Du moment que l’on paye pour choisir ses sièges (bébé, espace pour les jambes…) tout se passe bien. Sinon pas de possibilité de s’arranger avec les autres passagers. Et le check in online marche très bien, très rapide à l’aéroport

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

Frustratingly got placed in the last row with a teenage kid who was not mine and fell asleep on me. When I tried to push him off of me his glasses fell off his face and behind the chair. He seemed too dazed to crawl under the seat to get them so I had to do it. So cold and so uncomfortable. Fortunately just a short flight.

I understand they need seats but crew should upgrade another couple with no toddlers and maybe a star alliance gold member rather than give this family with the toddlers the upgrade. No one wants to pay for business class with 2toddlers crying and up and down aisle ."

My connection was canceled but I was not notified by anyone. I got stranded in Buenos Aires for 2 days. Not a fun way to start my trip."

We were supposed to take off at 8:20 pm, and at 8:58 pm, the captain informed everyone of an issue with the lights and that it would be 10 more minutes. However, it wasn’t until over 30 minutes later, at 9:29, when the captain said that it was going to be another 10-15 minutes which turned into over one hour because we didn’t end up taking off until 10:46 pm."

Way too many announcements for an overnight flight. They also served breakfast at midnight for some reason? Could just be the awkward time of the flight."

I lost one day of accommodation at destination and had to pay another one in Buenos Aires for which they reimburse max 55 usd, and when you wait fir reimbursement those guys move so slow you won’t believe is true, imagine you have also some people before you- i waited for 2h and 30 min and had 5 people before me. Overall Aerolineas is not a stable company so watch out when you plan your itinerary in Argentina with them i lost two flights because of them in one week"

Nadelen: "I understand I bought a flight in economy, however, to sit for a 12 hour flight the space provided was super uncomfortable and it wasn't enough leg room. I have been on a 5 hour flight to Mexico from JFK with both AeroMexico and Interjet under economy and both airline provided significant leg room. I was disappointed with Aerolineas Argentinas, I was expecting more comfort."

Nadelen: "Boarding the flight was very disorganized. They had a switching from one line to another just stand in another line somewhere else. I have a severe allergy to peanuts and the fact that both of the snacks they offered on the plane contained peanuts was very disappointing. I could not only eat the snacks they passed around during the flight but I suffered a coughing attack the whole flight from the smell of the peanuts."
Nadelen: "Old plane, delayed and the football team on the flight was celebrating in the asles the whole time so no one could sleep. The crew did not ask for them to be quiet or sit down. They literally were signing over safety announcements and during the whole flight!"

Nadelen: "The seats were so tightly packed that a normal adult can't keep avoid touching the seat in front with their knees. Add to this the crew did *two* beverage passes on an 11hr flight…horrible."

Boarding was a mess, had group 1 but they boarded in a very different way than US

Nadelen: "Call for stewards was not working and the temperature of the flight was miserable. Kept asking to reduce the cold and nothing. I had a window seat and there was no way to avoid the air/ac on my face the entire flight. MISERABLE!"
Nadelen: "They got our bag out of the plane and then lost it, had no earphones whatsoever."
Nadelen: "Vol pas très cher mais pas trop confortable et vraiment low cost sur la partie Nantes-Madrid. Horaire respecté mais confort et repas vraiment très limite surtout sur le vol principal entre Madrid et Sào Paolo. Mais on ne peut pas tout avoir..."

Voordelen: "When we arrived at airport to check in there was no internet and only people who had checked in much earlier on their phones could go to the boarding area. A large number of people had to wait for "somebody" to write (!) boarding passes. All of this was quite a mess and took a long time."

Getting refund for this disaster itinerary. But it worked out in the end."

The plane is a beauty, silent, smooth, but when you flight in tight seat, with a minimal reclination, it all goes to the trash. Good entertainment service, modern, but the missed a few movies they should have."

We solved it swapping seats with other passengers. We were 4 with 3 carry-on bags. The person who was in charge was very rude. They don't allow us to carry any of them in the cabin and 1 arrived broken. I had no problems like this before, With full flights like this is normal to have to send some luggage that you expect in the cabin to the hold, but in this case the crew was very unclear and rude. The food: it was a short flight and they give us our snack just seconds before the landing. Finally, they lost 1 of our bags. Waiting to see if it appears."

Nadelen: "First of all I bought my ticket through Kayak, but apparently something called the flight network was the issuer of my ticket apparently they are and travel agency in canada , first i needed to change my ticket and they could not do it , then I dis not use my outbound flight because I needed to get to my destinantion one day earlier and yesterday i received an email saying that my return flight was cancelled. they told me that since i did not use my outbound they automatically cancelled my return flight, I ended up loosing 300 USD because of mis information from that travel agency , the people that answered my call were very disrispectfull, this has been the worse experience and ai ended up loosing all my money I had to purchase another return ticket."
Voordelen: "In-air service was excellent. My international flight was very smooth, flight attendants were kind and attentive, food and drink was provided free of charge, and onboard entertainment was available for the duration of the flight."

L’avion était vraiment vieille, les divertissements fonctionnaient avec difficulté et était désuète.

Repas excellent Il faut compter une éternité désormais pour l’embarquement puisque les gens apportent tout leur bagage avec eux. Les compagnies aériennes devraient devenir plus strictes quant à l’application des règles

L'arrogance et le mépris d'Air Canada fasse à plusieurs situations gênantes n'est pas acceptable pour compagnie qui a la prétention de jouer dans la cour des grands.

Air Canada lost my ski bag on the way from Vancouver and a week later, again, on my way back to Seattle. Lost two days of scheduled ski time, one day at a remote BC hut. My lost bag was one of 6 from our group of 13 and one of 2 on the way home, of 2! I've never seen such shoddy bag handling service ever.

Voordelen: "The flight was redirected to ottawa due weather conditions specifically high wind which in my 20 years of traveling never experienced this here in Canada. We stayed for an hour and at the end of it arrived at Montreal airport at 3:45pm. Terrible service. Refund and or adjustment on tickets price should be reviewed."

Nadelen: "Grouchy attendants....even though I did my best to stay out of their way or interact positively, they were determined to be brusque and uncooperative. I understand they have a tough job to do, but pushing past people who are in the process of getting out of their way (even holding a baby!) is uncalled for. This happened not once, but 3 or 4 times in the course of the flight to my traveling companion and me."
Voordelen: "No in flight entertainment system. I hate those things. They take up room and lots of times you can't even turn off the screens. Streaming to personal devices is a much better solution."
Nadelen: "Food for economy class 10 hour flight was: Dinner: a bowel of rice with a couple of shavings of meat, bread, and a brownie. Snack: pretlzes Breakfast: small loaf of bread with a tiny amount of meat filling. Absolutely eat before boarding this flight. All you will get are carbs. The foam on the seats was thin and not comfortable. This airline can be a bit cheaper than others but I don't think it's worth it."
Voordelen: "The crew was so attentive and respecful! Kept pouring wine as we wanted (without saying a qorf or requesting it) this is how business class should be. I love air canada business class. Super hyper recommended. Food was ok, in spite it eas a short flight. Crew was very very nice. ❤️"

Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."

Voordelen: "As we approached Raleigh ~3:15am, over 4.5 hours late, the pilot apologized for the delay, which was thoughtful of him. And we arrived in one piece, so that was good too."
Nadelen: "While waiting for the flight, I whined on FB about our probable delay, and a friend responded with "I'm guessing that you're crammed at the end of that terminal hallway with about 10 other gates of people with no airplanes, no information, and 2 AC employees." Spot on. Apparently such delays, understaffed gates, and failures to communicate with passengers are par for the course. Friend even predicted the free bagels AC would eventually offer at the restaurant that closed 3 hours before our flight finally left. He didn't predict the multiple announcements about assorted other flights not having functional restrooms so please pee before boarding."
Voordelen: "Great gluten free meal. Calling ahead of time to order was well worth it."
Nadelen: "AC employees gave us contradictory and wrong information about clearing Canadian Customs in Vancouver, so we were unable to get through all the arrival and transfer procedures and had to go on without our luggage. Our delayed baggage was delivered to us 2 days after our arrival. Probably there was not enough time allowed for our connection in Vancouver (about 90 minutes). We were going from Japan to the US via Canada."

Nadelen: "Bonjour, Suite à mon achat de dernière minute payé avec ma propre carte de crédit portant le même nom que sur mon billet de vol, on m'a laissé entrer, passer la securité, attendre l'embarquement ( 2h attente) et a l'embarquement on m'a annoncé je ne pourrais faire ce vol par doute de paiement et que mon bagage n'étais pas dans l'avion, j'ai donc dû retourner, attendre ma valise et aller à la billeterie pour que l'agent regarde que c'est bel et bien le même nom, qu'un manager vienne et s'excuse, disant c'était du au délais de preuve du paiement car ce n'était pas book avec eux directement et on m'a remis sur un vol le jour suivant avec 2x le temps de vol plus un escale à Toronto. Avec tout cela j'ai manqué le souper d'anniversaire a ma copine a Cancun, j'ai perdu les frais déboursé dans mes réservation de la nuit du samedi au dimanche, j'ai du défrayer 3 taxi à la place de un à raison de 40$ chacun pour l'aéroport, j'ai du refaire l'attente et la securité et j'ai perdu une journee de vacances. Je ne sais pas comment vous procédez pour les booking de derniere minutes mais je crois il y aurait place a améliorations, j'ai souvent reservé avec vous par confiance et maintenant ceci m'a coûté beaucoup dans plusieurs sens. Encore une extrêmement mauvaise expérience avec cette compagnie. Notre premier vol à eu du retard, alors qu'une personne de notre groupe a couru à l'enregistrement pour leur demander d'attendre quelques minutes supplémentaire, ils ont préféré se moquer de nous, aucun employé d'Ibéria n'a eu l'intention de nous aider, tous à se refiler la patate chaude et à nous dire qu'il ne pouvait rien faire, un service client déplorable avec des gens absolument odieux avec leurs clients, une vraie honte

L'accueil dans cet aéroport est vraiment à refaire depuis le début. En même temps c'est Paris, mauvaise humeur et sourire absent. Le service à la française. Avion incomfortable, pas de bon choix niveau gastronomique. Si non très bon staff de la compagnie.

- Pas de distribution d'écouteurs ne permettant de fait pas d'utiliser les écrans pour regarder un film pendant ces 9h de vol - Repas très médiocres et petits

Personnel de bord peu sympathique, 2 volets de porte bagages cassés ce qui a réduit les possibilités de rangement et a créé de la tension de la part des hôtesses. Retard à l'arrivée = plus de transport en commun et unique solution : retour sur Paris en taxi pour un montant de 53€!

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la compréhension du personnel de bord. Par contre nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié le fait que nous avions réservé un vol IBERIA et que lors de l embarquement nous avions apeurés que nous allions voler avec une compagnie low-cost cost LEVEL , Information qui à aucun moment nous a été donnée lors de la réservation, information qui ne figure absolument pas sur nos billets. Et qui a pour conséquence qu il nous a été demandé de payer les couvertures, les écouteurs, les repas et les boissons, ce qui est inadmissible sur un vol long courrier affrété en principe par une compagnie nationale ! Je n’ai jamais vu ça, il me paraît inconcevable de ne pas proposer de restauration incluse sur un vol de 11h50 ! Pourriez-vous répondre à cette réclamation, ou me dire à qui la transmettre ? Merci par avance de votre réponse. Cordialement .

Amélioration du balayage du regard de l’ hôtesse. Visionner d’ un seul coup .. le port du masque et la fermeture de la ceinture. Cela m’ aurait évité d’ être réveillée 2 fois !!

Terriblement froid dans l’avion, restauration mauvaise, équipage pas très sympathique. Écouteurs qui font très mal aux oreilles avec un son déplorable

Mal installé sièges inconfortables, écouteurs bas de gamme qui font mal aux oreilles, le son des écouteurs terribles. La restauration dégoûtante. Et terriblement froid dans l’avion malgré la couverture donnée alors que j’étais habillée chaudement.

Il est anormal de ne rien avoir à manger / boire lorsqu on a payé 250e un vol de 1h15.

Ne concerne pas forcément Ibéria mais plutot ADP Orly : Le débarquement à pris 30 minutes faute de bus de liaisons entre l'avion et l'aéroport. Le déchargement des bagages a pris environ 1 heure (atterrissage à 18h22, récupération des bagages sur le tapis à 18h29. C'est beaucoup trop long (presque autant que le vol Madrid-Paris).

Le personnel de bord ne se montre pas très professionnel : discussions bruyantes entre steward et hotesse sans tenir compte des passagers, remarques douteuses sur les passagers qui ne parlent ni Anglais ni Espagnol. Un minimum de respect des passagers et de discrétion serait un plus.

While my bags were left behind, using Apple Trackers I was able to head straight to lost and found and report the issue, they located them in Madrid, and said they would be on the next flight and delivered to my hotel. Great service, other than the left behind bags. It was a short layover, it happens.

We left 1.5 hours late, there was very little communication beforehand even as to what gate, just delayed. staff was not able to rebook my connection ahead of time, even knowing before take off i would miss it. meaning i had to spend an extra night, rather than get on a different flight the same day. the customer service desk was grossly understaffed, meaning we had to wait 2 hours to get rebooked.

J’ai acheté l’embarquement prioritaire mais pas pu en profiter

The boarding process from Barcelona was a very long and arduous process as they have to check that everyone has a covid test. There were no explanations about what was happening. They didn't really even announce boarding. The flight itself wasn't bad. I got the cheapest ticket so there wasn't food included. So, I brought food onto the plane.

It was a good flight with a very friendly crew👌

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."
Nadelen: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."
