Voordelen: "le service a bord, les repas et le confort relatif des sièges. L'.espace étant toujours un problème mais cela semble le prix a payer dans la classe économique. Tout s'est bien dérouler pour un vol de 9h50. C'est sur qu'on aurait aimé plus , mais cela vient avec le prix qu'on prêt a payer. Somme toute un bon voyage"
Nadelen: "Le manque d'espace , mais il me semble que s'est pire avec d'autres transporteurs. Dormir ou essayer de dormir dans un avion, un vraie aventure, de toute façon."

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."

That meant, that I had to hold anything I wanted during take-off, and landing, and the entertainment system had to be stowed during those times as well, so I couldn't even listen to music as the only controls were the touchscreen."

Voordelen: "Qatar airways always seems to handle busy flights and crammed seats calmly, efficiently and on time. It's a long haul - 16+ hours, and if you have to go economy as a 6 foot tall person, their seats recline well, seemingly better than many. You have to plan your long layovers, and they do offer assistance with hotel transfers, but they don't advertise this very clearly - so do your homework before flying!"

Voordelen: "The flight service was great. We had a slight delay on the way back to Doha from Heathrow but they made up for it by getting us through security faster so I didn't miss my flight to Tokyo. Overall the timing was excellent and I got home without having to fork out any extra money."

Nadelen: "I had a problem of online check in as it mentioned to book online 24hours before departure, I got up early morning to book a seat online. Unfortunately I could not book a seat online as the website was not updated by that time for online booking. It was supposed to be activated by 4:10am on 31st Feb but it was activated around 10:30am. That is after 6hours of scheduled time. I was panic and tried to contact the Sri Lankan Office at Katunayake. But the phone was directed to another line where no body answered. I sent an email but up to now no reply. The online service is horrible."

Nadelen: "The personalized, pleasant service of the "Dreamliner" wasn't there...but then, that's not what you expect on the bus. Everyone's just going where they're going, as quickly as possible. It was fine. Getting screened at the Doha Airport was like a nightmare...a huge herd of hundreds of people sort of (but not quite, thankfully) getting pushed along, just a frantic scene, chaotic, nerve-wracking. If they spent more money on making that part of the experience more humane, for everyone, and less money on the glitz-y duty-free zone, maybe the airport would not have a sour taste in my mouth."

Nadelen: "I requested wheelcair for my wife .She is partially blind and frail and weak. The helpers were asking her to walk to the air craft. She totally unable to walk without help. Food of course same story like flying to cochi. Chicken for break fast ,lunch and dinner. It seems economy class passengers are third class citizens. Air line may be getting the rating from higher class passengers.I always used to travel by Emirates.I will not fly Qatar airways any more."

Nadelen: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Voordelen: "In Toronto werd ik aangesproken door een dame van KLM met de vraag hoe ik reisde, alleen of in groepsverband etc. Zij gaf aan dat ik gebruik kon maken van de lounge en dat er hulp aanwezig was om bagage in te checken bij de self check-in. Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Voordelen: "Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam"

Nadelen: "Per usual, KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Strange choice of in-flight movies; no accounting for taste, I guess."

Voordelen: "World best airline since my last flight to Hong Kong. New aircraft with the most confortable and complete flight experience I had in years in economy class. Seat confort, movie selection and quality of the screen, food quality, boarding speed, cabine pressure, all was immaculate."
Nadelen: "They promised an upgrade to premium economy and then they didn't follow through, they lied when they said that row 30 was premium economy, all this felt very very weird. Jacqueline the flight attendant recognised the problem and gave us premium headphones to make up for the error."

Voordelen: "Very simple but reliable and confortable flight. We got clear instructions to get to the next terminal"
Nadelen: "We took off late and arrived even later so we had to run to get to the next plane"

Voordelen: "Clean, well-designed, individual screens with numerous good movie choices. They came through on our special meals, friendly flight attendants. Also loved Helsinki airport. Not crowded, nice staff. Good food choices. Even passport control was friendly and there was no line."
Nadelen: "Connecting through Helsinki added hours to our travel time, but after flying American nonstop JFK to Paris on way over, may be worth it. American flight didn't even have individuals screens and blankets left fuzz all over my clothing."

Voordelen: "I got to my destination, eventually."
Nadelen: "Cutting corners and cheap. The personnel isn't helpful, they basically don't care about you, typical nordic behaviour. Flights were delayed. Upgrade to business was not worth. Hidden costs. Overall a bad experience."

Nadelen: "Food, no option asked just served from Helsinki to Miami. Entertainment system was not working and later had only limited options."

Voordelen: "Good food, two hot meals."
Nadelen: "Unfortunately the flight was done by HiFly , not Finnair. Boarding took almost two hours, the whole flight crew behaved is if they were doing everybody a favor by being there. Entertainment options included like 6 movies and 2 tv shows, only 2 movies were more or less new, not much for a 10.30 hour flight. We really enjoyed our experience on the outbound flight with Finnair and were looking forward to this flight also, but Finnair didn't service this flight."

Nadelen: "Having to pay about $35/person to reserve a seat. This was a hidden cost. Very little legroom. Staff did not come around enough with beverage service. Boarding was late and confusing."

Voordelen: "Flight was on time Baggage arrived on time Light breakfast was good [ I chose not to have dinner ] Slept through 95% of the red-eye flight so it was a good experience"

Nadelen: "Our luggage never made it to Rome, our final destination. So now we have no change of clothes - for the next 2-3 DAYS."

Nadelen: "Plane had to be switched, but the process was disorganized and frustrating. Had to miss my connection as a result"

Nadelen: "Plane only had screens for the movie in the center aisle and only every five rows or so."

Voordelen: "There was a flight attendant who was perfect for his career-absolutely the best ever on the Rome to Philadelphia flight-a tall, African American gentleman. So accommodating and friendly!"

Voordelen: "I had an empty seat beside me on both legs of my flight. This always makes flying more enjoyable. They fed us two meals both directions. There were pillows and blankets for everyone on your seat when you arrived."

Nadelen: "One of the crew members was rude."

Voordelen: "I loved the service. The flight attendants were attentive and courteous. They walked through the cabin periodically to offer water in the 6 hours or so between meal services, and also had self-service drinks and snacks in the galley during that time. Flight attendants asked passengers to put their seats forward during meal times, which very few airlines do. It was the same level of service I have come to expect from the Asian carriers that I usually fly (ANA, Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Singapore). The meals were fine, and so was the entertainment. There was a decent choice of movies."
Nadelen: "The economy seats were narrow and cramped on the A340. I was in the first row of economy that wasn't premium economy. Even though the person in front of me had loads more legroom than me, he had his seat all the way back for almost the entire flight and hit me in the head while I was reaching for my bag under the seat in front of me. In order to get to anything in my bag, I had to put my head into the aisle because there wasn't enough room to bend down. Because of the angle of the seats, it was nearly impossible to get into and out of the row (and I was on the aisle)."

Voordelen: "It was an Iberia flight, sold by Finnair. Pretty full but I had two seats by window to myself. I really liked the personal entertainment system at each seat, with lots of choices for viewing and listening, plus usb port for charming my phone. Food was not bad for economy class airplane food. Crew was efficient."
Nadelen: "A bit cramped - could have used more leg room. But not the worst I've had."

Voordelen: "Food on into fight inedible..No Food on domestic. Charge for everything."

Nadelen: "I am 6'1" tall. Seats were designed for 5'1" persons."

Nadelen: "movies offered were poor. a dinosaur (great for kids), and a movie about love (horrible for all). food was yuck."

Nadelen: "Could be a little friendlier. Lights on the whole time during a red eye was pretty annoying. Don't know if this was on purpose or a malfunction. Entertainment system was hard to see and a little outdated."

Nadelen: "When flying from US to Erupoe there should be a private tv screen directly in front of every passenger. On this flight the tv is in the middle of the isle on the ceiling. That's terrible ! When you are on a 8 + hour flight. People want their own screen with their own options. Been on many flights to and from Eruope , this was the only flight that was set up like this. Change it"

Voordelen: "The staff were incredible and helpful. The entertainment made the flight go much faster. The airplane was comfortable and clean. Great flight"
Nadelen: "The passengers next to me smelled severely of body odor. I know that this isn't something the flight crew can do anything about but it made my flight really uncomfortable. Thankfully the seat next to me opened. So I loved a seat away- but even that couldn't mask the smell!"

Nadelen: "no food on the first flight no private tv they tell you can have wi fi entertainment but you have to pay for it the staff was rude tell also told me my cary on luggage could not be taken on board because there was no more space so i had to cary all my things for two flights but once i came in into the plane there was plenty of space. the seats had a very low head rest"

Nadelen: "A bit confusing and not sufficiently emphasized and explained. There were two sets of record finders, two sets of billing. For a while, I was wondering if I was double billed."

Nadelen: "One crew member was extremely curt to myself and fellow passengers, not telling us to put down viewer, just slamming it away. Could have said something, been pleasant."

Nadelen: "Still can't figure out what time to check in to get seat I wanted: 27 hrs before the flight there were no good seats, while the instruction told you could check in only 24 hrs before the flight !!!"

Nadelen: "Horrible aircraft (DeHavilland), very uncomfortable. A lot of very young children, their parents were playing some movies for them on phones and tablets. Crew didn't even react on that. Many people were just frustrated with that situation, but Crew didn't even want to discuss it. One of the worst flights ever. It was a charter level, not a regular airline. Never again."

Voordelen: "It was a short, quick, pleasant trip."

Voordelen: "Unexpectedly our luggage was still dispatched on time to our final destination dispite the delay and short time in Warsaw airport."
Nadelen: "The absence of clear communication on the duration of the delay or its reason and this despite the fact all passengers had been boarded on time."

Nadelen: "Flight cancelled with poor communication."

Voordelen: "I liked the plane, smooth landing."
Nadelen: "They lost my daughter’s luggage!Not good since we will only be in Krakow for 4 days!"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "At check in the website did not allow me to purchase checked baggage. I arrived at the airport and paid 80 Euros to check in my 12kilo bag. I bought I would be proactive and pay for the baggage for my return(only 20 euros). I received only a receipt for the 20 euros, but paid 63,250 drams. Something is shady and I feel duped. The flight was over an hour late with no explanation. There was a plane at the gate when we landed, which added to the tardiness of arrival. They were so non Chalant about so many people missing their connecting flights. It was like they already knew they were going to put us on Lufthansa 2 hours later... polish airlines Is awful- the airport personnel even worse. No one respects standing in line. Airport officials kept cutting into the security lines which literally cost me the 5 minutes that I could have made the flight. I am very diasspointed and kayak should not advertise this airline."

Nadelen: "We where more than 3 hours late. Crew couldn't care less about even saying welcome to you. plane was filthy"

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Voordelen: "Most of the crew was very pleasant and helpful. Food was decent, but much better on the return trip out of Poland. Thank YOU."
Nadelen: "The toilet lids need to be fixed so that they don't keep hitting you in the back. They do not stay up. Other passengers were talking about the same thing."

Voordelen: "Easy long travel very comfortable"

Nadelen: "The fact that we took off 1 hour late and no apologies have been given. No drink service ha been provided while everyone was just sitting there and waiting for takeoff. Normally the plane would catch up the 1 hr delay but not this time. We arrived 1 hour late."

Voordelen: "They had a overbooked flight I volunteer to give way my seat didn't ask for any money and return I lost my seat that I pay for it with no refund!"

Nadelen: "The entertainment system was broken in my chair"

Nadelen: "I fly 35 years at least 2 times a year to different companies. For the first time in the life of the company flew Lot (and the last) and was unpleasantly surprised: 1. The stewardesses did not hide their antipathy towards the native speakers of English and Russian (they were scornful and rude), although they were friendly and attentive to the passengers speaking Polish, 2. The food is tasteless and small (I have ordinary needs)."

Voordelen: "It is the first time I flew with Lot airline. I am flying a lot and have 2 million miles with United I never flew LOT before.Now Lot is on the top of my list for my future flights.Everything was superior to many other airlines from the Plane,the crew,the food,the service,etc."
