Pas de film français et siège inconfort
J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux
J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un
the wheelchair service was denied to me because they couldnt see it on my ticket but i had pleaded for it. the turkish airport and san francisco airport easily gave me a wheelchair without asking questions while delhi was being harsh about it.

The AC didn't work properly - it was hard to breathe with the mask on and it was quite hot. My girlfriend needed 15 minutes to recover (get some fresh air) after the flight.

Nadelen: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Nadelen: "the connection flights was the worse! The gate was changed in Amsterdam 3 times! From D82 to C6 and then to C11. The distance between B82 and C was 20-30 minutes walk. No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

Letting us know our 8am flight would be 3 hours late, every flight of theirs was late by hours. Seems like it’s the same everyday. We could have slept in another couple hours easily instead of coming to the airport at 6am.

Nadelen: "If EgyptAir would distribute a little English sheet how the steps are, where to get the passports back (at the EgyptAir Counter in the main hall at the airport), which lines to go to (we didn't officially immigrate, but still had to go through immigration upon return, which wasn't clear). Maybe a word on legal boundaries of the status in Egypt - EgyptAir had the passport, can we go to the pyramids or not - would be useful, too."

Nadelen: "I was very disappointed with Kenya Airways on my recent round trip from Kigali to New York to visit family for Christmas. Due to a delay on my connecting flight from Kigali to Nairobi, I missed my flight to JFK and had to stay in Kenya for a full day, shortening my already brief trip. I do not know what caused this delay other than Kenya Airways staff having seemingly no urgency to get us off the ground. On my return flight to Kigali a delay attributed to “operations” increased my layover from 8 hours to 12 hours. On top of the scheduled delay we were delayed an additional hour because boarding did not begin when it should have. I was also less than impressed with the movie selection on the plane. I will not be flying with Kenya Airways again and now understand why they were the cheapest option!"

Voordelen: "This company obviously trains its employees to belittle and disregard customers. I have never dealt with a company so at fault for an issue and so utterly unwilling to make up for it. First, they cancel the first of our 3 flights to Delhi 18 hrs before it is to leave. The flight they replaced it with would leave us 10 min to make the connection. So we went to the counter and they told us they'd hold the plane, as did the stewardess on the flight. They lied. The plane left 10 min before we landed. We were stranded. Also, I got food poisoning from their food. They did nothing to help. They would not pay for the hotel we wanted, when we asked they rudely served everyone else they stranded first. The employee would not call his supervisor or give his name. The next morning i saw a doctor but the stomache infection was so bad i couldn't sit up or walk. The doctor wrote this on my clearance to fly document. I needed to get to India to get better medical help. We presented this to the kenya airlines agent and she would do nothing to help. She had business class reclining seats available but would not upgrade me. Even after everything this shitty airline has caused. Unbelievable. Every step along the way of this nightmare could have been made better, so much better, by some human decency but instead we got rude disregard."

Nadelen: "After my transfer in nairobi, my luggage was lost and when my luggage tag was entered, there was no record of where my luggage is. Platinum on skyteam and no one can help...Kenya airways strikes again. Just glad they didn't last minute change the flight to go to Bujumbura first like they did with my outbound flight."

Nadelen: "three of us were travelling together with 3 bags. Two bags didn't come - they were left in Nairobi. We were in Nairobi more than 3 hours so it should have been enough to get the bags on the plane. This is super frustrating - also can Kenya Airways not deliver bags in nairobi if they left them. I do understand when flight connections are tight etc, but this wasn't."

Nadelen: "With the exception of one male flight attendant who was friendly and professional, the Kenya airways flight attendants were surly, invompetent and unprofessional. One yelled at us for asking if we could get a vegetarian meal (on the advice of another Kenya airways flight attendant). Another only bothered to give water to the first 2/3 of the plane and then for some unknown reason simply stopped passing out water. All three of the Kenya airways fights were late but no one said so or why. I would avoid this airline at all costs."

Voordelen: "flights were slightly delayed but we were updated often and accurately. Flight staff were awesome, super nice and well spoken!"
Voordelen: "My travel itinerary was one with long layover times. Thank you Kenya, Airways for allowing the day use of your lounge areas for a fee. Got some sleep, a wonderful Turkey Lunch on Christmas Day, before my connecting flight to Guangzhou. Smooth Short field landing and take off in the 787-8. No rattling sounds during landing and take off so the Plane must have also been new. Kudos!!"
Nadelen: "Suffered with the unattended toilets. Food for thought, could the toliets on flights be designated according to gender? toilet seat was always covered in sprayed urine( which I wiped clean every time before sitting and using the toilets, made several trips during the 9 hour flight. Hand Soap run out at some point."
Nadelen: "The flight was 5 hours late, we were not informed while waiting or why it was late. It was very frustrating, especially that Nairobi airport has no free wifi. Kenya Airways is not to the standards of other Sky Team companies."

La prestation des hôtesses étaient bien. Mais le respect des sièges doit être suivi
Les numéros n'était pas correct nous avons pas plus embarqué et impossible de vous joindre par mailsou téléphone, mais encaissé l'argent aucun soucis😡😡
L’éventail de film auquel on a accès est assez désuet
Dans l’ensemble le service est agréable, mais j’ai surtout déploré le rationnement de l’eau. On est servi dans des sortes de petits gobelets .

They didn’t have enough current movies or tv shows. The food was bland. Coffee cups were plastic and it burnt my finger."

Nadelen: "We were delayed for 30 minutes, then for one hour, then they announced a delay for 3 hours. They changed the gate twice and the staff was not communicating what is happening and when we are supposed to board. Also, they did not add my miles for my connecting flight."
