Service was excellent but food was mediocre

Food was not good and entertainment was also not updated The cleanliness was good and service was good

Did not like the food.

The breakfast menu was quite disappointing in comparison to the other food I’m used to being served on Qatar Airways

Very lethargic, lazy, rude process to check-in and board the plane. The staff is not well trained or has no care for customer service or any decency at all. First time flying Qatar airways after hearing so many good things about the airline, however the experience was awful!

I have never had any airline actually weigh my personal item (laptop backpack) before this journey. Eventually I ended up stuffing my check-in bags with everything I was carrying in my carry on bag before I was allowed to check in. The weird thing is, I was never told about this rule on my journey from the US to India."

However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

They never call me they never answer me. 8 days. So I went yesterday 10-11-18 to the Cairo airport I met one of your employees. Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"
Nadelen: "In the past on overnight flights Emirates I have received a pyjama set in the Business Class, which made it very comfortable to sleep. But this time this was not given, so I had to sleep in my day-wear, which was a bit uncomformtable."

The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"

My flight was canceled. Got to flight to London with British Airways. That flight was late and I missed my connecting flight to Newark. I was forced to check in my carry on bag because there was no more space in the overhead bins. The worst travel ever

Le gros point noir : quand on fait le check in en ligne, les places sont attribuées de façon aléatoire de façon à ce qu'une même famille soit séparée afin de faire payer très cher le placement si on veut être regroupé. Et ce, avec énormément de places disponibles à côté. Nous étions 3 ,il y avait plein de places à côté mais il fallait payer pr les avoir ce que nous n'avons pas fait.Nous avons donc ete séparés .scandaleux !!!

La réservation du vol est à revoir, après avoir acheter le billet d’avion pour Helsinki, il n’est plus possible de prendre le bus directement de l’aéroport pour aller à Tampere, c’est très frustrant

Kayak was terrible, I was told that I got 1 free checked bag, but when I got to the check-in counter I was told otherwise and had to pay for my checked bag!!!!

Very nice experience with Finnair, especially transatlantic flights. Professional crew, excellent service, scheduled on time, headache free environment, very clean and looks like new airplane. Only positive emotions. However, the aircrafts on domestic or short range flights look outdated, and definitely there is room for service improvement.

Nadelen: "Sitting behind me plus the seat across from that in center was an adult with two children going to summer camp in US. There were 40 kids and several counselors on this flight. These two kids were much younger (4 or 5yrs) than any others going to camp. One of the kids could not sit still. The adult behind me sometimes held her in her lap which resulted in pushing on my seatback. While in her own seat the child did not have her seat belt on. Eventually the girl began using her arm rests on either side of the aisle to swing herself. I finally mentioned this and the lack of seat belt fastening to F.A. who said "They're from Latvia. These Eastern Europeans don't think about things the way you and I do." The child was blocking the aisle at times and the F.A. did nothing."

Voordelen: "World best airline since my last flight to Hong Kong. New aircraft with the most confortable and complete flight experience I had in years in economy class. Seat confort, movie selection and quality of the screen, food quality, boarding speed, cabine pressure, all was immaculate."
Nadelen: "They promised an upgrade to premium economy and then they didn't follow through, they lied when they said that row 30 was premium economy, all this felt very very weird. Jacqueline the flight attendant recognised the problem and gave us premium headphones to make up for the error."

Nadelen: "We took off late and arrived even later so we had to run to get to the next plane"

Helped me stow my banjo in a closet instead of under the plane wich really was great because of its value to me...great food and entertainment options made the trip fly by...hah....kinda freaked out by the whole black glove thing but maybe it's sexy, not sure."

Liked nothing. It would’ve been better if the flight was not cancelled and I wouldn’t have incurred additional expenses for a new flight back to the US.

A fuir!!!! Que ce soit kayak ou British, fuyez!!! Aucun service!! On remercie tout particulièrement kayak pour son absence totale de service après vente prétextant qu’ils ne sont qu’un moteur de recherche! Donc un conseil allez voir ailleurs!!!

Un sandwich ou une restauration consistante pour dîner aurait été davantage apprécié plutôt qu'un malheureux paquet de chips très petit. (Ou d'un "brownie")

On a raté notre vol pour Los Angeles car le vol BA 305 pour Londres n existait pas !!! C est tout simplement scandaleux . Nos vacances sont gâchees!!! Nous avons eu de votre part ni excuses, ni compensations .

Nous avons essayé de joindre British Airways pendant des jours. Aucun numéro de téléphone ne répondait on a perdu un temps fou pour rien. Aucune réponse à nos mails. Avion très bruyant très petit Pas de possibilité de modifier quoi que ce soit. J’ai l’habitude de voyager, c’était la première fois avec ba mais ça sera la dernière.

L’organisation de manière générale est rassurante, le personnel agréable. Le confort des sièges sur les longs courriers pourraient largement être amélioré…

J'aurais préféré partir à l'heure prévue et non 1heure plus tard

Nadelen: "Breakfast, a chicken salad sandwich in plastic and a cookie, was not my favorite thing to face in the morning after a long transatlantic flight."

The pilot was very skilful . Excellent landing experience we had. Please improve the food quality and more choices soon.

Little choice on entertainment. How about some old classic films.

Nadelen: "aircraft a bit old and my remote control was broken, lunckily my next seat was not occupied, so I can move to next seat and the seat a bit old and decline angle so limit. if compare with business class seat of other airlines, it's a bit not up to standard."

Voordelen: "The food was good on this flight . The entertainment was good I managed to get a good sleep as well."
Nadelen: "The beer offered was in a pre poured glass I could have asked for a beer from the drinks trolley however i wanted a vodka and tomato juice I couldn't see any so didn't bother asking"
Voordelen: "Food provided in Mumbai to KL flight was satisfactory."
Nadelen: "In flight from Mumbai to KL, requested orange juice was never served. Insufficient toilets in aircraft. Appeared that toilet numbers were compromised with additional seats so to gain more profit. Also toilets far away from the seats. Long queues 3 x 3 seating arrangement is hopeless for 5 hour journey as person at window needs to disturb both middle and aisle seat holder."

Nadelen: "The staff was not enough particular in delivering appropriate food to correct people. In flight KL to Auckland, vegan food was served when Indian vegetarian food was requested. Long queues at boarding in KL."

Nadelen: "The Business class seats are very uncomfortable. There's just no leg room space when the seats are flat and its very suffocating."
Nadelen: "* Business lounge was pathetic with NO food, only drink and snack. * Boarding was not efficient and took longer that it should have so had a late take off. * Business class.... Ran out of food!?!?! What the heck! only water available for 6 of 16 seats! Pathetic * Terminals not updated so had to take transfer to another terminal to get my arranged ride."

Nadelen: "my bag failed to arrive in bkk till next day and had been broken into at kl airport .bkk said this happens every day at kl never fly malaysia again!."

Nadelen: "Breakfast - woken 2 hours before landing, very sorry version of "breakfast" was at best aweful only to then have lights turned off again after service completed."

Nadelen: "I request for extra water but I was just given the glass which was on my tray. The Stewart told me he would come back but never did... not very nice One Air Asia, sûre you have to pay for the drink but you don't stay thirsty, and finally ticket is much cheaper..."

Voordelen: "Flight to Penang was delayed for more than 3 hours for unclear reasons. These was not a clear announcement as to what was going on. Then after that, they were waiting on the crew from Langkawi. We arrived at 2 a.m. or so as a resluy"
Nadelen: "Lateness and lack of transparency from MAS staff"
Voordelen: "I appreciated the free baggage allowance and the staff were nice, but otherwise they were a huge headache to fly."
Nadelen: "They changed the times on BOTH of our flights by HOURS, which resulted in me having to buy a ticket with another airline to ensure we wouldn't miss our connecting international flight. Horribly unreliable, will never fly them again. Honestly airAsia was a better experience than with Malaysia Air"
Voordelen: "Yeah it's fine journey and we love to travel in Malaysia airlines And last but not least it's nice journey"

Nadelen: "- Landing was rough and sudden - Hot drinks only served at the end of meal. It should be served together with meal. - Row 17 was last to be served. Rather hungry especially on transit flight from Singapore - No transit lounge and refreshments"

Nadelen: "I got severely sick after having ate in the plane. Only a weird selection of old movies provided. Checkin online bugging. Gates are very far in the airport."

Nadelen: "Nothing special on this flight. Entertainment system didn't actually work at the beginning for everyone on board and had to be rebooted. you would think everything would be thoroughly checked prior to a flight. It started to work about an hour later into the flight."
