Check-in should be faster. We waited for almost 1hr to complete check-in

All up to great standard for Economy seats. Appreciated careful approach to COVID protocols and efficient service throughout. Also minimum delays at Dubai. Will definitely consider Emirates first for next UK/Europe trip! Only improvement could be the breakfasts being too starchy - too many breads, rolls etc, otherwise good.

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."

Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

Nadelen: "The cabin crew was racist. She told me to move back from an empty seat just because she wanted one of the guys ( from her country ) to set on it! Very rude and racist."
Voordelen: "Sandwich was incredibly tasty (although not much filling)"
Nadelen: "2 hours on the tarmac delayed with no explanation. Uncomfortable seats, no leg room. Poor management of seating, there was enough empty seats to have groups together but they were split up. Drinks served from a communal bottle in a polystyrene cup."

Nadelen: "Super delayed. Could have fixed the issue BEFORE we were sitting on tha plane for TWO hours"

Overall experience except baggage collection in Chicago was good. In Chicago, baggages from many flights routed to single domestic carousel that had caused lots of mess and many had to wait for more than 90 minutes to collect the baggage as Etihad baggages were released in pockets due to priorities given to other domestic flights baggage

Voordelen: "crew was good. Seat was good but it was a business class seat in a 787-9; so it should be good."
Nadelen: "wines were mediocre which was balanced out by the good quality of the food. Brussels to Abu Dabhi boarding was a little chaotic with coach and front cabin passesgers packed in a single bus. Noticed many older passengers standing for the longish bus ride."

Nadelen: "Surbooking à l'embarquement, aucune info, un scandale. Seulement un petit déjeuner (très moyen) servi pour la totalité d’un vol de plus de 6h, quand les autres compagnies servent un vrai repas et une collation Aucune trousse en classe économie, ni un masque, ni une brosse à dents"
Nadelen: "Le racket de cette compagnie commence dès l'enregistrement. Nous étions en famille avec deux enfants. Premier bonheur de devoir payer 63 euros de plus pour éviter d'être disséminés aux 4 coins de l'avion, le système par défaut ayant fait cela !!! Deuxième bonheur l'avion est en fait quasi vide.."
Nadelen: "Clogged sinks"
Voordelen: "Les films et le casque confortable . Équipage agréable et avion confortable"
Nadelen: "Nourriture moyenne mais correcte."
Voordelen: "Vol de nuit . Aucun soucis. Transfert des bagages impeccable. Équipage efficace."
Nadelen: "Les couvertures ne sont pas donnes automatiquent ce qui est regrettable pour un vol de nuit où la climatisation est toujours trop froide."
Voordelen: "Surclassement Buisness Class, arrivée à Paris avec 20 minutes d’avance, livraison bagage rapide"

Voordelen: "Only process of boarding."
Nadelen: "Everything else was not close to other comparative airlines. Food was horrible. Just FYI, cottage cheese is not the only food for Asian vegetarians. There actually are many other options. Not enough options for entertainment. The seats for economy class were way too crammed. With the growth in technology, it would be helpful to have a USB port to charge. ELL phones."
Voordelen: "We were lucky to get the last row where there are just 2 seats."
Nadelen: "Width and depth of seats - very small. I especially noticed the depth - very narrow. As usual bearly room between row in front. The food was very average. I ordered Asian vegetarian and got 3 meals almost identical. For dessert I also got a piece of melon and 2 cubes of pineapple 3 times. The bread roll was stale at best. Unfortunately on the long 13 hr leg we had a male staff member who wasn’t happy in his job and basically grunted at the passengers...He was also clearing the food trays and was very rough with it and I wore a container of somebody else’s custard all over me (luckily I had a blanket wrapped around Mel). He was more annoyed that zig also got the bottom of his trousers and shoes."
Nadelen: "It was bit long. Especially long hault at abudhabi."
Voordelen: "That there was a vegetarian meal on the second leg of my travel. And that the journey is over. Besides that, not much"
Nadelen: "1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

Voordelen: "They were strict about people changing seats to exit rows without prior permission"
Nadelen: "Food, cleanliness, boarding, timeliness, both etihad flights were late."

Nadelen: "While chk in , they wanted to charge me for half a kilo extra weight , very bad jester, internet charges expensive. Flight was late at departure for 35 minutes without any explanation."
Voordelen: "The USA immigration at Abu Dhabi is an advantage"
Nadelen: "The baggage check-in India, I requested for fragile since I had glass stuff in my luggage but that was not done. The air hostess in the flight from hyd to Abu Dhabi mentioned me that I had to make specific preference for veg meal which I haven’t done for my flight to India neither before."

Voordelen: "The entertainment is good but there could be a better selection."
Nadelen: "It took 2 hours to check in, literally was going to fall over but the time i got to the desk. There was a small child who screamed for about half of the journey."
Nadelen: "food was bad in taste ,they present us just like give to baggers there was no serving in trays .pictures show in add. are all falls we did not get that kind of food in our whole trip . for exps .in dinner they serve 2 small buns filled with 2 leave of spinch 1 bean barito 1small piece of chocolate for desert. for breakfast was lentel,with mashed patatos.when I asked for somthing else.reply was we do not have anything else.so i did not have anything in my 15 houre flight."

Voordelen: "I reached safe and the flight was smooth with minimal turbulence. I did not interact much with the crew but they did their job as usual."
Nadelen: "The food was not good. I had ordered low calorie and I got uncooked chicken and uncooked vegetables"
Voordelen: "Entertainment on flight was good. Very comfortable seating and courteous crew. Food was above average with not much variety."
Nadelen: "In-flight WIFI was very slow and felt a bit expensive. Boarding was a bit unorganized, but OK. Flight arrived a bit late and took-off 3 hrs late than the estimated take-off time and there was nothing offered in-flight during this time apart from water, which was a very bad experience."

Nadelen: "We have cancelled the trip on some personal problems online on kiwi.com, called twice also but till date no action is taken. Neither we got refund nor tickets got cancelled, eventhough we have cancelled tickets 3 days prior to start of our trip"
Voordelen: "The flight wasn't delayed..The check-in/ ticketing crew were helpful."
Nadelen: "My seat in 13 hour long flight was Broken! The chair wouldn't recline! The crew couldn't help saying the flight was full and couple other chairs were having the same problem (?!!!). The food was mediocre. The cabin bag size limit was very small."
Voordelen: "I really hate it bad food and foof poisoned snd blood vomited"

Nadelen: "Landing."
Voordelen: "The head flight attendant went the extra mile to ensure we got aisle seats together after our seats had been changed since we checked in. Very happy that she went the extra mile to pull it off. Movies and food were very good."
Nadelen: "We didn't like that our confirmed aisle seat had been switched since we checked in and were confirmed. It was uncomfortable for a while trying to solve this with the ground staff, but they put the message through and I mentioned it again and it was resolved in the end."
Voordelen: "I expected the same amenities that I had on the incoming flight, but it was not comparable for me. It was a different plane perhaps. Well, fine. But for an average woman to have the man next to me bodily impinging was beyond uncomfortable."
Nadelen: "I was in the center seat and I am not a large person. That this flight did not give me even the minimum body space. Perhaps it would make sense to offer a travel class where, in advance, one might choose a larger area but not as large as under business class. At least economy plus. Please!"
Voordelen: "Was on time."

Nadelen: "Ticket was not emitted I discovered it two days before departure."

Voordelen: "Après une heure dans l'avion sans climatisation malgré un personnel de bord irréprochable (distribution de boissons) on nous annonce le débarquement, diriger et abandonne dans un terminal malgré un repas offert, pas d'information après renseignement auprès d'un accompagnant de tour operator j'apprend qu'il faut se rendre à la même porte où nous embarqueront avec 4 heures de retard. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Nadelen: "Le vol était complet et nous nous sommes vu proposés éventuellement un vol AF direct en remplacement. Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Voordelen: "Etihad knows how to make you feel special, lot of smiles and nice crew who are the real hosts, never get tired and always are ready to help."
Nadelen: "Food is always the same. Fish chicken and beef with different sauces. Wine list not that impressive for a five star airline"
Voordelen: "In flight crew was helpful and considerate about carrying a infant with me"
Nadelen: "Boarding at New Delhi was pathetic, crew asked me to go to online check in counter and it was slower than the other counters."
