesn’t have a jacket hanging hook.. so I had to hold my suit jacket all the way . And the seats didn’t have proper head rest so couldn’t sleep as well on the plane but the seat was not congested and was comfortable if day flight"

Nadelen: "I hate traveling with this airline I couldnt sleep or rest During jurny the sttaff we were disturbing , there attention was how to purchase there meal and do there busines with out thinking about the thime and the passangers condation The tiolet was in abad condation and i couldnt use it"

Voordelen: "The price. It was cheap this time around."
Nadelen: "The staff isn't exactly friendly and the food is horrible. Do not buy food on the plane. Bottled and canned items are ok to buy, do not trust the rest."

Nadelen: "I was traveling with sports equipment and tried to pay for it online. I could not find a place to buy extra lugggage for sports only normal luggage, so I had 20kg. Then I was told at the airport I had to pay 100 chf extra for my surfboard. Don’t make the website difficult to use and then charge me extra. It feels dishonest."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "One hour flight from Dalaman to Istambul. that leaves with two and a half hours of delay. We arrived late to Istanbul. We ate dinner after hours and tired of Pegasus waiting. Without any explanation from anyone in the company. Never again will I fly with Pegasus."

Nadelen: "We flew with A320 Neo next gen Plane but no adjustment for seats!!!! Horrible joke..no info system as well, c'mon it's 2018 and you ordered your plane with no upgrades at all for cost saving???"

Nadelen: "first of all the prices of drinks are very high and they rip you off since there is no option. but with that i can live. what i cant live with they try to save on gas and till you dont yell they dont turn on the AC and then they try again to lower it and again you have to complain. i hope to never fly with them again and when you say something you get a sour face"

Nadelen: "I've never seen so many young children on a plane. There must have been one child for every one adult. Worst of all, their parents didn't even attempt to make them behave themselves. And the crew just let the kids run up and down the aisles and climb on seats. What ever happened to "please remain seated with your seat belts fastened"? Additionally, when I checked in, I asked for a window seat, the agent nodded, and when I got on the plane I found I was stuck in a middle seat. It was the longest two hours of my life."

Voordelen: "It's not the first time I fly Pegasus the flight is good and I know low cost don't offer free meals but on my booking it was written meals on both flights. So I don't know who to blame the website or the airline but I was too tired to ask them."

Nadelen: "Late departure and late arrival. Huge queues at Gatwick immigration. Too hot throughout the flight - the crew didn't bother adjusting the temperature it was left to the assemblers to complain No in flight entertainment whatsoever Had to pay for a coffee."

Nadelen: "It's the worst airline ever, delays (NO EXCUSES), non-comfortable seats, very bad customer experience..."

Nadelen: "The plane was stuck on the ground 1.5 hours approximatly in Istanbul, and nobody had told me why?!"

Voordelen: "Flight crew"
Nadelen: "How could you ask about entertainment when there is nothing to intertain in these planes! No screens, expensive and bad food, even the menue and magazines were not available on half of the seats, not to mention the worst and smallest seat i have ever been in, although i travel on many other economic airlines! There is nothing but poor, bad and boring flights. The sad thing is that i payed too much for this flight. Oh i forgot, it's also delayed and we wait for half an hour and then, they came with only one bus to take all the people to plane whwn there are many people who can't hold themselves in that crowded bus!"

Nadelen: "Check in took 1.5h, that is why me and my wife werent seating next to each other, and also we almost missed our flight."

Nadelen: "We wait 1.5 hour....no good air conditional....no water and no juice"

Voordelen: "Delay for one 1.15 hours causes losing our connection in Istanbol,resulting waiting for another 7 hours to catch next flight.."
Nadelen: "Respect your flights and people time.."

Voordelen: "Delay for almost 1 hour.."
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Nadelen: "After the experience with the Pegasus flight from Kuwait to Istanbul I didn't expect anything hence was not disappointed. Right before the boarding was finished the boarding lady came into the plane looking for me, checking my passport one again and even taking a photo of it (with my consent). She left with no single word of explanation. Once again: this is a joke but definitely it's not customer service."

Voordelen: "They charged us a bundle for food paid in advance that never showed up. The flight attendants spoke almost no english. All they could do was offer to sell it to us again. We tried, but there credit card machine was not taking any of our cards, they wanted cash, we didn't give it to them."
Nadelen: "I think this airline is running some kind of scam. Always asking customers for more money, they took my credit card at the airport when I was complaining about my first flight being screwed up and unbeknownst to me charged more money when yhey were claiming they wanted it for verification purposes."

Voordelen: "it got me where I needed to go."
Nadelen: "The organization at the airport was a complete mess. I could barely understand the crew member's language skills. To be fair I don't speak a lick of Turkish but I made my best efforts to try and be attentive and still could not understand. Thank God I didn't check any luggage because who knows if it would have reached my connecting flight."

Nadelen: "When the flight landed in Istanbul, plenty of people had tight connections, and no one would help us. With any other airline and in any other airport in the world, every staff member would do everything they could to get all the passengers to their connections. When several of us asked for help and no one would help us. I missed my flight and Pegasus booked me on another flight that had already boarded, so I almost missed that one as well. I couldn't believe that the staff of the airline refused to take us to the front of passport control lines to get us through more quickly, and I can't believe that even when I showed staff that my flight was already boarding, they told me I just had to wait. I will not fly with Pegasus again if there are any other options. Absolutely unbelievable."

Nadelen: "Checking in was extremely slow."

Voordelen: "I made it where I was going. Seats were no more uncomfortable than any other 737."
Nadelen: "The boarding process is horrendously slow. It took about 1 hour to board."
