Nadelen: "Was in first class front row. I was offered only one drink the entire 6.5 hour flight. The flight attendant in first class never came around and asked if i would like anything else. The potatoes served with the meal were not cooked completely and they let the entire coach section use the forward bathroom so it was like sitting at the very back. Had to wait several times for several others before i could use the first class lavatory. They didn't turn off the cabin lights until very late in the flight so we could sleep. The flight attendant(s) in first class were not friendly. Wifi was horrible and almost not useable. Definitely not worth the $29 I had to pay. I fly this trip regularly and are almost always delighted but this trip was disappointing to say the least."

Nadelen: "The flight boarded on time but sat at gate for over 1/2 hr, before taking off, then arrived at LAX and waited another 15 or so minutes to dock at gate. Several people with a connection were very upset and it was an unpleasant experience. Also while up in the air, it took over an hour for seatbelt sign to go offf making it hard to wait for bathroom."

Nadelen: "Landed in a peanut free section, and couldn’t eat our PB&J sandwiches at our seats We brought for lunch."

Voordelen: "This was on one of the Virgin America planes, and the service was good and the plane was very comfortable. I appreciated being able to get some wifi chat access for free, and having the ability to request extra water easily over the RED in-flight system."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed over two hours. The gate crew could have done a better job of forecasting for us how long the delay would be. It took over an hour just to unload the plane once it arrived, but every time the gate crew made an announcement it sounded like we'd be boarding in fifteen minutes, so I never felt safe to leave the boarding area. Usually Virgin has headphones available for using their in-flight entertainment system, and I was relying on that since mine broke at the airport. Unfortunately this flight did not have any loaded."

Nadelen: "the person nwxt to me was hesitant to stand ip when I wanted to go bathroom. Ither than that I lived it. Attendants were super nice which makes experience different."

Nadelen: "They pack you in like sardines and we as customers are supposed to like this. The seating sucks, the leg room sucks. My Hawaiian flight was great, great customer service, seating and leg room was great. If I could have and should have flown Hawaiian instead of Alaska. I like Alaska Airlines but truely the plane I was on was old, crowded and hated the flight. Alaska could step up to the plate and provide a better experience. If I gauged my experience on Alaska through today's flight I would never fly them again. Really Alaska I know you can do better."

Voordelen: "Seeing me seated next to a young person big enough to need more than one seat (couldn't lower the arm rest), a flight attendant found another seat for me without me asking."
Nadelen: "If a person needs two seats, maybe they should buy two seats. The streaming movie only came it fitful bits, far inferior to previous provided screens. It also took about twice as long to play as a result. And of course, checking a bag should not be an additional cost, nor should a meal on long flights."

Voordelen: "Flight was good but my first flight was cancelled which gave me a 6 hour layover in Seattle."
Nadelen: "6 hr delay and arrive at Newark at 7:30 am and have to fight traffic to get home"

Voordelen: "Once we got on board, The service and flight attendants were great. I liked the snack options - fairly health and non-processed."
Nadelen: "The two gate agents were quite flustered by our 2.8 hour weather delay. When asked for information or options, one agent completely shut down and just stopped talking / answering questions. What the heck."

Voordelen: "Free Maitai on arrival, on time departure and landing, friendly crew, decent food. Big overhead bins also a plus."

Voordelen: "This flight did not exist - I ended up with a flight from Bellingham to Seattle, but they cancelled that and I ended up having to catch a bus at 4 am to Seattle to catch my flight to Indianapolis. Now I have to track down how to get reimbursed for the bus ticket, which is not easy for me."

SO we're not on that flight. We're boarding a Delta flight that costs one quarter of the price they were telling us it would cost to re-purchase our flight with Alaska Air."

Voordelen: "We got a flat tire on the way to the airport. Left the car on the side of the road, hopped on a quick uber ride to the Bozeman airport and we made it with literally one minute to spare. we wouldn't have if the girl helping us hadn't been so determined to get us on our flight."

Équipage qui se balade simplement dans l'allée de l'avion en disant vaguement les mesures de sécurité à appliquer sans réellement prêter attention à ce que font les passagers (la personne devant moi à passer l'atterrissage le siège baissé...)"

Nadelen: "part of leg space is used up by the airplane. Guess you can't really change that, but it was uncomfortable"

Nadelen: "Barely any free snacks, aside from water. Everything either needed to be paid for or was advertised in a way that eventually got annoying and overwhelming. I felt less like I was on an airplane and more at one of those promotion things where you have to sit in an uncomfortable chair for three hours listening to a guy in a suit talk about boats before you can get a free fast pass ticket to a ride at Disneyland."

"Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance."

Also I had to pay 30 dollars to go get the next flight at 18:59hrs , which was extremely inconvenient."

Le personnel de bord disparaît après le service du repas et ce, pour le restant du vol. Les rideaux séparateurs restent ouverts! Quant au confort des sièges, n’en parlons même pas! Dur sur les fesses, le dos, les jambes et le sommeil! Bref, cette classe n’a plus rien de premium!"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Voordelen: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Nadelen: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Nadelen: "The staff at the checkin proceeded to pretend to type in the keyboard until 7 min after our allowed checkin time- they refused to allow us to check in or board although at the airport 1.5 hrs early!"

Nadelen: "It was hot on the plane and the gate situation was a disaster. So chaotic and stressful. So crowded. Asking people to take later flights. Sucked."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."
