When I found out about the fee, I checked their rules and I found out that the hand luggage is allowed to be 22" . I saw in the airplane a lot of people with cases having the same size as mine, that went as checked luggage at a cost fo around 40 . I want to see how can I get my money back . . ."

Some of the people in AEGEAN airlines were extremely rude and had no empathy for us, it was an awful day!!! because we had no sleep cause we where there at 2 am in the morning cause the flight was at 5:15 and we did that because we wanted to be for the whole day in santorini so you can imagine how frustrating and upset we were, they just gave us a snak for 6.50 Euro and 10 hours later We literalaly had to figth for our Food, We will apriciate if youu can do something about it or get us a refound, we where 3 people: ana Marrufo, Estefani Escoffie and pamela Ramayo"

Nadelen: "The seat on the LGW to MAD leg of my journey was very painful and uncomfortable. Seat pitch was very short. I have never seen such close seats in 45 years of flying including bargain airlines let alone more pricey higher quality airlines like British. Iberia was supposed to be an extension of British. When I arrived at MAD I went to the Iberia desk and tried to make an upgrade to their "business" class which was not up to the level of British's Premium Economy. At the Iberia desk at MAD, or online, or on the phone to upgrade the short leg of my return trip without raising cost of my whole round trip from USD $1250 to over USD $4000! years.This was RETURN part of my journey! Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time at MAD when I landed, online, or on the phone. British also said that I could not upgrade just the first (MAD to LGW) leg of my return journey. I would have to upgrade the LGW to TPA also. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front. Emergency evacuation would be very difficult for all pax with the short seat pitch. My having to sit sideways with my legs in the aisle would make it more difficult for other pax to to evacuate in an emergency. Since I need a wheel chair I can no longer request the exit row as I have done for 45 years. British should be aware that bad experiences with partner airlines tarnishes their reputation. As a premier airline British should pressure partner airlines to maintain seat pitch at no less than 32 inches which is still tight for many people. Since not all partners have equivalent classes of fares, British should allow mixed classes. For example on a TPA to MAD round trip journey, it should be possible for the transatlantic legs to be at Premium Economy prices, and the short legs LHR or LGW to MAD at business class prices. Voordelen: "Check in personnel were able to place me in the 3rd row where the seat pitch was poor but not as bad as the rows farther back. Wheelchair helpers were very efficient and friendly."
Nadelen: "This was return part of my journey. The LHR to MAD leg of my journey was extremely painful. I was unable to pay online or on the phone to upgrade the short leg of my return trip without raising cost of my whole trip from USD $1250 to over USD $4000! Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time online or on the phone. Even in the 3rd row it was difficult to fit my thigh length in the seat pitch. I had to sit with my legs splayed and with one leg in the aisle. My leg was constantly hit by luggage, pax, and cabin crew. Their service is worse than United. You get what you pay for. I will never fly with these clowns again. And I want my $33 back for the seat I didn't get!!!!!"
Voordelen: "Very limited - no vegetarian option. Was not enough quantity. No snacks in between"
Voordelen: "The flight has enough leg room considering I'm 6ft. The entertainment was world class. The flight was smooth."
Nadelen: "The flight attendant was slightly rude. The food was not so good. Every meal they had, had cheese in it."

J'appelle ça tout simplement du vol. Le client est pris devant le fait accompli et n'a que le choix de payer... Bref, je ne recommande nullement cette Vie aérienne."

Nadelen: "We had paid for reserved seats. When we got to the gate they were not there. Got bad seats to fly six hours. Left an item on the plane. No help tracking it down. No one would give us a phone number or how to go about locating it."

Nadelen: "I paid for 2 tickets and 2 seats. My friend was ill but I didn't cancel her seat. I was not given the paid for aisle seat. I was given the middle seat and a last minute person was given my seat!"
Voordelen: "The seat was comfortable."
Nadelen: "All snacks and beverages appeared to be at cost. No in-flight entertainment. My traveling companion's luggage was never delivered to our destination and really made for a less enjoyable trip (since she had to purchase everything anew, as well as having to repeatedly contact the airline to check on the bag - receiving multiple inaccurate stories as to what happened). It makes me far less likely to fly or recommend this airline again. Luggage tracking should be a very simple process."
Voordelen: "The only part of this flight that was good was when I deplaned at the end"
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed. We sat in the plane waiting for 1.5 hours. Passengers were not addressed as to why we were not moving. During this time the air conditioning was off and it was too hot. The crew was very rude and nowhere to be found most of the flight. I was extremely thirsty and crew was upset when I asked for water"

Nadelen: "They start boarding on time, but inexplicably kept people waiting on the jetbridge and did not allow anyone to actually pass through the airplane doors."

Voordelen: "I got a connection in Madrid to my destination, but the previous flight was delayed about 30 minutes. I got in the airport about 15 min before the gate closed. The gate that i arrived to my connection flight was around 26 min away. I have a condition on my leg and i cannot run, so i walked really fast through the airport and I was so happy to see that they were waiting for my delayed flight... which is very unusual. Thank you!!!!"

Excellent service by the crew, great food service, newer airplane with all the amenities, great selection on movies."

On the way back personal entertainment system was very, very lagi, additionally reset itself during movie fief times, and from where I was seating other people had the same issue. Coordination at airport was also not the best after landing at JFK, because we spend almost 50 minutes in airplane waiting for docking."

The flight attendants were yelling at all the passengers and threatened to kick people off the plane for trivial reasons. At the end off the day I guess you get what you pay for as this was the cheapest flight available and the service was mediocre at best"

Nadelen: "The entertainment was a little frustrating. The screens were only in the middle section so if you sat on the sides, it was really hard to see. There was also no outlets available on a 7-8 hour flight."
