I’m glad they celebrated. Haha. Got to laugh. The big crowd at the celebration were passengers who were delayed bordering so they could have a celebration. Part of the adventure."

Nadelen: "The stewardesses, for the most part were rude, almost because they were lazy. I had one get pissed because I asked for oolong tea when she was offering coffee or hot tea. Well the cabin was so hot during the whole flight, I didn't want anything hot. She made it seem like she had to go out her way to get it for me. It was on her cart!!! They rarely walked around the cabin to make sure they couldn't get something for you or even take your trash. I held an empty cup during almost an entire movie. When I finally got up to toss it, I gave it to a stewardess who was standing right there by the closes curtain who acted like that it was beneath him to do so. They would rush up and down the isle and pretty much shove your meal on you. Ugh they were just rude. None of want to be there either, especially when it's so hot in the cabin and the seats were so narrow!!"
Nadelen: "Our itinerary did not show that we had to transit in Chiangmai. It came as a surprise when we checked in at the airport. That was very misleading. We had to remove our hand luggage at each stop."
Nadelen: "Waited for at the domestic check in for 40 minutes only to be told to check in at int terminal!! Absolutely ridiculous set up!!"

Nadelen: "I waited in line for 90 minutes to check my bag. Pace of that line moved extremely slowly. I fly frequently. Other airlines are more efficient. Delay 45 Min. in taking off. Delay upon arrival as we waited for what must have been 30-45 min for a people transporter to take us to our gate. I was at the back of the plane and I swear it seemed like they only had one bus making the (long) journey back and forth. All told I arrived over two hours late to my destination for reasons that are likely poor business design. Not a great experience."

Voordelen: "I loved the service. The flight attendants were attentive and courteous. They walked through the cabin periodically to offer water in the 6 hours or so between meal services, and also had self-service drinks and snacks in the galley during that time. Flight attendants asked passengers to put their seats forward during meal times, which very few airlines do. It was the same level of service I have come to expect from the Asian carriers that I usually fly (ANA, Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Singapore). The meals were fine, and so was the entertainment. There was a decent choice of movies."
Nadelen: "The economy seats were narrow and cramped on the A340. I was in the first row of economy that wasn't premium economy. Even though the person in front of me had loads more legroom than me, he had his seat all the way back for almost the entire flight and hit me in the head while I was reaching for my bag under the seat in front of me. In order to get to anything in my bag, I had to put my head into the aisle because there wasn't enough room to bend down. Because of the angle of the seats, it was nearly impossible to get into and out of the row (and I was on the aisle)."

Nadelen: "The airport check-in was absolutely terrible. We were in line so long that an employee came up to us and said "I can't believe you're still here." Neither could I. We get to the airport at least three hours early because of stuff like this, but the incredibly slow line and unorganized way of handling it ate any of the time I'd looked so forward spending at Heathrow (I love hitting Boots etc)."
Voordelen: "As always, BA did an excellent job with my evening flight from JFK to LHR. They were prompt, efficient and very helpful and although my flight was quite full, we left on time and had no issues in the air. I was very pleased with their service and especially as I paid such a low fare through Finn Air, I can't complain. This was a great option to utilise, rather than paying BA's more expensive fares. I would definitely go through this way again."

Nadelen: "Caboj crew were unfriendly and bordering on being rude. The basic rule of any service is to smile but when you've cabin staff whi look grumpy on a 7h flight that speaks of poor training of cabin staff. Etihad needs to do much better to retain customers on this hot segment."

Nadelen: "1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

Also the meal from Abu Dhabi to Bengaluru was the most delicious I've ever had on any flight, which includes some international first class travel."

Voordelen: "Never flying with Etihad before, but it really impressed me with its roomy aircraft, friendly crew, well-rounded and creative e-entertainment and fine food for its amazingly affordable price. I was somehow selected by the airplane for an upgrade flying to Bangkok which even elevate all of my experiences above. A great layover program definitely recommended!!!"
Nadelen: "Flight attendants in the economy class could be more attentive and walk around more frequently to check up passengers needs and passing out waters. Need more care to the food sanitation especially open water because I had later diarrhea after drinking it. Could be more organized for lining up different seating zones onto the flight, also seat arrangement is a bit off because bothe times I was asked to switch seats for couples and families w kids."

I can understand that there are a lot of Indians on the flight but Etihad should have options for non Indian dishes as only Indians would have a taste for what was served. Voordelen: "Après une heure dans l'avion sans climatisation malgré un personnel de bord irréprochable (distribution de boissons) on nous annonce le débarquement, diriger et abandonne dans un terminal malgré un repas offert, pas d'information après renseignement auprès d'un accompagnant de tour operator j'apprend qu'il faut se rendre à la même porte où nous embarqueront avec 4 heures de retard. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Voordelen: "We boarded etihad for the first time and the experience was not good at all. Have two major complaints. The boarding area was very strict with the carry on laggage items size. My wife and I have the carry on bags, with which we boarded multiple domestic and international flights and never got a complaint from any carrier, but to my surprise, etihad staff mentioned that my bang is over sized in length and width and I need to check in. And second complaint is on Food. We selected Hindu meal, and the food was not good in taste and the options as well. We felt Air India, Qatar, emirates, Cathe Pacefic etc were better comparatively than Etihad. Staff were all good and supportive all the time."
