Nothing much to expect for an hour flight

Pandemic policy: airlines need to have currently update on the website for clearly requirements for Covid 19 certificate in hours , example form.

Voordelen: "Crew was super nice and the food was good (for plane food)! Really appreciated that they had snacks and chocolate on hand for hungry passengers throughout the flight. A 17 hour plane ride is never the best, but Singapore Air made it as pleasant as possible. Also, we booked on Kayak and was routed through a third party vendor JustFly, which I was a little worried about - but our booking went off without a hitch."

Even the seatback pockets are better with multiple pockets including one that fits most mobile phones. The windows turn tinted blue instead of drawing shades down—what?!"

Voordelen: "Cabin crew was top notch - even in coach they could not be more accommodating and customer friendly. US airline flight attendants don’t even come close to this team that truly serviced the cabin for 8 hours continuously without the typical hiding in the back of the plane and chatting. Very encouraging that genuine care in the air is very much alive and well on Singapore Air! I will fly them every chance I get!"
Nadelen: "That my flight had to end and I know my next US airline flight won’t come close to this kind of experience! Air travel doesn’t have to be a cattle herding process with peanut treats on cross country flights - shame on the US carriers - I strongly suggest they fly Singapore Air to see what true customer service feels like!"

Voordelen: "the first class seats from HK to SFO, IFE, service, dom perignon, red wine, excellent attention, greeted personally by four of flight team, provided flight details personally. Im 6'0" so the bed was a little short. it was simply a wonderful experience."

Nadelen: "I purchased this ticket without realizing that the law stipulated 6-month validity remaining on one's US passport to enter singapore. The Singapore Airways website does not state this anywhere, and it was not until I arrived at the airport that I was informed that I wouldn't be able to check in, but nor could I refund or transfer the ticket. The booker should be obliged, when one enters the passport information upon purchasing the ticket, to make note if the passport expiration time is not valid for the flight. Spent $600+ on the flight, and the customer service person I spoke to from the airport was very abrasive and not interested in helping me figure out an alternative."
Voordelen: "Delayed flight from Shanghai due to air traffic issues, so I had a 10 minute window to make my connection in Singapore. Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

They gave her a toy, asked for her name, and checked on us often. They also gave my husband and I an option for early food service so that one of us could help our daughter eat. The movie selection was great. Take off, flight and landing were smooth. And we arrive half an hour early both directions!"

Voordelen: "My luggage was lost, due to an error of another airline. but singapore air took care of it and made sure i got the luggage in Germany - even though it involved bringing it to me to remote location 2.5 hour drive from frankfurt. free of charge. Thanks Singapore airlines!"
Voordelen: "Professional, courteous, high-quality all around from food, to service, to entertainment options. Singapore Airlines is first class all the way."

Voordelen: "Check in and boarding were flawless. The flight left about one hour late. The seats in coach are getting smaller and smaller. I got an aisle seat to have a little extra room (I'm 6'1") only to get hit big time by the food cart (they did apologize). The food was plentiful, but mediocre at best. The flight attendants were working hard, but we're abrupt and tired. Overall, I have three stars, when in the past, flying SA was always a five star experience. It got me back home though. :)"

The cabin crew was mediocre and were not cheerful at any time! Food was very mediocre compared to other Gulf airlines. Seats in economy was reasonable. My baggage didn’t arrive at the final destination and the local staff were not customer friendly in helping out. I hope my baggage arrives! Would still recommend the airlines if you want a decent connection to India or elsewhere.

Check in was night mare the checking agent was extrude I will never travel with Qatar airways because of him Moayad god will punish him for this bad treatment he made my trip very sad

Checkin was greuling slow and an excruciating experience at the Indira Gandhi international airport. There were only 4 windows open to check in 300 passengers. It took me 50 mins to get to the window. I was there 3+ hours before departure time upon arrival from my domestic flight that arrived on Terminal 2. Security took another hour and no one from the flight ground staff came looking for me to expedite my security unlike the KLM staff. KLM staff was looking for their passengers in the security and immigration area for a good half hour. Also, I tried multiple times the day of my flight to WEB CHECKIN. the Qatar website and APP didn't let me do that either. I nearly missed my flight and was the last one to board!!!! I hope the airlines adapts to handle larger volume of passengers given the type of Airport rules and regulations. For example, IGA at New Delhi haa an additional Immigration step before security that's added an additional 45 min to my time to board the plane. Thank you and I hope a real human actually reads this survey response and it doesn't end up being processed by a computer bot that lacks human compassion and emotional IQ.

Kayak/Qatar Airways tore one of my bags. I'd like compensation for it. Also, the check in at Chicago was time consuming and tedious owing to RT PCR checking. That should be made more efficient. Likewise, the check at Mumbai airport.

However, they said that my final destination place won't accept my test. rather me waiting on the line that was not moving ahead at all, I could have sort things out some way. So, it would be nice if the crew would come to the passenger on the line just to make sure they have everything right."

Nadelen: "Just had a hard time finding flight attendants. Every time I went to the back of the plane, half a dozen of them were sitting around and chatting it up. Felt guilty for asking for water. Not the service that I expected from Qatar Airways. All 4 flights were a struggle to get proper service."
