Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Nadelen: "I was traveling today with my daughter, who is 6 months pregnant, my 3 1/2 & 18 month old grandsons, my husband & son-in law on an international flight from Chicago to Manchester. I was very disappointed a 757 was used for an international flight! No attempt was made by staff to accomodate our family with a extra seat for the infant, even though there were a large number of rows with empty middle seats (4 of which were directly behind them!) The 1st indication of the beginning of the NIGHTMARE was when the plane arrived in Chicago and overshot the gate, this caused almost an hour delay! (We heard our crew saying "oops" while looking out the window at the plane arriving & then again when they were discussing it would have been faster if the plane had used a different method to get to the gate again.) This was then followed by a mechanical problem with a frozen water valve, requiring us to be de-iced x2! Then we started to taxi out and again had to return because of a hydraulic problem that required repair. I think we were delayed almost 3.5 hours. The crew did bring a round of water during the onground delays, and offered free drinks later in the flight. The icing on the cake was not getting the stroller back at the gate because there were no baggage handlers. I can't tell you how much FUN that was trying to corral a toddler & 3yr old with all our carry-on bags while getting thru customs! Did I mention in our haste to get off that plane we overlooked my daughter's winter maternity coat in the overhead! May be time to switch to the Friendlier Skies of United for our UK travel!"

Even if there were several concurring factors, it it necessary to find a better procedure in order to avoid keeping passangers inside a plane with the prospect of taking off in the next half hour repeated every half hour! For the ones of us traveling with children it is even worse, and becomes a real nightmare."

The amount of re direction to get to the final terminal was absurd .. that's just my venting My real problem is that then "crew" or team that represent s the American Airlines / compass part was just useless. A hand full of people - myself included didn't get a chance to board the plane as they didn't make any announcements. Beyond disappointing. When you check in they take your cell phone "in case " well no call no txt no nothing. It was a joke the level of service No apologies or anything just a group of any tired patrons getting the worst customer experience. I'll never EVER book a flight that has anything to do with American Airlines or its partners"

I am allergic to milk (common allergy), you put milk products everywhere. Vegan is the only option, sadly it is usually some sort of Asian food and I am not Asian, have a gag reflex when I smell Indian food. This was not Air India flight, but smelled like one!!! Will avoid flying with United. Somehow, although I booked on purpose with Brussels Air, without my consent (!!!) I was sold tickets for United operated flight. Please, don't tell me that customers are your #1 priority, because they are NOT!"

Nadelen: "Normalement, les vols long courriers offrent toujours des bagages en soute. Apparemment ce n'est pas le cas de air Europa. Cependant, cette information n'a été clair nulle part. J'ai dû payer taxe de 150$ à l'aéroport pour cette malhonnêteté. Exactement la même remarque concernant la nourriture. Il n'y eu aucun moment durant la réservation où l'on a pu choisir notre régime alimentaire. Étant végétarien j ai recu un plat avec viande. Le staff m'a dit qu'il fallait appeler la compagnie auparavant, comment le deviner ? De plus, le petit dejeuner était composé de un ridicule sandwich jambon fromage. J'ai demandé pour changer et dit que du jambon au petit déjeuner n'était pas nécessaire mais on m'a répondu avec insolence que c'était un petit déjeuner "normal"! Le service avant même l'embarquement était médiocre et désagréable. A bord, le staff parlaient quasiment exclusivement en espagnol alors que le vol venait du Brésil. A bord, on nous informe sur pour pouvoir regarder des films, il faut télécharger une application car il n'y a pas d'écran disponible. Une fois a bord les réseaux ne fonctionnent généralement pas! Alors le staff propose un iPad a 10€ ?? C'est une action plus que malhonnête!! Informez vos clients à l'avance."

Voordelen: "A vrai dire pas grand chose, une des pires expérience de ma vie en therme de vol"
Nadelen: "- Pas d'écran sur un long vol - Personnel pas souriant du tout et pas de service (il faut aller se servir de l'eau au fond de l'avion) - Retard systématique - Le personnel nous refuse le service d'autre boisson que de l'eau - Aucune information en anglais"

Nadelen: "The company offers onboard entertainment but we have to pay extra for the headphones, ridiculous ! Just add $3 to the flight tickets but don't charge us money for stupid made in China headphones for God's sake ! Next time British Airways or Air France for me no more Air Europa. Moreover: In Madrid just before boarding to Miami, a guy from Air Euopa asked me some questions regarding my stay in the U.S.. That is NOT his business ! "How long are you going to stay in the U.S." ? This is NOT his business ! His job is to check if my passport is OK with my boarding pass, that's all ! Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."

Nadelen: "It was a low cost flights but I wasn't aware of that, do there was no service. There wasn't a lot of space between the seats row."

Nadelen: "I booked a flight from Lisbon to JFK with a stopover in Madrid. Instead of going to JFK, my flight landed in Boston. There was no AirEuropa representative in Boston. The state police told all of the passengers that we were considered stranded and that we had to figure it out ourselves and then seek reimbursement from AirEuropa. I had to take a greyhound bus in the middle of the night to get to NYC. It's as terrible as it sounds. I am filing a complaint with AirEuropa"

Voordelen: "Very helpful crew. Courtious."
Nadelen: "I had the chicken. Not very good. Also. In Rome Alitalia employees were doing checkin and it was a bit chaotic and disorganized."

Nadelen: "I booked a Delta flight and got an Air Europa flight. The flight was two hours late. The plane was really old and and had no screens, USB chargers, super tight space and things kept breaking. I’ll never book a flight that is operated by Air Europa."

Voordelen: "The airplane clean conform"
Nadelen: "No beverage not even water or snack nothing there are some basic things that the airline should supply water or a cookie something basic minimum yeah charging money for"

Voordelen: "Everything good"

Voordelen: "Le premier vol"

Voordelen: "Our flight was on time, our crew was kind and helpful, seats were very confortable, on air entertainment was great. It simply get like a great airline and not a budget one. The plane felt new"
Nadelen: "I liked everything."

Nadelen: "When I arrived at the airport 2 hours before my flight as directed there were zero Air Europa staff there. I waited 20 disconcerting me minutes for them to arrive."

Voordelen: "Two meals and some in-flight entertainment. Not too bad. You can order a special meal (such as vegetarian) by calling the service center, and it's served first."
Nadelen: "Red-eye flight, econ seat uncomfortable for sleeping. Fewer entertainment options than other airlines"

Voordelen: "I really liked the food throughout the flight and the crew was amazing!"
Nadelen: "We were not allowed to check in online and we had to be at the airport hours to check in physically but there was no counter with airEuropa, so we had to wait until the people arrived then we had to make line which was long! We had issues with our bags so we had to check them in, which was okay since it was free. The space in the airplane was so tight that it was not comfortable at all."

Voordelen: "On time departure Didn't lose my bag Cheap flight Friendly staff and crew"
Nadelen: "Uncomfortable seats No outlets to plug in phone Smelly bathrooms"

Voordelen: "The crew was friendly."
Nadelen: "There is not enough space for your feet. You're basically on top of the person next to you. The aircraft was old and had no tv in front of you, no outlets to charge our phones. The food was terrible."

Nadelen: "Retard 1h40!!!!!"

Voordelen: "Confort Équipage au top"
Nadelen: "Absence de divertissement Repas ou boisson payante Embarquement en retard"

Voordelen: "Équipage sympa"
Nadelen: "La nourriture Système de divertissement qui ne Marche pas Confort pas top Embarquement en retard"

Nadelen: "Too cold and unfriendly services"

Nadelen: "Flight delayed missed my connector no one was helpful. A total of 24 hours traveling"

Nadelen: "Terrible line up for boarding."

Voordelen: "Most of the staff was friendly and professional"
Nadelen: "As a musician all it takes is one flight attendant to make your trip a nightmare. Every flight is a game of cat and mouse to get your instrument on board. I was told there wasn't enough room, in the end half the over heads were empty."

Voordelen: "Equipment and crew on both Paris to Madrid and Madrid to Miami were good. On time and as pleasant as economy air travel today can be. No food or entertainment to rate on Paris -Madrid leg."
Nadelen: "Distance between landing gate in Madrid and departure gate too long. (Sign says 31 minutes walking time!) Also very long distance between landing gate and luggage claim in Miami - I don't know what passengers who can't walk well do."

Voordelen: "Everything about the flight from the moment I boarded was totally fine."
Nadelen: "The line to get checked-in in Barcelona was extremely long and I waited nearly an hour - can't help thinking if the online check-in was more dependable, it would have been a shorter line, but I made it to my gate with time to grab some lunch so life's still not all that bad."

Voordelen: "Everything!"

Nadelen: "The flight coming in was delayed so we were too late to make our connection - although we were told repeatedly that we would make it and that our connection to NY would be held for us. We ran for catch our flight only to find out that it had already taken off. No one we spoke to in Madrid was helpful (in fact, they were rather dismissive) until we finally spoke to a rep at customer service who provided us with our new flight (the next day with another airline) and our hotel arrangements"

Voordelen: "It was a short flight."
Nadelen: "Boarding process was awful and there was no beverage service that I knew of or saw."
