Fast check-in; nice employees. No food, no water or soft drinks in flight. Plane and trip ok.
Boarding was a mess, had group 1 but they boarded in a very different way than US
Nadelen: "Call for stewards was not working and the temperature of the flight was miserable. Kept asking to reduce the cold and nothing. I had a window seat and there was no way to avoid the air/ac on my face the entire flight. MISERABLE!"
Nadelen: "They got our bag out of the plane and then lost it, had no earphones whatsoever."
Nadelen: "Vol pas très cher mais pas trop confortable et vraiment low cost sur la partie Nantes-Madrid. Horaire respecté mais confort et repas vraiment très limite surtout sur le vol principal entre Madrid et Sào Paolo. Mais on ne peut pas tout avoir..."
Nadelen: "45 minutes between getting off the plane and getting your bags is ridiculous"
Voordelen: "Flights were on time"
Nadelen: "One little cookie for snack is nothing. Planes are old. Seats are uncomfortable. The movies app doesn’t work very well and it requires subtitles available for non English speakers"
Voordelen: "When we arrived at airport to check in there was no internet and only people who had checked in much earlier on their phones could go to the boarding area. A large number of people had to wait for "somebody" to write (!) boarding passes. All of this was quite a mess and took a long time."
Nadelen: "Communication was lacking..."
Nadelen: "The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped."

Nadelen: "Crew not friendly or personable. No smiles. Minimal beverage service on a 3+ hour flight. Check in & boarding at Ushuaia was convoluted and slow."

Nadelen: "Disaster started at noon of the day of flight. Got notification flight delayed by 2 hours. That means I miss my coonection. Options for changes meant getting to destination 24 hours a later or with extra stop. I managed to buy a much better direct flight same day from different airline. And cheaper. I was so lucky. Getting refund for this disaster itinerary. But it worked out in the end."
Nadelen: "My baggage was lost"
Voordelen: "The food was really good. You can tell they have made an effort improving this subject. The plane is a beauty, silent, smooth, but when you flight in tight seat, with a minimal reclination, it all goes to the trash. Good entertainment service, modern, but the missed a few movies they should have."
Nadelen: "The uncomfortable seat. It doesn't recline much, very small space between them."

Nadelen: "food was terrible, I was traveling with my 3 year old son and I was never offered a meal for kids, if there's one. seats are always uncomfortable;/"

Voordelen: "Airline misallocated multiple seats to multiple passengers causing great confusion and delay"

Nadelen: "We were traveling with 2 children. Seats assigned: rows 15, 18, 32, and 38. Nobody in the crew (from the desk to the plane) was able to solve the problem. We solved it swapping seats with other passengers. We were 4 with 3 carry-on bags. The person who was in charge was very rude. They don't allow us to carry any of them in the cabin and 1 arrived broken. I had no problems like this before, With full flights like this is normal to have to send some luggage that you expect in the cabin to the hold, but in this case the crew was very unclear and rude. The food: it was a short flight and they give us our snack just seconds before the landing. Finally, they lost 1 of our bags. Waiting to see if it appears."

Nadelen: "The long delays one after the other. Delayed take off, re routing mid-air to Rio instead of São Paulo. The trip took +4 hours more than planned. Chaotic."
Voordelen: "It was on time. The staff was efficient and courteous . Very hospitable."
Nadelen: "I took 5 flights with LATAM during the last 2 weeks. All flights delayed over 1 hours for no reason."
Nadelen: "First of all I bought my ticket through Kayak, but apparently something called the flight network was the issuer of my ticket apparently they are and travel agency in canada , first i needed to change my ticket and they could not do it , then I dis not use my outbound flight because I needed to get to my destinantion one day earlier and yesterday i received an email saying that my return flight was cancelled. they told me that since i did not use my outbound they automatically cancelled my return flight, I ended up loosing 300 USD because of mis information from that travel agency , the people that answered my call were very disrispectfull, this has been the worse experience and ai ended up loosing all my money I had to purchase another return ticket."
Voordelen: "In-air service was excellent. My international flight was very smooth, flight attendants were kind and attentive, food and drink was provided free of charge, and onboard entertainment was available for the duration of the flight."
Nadelen: "It helps to be flexible when booking with LATAM, as my return flight itinerary was changed several times before being finalized."

Voordelen: "I have bought a ticket from To Aeroparque Jorge Newvery; and they cancelled the flight and sent me to Ezeiza without prior inform, concent and without any compensation."

Nadelen: "Had an isle seat on a red eye flight and I kept in my seat, attendants would walk by without disregard that people were sleeping and bump into them. I always fly window but there were no more available. I didn't get any drink or food but I did smell it when it was being served."
