"Red eye from LAX. The most uncomfortable First Class seats I have ever experienced. No blankets or pillows. One bag of chip-like objects and two beverages for the entire flight. It felt very stingy."

Voordelen: "Can’t say that...crew was professional but lacking good service attitude.No smiles, Nothing special."

Voordelen: "Nothing, my flight was delayed so bad that if I would have had taken off I would have been stuck in DFW Airport until probably Friday as I would have had missed my flight and all the flights to PR were sold out until the 19th. Luckily my brother was so proactive that he was able to re-schedule a flight for the 19th."

Nadelen: "We changed terminals and the communication was minimal. The original plane had mx issues, so the boarding/takeoff time kept slipping."

Nadelen: "Is not the airline fault. Is thanksgiving weekend. The boarding was extremely slow because So many wheelchairs, . The weather and Chicago airport doesn’t help neither. The capitan take a time to go out and explain what we had to expect. That was a plus. Still for us is our #1 choice"

Voordelen: "The crew was friendly, check in and security went pretty quick. The plane was clean and the ride was safe and smoothly"
Nadelen: "The plane door got stuck and delayed us for a while. It cost $30 to check my bag. They gave me 2 cookies to eat on, one on each flight. Anything else was $10 bucks or so. Even a bag of chips would have been an upgrade. I miss the days when everything wasn’t an extra fee."

Voordelen: "Left on time or a tad bit early, arrived early."
Nadelen: "When I checked in, it indicated a smaller plane. I thought I was going to be in a window seat, instead middle. I also wasn't able to carry on my bag, had to check, and then wait at baggage terminal."

Nadelen: "More options when flights are delayed. I understand that some things can’t be controlled but 3hrs with limited to no options is unacceptable. And boarding the flight, it’s always unorganized. A more organized line should be formed. When the groups are called to board the plane."

Voordelen: "Flight was smooth...take off to landing"

Nadelen: "The service, and the smile on employee’s faces. Rolling their eyes at people because we want to know why we’re being delayed is disrespectful"

Nadelen: "Flight between fort myers and charlotte was stuck on the tarmac for more than 1h. I missed my connexion and was rebooked next day at 11am. I missed one full day of work. Next time, the flight could wait 15 o 20mn to allow passengers to reach the gate"

Nadelen: "The seatback entertainment system didn't have the option for movies or TV. The system was working. I could check flight status and do other things with it, but the entertainment option wasn't there. It was available on all the seats around me, which made for a very long, dull flight."

Voordelen: "L’equipage ne répondait pas à nos questions et le service laissait à désirer. Les sièges étaient confortables mais nous avons dû se faire réassigner parce qu’on nous avait séparés sur tous les vols."

Nadelen: "We missed our flight to Orlando because we were delayed in London. The staff couldn't help when I requested to see the full text contract as stated on back of the boarding pass. Over three hours late to Orlando. Even in Orlando people couldn't help us find the long term parking shuttle and wind up taking a whole hour tour of Orlando airport."

Nadelen: "Boarding could be improved if they would start boarding from the back of the plane to the front after boarding 1st class and Priority this way people would not block the passage when putting their luggage in the top compartments. The crew was not very helpful because I almost went into a hypothermia condition because the air in the cabin was extremely cold. When I ask for a blanket one of the stewardesses said that AA would no longer have blankets in flight which I prove it wrong when I saw in the flight Mai-SDQ blanquets all over the cabin. The soliton they gave me was that they would ask the crew to raise the temp in the cabin, I had to make the request three times and I had to tell the stewardess that if not raising the temperature in the cabin I could have gone into an emergency hypothermia crisis. I had to take another shirt from my carry-on to put it over my shirt to warm me up."

Nadelen: "I booked two seats for my girlfriend and I and were given two window seats. Bogged early enough so should have put seats together. Now knowing I needed the app installed on my phone to watch entertainment, and not having wifi to download. The AC vents are a bit too soft."

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Nadelen: "From Charlotte to miami they made me wait more than an hour for my luggage because they sent mine on another flight"

Voordelen: "American Airlines is always my first choice for flying. Gate crew was February friendly & efficient."
Nadelen: "This particular plane was not worth the up charge for seats. The head phone jacks did not work in our entire row & nobody cared, so we were not able to watch the monitor or any entertainment. Seats that didn’t have to pay extra we’re working. They skipped our row when offering drinks & snacks, when my seat mate asked for some of the biscotti the attendant questioned her asking if she was sure she hadn’t already already had one. Final small thing was the latch on the try table was not working correctly. In a nut shell, not worth the extra money that was paid."

Nadelen: "American Airlines baggage check-in at Paris CDG was total chaos. It took 1 1/2 hours. They need a systems analyst to review their process; especially for customers using their ticket kiosks during check-in when the lines get long. There's never a problem when the lines are small (duh !!). The staff involved in baggage check did well considering the poor process flow they had to deal with. The entire flight crew was great. It is management that is falling down on the job."

Voordelen: "It’s actually United airline in service. The first flight from Brussels to Washington, everything was great! The crews were amazing, food was surprisingly good. The flight from Washington to Los Angeles was extremely terrible, crews were rude and impatient. Service is like budgeted airlines."

Then one truck of luggage on the announced carousel and then...nothing. Secretly, the remaining bags were appearing on a differen"

Screens are really annoying, most people don't know how to turn them off and they run advertisements all night long, nobody from the crew cares. Wifi app wouldn't stream anything on my phone. Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."

Nadelen: "Siège pas assez large. Jouer du coude pendant 8hrs c'est pas amusant."

Nadelen: "Les sièges sont nuls (ergonomie douteuse). L'espace pour les jambes n'es pas convenable (trop étroite et la patte du siège avant oblige d'avoir une jambe de travers). Système d'information de la position de l'avion est nul (pas assez complet), peux pas savoir combien de temps il reste au vol."

Nadelen: "Es united, no se puede esperar mucho de ellos. El snack para 5 horas son unos pretzels y el entretenimiento lo cobran. Lo único bueno es que aun con un aviso en la pantalla pude ver el final del partido de Champions, por el resto,.... compañía a evitar."

Nadelen: "Tea - disgusting brown liquid! What about a tea bag, or I gladly would take just a cup of hot water to brew my own. Sandwiches: turkey with cheese or cheese. I am allergic to milk (common allergy), you put milk products everywhere. Vegan is the only option, sadly it is usually some sort of Asian food and I am not Asian, have a gag reflex when I smell Indian food. This was not Air India flight, but smelled like one!!! Will avoid flying with United. Somehow, although I booked on purpose with Brussels Air, without my consent (!!!) I was sold tickets for United operated flight. Please, don't tell me that customers are your #1 priority, because they are NOT!"
