Good food !

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

I am super upset.

We were excited to take Turkish airline yet we were a bit disappointed by their food, seats were very small & the flight changed two weeks before the trip at a much later time. We have two little kids and we’re supposed to get to Tirana at 1:30pm but we didn’t get there until 12:30am which was way too late for our little kids. Same thing with our trip back, initially our flight was at 9:30am and it was changed last minute to 6am which means we need to get up at 3am to get to the airport 2 hours before. Not cool especially having to travel with two kids. Will not fly with this airline again.

I do not know how, but, rude crew and counter personnel is here, rest of things looks pretty standard without any difference with other airlines, that was not the case in the past

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

As usual, Egyptair was late in departing, so I was late in arriving in Cairo for the connecting flight. It was a short one hour flight, but being 15 minutes late is not good.

It seemed like they did not have all the air pacts on .Very little airflow at the individual air vents. They prepare the cabin for landing way to early and you must have the window shades up which is painful with the hot sun beating on you through the window ( safety card is only so big)"

Our gate location changed twice, and the only way I found out was by asking the "Kenya Airways Guest Services desk" twice. Nadelen: "The plane boarded at 9:30am and then we sat on the tarmac for 5 hours waiting for a new pilot. We were not fed, or told how long it ws going to take. After 5 hours, we finally took off, but were not offered food for another two hours. The 11.5 hour flight turned into a 16 hour flight..."

Nadelen: "Boarding was a bit "hectic", could be improved. Toilets got progressively worse as the flight went on (should be cleaned regularly). On 1 flight the meal trays stayed on the tables for over an hour (after the meal was served), should have been collected faster"
Voordelen: "Well 1 out of our 3 bags arrived in Bujumbura, Burundi. We had an overnight flight arrived in in Nairobi at 6:00A, sat around the airport until 5:30P and all our clothes didn’t make it to our destination"

Nadelen: "More amusing than unpleasurable when after making his "final prepare" for landing in Kusumu announcement, the pilot came back on and stated he "forgot to tell" us that there was construction work on the runway and we will braking harder then usual to make an abrupt stop."

Nadelen: "The fact there was no such reservation for me from Lusaka to Nairobi"
Voordelen: "All in all was good -"
Nadelen: "three of us were travelling together with 3 bags. Two bags didn't come - they were left in Nairobi. We were in Nairobi more than 3 hours so it should have been enough to get the bags on the plane. This is super frustrating - also can Kenya Airways not deliver bags in nairobi if they left them. I do understand when flight connections are tight etc, but this wasn't."

There is a decent selection of in flight entertainment but it freezes sometimes. Hold down the "power" and "home" buttons at the bottom of your screen to reset your console.

La prestation des hôtesses étaient bien. Mais le respect des sièges doit être suivi

Les numéros n'était pas correct nous avons pas plus embarqué et impossible de vous joindre par mailsou téléphone, mais encaissé l'argent aucun soucis😡😡

L’éventail de film auquel on a accès est assez désuet

Dans l’ensemble le service est agréable, mais j’ai surtout déploré le rationnement de l’eau. On est servi dans des sortes de petits gobelets .

Good and efficient service. Food was quite poor though. And my seat hadn't been cleaned from previous flight (pockets still full of gargbage). Flight entertainment had a good screen, but audio with earplugs was terrible.

Nadelen: "Once in Abidjan, it became a mess. First we were left waiting for over an hour without any explanation. Then we were told that we had to retrieve our baggage and then recheck them. Hardly anyone spoke English so that was a long and confusing ordeal."

Voordelen: "It is an African airline so I am doing my best to support it. I am grateful I was allocated to a hotel for my long layover"
Nadelen: "I had a long layover in Addis and the hotel I was allocated to could improve its service. I was expected to be served breakfast in the morning. My flight was at 820 am There could be some improvement on food"

Nadelen: "Besides that the flight was 4 hours delayed and the staff gave different information then the screen, customer service was non existant. There seems to be no structure or system. Gate change was not announced. Staff was not clear or direct about status of the flight. I have had several flights with EA and most have been completely disappointing and frustrating. Forget trying to call anyone, it took me 4 days of non stop calls to connect with someone to change my flight date. Then once connected the credit card system was apparently down and they could not charge my fee. I had to contact the US office while I was in Africa in order to get anything done, ridiculous. They over charged me and would not honor the fees that were quoted on the phone and via email but the head office. Dishonest and no concern for the inconvenience to their customers. This airline would be the last choice, highly not recommended."
