Nadelen: "Le prix du billet a été débité 2 fois à l’aller ( remboursé ensuite quand je l’ai signalé) . Le prix du supplément de surclassement a fait que le retour a été débité de notre compte 2 fois aussi. Il faut qu’on le signale encore."
Nadelen: "The rebalance was worst I've ever encountered I was actually scared I prayed many times 4 yo get home safely I was not impressed with my last flight n also why were We delayed coming from manila we turn back many times n I had only 50 mins to catch my flight to Perth if we had landed wen we should hv I'd hv time to buy some gifts I'm.glad that Philippines airlines will fly direct yo manila from Perth come March n I'll use them from now on as it's a few times in the years gone that things has happened to me I forgave ur airline but now i not need to as hv other airline to fly n my darling come here 3 or 4 times each year but will use Philippines airlines URS sincerely Trevor frahm"
Nadelen: "Rather long wait at business check-in, friendliness there ok, on board service slow with the champagne, old aircraft with old configuration of seats, nothing really bad, but it's not like this that you win an airline of the year award!"
Nadelen: "In flight food service by cabin crew was spotty, sometimes they gave you coffee with dinner , sometime not, they are very forgetful. Please improve on this issue."

Voordelen: "one of the crew was rude. my spouse forgot to fold-up the cup holder, the hostess heat the holder so hard while walking. I don't know but it appeared as very very rude."
Nadelen: "Improve the process for boarding people were standing there for 45 minutes to 1 hour. People there needs training"
Voordelen: "Crew was very courteous, went above and beyond."
Voordelen: "The cabin crew was pretty good. This was the only saving grace in otherwise very poor experience"
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours and they changed the gate from one end of the terminal (A15) to the other (C1). The waiting area was cramped. This being the home of Singapore Airlines, the way managed this entire thing was pathetic. Boarding announcements were also confusing."
Nadelen: "My moslem meal selection wasn’t provided onboard"
Voordelen: "Crew was very helpful and courteous Entertainment system was pretty good Food was good. They could have given water bottles instead of asking for water."
Nadelen: "Seat comfort in Economy was just ok. Since this was a long haul flight, seats could have been better."

Voordelen: "I liked the food that was provided and the range of entertainment is up to date anencephaly plentiful, spoiling you for choice. The flight crew were very friendly and prompt to serve which was amazing"
Voordelen: "Brand new aircraft, excellent service and food"
Nadelen: "J class seat, 12A window. Top of my seat curled around my sides, which blocked vision thru 1.5 of the 3 windows I had access to. The enclosure also protuded into my left bicep when I had my elbow resting on the arm rest. Table on my right hand side was too close to my body, and to high to reach a drink easily, I literally had to lift my whole right arm to pick up a glass."
Voordelen: "The crew and the little things like blanket, pillow, hot towels etc that is just standard. The food was great except the bread rolls Entertainment system was fantastic"
Nadelen: "They seemed to miss a whole section with immigration cards which delayed my party of travellers when we landed. The recline of the seat is huge, great for those wo recline, not so great for the person behind them"
Voordelen: "Crew were attentive and courteous, food and beverage choices were great; would definitely fly with SA again."

Nadelen: "Old plane. Worst food I’ve ever had on a Singapore airlines flight. They need to give up on the seafood spaghetti. It was quite awful. Old plane so entertainment system not up to what is expected these days"
Nadelen: "I took the 777 on my flight to Perth and the seats are so so different from the ones on A330. Don't bother with Business class if you are flying the A330. It's not worth the money."

Nadelen: "Flight delayed twice without informing us the reason, and after boarding, we waited for v long to take off also"
Nadelen: "In flight crew manager in greenish dress was rude! Seemed like there weren’t enough restrooms on flight."

Voordelen: "First class airline. Great flight, great service, and even the food is better than "not bad". Seriously, Singapore Air offers flights between the U.S. and Asia at very competitive rates, but never seems to skimp on customer care. A well-done experience from start to finish..."
Voordelen: "For as long 14 hour journey they sure make it comfortable."
