Petit avion, rien ne marchait, pas de télé, pas de wifi, tout en panne. Pas de compensation, auraient pu nous offrir quelque chose pour compenser, comme un sandwich ou un boisson gratuite. Très decu6
nous avons dû voyager par AIr France une journée plus tard le 26 juin 2022 vers 15h25. Lufthansa n'a offert aucune commodité en plus d'avoir perdu u de nos bagages
Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.
La boufe et l’équipage très cool seulement il fallait payer une petite bouteille de vin à 7 euros
Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures
Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer
Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

Was not given boarding passes at Brussels Lufthansa check in. Told to get them at the gate in Munich.

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.
Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable
Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

The crew members were wonderfully responsive to requests such as a Kosher meal when we forgot to order it in advance. While it was not available on the PHX to London flight, the steward found one for me on the London to Tel Aviv leg of my journey. In any event, the stewardess on that first flight took the time to explain to me why there were no extra Kosher meals. Both parts of my travel were very comfortable. Sylvia D.

In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

Nadelen: "on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it."

Apparently Air Baltic has no clue about how to run a service business. Somebody has to teach them this naked reality: IN SERVICE BUSINESS YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR MAJOR MARKETING ASSETS! They don't even serve a glass of water, apparently they could not manage to integrate it in the ticket price. But they dare to get thirsty and unhappy customers on the plane. Anyways: This airline company is charging extra for luggage. And I could not see this anywhere when I was buying ticket online. If I knew I'd never buy the ticket from Airbaltic. "Not writing it clearly and visible at the time of ticket purchase" is certainly tricking and misleading us. This is a crime!"
Voordelen: "Professional appearance"
Nadelen: "Extra $ for the seat (quite absurd) and 40 Euros for a check in luggage."
Nadelen: "In Stockholm they denied my boarding to Riga and Moscow as they told me that I need Shengen visa. When I was buying ticket I wasn't informed that I need to have Visa. I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."
Nadelen: "Expensive tickets but no complimentary beverages and snacks for a 2 hour flight, overpriced snacks in the flight cafe. 3H delay!!!! with no understandable explanation in English and no explanation in Latvian from the captain - airBaltic is a Latvian airline! Other airlines use two languages - national and English"
Voordelen: "Everything was very smooth and the crew was very attentive."
Voordelen: "Brand new aircraft Wider seats as normal Good selection of food"
Nadelen: "We got disembarked from the aircraft for technical reasons, then they towed the same aircraft to the next gate and off we were. Delay almost two hours."
Nadelen: "My flight was delayed, and I missed my connecting flight. Next flight was 8 hours later. They did put me on this flight but didn't give any assistance to help me with another connecting flight because it was a different company. Voucher for a cup of coffee didn't cover all the troubles I had to go through."
Nadelen: "surprised i had to pay for coffee"
Nadelen: "No fee food or beverages at all. Attendants were very pleasant. Since this is an economy airline there reallly is no complaint. Our flight was full and boarding went smoothly."
Voordelen: "It's very inexpensive, especially if you fly with only with a carry-on luggage. On-board service has always been excellent."
Nadelen: "The check-in process is horrible, regardless of the airport you are flying from. It's just the trademark of Air Baltic. I learned my lesson and pay extra to use the priority check in line, as well as boarding. Otherwise you end up staying in a VERY long line. This time I was bumped from the seat that I picked when booking my flight, which was still assigned to me when I checked in online. No explanation or heads-up, I was just handed a paper boarding pass when I checked my bag, and only after I was past security line I realized that I was bumped from row 4 to row 10. I was able to get a seat in row 4 again at the gate, but not the same seat. Also, there was no priority boarding, even though I paid for it. Given this experience I will only fly this airline if I can get away with a carry on, thus avoiding the check in desk altogether."
Voordelen: "Boarding was efficient."
Nadelen: "No free food or drink of any kind. That would have been okay since prices were reasonable. However, they completely skipped my row on my side of the plane, and I had to use the call button to get service."
Voordelen: "Moved up to First class section."
Nadelen: "No refreshments"

Nadelen: "Entertainment cost !!!"
Voordelen: "Modern aircraft. Quick flight. Quick delivery of baggage at terminal. Relieved that baggage from BKK-KBP-RIX was not lost nor delayed."
Nadelen: "It was cold and I was not dressed for the bus to the aircraft, but instead for the tropics where I had been. The toilet was not centered for stand - up use for men. Thus had to kneel in order to use. This booked by UIA, but the carrier was Air Baltic, which led to some confusion as to which airline to go to for boarding."
Voordelen: "Fine, left on time, short flight."
Nadelen: "No complaints"
Voordelen: "Things moved along fairly well, especially once I was in Riga. The hour layover stressed me out because I wasn't sure if I'd make it to my connection in time, but the airport was not crowded so I managed to get through passport control fairly quickly and made my flight."
Nadelen: "Flight left a late, which was stressful with an hour layover in Riga where I had to go through passport control. Was very stressed, but made it with ten minutes to spare before my connection boarded because the airport happened to be not crowded."
Voordelen: "Booked on kayak and wasn't clear at all about check in or tickets, I looked many times. No way of checking in or getting boarding passes had to pay an arm and a leg at the gate. Also had to pay to check my bag on a half full flight. Have never had to check same bag with Ryanair on over 10 flights now. Will never use this airline again."
Voordelen: "On time"
Nadelen: "Mediocre crew Pricing policy makes you feel like a fool. Ex : if you book not directly from their website, you won't receive a email asking to check online and will end up paying a 30e fee at the counter."

Je ne sais pas si ça change qqch mais j’ai bcp moins peur et il y a moins de secousses en l’aire avec eux qu’avec une autre compagnie. Je ne prends que Ryanair si je sais le faire. Dommage que juste pas ne petite TV pour suivre le vol.. ça occupe quand même 😊
Les ventes de nourriture, de cosmétiques et maintenant de tickets de tombola... c'est trop. C'est assez insupportable ce défilé permanent de chariot dans l'allée.
Bruh... Ryanair c'est du "Low cost". Que le stricte minimum sans plus. Les WCs étaient très salle!
Atterrissage un poil "dur", cela m'a surpris. Mais je chipote. C'est toujours agréable et un réel plaisir de voyager avec Ryanair, ou du moins devrais-je dire Malta air. À chaque voyage, aucune surprise, toujours agréable.

Nadelen: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."
Nadelen: "All the agents were not professional, stupid and did not explained to the pasengers which line to check in. Took me 1and 1/2 hour to check in and went to 2-3 differents lanes and keep waiting each lane for long time."

Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Nadelen: "Seats were very uncomfortable, not even a space/pocket slot on the rear of the seat in front to place a book, phone, bottle of water etc Boarding was delayed and this appeared to be due to cabin bags being moved to hold luggage but had not been tagged in advance. Seemed a bit disorganised. Fair enough have the rule about potentially putting them in the hold but make sure they are pre tagged. Flight delayed as a result."
Nadelen: "Security is ridiculous, cramped spaces, long lines, dirty."
Voordelen: "Flight on-time, friendly to baby. Did not have food and no entertainment."
Nadelen: "Took long time to pick up baggage (could be an issue at BCN airport). Would be great to arrange seating (sit next to my wife) when seats are randomly picked up"
Nadelen: "Ryanair ... Quelle déception ... Voilà 5 jours que je tente en vain de faire le check in de mon vol retour (celui du vol aller ayant été fait en ligne) et que je ne peux pas accéder a la moindre carte d’embarquement. J’arrive donc en avance à El Prat, pour m’entendre dire que je dois régler 55€ en CB afin de pouvoir procéder à l’enregistrement. Une honte. (Sans parler de la charmante dame au check in qui s’est permise de voler mes lunettes de soleil, cadeau d’une famille balinaise auquel je tenais énormément, sur le comptoir, après m’avoir « dérobé » lesdits 55€) Quelle honte, mais quelle honte ..."
Nadelen: "I received a message instructing me to check-in online and so I did. However, I need ver received the screenshot of the boarding pass or an email for that matter. When I try to check in at the counter they had me go to the other end of the airport and pay 20€ for them to "print" the boarding pass. What a racket!! Never again."
Nadelen: "The agent. They charged me extra for not check-in online. Very bad company"
Nadelen: "Flight was an hour late and they changed the gat 3 times. Boarding took a long time and was like a cattle call."
Nadelen: "Le fait que les bagages à main voyagent maintenant systématiquement en soute ... les coffres en cabine sont vides et on doit attendre son petit sac à l´arrivée, après les bagages enregistrés ... Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"
Voordelen: "Depart à l'heure avec quelques minutes d'avance à l'arrivée. Accueil très sympathique des agents d'escale à l'aéroport de Bratislava."
Nadelen: "Le confort des sièges de l'avion est vraiment perfectible bien que l'espace au jambes soit correct."
Voordelen: "Rien de special"
Nadelen: "Le fait de payer pour avoir mon savon en cabine alors que d’aitres Personnes l’ont eu aussi mais sans payer."
Voordelen: "Amazing that the can offer a decent flight for such a price"

Voordelen: "Crew was great and always happy to help and answer to any questions we had. We paid for priority boarding so that made that easy."
Nadelen: "Check-in Counter Staff in Madrid (Barajas) airport really could benefit with Customer Services training or just hiring staff with better people's skills! ALso, you cannot do all in one counter. You have to do a line for check in, then to pay to check in luggage, you have to go a ANOTHER desk, do another line, and pay there, THEN, go back to the Check In desk to CHECK IN luggage. TO many unnecessary steps for a simple transaction."
Nadelen: "Il est inadmissible qu'on ne donne même pas un verre d'eau durant ce voyage qui a duré 3 heures de temps et en plus pour un voyageur avec un bébé. De plus j'ai payé l'option priorité car on m'a dit que le bébé avait droit à un bagage de 10Kg qu'on pouvait envoyer en soute et ce n'était pas le cas. Ma fille a du avoir en main le bagage du bébé, son bagage cabine, la poussette et le bébé lui-même. Cà a été infernal pour elle. Je demande donc le remboursement de l'option priorité que j'ai payé pour rien (90€). Merci."
