The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."
Nadelen: "without any possibility to call back. or to call again while being late, when arrived with plenty of time before departure. nobody was on the gate. when tryed to do all myself whithin minutes tsa didnt bother to speedup process and it took forever. i missed my flight literally in seconds."

Voordelen: "On March 4, my wife and I made a flight from New York to Sydney with a transfer in Doha, Qatar. We flew the Qatar airline business class. Everything was great despite a very large flight. New plane, very clean. Wide comfortable seats turning into a large comfortable bed. Great menu and good wine list. All staff are professionally trained and very friendly. All this made this flight very comfortable and we were not tired."

Everything about our flight was better than we have come to expect from most other airlines. To highlight one surprise - the in-flight meals were high quality."

Pls ask ground catering to provide more non veg food The cabin temperature was close to freezing on the GOi-DOH international flight. No blankets provided when asked for blankets was told by the Indian air hostess on board the Qatar Airways flight that there is a shortage of blankets and they had to give children first Flight was at 3:50 am at this early tme pls provide blankets for all specially if it is freezing"

Tout s'est bien dérouler pour un vol de 9h50. C'est sur qu'on aurait aimé plus , mais cela vient avec le prix qu'on prêt a payer. Somme toute un bon voyage"

Notre hôtesse de l air été excellente dans son travail. Toujours à prendre soin de nous, être attentive à nos demandes et toujours disponible. Vraiment excellente, elle s’appelait Roma je crois. Merci pour tout, je reprendrai cette compagnie tout le temps.

Nadelen: "The crew was poor. Didn’t appreciate when requested toilet paper in the toilet, as there was none. Ask for a snack as no food until 5hrs into the flight, crew were impolite and rude. The crew gathered in the gallery and chat among themselves. Very annoyed if you interrupted them, asking for a water."

Nadelen: "Had to sit by two middle age/older individuals who, between the two of them, got up to use the rest room or walk around 1x/hr. It was a big inconvenience for a 16hr flight"

Nadelen: "Why would I have an access to the Cathay Pacific VIP lounge at Gate 65 when my boarding is more than a mile away at Gate 3. There was a VIP lounge at around Gate 4, why was I not given access to that one? As it was I almost missed my flight because of the one mile scramble from the VIP lounge."

Nadelen: "Our flight from HK to LAX we were told that the pilot refused to wait for us even if we arrived in HK from cebu at 11:35 of July 29 and our flight to lax was at 12:05 .Cathay couldn’t do anything about it. We were billeted in a hotel far from the airport with free breakfast but no lunch was provided and the earliest flight they could give us was scheduled at 16:35 of Juy 30. Upon returning to the airport I asked a cathay staff regarding provisions for lunch but I was told there’s none.Overall our trip both to and from LAX were very uncomfortable and inconvenient. I hope Cathay will do something better in situations like we encountered. As of this writing I and my husband are still at HK airport waiting for our flight to LAX."

When I did not comply to what she was asking she very rudely did what she was asking me to do yet I could not hear or understand her. She even rolled her eyes. Very uncalled for and rude."
Nadelen: "Flight was late. I understand that there could be unexpected problems. But please do not say that due to 'operational reasons'. Sounds like BS. Tell us he actual reason. Arrived late, engine problems, passenger missing, etc."
Nadelen: "There was a long delay when boarding the connecting flight to SGN and there weren't any clear updates on the flight status. I didn't mind the wait so much but I wish they had announced the current status more clearly."
Nadelen: "Flight to Hongkong arrived late in Hongkong hence had to stay extra 31/2 hours in Honking to wait for the next flight to New York!"

Nadelen: "The particular flight we took lands in LAX at 1420 hrs,, height of arrivals. Immigration took us an 2 hours to clear. Perhaps CX can adjust their arrival time by an hour or so to avoid the peak arrival time of many flights."

Nadelen: "Plane got delayed for an hour, WITHOUT any air conditioning. I forgot what the captain said about the HKG airport not capable of providing air conditioning to the plane. Anyway, I began sweating after 10 mins, and it sucks."

Nadelen: "The crew needs to be little more polite. Except one girl rest of them , i felt was not as polite as they should be. The moat important thing about the flight is there was just one restroom in the center of the flight and obviously its always occupied. So most of the times you end up walking to the end of the plane to use the rest room."

Nadelen: "I had a flight from ZHR to HKG and further with another Airline to Shanghai. After 8 hours delay, I was not rebooked to another flight to Shanghai. Reason: We are only responsible to bring you to HKG - not further. Thanks a lot"

Nadelen: "Not very good seats, no wifi, weak movie selection, the bottled water is like 2 ounces (on a 16 hr flight i had to drink 100 of them), we couldn't pick seats in advance."

Nadelen: "Too much nonsense with carry on and check in language. I paid for my seat but they changed it for better balance of the plain. Really I weigh 165 lbs. Once the plane reaches altitude they let me take my seat. However the plane was barely occupied and somebody with closer and took my seat."

Nadelen: "Embarquement... J'avais parlé à un membre à l'embarquement pour avoir une place avec plus d'espace pour les jambes... On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"
Voordelen: "When you lose your phone in the business class seat and a technician goes to find it once you land in Zurich and the day that it has miraculously disappeared there isn’t much to like at all about Swiss Airlines. Swiss Airlines isn’t going to hear the end of this is they don’t agree to replace my son’s phone. My husband is a lawyer and we are prepared to bring this to the public."
Nadelen: "My son dropped his phone in business class seat and the ground staff technician claimed it wasn’t there. Theft at its best! Swiss Air better take responsibility for their shady staff and agree to replace my don’s Phone promptly or we will take this to the public eye and courts. I’m sure we could get a big class action suit."

Voordelen: "Le vol de Swiss était comme d'habitude agréable et sympa. Il n'y a vraiment pas grand chose à redire."
Nadelen: "Le soucis se situe souvent dans les aéroports, notamment celui de Tegel à Berlin. Je vous déconseille fortement d'y atterrir, c'est vraiment inadapté et des infrastructures vraiment désuètes."
Nadelen: "45min of delay due to defrosting of the wings and crowded airspace at the destintion"

Nadelen: "J'avais réservé le vol chez ANA (joint venture) : impossible de pouvoir réserver un siège puisque le vol est opéré par Swiss. Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"
Voordelen: "Le surclassement en business mais surtout le check in automatique via KAYAK, les avertissements sur le retard via KAYAK trips et l’information sur porte d’embarquement et le numéro de carrousel pour récupérer son baggage sur l’app KAYAK- Merci KAYAK"
Nadelen: "Le facial spray de Swiss et les chaussettes qui ne sont pas très agréable!!"
Voordelen: "The crew for the most part were courteous."
Nadelen: "1. The economy seats were extremely uncomfortable and tight, unlike other Int’l flights we have been on, ie, Virgin and British Airlines 2.Food was the worst we have ever had on an Int’l Flt. 3. Main meal selection ran out. Staff said there was nothing they could fo. 4. Our suitcase arrived really beat up. It looked like it was dragged along the tarmac. There were several large rips. To make it worse, this was the first trip we have used the suitcase."
Nadelen: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."
Voordelen: "The entire process from boarding in Chicago until arrival in Athens was very smooth."
Voordelen: "Service and food were good considering it was "plane food". No delay whatsoever."
Nadelen: "Black box under the front seat. No room for legs. Seat blocked in lower position, impossible to make it stay in upper position. Entertainment wasn't working good: extremely laggy when it was working ... Seats are way too short. You got the neck support into the upper back ... And I am only 1.80m. Overall, I am done with Swiss until they upgrade their planes. Wifi was 99usd for 220 mo ... what a joke. A 20+yo plane for a such reputated company. There was still the ashtrays inside the restrooms."

Then the crew passed their legal time and had to be replaced. Bottom line almost 3 h delay after 6h in ZRH coming from Mumbai"
Voordelen: "The flight attendants were professional and helpful."
Nadelen: "We were glad to have extra leg room at the bulk head, however, the seats themselves were extremely narrow. My elderly father found it exceptionally difficult to sit and stand from the seat. The seat table creates an ever tighter fit for someone with special needs."
