J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux
J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un
Voyages à 4 personnes , la totalité des bagages perdus , turkish airlines première et dernière fois .
L’embarquement top , Le service à bord, le repas distribué peuvent être largement amélioré

Nadelen: "The boarding process was a pain in the butt. Even though my boyfriend and I did a pre- check-in online the day before. We still had to wait over an hour to check our one piece of luggage and wait to be checked in and get the boarding pass. Even though the site says we have the option to print out the boarding pass or show the code on our phone, we still had to deal with all the hassle. The plane was smelly until we were about to take off. The first meal on our way back from Istanbul was awful. The omelette was greasy, overly cheesy and bland. Same goes for the spinach pastry in the same tray. On the flights to Cairo, there was not enough drinks served. I only had one beverage offered to me. I was bypassed when they were serving the coffee/ tea. Also, the timeliness with serving drink was bad... I waited about 4 hours before getting my first beverage on the flight home."

Nadelen: "L'équipage ne fais pas d'effort pour comprendre ce qu'on lui demande dans une autre langue à part l'anglais. C'est un vol international et je pense que c'est important de parler français aussi."
Nadelen: "I nearly missed my connecting flight because of how poorly organized Ataturk airport is. Disembarking was extremely time consuming; there were few signs instructing connecting passengers where to go; and the employees of the airport were extremely unhelpful and gave conflicting information. I made my flight with only minutes to spare after going through two security and passport checkpoints and sprinting an entire wing of the airport. I will never fly through Ataturk (or anywhere in Turkey) again."

Nadelen: "They didnt load a special meal (child) that I had requested for my two year old. Luckily we had packed extra food. They returned that car seat all wet at SFO. Didn't even have the decency to put a plastic cover on it. Overall I found the crew lacking any warmth and the service was mediocre at best. The food was below average. Overall highly disappointed. I had assumed that Turkish would be like it's other middle Eastern airlines line Emirates or Qutar but they are not. I would take my business elsewhere"
Voordelen: "The entertainment, the food, the free wine."
Nadelen: "The small space of the economy seating area. It was very crowded and the staff wasn’t too keen on taking plates from passengers after they’ve eaten so often we were stuck with our trays and couldn’t get up or move. Boarding was a pain from Istanbul. The security check was chaotic and I wish they had a more sanitary way of checking everyone’s bags instead of using the same pair of gloves to search every passenger’s bag and do a body check."

The most comfortable business class seat/bed I have experienced. A lot of room to stow all your stuff. And excellent food and service, to boot!

Nadelen: "I intensely disliked the 3 hour delay in Copenhagen!!! And that SAS offered the passengers in transit a meal voucher of only 50 danish Kronas, which was just enough to buy a tall Starbucks coffee drink but not enough to eat anything at the airport!"
Voordelen: "Nothing really; this looked like the cheapest transatlantic airline that I have ever taken. Will try to avoid in the future."

Nadelen: "My husband uses a wheel chair and a delightful attendant wheeled him and about 20 other passengers to a very well equipped handicap area. There we all stayed until finally we demanded that we be taken to our flight which was supposed to leave in about 10 minutes. When we boarded the plane all the other passengers were already there and I was the last one on. All the overhead bins were taken and I had to put my carry-on under the seat which left me with almost no leg room. By the time we arrived in SFO my thighs and back hurt so much that I was worried maybe I would require medical attention. Which fortunately was not the case. It was luck that I had a bag that would actually fit under the seat."

Voordelen: "The crew on-board were polite and did a fairly decent job, with what they had to work with... It's a big long flight of 11+ hours, so tough to deal with so many people. An unexpected surprise was the nice selection of all types of movies to watch and kill time."
Nadelen: "300+ People on a plane will "radiate" heat, so the temperature inside the cabin after 6 hours was so hot that I was perspiring profusely. I even requested it be adjusted, which it seemed to be for a few minutes but then right back up to 27°C... it is too long of a flight to be that uncomfortable with no adjustments considered. I asked other passengers if they too were "uncomfortable" ALL said yes. This would have solved also in my opinion the screaming small children that were also obviously "irritated" A cooler cabin would have induced a "sleep" environment, none of which I was able to get. Sadly, based on this alone, I will not fly SAS again, unless Business Coach class or 1st Class. I was surprised that an additional Coca-Cola was charged for when some beverages were complimentary... puzzling."

Gate seating area at CPH was far too small - very stuffy and standing room only. - Aircraft on its last leg. Most of the A340's seats had broken cupholders. Restrooms were out of paper/soap with no attention from crew. Overhead personal lights were either burnt or malfunctioning. - Lunch meal was decent. pre-landing meal is the same as the snack... some sort of dry and non-appealing wrap. - Crew did not perform passenger safety-check before takeoff and landing (seat backs raised up and seat belts fastened)."

Nadelen: "entertainment system did not function properly. when it did, movie selection was terrible. very mediocre flight experience by mediocre, government funded airline that doesn't really need to compete for business."

Voordelen: "The pilots were excellent : smooth takeoff and landing. The plane seemed a bit shaky at times in the air; perhaps it was windy, although the skies were clear. Good food; good stewardesses. Entertainment had very good movie choices and games."
Nadelen: "The side lights never were turned off, so it was hard to go to sleep. On a long overseas flight, there should be some down time. It was dark outside part of the time, but never dark inside the plane. The leg room is also a bit cramped for tall people."

Voordelen: "The crew was cheerful and the food was decent. It's a nice option for going from Europe to the US. Going through US customs in Dublin is much more convenient than waiting in line for 2+ hours in America after a 10+ hour flight."
Nadelen: "Boarding seemed a bit chaotic. Everyone had already lined up before they even started boarding business class. The seats and the on-demand IFE are a bit dated."

Voordelen: "I loved that the trip was relatively short and uneventful. The food was adequate, but nothing to brag about and very little. The hostesses were nice,better than last time. The price was right on, mostly for a trip of under 15 hours...when usually it is 20h with a stopover."
Nadelen: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."

Voordelen: "The vegetarian meal was not available on either of my flights. I’d say they were a bit stingy handing out water as well. Space was good for the seating overall."
Voordelen: "The staff was generally pleasant (except for one attend on the SFO-Dublin flight. The lunch and dinner were very good (desserts as well were better than on other airlines I have flown). There was a good selection of movies."
Nadelen: "The seats on the trip Dublin to SFO were a bit cramped. I wasn’t able to lean my seat back as the passenger behind me asked me not to because his knees were already touching the back of my seat. The web check in was prone to error. For both legs I had to start the web Checkin at least twice. I also got an error page when I tried to print my boarding pass. I do’s not find a way to add my boarding pass to my iphone’s wallet."

Nadelen: "I didn't make the flight because I was a few minutes late and they used the excuse of US preclearance to not let me try to go ahead and go through security despite being there well over an hour in advance."
Voordelen: "Not much. I'm always grateful for safe travels."
Nadelen: "Their cc machines couldn't process America credit and debit cards (I was one of 5 ppl in my row that had the same problem). When I paid w euros they didn't have change, said they would bring if before I landed and never did. This happened both to and from EU. Additionally the internet didn't work AT ALL and none of the attendants had a Clyde as to how to set it up. Finally, the attitude at large was dismissive, the idea of customer service is clearly not one Aer Lingus has embraced."
Voordelen: "The seats were comfortable, the crew was friendly and the food was okay."
Nadelen: "The entertainment system wasn't great. The earphones quality was quite bad and felt really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, AerLingus still has that double pronged plugs and I wasn't able to use my personal set (actually, I could but sound would only work on one side). I'll definitely fly with them again, only next time I'll bring an attachment for me to be able to use my headphones."

Nadelen: "We reserved specific seats by calling Aer Lingus directly 4 months prior to our trip. When we arrived in Dublin from Paris, we were told by a very uncaring Aer Lingus representative that those seats were not available and were assigned seats that split up our family. He acted as if he could care less. The food was average. I have never flown internationally and had to pay for alcohol. Seat space is never great in economy, but this was one of the worst. Luggage for our entire family was lost for 36 hours."
Voordelen: "I had the whole row to myself so I was able to catch up on my sleep which was nice. The"
Voordelen: "I thought the Airbus 330 was new, well maintained and clean, but the plastic fittings and layout were cheap. The crew was friendly and conversational."
Nadelen: "The food, which was small and unappetising was served 1 hour into an 11 hour flight, and aside from a burrito near the end, nothing was served. They said that the drink cart would not be coming around but the one time 1hour into the flight before dinner, and wouldn't be coming round again, so We'd best order our drinks ahead of time if we wanted any wine etc to have with dinner. Very inconvenient. Leg room ridiculously small ."
Voordelen: "Clean plane, great service, delicious food with a menu card to boot - nice touch - good entertainment: I highly recommend Aer Lingus!"
Nadelen: "The American pre-clearance in Dublin did not mind running me a half an hour late to be the last to board the plane with everyone waiting and ready to go, very stressful!"

Voordelen: "My flight arrived late from Amsterdam. Once I finally got my boarding pass to San Francisco it stated them he gate closed at 10:45, it was already 11:15. I don't know where to go. There was no one to guide me until I was close to the gate and finally after running the entire distance I was told that the flight would not board till 11:30 and depart st 12:30."
Nadelen: "Awe linfus should provide assistance st gates and throughout the airport. The entire experince could have been made easier with a few words of assistance."
Voordelen: "Crew members are very pleasant. Entertainment was good."
Nadelen: "Very small snack provided at second mealtime was inadequate for body clock time wanting dinner."

Nadelen: "The special meal I received actually made me quite ill. I highly recommend bringing your own food on board or purchasing the snacks on the flight instead."

Voordelen: "I've traveled Aer Lingua several times and been pleased enough to keep choosing AL for my transatlantic trips, however this, the on February 4th 2017 was my last favorite because this time i felt the low-budgetness of travel. there was less leg room, the food was edible, the in-flight A/V was not worth the effort of trying to watch our listen and the crew in my section not very attentive. Having said that, this was a one time mediocre experience that I'm reviewing and hasn't put me off AL at all - it's a good airline and I will continue flying with them."

L'accueil dans cet aéroport est vraiment à refaire depuis le début. En même temps c'est Paris, mauvaise humeur et sourire absent. Le service à la française. Avion incomfortable, pas de bon choix niveau gastronomique. Si non très bon staff de la compagnie.
- Pas de distribution d'écouteurs ne permettant de fait pas d'utiliser les écrans pour regarder un film pendant ces 9h de vol - Repas très médiocres et petits
Personnel de bord peu sympathique, 2 volets de porte bagages cassés ce qui a réduit les possibilités de rangement et a créé de la tension de la part des hôtesses. Retard à l'arrivée = plus de transport en commun et unique solution : retour sur Paris en taxi pour un montant de 53€!

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la compréhension du personnel de bord. Par contre nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié le fait que nous avions réservé un vol IBERIA et que lors de l embarquement nous avions apeurés que nous allions voler avec une compagnie low-cost cost LEVEL , Information qui à aucun moment nous a été donnée lors de la réservation, information qui ne figure absolument pas sur nos billets. Et qui a pour conséquence qu il nous a été demandé de payer les couvertures, les écouteurs, les repas et les boissons, ce qui est inadmissible sur un vol long courrier affrété en principe par une compagnie nationale ! Je n’ai jamais vu ça, il me paraît inconcevable de ne pas proposer de restauration incluse sur un vol de 11h50 ! Pourriez-vous répondre à cette réclamation, ou me dire à qui la transmettre ? My baggage was lost and there was no Iberia customer service desk at Heathrow. I can't imagine how I'm going to get my luggage given that no one was available to help any of us (there were many) whose bags simply did not show up, and this was after two hours of waiting.

Une veritable catastrophe, 2h de retard au debut du vol pour un probleme de porte d’embarquement, nous avons donc raté notre correspondance a Madrid pour Lima, 500€ de frais de modification de billet encouru, un fiasco

Amélioration du balayage du regard de l’ hôtesse. Visionner d’ un seul coup .. le port du masque et la fermeture de la ceinture. Cela m’ aurait évité d’ être réveillée 2 fois !!

Mal installé sièges inconfortables, écouteurs bas de gamme qui font mal aux oreilles, le son des écouteurs terribles. La restauration dégoûtante. Et terriblement froid dans l’avion malgré la couverture donnée alors que j’étais habillée chaudement.
Il est anormal de ne rien avoir à manger / boire lorsqu on a payé 250e un vol de 1h15.
Ne concerne pas forcément Ibéria mais plutot ADP Orly : Le débarquement à pris 30 minutes faute de bus de liaisons entre l'avion et l'aéroport. Le déchargement des bagages a pris environ 1 heure (atterrissage à 18h22, récupération des bagages sur le tapis à 18h29. C'est beaucoup trop long (presque autant que le vol Madrid-Paris).
Le personnel de bord ne se montre pas très professionnel : discussions bruyantes entre steward et hotesse sans tenir compte des passagers, remarques douteuses sur les passagers qui ne parlent ni Anglais ni Espagnol. Un minimum de respect des passagers et de discrétion serait un plus.

The boarding process from Barcelona was a very long and arduous process as they have to check that everyone has a covid test. There were no explanations about what was happening. They didn't really even announce boarding. The flight itself wasn't bad. I got the cheapest ticket so there wasn't food included. So, I brought food onto the plane.
Delayed departure from Lisbon due to security issue but flight arrived on time in Madrid.
Well many things could have been better. I bought business class ticket. There was no lounge at airport. At least they could have provided us vouchers for a good restaurant to rest, eat, charge our phones etc... The seats were so uncomfortable. They dont recline and i booked business especially for comfort due to back pain. There was no entertainment at all. In our time this is really poor. I liked the food. Crew was super nice.

The new plane Airbus "NEO" has low cabin pressure and my kid had nauseas. In our trip back, we had to medicate him. In addition, the new planes for shorter legs, like Lisboa to Rome, they remove the reclining feature of the seats after the first emergency exits all the way to the end of the plane. The headrest is flat and un-adjustable. Uncomfortable. TAP ordered these new planes with these features and they are making the flights really unpleasant. This strategy is not working. I would think again before booking with TAP. The crew was efficient and boarding was good despite of all requirements by the countries. The food was ok.

Nadelen: "The entertainment system did not work and could not be switched off. This issue could only be solved by the crew placing blankets over the screens. This happened both in my seat and my wife’s seat. I don’t think this is acceptable for very expensive business class tickets."

Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."
