Que du stress! Nous étions en état de choc, ils ont annulé notre billet à l’instant: l’aller et le retour!). Ce n’était pas du tout normal. Nous allons faire un recours, c’est inadmissible. Jamais plus avec British Airways."

Voordelen: "Boarding pass to from LHR to Hyderabad was not iisued at SAT airport. The guy with wheelchair at London didn't help in getting me boarding pass in time. My flight scheduled left. I had to wait for the next flight enroute to Delhi rather than hyderabad directly. I had to wait for more than 10 Hrs at LHR and Delhi. There was heavy delay to reach my destination."
Nadelen: "Non-issue of boarding pass from LHR to Hyderabad at SAT airport USA. Callous attitude of the guy who didn't help me in getting me the boarding pass at LHR. Enrouting me through Delhi to Hyderabad instead of a direct flight I had to wait for more than 10 Hrs at LHR and Delhi. There was heavy delay to reach my destination."

Nadelen: "retard d'environ 2h donc plus de train pour pouvoir renter à domicile pas de compensations par la compagnie(mème pas un café ) hormis des excuses de l’équipage pour le retard"

Nadelen: "Air craft very small was full with passengers ac was not good before takeoff. No baggage arrived to lahore i am really depressed due to baggage .please help to find baggae"

Nadelen: "The connection time between these two flights that you sell as a package is not enough. It is a 30 Min journey to do in a 45 min transfer, and the gate closes 30 mins before departure. Then if you’re first plane is delayed even by ten minutes (as mine was) you are more unable to catch your flight"

Nadelen: "Flight crew did not clear cabin at takeoff and landing. Tables left down, seats reclined. Did not enforce standards resulting in restricted egress in case of emergency. Allowed passengers to get up, collect thier bags from overhead compartments immediately after landing and during taxi. Clogged asiles. Poor air con during flight. Extremely cramped seating. Low budget and lax attitude. Consistently late flights On a positive note, direct nonstop flights to major destinations at good rates. You get what you pay for though."

Nadelen: "No separate boarding line for business class passengers; Staff was clueless in muscat airport and theee was no priority boarding for business class passengers"

Voordelen: "New Muscat terminal is lovely. service very attentive and food v. Nice."

Voordelen: "Uncomfortable seats , poor food category, bottled water supply was minimal, staff needs to improve on language, boarding was very stampeded baora"
Nadelen: "Boarding was not comfortable, felt like you being pushed like animals"

Nadelen: "First time in my life that the airplane food was cold. There also was no in flight entertainment."

Voordelen: "Nithing"
Nadelen: "In Oman airs home airport there was no service desk. When the flight was delayed the sent 1 agent do deal with a full glitch’s worth of guests. Even though the delay was over 6 hours they gave no compensation besides lounge access to a lounge that is not fully functional. The next morning (yes the delay was overnight and they didn’t provide a hotel room) they called us all to the gate only to tell us they still were waiting for the plane to be repaired (the night before they’d Told us the flight would be in time as they’d flown another plane in). Again there was only one Oman air agent and just normal airport staff to handle the full flight. People were yelling and there was a lot of anger but no official announcements were ever made and only rumors passed from those who actually had a chance to talk to the on me guy. Finally when i arrived in Bangkok it seemed like they had there act together as there were many agents on the gangway to assist people to find connecting flights. Being so late there was only on flight for me and several others trying to get to Phuket. An agent took us to immigration and told us all he’d meet us in the other side to take us to the check in. HE DIDN’T SHOW UP. We couldn’t go back in the airport to find him or anyone from Oman air and were left to find an airport employee who graciously helped us find the booking office and just make the flight. I fly internationally regularly and this was by far the worst airline experience I’ve ever had or even heard about."

Voordelen: "It was only a short trip from Doha to Muscat to Dubai but it went very well. The flights were on time, the plane was comfortable and the staff were very helpful."
Nadelen: "My only concern was that unless I caught the 4.00 pm flight I had to wait until the 7.30 pm (4 hour layover) or 9.30 pm (2 hour layover) flights from Doha both of which do not get to Dubai until 3.30 am. I could not catch the 4.00 pm as it was a work day. The flight timings are not good."

Nadelen: "Immigration at MCT - too many flights at the same time."

Nadelen: "Problems with our extra legroom being allocated at the check in desk as oman employ a 3rd party called option town to handle this process. Numerous broken tv screens on the aircraft preventing passengers from watching tv. Losing our baggage for over 2 days. Creaking tv screens prevent passengers from sleeping. Leaking emergency exits that cover passengers in condensation."

Voordelen: "Decent entertainment system and choices."
Nadelen: "Poor quality headphones - jacks are often messed up make sure you have your own. Got food poisoning on Muscat to Paris flight - other than that the food tended to be quite bland. Need to give out more water on flight to combat dehydration as well. Stopping in Muscat's terminal was like a time warp back to a 1970s mall. Also no direct connection to terminal, planes park out on tarmac and take people on 1 km bus ride to connect to terminal. Legroom was pretty tight but not horrid Never thought I would be as happy to get back to Manila!"

Voordelen: "Quick boarding and disembarking. Polite crew members."
Nadelen: "One bathroom was out of order so there were often long waiting times. Nor were the bathroom engagement lights working so it appeared to be vacant when it was occupied. Food and announcements were too frequent for a late night flight - only 2 hours to sleep on a 6 hour overnight flight."

Voordelen: "Oman Business lounges good in Bkk also"
Nadelen: "Seats in business were ok but do not offer the position options that most airlines offer in Business."

Voordelen: "The crew were friendly and helpful."
Nadelen: "No entertainment and the food was a joke ! The trip wS expensive at 770$ !"

Nadelen: "1. Waiting in a closed doors transfer bus w/o AC 15+ min just in front of the plane because it wasn't ready for the passengers. (Unaceptable) 2. Flight attendant unable to pick an organized trashbag politely given to her(unaceptable) ; next time all trash will be left in the seat like all passengers do."

Nadelen: "The worst food you could ever have in a expensive flight. Just pretzels and water. And the plane is really old & the chairs are really stiff that hearts the back"

Voordelen: "Nice Service. On ground is ok. At least people are not rude. In flight is also ok. Nothing special. That's ok for me as long as they are not rude or obnoxious."
Nadelen: "Entertainment options are limited. This is such a short flight I normally watch series. Their selection is not the best. Boarding in Muscat Airport is always a mess."

Nadelen: "Bad, flight was delayed by an hour without announcement. Further another 10 mins wait due to some problem at aero bridge. Overall poor."

Voordelen: "Not much"
Nadelen: "Less legroom than usual/expected. Crew was fine but wasn't too proactive and took quite a while to get things going regarding food/beverages."

Nadelen: "Was bumped off my flight without notice, because my flight was delayed 30 minutes. Arrived at the airport before the gate closed to tell me I was on a flight 7 hours later. Oman air employees were incredibly rude and unwilling to help."

Nadelen: "This is an international flight which didnt have an in seat entertainment. They didnt announce anything and this is the only airline where they serve the food without even checking if you want or not. It was a mid night flight and i was fast asleep after take off. They woke me up and just threw the food on the table and walked off. Another first of its kind is they serve solid food first and followed by drinks so even if you are thirsty, you have to wait. All juice will be served later. and the most uncomfortable old seats. Probably they use different flights for different sectors and to India, they consider every passenger as just "cattle" class and use the worst flight they have. But no other option. There are few direct flights and this is the only choice. So have to fly with them again unfortunately."

Nadelen: "The seats are rediculously small and rather uncomfortable. It took way too long for us to be served beverages. And when I needed more water, no one was around to bring it. They delivered the food and then took ages to collect it once we were finished. The sound for the in flight entertainment was broken on my consol. There seemed to be a problem with the air flow: it was really hot on both flights."
