Nadelen: "After a delay of about an hour on a very full flight the gate agent asked for volunteers to check their rollaboard suitcases. The gate agents then allowed those who checked their rollaboards to board before Zone 1,which was fine. However, a bunch of people without gate check stickers on the rollaboards were also allowed to board before Zone 1, which was aggravating. There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."

Le personnel de bord disparaît après le service du repas et ce, pour le restant du vol. Les rideaux séparateurs restent ouverts! Quant au confort des sièges, n’en parlons même pas! Dur sur les fesses, le dos, les jambes et le sommeil! Bref, cette classe n’a plus rien de premium!"

It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

If LH 754 gets delayed going into Bangalore, it creates a bottleneck with Emirates and Etihad arriving at about the same time."

Voordelen: "We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!"
Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Nadelen: "The crew were not very friendly. They were snappy and were irritated by requests. Often walked past us instead of offering drinks, felt ignored. The TVs did not work properly for many people."

Nadelen: "Lufthansa's narrowbodies have one of the most uncomfortable seats in the sky. These slimline seats are built with a central beam running vertically along the midline of the seat, making it very uncomfortable with your spine."

Nadelen: "There was an issue on the bus to take us to the teminal cuz a passenger took another's passenger's backpack which looked exactly the same but they made us wait on the bus til the mix up was settled. A lot of the passengers got frustrated cuz we had connecting flights and the workers by the plane didn't care including the bus driver. We finally went but we almost missed our flight .we had to literally run to the gate to make it."

Nadelen: "we had to go down stairs to gain access to plane; they waited forever to board. supper selections were mediocre at best."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

They were inconsistent in their timing and unhelpful when we asked for help with traveling with two little kids. They lied to me about which desk to go to and traumatized my children."

Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Kiwi m'a répondu qu'Air France me rembourserait une somme ridicule. et qu'après la retenue de Kiwi on me rembourserait autour de 10€ !!! Je ne comprends pas bien pourquoi on me retient autant y compris les frais d'enregistrement d'un bagage. J’accepterais bien sur de ne pas être remboursé de l'intégralité, mais là faut pas exagérer. Je suis vraiment mécontent."

Nadelen: "I know the saying “you get what you pay for”, but good service from the flight attendants should be expected in the price. It was hard to get a greeting or a smile from them, far from prompt delivery of food or coffee ordered. We were traveling with two kids under 5, but there was no help offered. You are expected to pay for any and all food or drinks, including water. The airline could at least offer free water. The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast."

Nadelen: "I’ve never had such a bad meal on a plane. I don’t expect fine dining but I felt sick to my stomach afterward. My flight sat in by the tarmac for an hour. I only made my connection because that flight was also an hour late. Boarding was really chaotic."

Nadelen: "Legroom a little scarce on a 12-hour flight, even though I'm only 5'7" tall."

Nadelen: "IBERIA crew lacks manners & are simply not pleasant. Plane was delayed 2 hrs & crew only told publicly what the problem was about 30 mins after original departure time. Food has been reduced & of less quality. Entertainment system wasn't working & crew didn't seem to understand it's their problem to fix it. It finally worked 3 hrs into the flight."

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Nadelen: "Belachelijk weinig beenruimte, waardoor ik niet eens recht in m’n stoel kon zitten!"

Voordelen: "Movie selection. Decent room in each seat. 2x4x2 setup is nice."

Nadelen: "I was at the airport more than 2 hours ahead of my flight time. By the time I made it through check in, security, and immigration, I was already cutting it close. A random security check right at the gate made me miss my flight. There were no timely options to re-route my flight unless it was at a fee of over >$2,000. Horrible, stressful, experience."

Nadelen: "Lost luggage and missed my flight to Jacksonville hand to rent a car and drive 6 hrs home"

Voordelen: "Flight left on time"
Nadelen: "Very tight seats. I’m not that tall and my knees were hitting the seat in front"

Voordelen: "Overhead storage was generous. Being able to check flight progress while in the air."
Nadelen: "They charged us for two aisle seats, and then reassigned one of us to a middle seat with no notice. With advance notice, they were unable to provide a meal that would not contain bell peppers, to which I am allergic. On the plane, both meal options contained bell peppers. Surprisingly, the ingredient lists were not available to flight attendants or passengers, and we were only aware of their presence because of seeing them, or having my allergic reaction (which I did) after avoiding the visible ones. The passenger in front of me put his seat in full recline for the entire 10 hour flight, including about 30 minutes when the seat was unoccupied. This put his seat about six inches in front of my chin and made it impossible for me to view the entertainment screen. It also made it difficult to get into and out of my seat. Several of the toilets had clear fluid covering the floor. I did not want to know is this was water or something else. Although our connecting flight in Miami went from gate E21 to gate E30, it took two hours (and 3,000 steps per FitBit) to get there because of being required to claim our luggage, leave security, recheck the bags, and then re-enter security. Our tickets did not provide for TSA-PRE despite having provided our known traveler number in advance. Many notices and directions were only available in Spanish. As they are based in a Spanish speaking country, this is perfectly reasonable, but their services are marketed to English speaking countries and it was a problem for me as a predominantly English-only speaker."

Voordelen: "Never happened. Missed because of security. Have no idea where our luggage is. Everybody gives us a different story"

Voordelen: "Flight to our destination: sat in exit row for extra cost. I was freezing cold and was told no extra blankets. Also staff were rude and unhelpful telling us to remove all things from the floor for take off and landing ( which i accept is the policy) but since we had nowhere to put them except on our laps (she’s, books, sweaters pocket book) as there is no seat in front for an exit row to put under. The staff member kept saying “up, up” motioning with her hand, but made no offer to assist us in finding overhead space. Upon our return flight, our pre booked exit row seats were switched on us right before boarding in a rude and matter of fact wayand my husband and I were separated one on either side of the aircraft. When we queried this, we were told it would be up to us to switch with the person sitting next to us. Overall very disappointing. I would not fly Iberia again."

Voordelen: "Very bad organization Changed seats for everybody and no priority to board"

Voordelen: "Nothing stands out."
Nadelen: "The seats are cramped, no leg room. The passenger in front of me reclined her seat and spent the majority of the flight in my lap. The temperature on the plane was hot. if you're in an aisle seat you might feel the air conditioner but not if you're in the center of the row. There are not air vents above the seats. This was a long flight to be miserable."

Voordelen: "The discomfort of the cramped seating overshadows everything"
Nadelen: "This was the 3rd time I had to take Iberia coach in Europe in 4 week. As horrible as the first 2 times. The rows are too close to each other. I can not sit straight. My knees hit the seat in front of me. I was not the only one measuring more than 6 feet. Other men equally were obliged to sit sort of diagonally. It a real torture. Horrible. Never again."

Nadelen: "I requested a vegan meal weeks prior and the only meal without meat had a lot of dairy in it. Not enough water was offered as well. The flight was delayed boarding. The leg room is pitiful on the flight."

Voordelen: "On time dép and arrival"

Nadelen: "The choices of movies and entertainment on a 9+ hour flight was not good."

Voordelen: "Food was good Entertainment system is very good. Good selection of movies with good sound Crew does a fine job"
Nadelen: "I am an American who flew roundtrip Chicago - Madrid. We (family of 3) still haven't received our lost luggage from 2 weeks ago. When we checked in at Madrid, one staff told us to ask about the luggage downstairs at the luggage retrieval, which we are not allowed into. I came back and another staff woman told us to immediately go through immigration, because it takes so long to get through. Since our luggage appears to be lost for good, we will never take Iberia again. Madrid airport is a nightmare! We arrived at Madrid airport 2 hr 20 min. before our flight. Because the distance from the check-in counter to the plane is unbelievably far, and we all have to wait in very long lines, and then take multiple trains, escalators, and finally a bus, and U.S. passengers have their passports checked twice in long lines, we got on to the plane barely in time, on "last call" 30 min. before it took off. We will never fly through Madrid again! On any other trip from Spain overseas, we will choose some other city in Spain to leave from."

Voordelen: "Flight amenities were great! When I discovered my passport was missing at my connection in London, John, the rep made calls to track it down where I left it in the tub at the security check point! He then walked with me to get it and then to re-book my flight since I had missed my scheduled flight......and there was no charge for the new flight! Unheard of in this day and age."
Nadelen: "Nothing."

Nadelen: "Boarding was extremely disorganized and hectic. No lines or sections were created to organize boarding process. Boarding area was crammed with people pushing to board. Seat selections of many passengers (including my boyfriend's and my own) were switched at the last minute right as we were boarding . We had to wait until everyone was seated to negotiate seat changes with fellow passengers in order to sit together. The seat and luggage moves added to the chaos on the plane and delayed the flight by about 45 minutes. food was mediocre, seats uncomfortable. All in all not a good experience. Had boarding been calmer and smoother the rest of the issues wouldn't be as notable as us passengers would have been in a much better mood."

Nadelen: "Cabin crew very unhelpful and unfriendly. Food terrible. Entertainment very lackluster and obscure."

Nadelen: "The air conditioning was not working correctly, they opened the door during boarding to allow for some relief. ??? It was just uncomfortable. Another thing which is terribly annoying is the touch screen entertainment on the back of the seat. Who in their right mind invented this? What happens when you have a inconsiderate person playing games behind you tapping your seat back like they are playing the xylophone? Ridiculous! People have lost their ability to be respectful, so please get rid of this and put the controls someplace else. This goes for all airlines. Thanks."

Nadelen: "Seats do not recline. Not even water was offered."

Nadelen: "Flight was canceled, no option given to rebook over the phone or at another desk. I waited 6 hours in the airport to get my flight rebooked for the following day. Cancelations happen but there was no plan in place, to manage such a situation. We were offered no compensation except free chips 5 hours into the wait. I've never had a worse experience with an airline."
