Our food choice was a ham sandwich, there were better choices but the crew took them for themselves so nothing left for the 1st class passengers. Similar situation on our eastbound flight the week earlier. I doubt if Delta knows or cares that this occurs. After paying more than twice the coach fare, we expect something better than a ham sandwich on a coast to coast flight."

Nadelen: "I could not sleep on my return flight, as I am a woman travelling alone and I was seated next to a young man, when there were plenty of free seats in the rear, where some guys were spread out among 3 seats sleeping."

The person sitting next to me(in the middle was a fairly large (height not weight) and his arms and shoulders were pretty much flowing into my seat( I sat by the window). Leg room of course was fine. Very cold draft coming from the airplane(window?)"

Nadelen: "My flight to PDX was quite bumpy so food and beverage service were impacted, which I totally understand. However, the fact that I was not served at all, does not sit well with me! They had to stop service with only a few rows left to go due to turbulence but rather it just being a delay in service, the flight attendants never came back to check on the customers they hadn’t served even when the seat belt lights turned off. I really enjoy flying Delta but not this time!"

Nadelen: "Change my seat when I was boarding. I already had my seat # assigned before boarding. Sat next to a man with a strong body odor. I came down with a sore throat last night so I was feeling pretty bad. Then to endure a long flight with that smell which made my trip very uncomfortable."

Nadelen: "La classe premium est devenu du gros n’importe quoi! Les petites attentions ne sont plus là ( cône de bonbons). Le personnel de bord disparaît après le service du repas et ce, pour le restant du vol. Les rideaux séparateurs restent ouverts! Quant au confort des sièges, n’en parlons même pas! Dur sur les fesses, le dos, les jambes et le sommeil! Bref, cette classe n’a plus rien de premium!"

Nadelen: "Ils ont annoncé un retard d'une heure reçu sur mon email, je suis donc allé à l'aéroport pour le nouvel horaire et quand je suis arrivé il venait de fermer le vol et ont refusé de me laisser monter! J'ai donc raté l'avion, ils m'ont donné un billet gratuit par contre je n'ai pas pu être à mon rdv qui était important"

Voordelen: "How does one describe spending 10+ hours in a metal tube approximately 18 feet wide at 30,000 feet with 300 of your closest friends breathing the same air while having the seat in front of you pushed back so you cannot adequately see the passenger monitor because it's too close to focus on as your knees are under your chin? Flying in "steerage" is not comfortable as humans get larger and airplane seats get squeezed smaller. Please unsqueeze! Cabin crew members were excellent. Other than that, Europe was great!"

Voordelen: "Personnel professionnel et accueillant, départ et atterrissage à l’heure"

Voordelen: "On the fight back I had enough space; good service; fine food. Great trip. On the way to Amsterdam, I sat next to a very overweight woman and her body hung over my seat. I couldn't move around enough and I ended up with a trigger point problem which immobilized me for 3 days and kept me from sleeping at night. It was very disappointing, since this was a family visit trip."

Voordelen: "Easy to board, on time and food was good"

Voordelen: "SAS generally has better planes and more space than most airlines especially in economy class. Seats were comfortable, not too tight. Food was good. Most SAS planes are really nice and new. On this flight they had a problem and had to use one of their older planes. It was still pretty nice, but the entertainment system on the older plane was a little dated."
Nadelen: "Used backup plane. It had an older entertainment system."

Nadelen: "Seats were horrible, tiny , cramped"

Voordelen: "Seats are pretty comfortably and spacious for economy class (I’m small though, so take that with a grain of salt). The lunch was pretty solid, would have preferred a hot breakfast. The vegetarian breakfast was grilled veggies with fruit and yogurt on the side, kind of a mish-mash of things."
Nadelen: "- Would have liked a better breakfast - More entertainment with subtitles (esp foreign films) - More entertainment selection"

Voordelen: "Flight left on time, the plane was clean and comfortable, but the staff could do with some additional training."
Nadelen: "They did not serve coffee in our table, the cabin crew were abrupt, almost rude, and in my opinion they can do better."

Nadelen: "Rerouted without consultaton - added an extra leg to my trip including a necessary mad dash to catch the make-up flight."

Voordelen: "Crew was friendly and professsional. Breakfast was good , as well as the selection of movies."
Nadelen: "Apparently SAS is not part of the TSA network, so I was unable to use my Global Entry membership to get TSA Pre-Check. Non-alcoholic beverage service was meager (one beverage only)."

Nadelen: "Rude crew, and apparently now you only get one free nonalcoholic drink in Economy for an 8 hour flight."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord a été très agréable et professionnel. L'embarquement à Stockholm est très bien fait et il n'y a pas de perte de temps."
Nadelen: "Par contre, c'est une seule boisson par personne le reste est payant, les repas sont très moyens et le système de divertissement est très très mauvais. Les contenus sont vieux et l'application est très lente et pa réactive du tout."

Nadelen: "Expensive rates on luggage"

Voordelen: "I liked the high-tech adjustment on the seats but i am 6ft2, 200 lbs (in good shape) and I have Parkinson's disease. The seat was just not roomy enough and I had to get up at least once an hour."
Nadelen: "The crew was very understanding and kind. The aft head was very limited in space too. A little more room would have been most welcome."

Voordelen: "The gate agent at check-in was very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire ground crew did a good job. The crew was friendly and attentive. The plane was clean. The entertainment options were more than adequate. Bathrooms were well kept."
Nadelen: "I know you can't expect coach to be luxurious. But the space between seats in the airline industry in general have gotten ridiculously small. Words were exchanged between my wife and the lady (nothing extreme, but still) in the seat in front of her. When the lady leaned her seat back, my wife could barely watch her movie. All in all, I would definitely fly SAS again."

Voordelen: "They gave us blankets and pillows. Each seat had its own entertainment system but it only worked with the earbuds given out by the crew and the controls were cumbersome to use."
Nadelen: "The plane was hot and stuffy the entire trip. There are no longer individual controls for air. It was so uncomfortable and we were hot a sweaty the whole flight. The crew said that there was nothing they could do about it."

Voordelen: "Crew were good. Plane new and clean."
Nadelen: "I think the only free drinks are tea and coffee."

Nadelen: "We couldn't check in online because we had an infant in arms. So we tried to check in there. There were 3 different terrible queues. One to use the machines, one to check bags and another for special situations. We tried the machines, didn't work. A rep told us to go to the special situations line. There was a rep there that was trying to prevent people to getting into the line because it was sooo long (1+ hr). So we tied the machines again. Didn't work. So we convinced the guy to let us in the special line. It was nuts. We waited as our flight got closer and closer. Right when it looked like we might make the flight, one of the TWO reps left. When we finally made it, they said we wouldn't make the flight. We rebooked and had to pay extra. WORST travel experience ever."

Voordelen: "I had a window seat with a view of New York City as we flew North."
Nadelen: "The sound quality of the earphones was so poor that I could not understand most of the dialogue of the film that I watched."

Nadelen: "This flight did not occur due to delays."

Nadelen: "Seat was uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "Had to pay USD 75/bag which was not clear when I booked the ticket. You have to inform the customer about these rukes."

Nadelen: "Even though it was clear from my reservation that checked baggage was not included in the initial price, there were no clear links in kayak/vayama or SAS to prepay baggage, and the price is double if you pay at the airport."

Nadelen: "We were being charged for bottled water and soda"

Voordelen: "I had a connecting flight in Stockholm and forgot my laptop in the first plane. SAS personnel was very friendly and got me my laptop quickly and I was able to make my connection, even though it was pretty tight."

Voordelen: "Movie selection/Entertainment choices were good. Food was ok. Overhead storage space was adequate."
Nadelen: "Seats are awfully small and legroom is cramped. The crew was standoffish and inattentive. Beverage service is lacking."

Nadelen: "Had to pay €70 to check in luggage - most expensive ive ever seen! No beverages other than coffee and tea abailable, water could be appreciated"

Nadelen: "I did not like having to pay Euro 70 for my luggage at the AP. I do not recall ever having got the option to pay for my suitcase online when I booked my ticket. You guys need to make this more clear."

Nadelen: "Lost my luggage... can't even track it or give me any sense where it is or if it will be returned. My vacation is ruined and I have to wait 3 weeks before I can request minimal compensation. I'm frustrated and angry, and get little help. Everyone is sorry... but no answers. Never will fly SAS again"

Voordelen: "Loved the time of the flight. The airport was not at all busy and the flight was not full. The crew was awesomely friendly and the flight itself was perfect. We love SAS,"

Voordelen: "Attendants allowed any standing to ease weary legs as long as it was out of the way."

Voordelen: "The plane was relatively quiet"
Nadelen: "I am 5' 10" tall and I could not fit into my seat. Reserved my tickets almost a year in advance and paid twice the normal fare to have an emergency exit row, instead got the row in front of it that has no reclining seats!!! SAS's cramping passengers into a sardine can strategy really hit a new low."

Nadelen: "I was bumped off. So I liked nothing about that SAS flight."

Nadelen: "My long haul flight was delayed by two hours and ten minutes. I only had 2 hours and twenty minutes between flights at CPH. When we landed, we were assured our flight would be held. I got off my first SAS flight with 15 minutes to make it to a gate 20 minutes away. I will point out I was going to another SAS flight. I booked it, even running when I could. My flight took off without me even though I was only three minutes late and had been assured the flight would be held. At least 12 other people were in the same boat. My rescheduled flight had me do yet another layover and I arrived in Warsaw a full 6 hours late. All because SAS was incompetent to hold their flight for a few minutes."

Voordelen: "Excellent communication through email the few days before departures eg confirmation of flight,gate numbers ect. It was my first time with Kayak and will definitely not be my last."

Nadelen: "La file d'attente trop longue lors de l'embarquement, le manque de cadrage de la file d'attente lors de l'embarquement (pas de files bien délimitées), le passage à la sécurité trop long, le retard sur l'horaire de décollage, les gens debout alors que l'avion venait tout juste d'atterrir et que l'avion continuait à rouler, pas de bouteille d'eau offerte alors que l'avion avait beaucoup de retard"

Nadelen: "Pouvoir décharger les boarding pass, le site de BA is not user friendly, heureusement t staff tres ftriendly à l’aeropor"

Nadelen: "Lufthansa entre Francfort et Birmingham la semaine dernière offre une collation + boisson sur un trajet d'une durée similaire et un tarif équivalent. J'ai donc facilement trouvé ma compagnie favorite pour mes prochains voyages intra Europe"

Nadelen: "Due to the way the flights were booked, even though I flew on the same airline on both legs of my trip they were two separate bookings causing me to wait in line for two hours in Heathrow to get my bags and check back in. I will probably never use kayak / kiwi.com again."

Nadelen: "No complementary food and beverage. Next time I will take Air France, for the same price you have a better crew and at least something to drink and to each without using your credit card"

"American Airlines customer service was extremely poor. They canceled our flights multiple times. Then put us on standby trying to get on flights instead of booking us on a confirmed flight to get us home. So flight after flight we kept our hopes up just to be disappointed and stuck from a connecting flight. We had never been to Dallas so we were sleeping on the floor at the airport waiting to get home."

Nadelen: "The head phone jacks were loose so watching a movie was extremely difficult. The aisle is so small you can’t even walk down it without bumping people who are seated. It seemed like none of the crew wanted to be there."

Nadelen: "The flight attendants were friendly, watched a movie, thanks for the ear buds to listen to the movie. There was a lot of turbulence but I feel our pilot managed it very well bringing us in safely and smoothly as possible. I can't think of anything that could have been improved on."

Voordelen: "On time, crew was nice."
Nadelen: "Seats are too tight. Board from the outsides in, not front to back. Windows seats in the back go first (after first class, ADA, etc), and fill the cheap seats back to front. As it is, literally everyone with an aisle seat ends up on first and overheads fill before people have a chance to know, requiring a lot of against-the-flow foot traffic and delays pushing away from gate."

After I got on the plane I asked one crew member if I have any chance to switch the seat to sit by the bathroom because I am very sick, but seems no one cares. They said there is nothing they can do and tell me to get back to my seat. The whole fight I was sick. It was a horrible no crews member were asked me how I felt. No crews member checked me if I were ok. I had fever and so sick. There were late. I never have any bad fight like this forever."

Voordelen: "Good service in-flight. Pretty comfortable seats and decent in-flight food/beverage options."
Nadelen: "Crew was slamming overhead compartments before take-off and would ignore questions from passengers. Late take-off, very late gate change and late arrival. No help from crew on the plan to get bags taken care of so boarding took forever."

Voordelen: "Nothing - except getting my seat upgraded from the 'claustrophobic zone'."
Nadelen: "Having to wait 5 hours for the flight as my FRA to DFW flight arrived late. I had been up over 26 hours already and was struggling to stay awake prior to the flight. (My day didn't end until I'd been up more than 32 hours.) Crew from the late arriving flight should have announced the connecting flight delay well before landing at DFW. The flight should have been held for 20 minutes, as it appeared that the majority of the passengers affected were able to clear customs and arrive at the gate in time. Headphone jack had a very poor connection. Plane was dirty."

Voordelen: "The pilot was very apologetic about being delayed but we were able to catch the flight because it was delayed for about more than 2 hours."
Nadelen: "It was cold in the beginning of the flight. We were delayed at the first flight and when we got to the gate there were no one available at the gate to check us in. We had to go to customer service to get on board."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Voordelen: "Got to see The Shape of Water from DFW to PDX in advance of the Oscars! Nice clear image and sound. Thanks American, you've upped your game from a few years back!"

Nadelen: "My check in bag it’s lost got wrong boarding pass even when I told them I had electronic boarding pass on my phone. Really disappointed with this."

Voordelen: "The employee who checked me in was very helpful - found my frequent flyer number for another airline and give me a free checked bag."

Voordelen: "I liked the way the Pilot (Captain) addressed the passengers before and after the flight."
Nadelen: "The wait at the customer service counter in the terminal at LAX."

Voordelen: "Nothing. Had a family emergency"
Nadelen: "I had a family emergency and had to buy a ticket to Pittsburgh to get home instead of going to Portland."

Nadelen: "American completely missed the mark. AA did not successfully change our reservation when the initial leg of our trip was delayed by an hour due to a fuel issue, which caused us to miss your connection in Chicago. Since American partners with Alaskan Airlines, American should have changed my reservations with regards to Alaska Airlines, but they failed to do that. I stood at the Alaskan Airlines counter as the plane left the gate with our empty seats because there was not a ticket. American Airlines did not change a reservation successfully and so although we had boarding passes with our names and seats and the flight number, the plane left without us. I was stranded and Seattle airport at midnight with a child and an infant with one diaper and one bottle left and it was a terrible experience with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying American they cannot get it together when problems happen with delays."

Nadelen: "Free wifi for business class customers. $6,000 ticket then asked to pay 10/hr for wifi is insulting!"

Voordelen: "L’embarquement s’est fait très rapidement"
Nadelen: "Retard du vol. Deux en deux (retard le 4 octobre pour l’Islande et le 19 octobre, retard pour Montréal). Des agents de bord qui ne parle pas un mot de français pour un vol en direction de Montréal. C’est inacceptable et c’est régulier sur air Canada. Je suis vraiment déçue de cette compagnie et je vais essayer d’éviter le plus possible."

Nadelen: "My center seat, which was assigned, put me in an extremely uncomfortable position physically for the entire 14 hour flight. My two seatmates extended physically into my space, and minimal legroom meant by knees were pressed against the seat in front. I was not happy at the lack of seat choice."

Arrivée à l’intérieur de l’avion, les compartiments à bagages à main étaient pratiquement tous plein. Eu beaucoup de misère à éviter de mettre mon sac à dos sous le siège devant moi. Chose que je déteste car je suis très grand et j’ai besoin d’espace pour mes jambes. On a finalement trouvé un endroit à inséré mon sc à dos après avoir argumenté avec l’agent de bors."

Nadelen: "Embarked late. Sat on runway for 30 minutes waiting to disembark. Missed ride to Eugene Or. Not happy."

Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."

Nadelen: "Because of the delayed flight out of Lisbon I missed this flight and was rerouted to Vancouver. I had to go through customs and re enter the airport going through security to board the Vancouver fligh. Slept in a hotel for four hours, paid for by Air Canada, went back to the airport through security again and flew to Portland."

Nadelen: "Air Canada offers this flight DAILY. Yet somehow the boarding was the most excruciating tedious I’ve had to endure. Passengers who needed assistance boarding seemed to have to deal with haphazard organisation, and the fact that they seemed surprised so many people brought carry-on luggage that the bins filled up is laughable. Changed my return flight to Alaska Air."

Nadelen: "I did not make this flight. Instead was re-routed and spent 12 hours overnight in the Vancouver airport before getting to fly to Portland, without my luggage that was left behind in Toronto."

Nadelen: "I was held back for 'random' security check. Security lost my boarding pass and didn't care. Only found it because my friend asked them to check a table where they had put it. They didn't apologize for any inconvenience and instead security chief kept asking more questions. Truly atrocious customer service."

Nadelen: "There was one announcement about preboarding and none after that -- only one announcement about delay of 20 minutes but we were more than an Hour late boarding. That was 1st impression. Then, when we got on the plane, it was very old so made me worry about safety."

Nadelen: "The entertainment system was broken on this flight."

Je n'ai pas apprécié son attitude bête."
