Nadelen: "Seats are terrible. Food is just ok, could me better, I remember 2012 when I was flying first time with Swiss (same route), food was excellent and seats were much more comfortable. I’m thinking to get back on Turkish Airlines although the trip is much longer, they are much better in both above mentioned segments."

Voordelen: "The flight ,food entertainment was very good. But I don't understand the SWISS airline logic. When I did the check in in Prague and got my boarding pass the told me that the system picked me to have the additional random checkup at Zurich airport. Its ok. If it’s done for security reason why to tell the people ahead of time that they will have additional checkup of bags and personal stuff. If you want to do it for security reason do it ( I want to be safe) but don’t do it for the check mark , it doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t protect us."

Ils nous font attendre debout pendant qu'ils sont au téléphone pour plus d'une demi heure à Dusseldorf et à Zurich, et encore dans l'avion, retardé pour décoller."

Nadelen: "See comment above. Zurich airport transfer desk was not staffed by Swiss air staff. Made resolution of missed flight more difficult. Also was not informed till I checked in at San Francisco that my bag would probably not arrive at the time I arrived in Geneva."

Voordelen: "Nothing!! And by the way this is the last time I travel with you guys. I couldn’t travel because of my itinerary doula -Bruxelle - Zurich- Washington Dulles . I was not told when I bought the ticket that I will need a visa to transit between Bruxel to Zurich. Now they told me that my only option is to buy another ticket . Thank God éthiopien Airline was more affordable."
Nadelen: "Nothing!! And by the way this is the last time I travel with you guys. I couldn’t travel because of my itinerary doula -Bruxelle - Zurich- Washington Dulles . Voordelen: "L’avenance du personnel de bord, la propreté, mais surtout les petits sandwichs avec la possibilité d’en avoir plusieurs :-)"

Voordelen: "There was a half hour delay due to some no-show passengers. The flight was delayed while their bags were removed. The problem was explained well. The flight crew seemed to made up for much of the delay by flying faster or more directly so the total flight time did not increase by 30 minutes. Fortunately this was our final flight segment so the delay was not a problem."

Nadelen: "I didn't get on the flight because they lost my luggage and they refuse to give me a new ticket. I was back and forth on the phone with Swiss and still no good word"

Nadelen: "Online checkin was tricky. No help for online form which were probably translated from another language . Took me a few guesses to figure out what the 'valid for' field actually is... Departed 30 minutes late"

Voordelen: "This direct flight from Zurich-Newark is pretty comfortable, especially if you get the two seats at the either sides of the plane (it's a 2x4x2 config in Coach). The food is really good, they are generous with drinks and the crew is really friendly and smiling! Would take this flight again without any reservations in future!"

Nadelen: "The handle of the pull-stick that slides into the suitcase was broken off with the pull-stick sticking out of the TUMI suitcase. Used a pen point to release it and get it back into the suitcase. No handle so it was impossible to drag the suitcase. The ground personnel representing Swiss Air at the Boston Baggage carousel was a novice, had never filled out a baggage claim form before. Told me they would phone me. I am a bit skeptical about this claim. Not sure if it was Swiss Air of the local ground personnel who damaged the suitcase."

Nadelen: "The seats were fairly narrow and I had the unfortunate luck of having a mechanical box at foot space taking away half of it. (on the previous flight there was no box and foot space was fine). On this journey I was sitting on the aisle being constantly bumped by the crew moving up and down the aisles. I’m not a big person and wasn’t in the aisle however, on the aisle opposite me was a bigger person. The crew were constantly moving to avoid that person and hitting me. Expect tight seating and narrow aisles."

Voordelen: "First experience flying business class -- and Aer Lingus has it down to a science! Great food (maybe too much actually!), friendly attendants, great service -- and the most wonderful pods that allow you to lay out flat for a snooze, complete with duvets and pillows."

Nadelen: "Flight left late and landed over 45 minutes late. No support for those that were left late for connections and no allowing those to de-board first. No Aer Lingus staff in the airport when the luggage screw up from Madrid was discovered."

Nadelen: "I couldn't check in until I got to the airport so I was stuck in a middle seat. Boarding went smoothly but we sat on the run way for an extended period of time. The screens weren't working for the first 45 mintues and when they were finally reset the movies kept skipping which made it unwatchable, the 7 hour flight from hell."

Voordelen: "Didn’t feel cramped like on the Air Transat flight to Dublin. The food was quite good and they had a great selection of movies."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by two hours. The one of the crew members - I think his name was Gerry - was quite rude and negligent: for example he did not give an infant life vest to our baby saying that it won't be needed..."

Nadelen: "I am 6ft 2ins. and the legroom was awful. My knee still hurts. The staff was not very friendly. It’s amazing that flight attendants don’t realize that they work for the passengers and not vice versa."

Nadelen: "Could not get a replacement flight and had to book with another airline and different route. Hoping the refund process will go smoothly."

Voordelen: "Having had bad experiences with Aer Lingus before, I was hesitant to book with Aer Lingus again. But sadly, I was booking this flight last minute and had no other option. The route was Dublin to Calgary, via Toronto. I left myself plenty of time im Toronto to clear customs as I know it can take a while. The day of, the flight ended up being 1.5 hours longer than usual due to headwinds, leaving me with only 2.5 hours in Toronto. I ended up waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes for my bag and missing my connecting flight (my sister who was also on the same flight received hers in 30 mins and made the flight). Westjet was wonderful and put me on a later flight but Aer Lingus didn't have any assistance for me."
Nadelen: "Aer Lingus lost my sister's luggage going to Ireland and never contacted my sister once the luggage was found. She only received it the day we flew back to Calgary. Poor customer service when inquiring about the bag, no compensation for necessities purchased."

Voordelen: "They really did a great job, kept us informed about what was going on,staff was quick, organized and pleasant. I have to say, best food on a flight that I have had in a very LONG time,!"

Voordelen: "The staff was very friendly this time, though thats not always the case. The entertainment is very good."
Nadelen: "The plane was really old with no space to move in the seat. Once the person in front reclines, you pretty much can’t even get out to go to the bathroom."

Voordelen: "Best meals I've ever had. Front facing sleepers are easier to sleep in than the diagonal configuration."
Nadelen: "Connections within Europe have no business class. It is actually a worse experience than Air France and Lufthansa."

Voordelen: "I loved that the trip was relatively short and uneventful. The food was adequate, but nothing to brag about and very little. The hostesses were nice,better than last time. The price was right on, mostly for a trip of under 15 hours...when usually it is 20h with a stopover."
Nadelen: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."

Voordelen: "Every seat had it's own t.v.; however, the movie selection was limited compared to the British Airways flight we took to Dublin. We were served a meal that did not require an additional fee which was great, but the taste was so-so. The crew was competent and pleasant."

The entertainment system has not kept up to date. Poor reception and old movies. My new case was damaged that can't be repaired on route from Heathrow-Dublin-Toronto Aer-Lingus is no different from any other airline that fly across the Atlantic - too bad"

Nadelen: "The entertainment console wasn't working properly, very poor sound, could not access maps or games at all"

Voordelen: "The seats were comfortable, the crew was friendly and the food was okay."
Nadelen: "The entertainment system wasn't great. The earphones quality was quite bad and felt really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, AerLingus still has that double pronged plugs and I wasn't able to use my personal set (actually, I could but sound would only work on one side). I'll definitely fly with them again, only next time I'll bring an attachment for me to be able to use my headphones."

Nadelen: "That we can't even have a cup of coffee without having to pay 3 euros. I thought that was outrageous."

Nadelen: "It took so long to get bags on the carousel it eliminated any extra time the pilot gave us in getting to the airport quickly."

Nadelen: "We arrived in Toronto from Dublin to get our connecting flight with two very tired children and were told by Air Canada that our connecting flight was never booked by Aer Lingus. We were told that the flight we were supposed to be on was full and there was no flights until the next morning. To top it off Air Canada could not locate our baggage and we were told to wait around and check back every half hour. If was past two in the morning Dublin time and our kids were exhausted and fell esleep in the airport. We could not wait around any longer with exhausted children so we booked a hotel and took our kids there without our luggage. Our kids were crying because our baggage was lost and thus was a shitty way to end our vacation and my birthday! Would not recommend flying with Aer Lingus or Air Canada. Horrible service."

Nadelen: "My flight was rescheduled without notifying me. I had to buy a new ticket and constantly get bashed from airline employee."

Voordelen: "The crew was excellent."

Voordelen: "A not expensive company, but with very high standars. Defenetly"

Voordelen: "Lunch was actually ok!! Decent recognizeable tasty chicken is what I chose. Crew was ok, not so friendly, looked stressed actually."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed- we left about 45 minutes late but landing in Toronto, it took about 2 hours. Luggage took forever. It took forever to disembark. Customs immigration was a walk through no lineup. Changing flights in Dublin was stressful too - having to line up for passport control when I only had 50 minutes for changing flights. Original flight was delayed, then it was a long walk from one end literally to the other end, then passport control!!!! Although flight was really cheap, I'm n sure I'll use them again. All the flights took forever to disembark, to take off. And the washrooms smelled!!!!"

Nadelen: "Seats are very cramped. To add insult to injury, my row of seats (22) were against a wall and could not be reclined even an inch! Not great for a 7 plus hour flight. Very uncomfortable. Passenger comfort is nit considered a priority it seems as airlines try to cram maximum number of passengers in. I would like too see all airlines use less non-degradable plastic on board. The world is filling with plastic."

Voordelen: "I was fortunate to get an upgrade and loved every aspect of my flight. The food was excellent, service was impeccable and offered with a genuine smile. I was comfortable and enjoyed a great selection of music. I also liked the products in the complimentary bag. I will definitely be using Aer Lingus whenever I am traveling to an area they service, and will be referring you to others. Thank you and happy 2016!"

Nadelen: "The check-in process was horrible. It took over an hour to drop off our bags and get a boarding pass."

Nadelen: "I preordered and prepaid for meals, but on this flight I had to go ask for my meal."

Nadelen: "La barrière de départ n’a pas été indiquée sur les écrans électroniques, et comme nous nous étions enregistrés en ligne et que nous attendions au salon où les vols ne sont pas annoncés, nous sommes arrivés tard à l’embarquement et avons presque manqué notre vol. À bord, le personnel a fait le nécessaire mais pas plus, service peu chaleureux et minimaliste. Le débarquement s’est fait avec une navette, comme à Mirabel dans le temps, et comme il n’y avait qu’une seule navette à la porte arrière, le processus a êté laborieux."

Nadelen: "We got stuck at the agent counter checking in our bag for 30-45min cuz they couldn’t figure out my wife’s visa. They also charged us €88 per check in bag. We could t do it online for some reason. I’m never flying this airline again."

Voordelen: "Good movie selection?"
Nadelen: "I had to pay for extra luggage, because though I paid for an Economy Standard ticket which does come with checked-in baggage, there was nothing written on my ticket to prove it. I paid for the standard ticket ahead of time specifically. Although the staff were nice enough, for a struggling student, this mix-up was unacceptable. I now find myself making calls and trying to get in contact with both Kayak and Icelandair for a refund of the 88euro. I think I was particularly unlucky, because I was picked twice for special security checks, which pulled me out of the line I was waiting in while the flight was delayed, and I had to re-enter the line at the end. Though I requested window seats, I did not receive one either time (though I knew it wasn't guaranteed). There was also no overhead storage space for carry-ons overhead, so I had to make my way to the front of the plane to store my backpack, and several of those who came after me had to sit with their carry-ons on their lap. The seats were also pretty uncomfortable with a thick unadjustable headrest; and the air quality was terrible, a bit smelly and very dry. As a frequent flyer (who does fly with icelandair occasionally) this was unusual."

Voordelen: "Nothing good about this airline"
Nadelen: "Forget about comfortable experience during the flight. The way how they list the ticket from Kayak is the scam. Stated Economy class on Kayak and their own website ticket info. Once you chek in, they will stated this is the cheapest economy ticket, doesnt allow any baggage, and you have to pay I think around $150 for round trip baggage. End up with just to carry on, wouldnt able to shop in Europe. If you includ baggage flight would be similar to other airline provide baggage and quality services. Huge mistake, customer service located overseas, and dont care about customer."

Voordelen: "Everything went okay for us on this flight. In the future, I will suggest to my wife, who books air travel for us to read the fine print. The cost to check a bag was $100.00 which would have run us $300.00 for the trip: Boston to Brussels with a layover in Reykjavik, but on the return Brussels to Reykjavik with four days in Iceland and the return to Boston, so there goes the cheap flight! I did enjoy the in-flight movie and a documentary on the return trip as well."
Nadelen: "My own earphones on the flight from Brussels to Iceland did not work. I could not plug them into the system."

Voordelen: "Second time I have flown to Brussels with Iceland Air. I love their customer service and especially the flight route. My flight going over was cancelled due to weather. I called their reservation office , had to wait on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes , but it was worth it. The reservation agent found me a new flight on LH, she explained I would get a conformation about 3 hours after our conversation with the flight information and new txt information. I was able to check in with LH on line that evening. Iceland Air had every pre assigned seats for me."
Nadelen: "The boarding process in Kevlavik is pretty awful. No seating around gate areas. You have to stand in line for about 30 minutes to then have to get on shuttle to be driven to plane where you have to walk on stairs to get to plane, or in some cases you actually get to board from the terminal, which happened yesterday. I have MS,and sometimes standing for long periods of time and then having to climb up stairs is difficult for me. I also see a lot of elderly people and parents with babies having difficulty with this boarding process. Their airport really needs major expansion for the amount of people that travel thru their. Seating araes around their gates should be a priority."

Luckily we had snacks with us, but for someone who might not, that would be a long flight especially the day flight on the way back. Additionally, my luggage got left in Iceland on the way back to Toronto, and the desk agent in Toronto for Iceland Air could not have been less helpful."

There we stood on the bus for 25 minutes with no explanation of the delay. Finally out to the plane where we had to line up in the rain and blistering winds to get on the plane. Ruined my leather jacket."

Voordelen: "Timely service; being able to fly to Europe from North America with a break. Unbeatable price."

Voordelen: "Although Icelandair is a budget airline and certain amenities must be purchased, I like the professional and friendly service. The staff maintains a European formality, not a loose friendliness one often encounters in the US, that makes their service graceful and attractive. It is also nice to enjoy a flight without constant announcements and overdone commentary. Finally, it is amazing that this company has a boarding process that gets everyone on the plane in a very short time. With only two types of class, no special advanced boarding or privileged groups and no boarding by sections or rows, passengers manage to board and get seated faster than any American carrier that I know."

But when I asked LOT employees to insure that my luggage is on a plane to Toronto too, I received arrogant answer that I have nothing to worry about... In Toronto I found out that there was no my luggage on the plane..."

Nadelen: "On-time performance was so-so, take-off was delayed ~1hr because of connections, had to wait on the runway at the destination airport, had to wait an eternity for my bag. Whatever genius who designed the in-flight entertainment controls should be punched in the face. The on-screen buttons are so easily pushed by passengers making their way to and from the aisle that passenger assistance and reading lights always go off on their own throughout the aircraft."

Voordelen: "Unexpectedly our luggage was still dispatched on time to our final destination dispite the delay and short time in Warsaw airport."
Nadelen: "The absence of clear communication on the duration of the delay or its reason and this despite the fact all passengers had been boarded on time."

Voordelen: "The actual flight was fine. The food was decent. The entertainment selection was good. The flight attendants were pleasant. We got plenty to eat and drink."
Nadelen: "We found out in Poland that my wife was missing an eTA number necessary for her to fly into Canada. With our previous flight delayed, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration. Customer service in Poland was helpful but extremely slow. Many customers needed help and it took about an hour for each customer. We waited in line for hours. We were not charged for a new flight, but we did spend 10 exhausting hours in the airport before we had everything resolved and were able to leave and get a few hours of sleep."

Nadelen: "There is less leg room than on other international carriers. I am tall and found it quite uncomfortable. I was also surprised by how bad the food was - worst airline food I have ever had on both trips. Sadly, also the most unfriendly air crew as well. Also, unlike international flights with Air Canada, you have to pay for alcohol (though the prices are pretty good)."

Voordelen: "The entertainment on the plane was great. Large selection of movies, music, and TV shows to keep yourself entertained. The dinner was adequate. It was also nice having the overhead screens continually update our flight progress."
Nadelen: "The seats are incredibly cramped, by the end I was feeling seriously claustrophobic. It didn't help that we left late. The boarding process was a mess, nobody seemed to know what to do, and the announcements were all mumbled to the point where I was just guessing what to do. The second meal served was inedible as the bread was completely stale. Also, one of the toilets was broken and kept flushing, even when sitting on it. Like the boarding process, disembarking was sloppy and confusing. It took a very long time to open the door, and they only told people at the last minute that they needed to get their passports out."

Voordelen: "The 787 Dreamliner was nice, and the business class seats are roomy. And the ticket was priced right!"
Nadelen: "They lost my luggage in the outbound direction and no-one appeared to care. When I called the number that they provided frequently no-one answered. Even when I finally got through, no-one could provide me ANY information as to the whereabouts of my bag. It finally showed up on the last day of my stay, but it was delivered to another hotel (which I only figured out after about 10 phone calls). Also, they offer perhaps the worst in-flight video selection I have ever seen."

Voordelen: "Complementary headphones, drinks, and snacks. I flew economy as as a 6'3" guy I was generally comfortable -- though I would recommend you sit in the aisle seat. Food wasn't the worst."

Voordelen: "It is the first time I flew with Lot airline. I am flying a lot and have 2 million miles with United I never flew LOT before.Now Lot is on the top of my list for my future flights.Everything was superior to many other airlines from the Plane,the crew,the food,the service,etc."

My husband could not even put down his tray table because woman in front pushed her chair back. In general, there was not a lot of English speaking from the stewardesses. Very strong Polish accents made it very hard to understand what they said on the speaker. Not too many choices of English movies."

Nadelen: "The crew seated an alcoholic next to me and refused him alcohol. He bullied me and them all night to procure him alcohol and they were no help to me. He said they knew he was an alcoholic and wouldn't serve him but that didnt stop him from trying or from pushing me to get him some. He got up a dozen times, looked sick, and for the last 2 hours fidgeted and muttered and moaned. If they knew he was in such rough shape, why allow him to fly and why allow his behavior towards them or me? The food was gross!"

Voordelen: "The flight crew was good; food was okay, not great, but okay. Entertainment selections were average."
Nadelen: "The seats were very uncomfortable; although I had an exit row seat with extra leg room I found the seat to be uncomfortable and was very glad for the flight to be over."

Nadelen: "It seems amazing to me that BA will leave 50 First and Business Class passengers standing in line while they pre-board "families with young children". Some of the families had children who were 7 or 8 years old and certainly had no need for pre-boarding; its just an opportunistic way of jumping the queue. Similarly, some of the "elderly" passengers who claim to need pre-boarding on departure spring to their feet and dash down the aisle on arrival. Air Canada boards Business Class first on this same route; I'm going to migrate back to them, as virtually everything else on the two flights is comparable."

Voordelen: "I require a wheelchair for getting around the airport. When I first checked in at LHR, they claimed to have no record of my wheelchair request and my seat change, despite my very clear notations of who and when these were made. They did have a record of my paying for one suitcase. The agent at LHR promised to make these corrections so I would not have the same problem when returning to London. Furthermore, to turn this into a humiliating situation, at the gate I was informed that the jetway was broken and they would have to find some other way to get me onboard the plane. I cannot believe that British Airways has no contingency plan for a situation like mine. After many discussions between BA reps and ground crewmen they decided to bring me down in a lift at Gate 34, though my plane was at Gate 32. I was then loaded onto the freight platform of one of those food delivery trucks and driven over to my plane. The truck backed into place and again I hoisted up to the plane. However the plane door was locked and we had to bang on it for them to finally open it. To my great embarrassment I helped down the aisle to my assigned seat, looking back at the curious looks and glares from all those passengers who had no explanation for the delay and humiliating scene. Officially the flight was listed at 28 minutes late, when in reality it was 40 minutes till we taxied away from the gate My return flight from Brussels was little better because the changes that were supposed to have been entered at LHR never were and so I had to go through this whole routine again costing me over one hour in delays. Fortunately I was able to board the flight through the jetway and did not have to be hoisted up again, and delivered like freight. How would you rate these flights. I had problems with every single British Airways flight!!"

Nadelen: "3 hour delay, no communication with customers regarding delay or connection. Once we finally arrived st Heathrow for the 2nd leg of our journey, we were put on a later connection, no apologies whatsoever from any of the employees. Overall we spent over 4 hours in the air. We were never served even a glass of water or a bag of pretzels. The seats were very tight with very little leg room, and I am only a 5'6" female."

Nadelen: "Boarding the plane. I do not know why the airlines load the people who are at the front of the plane first. Load the people on the back of the plane first. That way, when you call the next section, the people in the back are not blocking people as they enter. An alternative is to call people in sections based on where they sit in a row. If you have window seat, you should be called first. Why? Because so many passengers who have aisle seats have to get up to let people with middle or window seats get in. So, they hold traffic up as people are trying to get to their seats. After window seat passengers get called, then call middle seat passengers, and last, call aisle seat passengers."

Voordelen: "I was prepared with my smart phone and iPad and external batteries, turns out I needed none of those things! What a pleasant surprise for the in flight movies, music and tv to be perfect. I didn't even have to use my external battery on the flight because there is a perfect USB port in the screen in front of you. The food was as good as airplane good gets, the plane incredibly comfortable and staff was attentive. I don't love the long flights but this BA flight is now my go to anytime Im headed to Europe."

Voordelen: "Al parts of flight expertly handled by staff, especially cabin people. Thanks for a great flight, VA."

Nadelen: "The seats on this British Airways flight were so tight and pitched forward that my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and I felt as if I was being launched forward the entire flight. Not comfortable or safe."

Voordelen: "I wish the menu can be more kid friendly. I enjoy the food no my kiddos"

Voordelen: "I got upgraded which was a huge bonus and the staff were great and attentive."

Voordelen: "Food was ok - rest was terrible."
Nadelen: "Boarding was troublesome due to the fact the person made an error and changed my seat that I had already reserved. I noticed this while walking to the gate and then informed the person at the desk. After some time they determined the error happened at check in and she then returned me to the original booked seat. While in the flight, the lady behind me kept kicking my seat and complaining that I should not have the seat leaning back. Of course this is a fully acceptable function of flying in that the seat can be tilted back when not having food - the crew did not help at all and I was forced to fly the whole time with soon being rude behind me."

Nadelen: "flight out of brussels was cancelled due to bombing of airport which was understandable. But instead of re-booking me on the morning flight out of Amsterdam BA made me wait until 5pm to fly out. Luckily I got standby on an earlier flight but it was a headache ."

Voordelen: "Staff's attitude, courtious and caring staff Flight timings, no delays Food was good"

Nadelen: "This flight was meant to fly out of Brussels, literally twenty-four hours after the attacks on Brussels Airport. As soon as I saw what had happened, I called British Airways at 9am to attempt to move my flight to a different airport, as my connection back to LAX was out of Heathrow. Fortunately, I was in Ghent, not Brussels. So I spent two hours (at 20 cents a minute) trying to get someone to re-route my flight. It was very difficult to even get a call through, as you can imagine. This is pretty much verbatim of my frustrating exchange: BA: We aren't showing the airport as closed tomorrow, so we can't help you. Me: The International departure lounge is rubble - I don't think my flight will happen. BA: You should still plan on it. Me: I'm in Ghent. What you're suggesting is, that I get myself somehow to a city on lockdown, with no train service, no Eurostar, no metro or bus service. Plus it is clearly unsafe - another bomb went off on the metro. You're telling me that I need to go there? BA: Yes. Me: As one human to another, you are seriously suggesting that I go someplace unsafe because you won't reroute me. BA: Yes. At 6pm, they went ahead and let me know the flight was cancelled. The airport was closed for three days in the end. There is very little chance that I would have made my London connection if I'd waited for them to do their job. Needless to say, I'm never flying with these people again. I got myself to Heathrow via taxi/ferry/train. I ate the cost of the flight. I won't even go into how we were locked on our incoming flight for 45 minutes because they couldn't figure out how to open the doors."

Nadelen: "Weer door security checkpoint te moeten en dat de vertrek aan de andere kant van het vliegceld was."

Voordelen: "Goed entertainment aan boord"

Voordelen: "Zelf checkin is wel ideal"

Voordelen: "Small aircraft and personalized service."
Nadelen: "Food is basic"

Voordelen: "I was upgraded to club world."
Nadelen: "Halfway through the flight a passenger who was apparently being "victimized" was placed next to me. This guy stank like a goat and was a disgusting slob. Way to ruin a rare upgrade."

Voordelen: "Seemed like the flight attendants were upset to be at work on New Year's Eve. They didn't want to help people place their stuff on the over head bins and just watched as people struggled to find space. They also went down the ailse to give food out and were in a rush to do so. The meal options where meat balls and pasta and the meatball option was not good. Then later they served a dessert which was ice cream but didn't let you ask for the flavor. They just gave you whatever came out. They then handed out a flat bread pizza and where in a rush that they didn't give pizza to 3 people."

Nadelen: "Upon boarding the plane, the passengers on this "non-stop" flight were informed by crew members that because the plane was so small and old, a fuel stop in buffalo would be needed before reaching our destination in Philadelphia. Much conflicting information was again passed by the crew on how much time would be needed at this extra stop. We all were beyond angry and frustrated. Many passengers were then scared because some thought the plane was unsafe. Then the head of the crew began getting angry and pointedly asked a women who was afraid "do you want off this plane then?", in a very sarcastic tone. We paid for a non-stop flight. The crew said that this happens with this flight all the time and has been going on for 10 years. Why in the world is this plane stills being used on trans-Atlantic flights?! This is unacceptable on all levels. The captain said that 80% of the passengers had connecting flights. Schedules were ruined. All passengers should receive some sort of refund."

Voordelen: "Personell helpimg mobility impaired travellers were wonderful"
Nadelen: "Airport is poorly equipped to handle more than 2-3 mobility impaired travellers at a time, information desk personnel very indifferen t (fellow travellers had more information and were more helpful)t, inadequate signage for how to navigate to the train between terminals, filthy bathroom, outrageous parking garage fees."

Voordelen: "Same as above."
Nadelen: "Our TV screens didn't work. So we couldn't watch any movies."

Voordelen: "Seats were too small ,no leg room , that seems to be the status quo today Cabin to London was too warm, return flight was too cold. Flights were smooth, and we arrived on time with a soft, safe landing."
Nadelen: "Having to wait nearly 4 hrs at the airport before we were allowed to check in for our flight."
