Nadelen: "I Booked a flight that stated that it only had one stop in singapore, then direct to SFO after arriving in singapore i was told that i had to go to a transfer counter, that there was a problem with my ticket. after arriving at the transfer counter they took my boarding pass for my dircet flight to SFO, & told me that i now had a stop in hong kong, that the direct flight to SFO was over booked!! this is not right i wouldn't of booked this flight if they had been truthfull about the extra stop. i will never use singapore airline or kayak again!!!"

So, we escaped to the back for a while where we were "hushed" by a stewardess. The stewards didn't seem to like it when we were out of our seats, but 12 hours is too long to be stuck in a middle seat."

Nadelen: "After traveling for 19 hours from Washington DC to Karachi, , They lost by luggage. They asked me to come and collect it after 6 hours. Went to the airport could see my luggage sitting in the trolley but still made me wait another 3 hours. NO COMPENSATION / NO APOLOGIZES Going back from Karachi to Washington DC, passenger besides me had a child in his lap throughout the flight. That passengers arm and legs were in my part of the seat throughout the flight. I could not sit or eat or relax. The child in the lap kept on touching me and the food I had on the tray as was unable to eat it. I weigh 165 but the seats are so small that one has to struggle. When back Dulles airport, had to weight for 1.5 hours for the bag to arrive @ thanks to big jumbo A380 aircraft. First class were priority. They checked in first, got their luggage first on a different belt, rest were treated like third class people. Never wasting my $ in this airline."

Nadelen: "For large number of passengers, boarding is impossibly slow. I don't understand why, after boarding the priority passengers, airline don't board the rest of us from the back of the plane to the front. Doing it the other way makes us stumble across the front seated passengers who are busy stowing their carry-ones. This causes a bottleneck in boarding. Also, there are too many checks on us, which also slows things down. Also, Emirates advertises: one carry-on item of less than 15 pounds. On this flight I would say that at least 75% of the passengers violated this with large and multiple carry-ons. This is unfair to those of us who try to go by the rules."

Nadelen: "The terminal was freezing and the plane was freezing. I asked a flight attendants if she could adjust the thermostat but she said she couldn't. Then they came around selling blankets. After all the inconveniences the least they could have done is give them for free Ni had to pay $10 for two flimsy blankets. Is that why they keep the a/c so cold? Disgusting."

Voordelen: "The attendants are friendly, helpful and responded to my needs graciously. I also love the uniforms, especially the hats. The food was decent and was offered at appropriate intervals. I like the plane too."
Nadelen: "I had reserved an aisle seat by phone but at the airport I was assigned a window seat. No problem---the attendants were helpful and a nice man changed seats with me. I had difficulty with the headset, couldn't get it comfortable and had difficulty adjusting the volume. No big problem considering how good the service was in general. I didn't like a 6 hour wait at Kennedy on my flight to Milan which was dreadfully late."

This is unlikely and complex process for anyone while in airport to get access to print, scan etc. we wish this was more simpler process Cabin was too cold and staff deny bluntly to make any adjustment saying some other set of passengers complained that cabin is warm.. I have not seen anyone who could sit around with out blanket on them and we had to get double blankets and wrap ourselves in there"

Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. There was absolutely time for us customers (who landed just 20 min later than expected) to make the connecting flight but we were told it was "too late" to board the other plane. This is extremely inconvenient! I got back to SFO 14 hours after the expected time! WHY don't you guys manage your connections better?? I am never flying Etihad again!"

This entertainment system made the flight! Boarding was quick and easy and the ammenty packagfes (eye covers headphones socks ear plugs etc.) and a kids activity book was also great."
Nadelen: "The bathroom floors were not cleaned often enough and after 10 hours in flight the flight attendants stopped answering the call buttons. Not usually an issue as I like to get up and walk back to request something during long flights but we had children this time and this is harder to do when they are sleeing on you."

Voordelen: "Seats where just roomy enough,let's face it,you can always use more room right. Staff was very friendly and attentive . I absolutely loved flying Etihad !"
Nadelen: "I would still like a roomier seat,again though, I think anybody would . I probably should have perchased first class,hmmm, should the whole plane be that comfortable?And not too much more cost . I say that would be wonderful !"
