Nadelen: "Flight from NY to Thessaloniki had a medical emergency. Plane was diverted to Manchester Airport in England to help patient on flight. This caused over 3.5 hour late arrival into Istanbul. This caused me to miss onnnection flight. There was very poor information or guidance by staff once we arrived into airport. I had to walk long long distances from the gate without assistance. I had requested wheelchair assistance considering I just had spinal cord surgery and In need of assistance. I was forced to stay over night in Istanbul and waited over 12 hours next day in airport for next available flight to Thessaloniki. I missed my brothers wedding night and could not be his best man for wedding from ordeal which was not fair! I also payed a premium price close to 1000k USA dollars for flight I could of booked many tickets with such a long layover and extra expenses buying a visa and food for half the fare I payed. This was not fair especially when a plane is diverted for medical emergency! To top it all off being a medical doctor I loaned and assisted staff with passenger and offered my consultation. services to emergency medical physician whom was called by crew for help and finally which reccomended to divert flight to Manchester to assist the passenger In crisis! Your welcome Turkish Airlbes Kindly Dr Tamir Kharouba MD"

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "Missed Flight: The flight from Istanbul to Athens was posted as delayed. We were a party of eight and arrived for boarding very close to deadline (minus posted delays) At the boarding gate we were met by six other passengers. The gate was vacant and closed. The real problem happened at the Turkish Airlines desk where we were treated with arrogance, disdain and absolutely no compassion. AS a matter of fact some of the Turkish Airlines staff smiled as they imposed an outrageous fine to purchase tickets to the next flight and continuation of our previous booking. We intend to protest the charges and contact thru many forms of media inform as many fellow travellers of the incident and subsequent treatment by Turkish Airlines. Social media is a powerful tool and although the cards were held in their favor the night of 9-21-17 our protest will not end here. We are fourteen wounded travellers that have agreed to use as many forms of social media as possible to get our message out."

NOWHERE we were told we had to be at check in prior to an hour before the flight. Made it there 6 minutes after that "hour" check mark and were unable to make the flight. Tried to rebook and was told to pay the $800 per ticket that we already paid. Who has that kind of money? Guess I'll see if she can settle for sea world or the damn beach instead of Egypt like she wanted to. Thanks for nothing. For absolutely nothing."

Nadelen: "Seat comfort and legroom in Economy is below standards for even a domestic flight. Flew for over 21 hours on two concurrent flights and I was almost insane. Last leg was on Jet Blue and I felt like I was in First Class with their leg room and seats."

Nadelen: "The airport really lacks seating for its passengers in the general areas. You need to sit in a restaurant to rest your feet as waits are quite long between flights. Another problem is the lack of internet for passengers without Turkish cell accounts. This should be corrected."

Nadelen: "They told us to observe the 4 groups mentioned on our boarding passes, then there was only one entry... From buses to plane, instead of separating people into buses according to seating, they mixed them all up, hence people who had seats up front were entering the rear of the plane and vice-versa, causing incredible congestion and confusion when boarding, people along the center aisles going both ways and trying to pass while loaded with hand baggage, quite ridiculous indeed."

Nadelen: "The Sabiha Gökçen airport in Istanbul is discrageful, and changing flights there is always a horrible experience. But this is not, of course, the fault of THY. The airport is simply too small for the current number of flights."

This is not my responsibility'. Completely disorganised."

Mais impossible de retrouver la trace sur mon mail de confirmation. Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."

Well less than 24 hrs before we were scheduled to fly out, the exact same day, they cancel our flight! After a lot of phone calls and wait times we were booked onto TAP AIR PORTUGAL. Easy check in, my carry on was great, entertainment was on point, food was good (first European trip), crew was nice, plane was huge; just a good experience overall. I will definitely fly with them again."

Nadelen: "We had to pay $200 each way to check in a luggage and just pick regular seats. That was not clear when we bought tickets. Additionally, they don't announce the gate until 30min before boarding. If you're going through passport control that can be a 45min process. On top of that even though I paid $100 to reserve seats, when we arrived at the gate the seats we reserved weren't reserved. Why did I just pay $100?! Luckily I had receipts. Our connecting flight was delayed 4 hours, making our layover 7 hours! For an hour flight. This is the worst airline."

Nadelen: "My flight was only for refugees and was delayed by 8 hours, however airport staff did not have it on their manifest, and Ethiopian never informed me of status. I just sat in the airport all night until I eventually got frustrated and went home. The airline had no idea I was in the airport and no Ethiopian staff were present to speak with. When I and my family called Ethiopian, they hung up on us, at least 6 times. This was my worst experience ever and I will never fly Ethiopian airlines again."

First flight was delayed and second flight started boarding and left over an hour later than scheduled, but again no communication to explain what was going on. Absolutely one of the worst flying experiences I've ever had. Would 100% NEVER recommend this"

Nadelen: "Delayed nearly 4 hours with no actual updates during the entire process."

Nadelen: "The company organization, the staff and treatment are horrible from start to Checking out at auntie arrival with the airport authorities."

Voordelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "Not really much; fed us twice but not really my kind of food. Alcohol included."
Nadelen: "Boarding is disorganized and chaotic. Count heads number of times and checked boarding pass three times in five minutes! Delayed over an hour but arrived close to in time. No reason given for delay. Entertainment system for my wife didn’t work."

Nadelen: "Boarding was horrendous. The flight was so delayed but no one updated us on the status. It caused many people (including me) to miss connecting flights at Casablanca. Terrible communication. And they aren’t helpful at all even when they completely screw up your travel plans."

Nadelen: "It was a 2hours extra delay. We waited 6 hour and a half instead of 4 hours at Morocco airport."

Nadelen: "Worst experience I ever had"

Voordelen: "Take off and landing were exceptionally smooth. Good pilots and a clean plane."
Nadelen: "The food-not good! Transit-more needs to be done for passengers who are connecting to other flights. Airport staff are just dismissive and seem uninterested."

Voordelen: "Royal Air Maroc was ok on the way there even if they had cancelled the initial flight without any explanation."
Nadelen: "Royal Air Maroc canceled both their outward and inbound flights on two separate occasions resulting in 2 X 30 minutes calls to my airline for them to fix it. For the returning flight it meant putting me on another airline resulting in a long stopover without any additional compensation."

Voordelen: "Food was decent"
Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed by 30 min. Seats were dirty. Inflight entertainment was broken."

Voordelen: "Very nice flight attendants. I had a great flight:)"

Voordelen: "Good food, incredibly hospitable staff."
Nadelen: "No major complaints."

Nadelen: "Boarding in Casa Blanca was incredibly disorganized and lengthy, with no communication from airline staff to help alleviate the chaos. We left one hour late. When we arrived at JFK we spent 1.5 hours on the tarmac waiting for a gate. There was no communication from airline staff explaining the delay or any attempt to minimize our discomfort- (provide water for example). Once we disembarked, we waited more than 2 hours for our luggage. After an hour, an airline staff explained the delay and then disappeared. She was remarkably defensive and unsympathetic. I understand that weather conditions u in NY contributed to some of this, but the lack of communication by airline staff was unconscionable. Also the food was terrible."

Voordelen: "Thanks you so much everything is great"
Nadelen: "I don't see my 1 baggage"

Nadelen: "They lost my bag and had no way to track were it was. I’ve now been told it’s been found but I have to go to the airport to pick it up. So I’m not even positive it’s my bag. They don’t have a desk at the Amsterdam airport so it’s difficult to get anything cleared up. Very frustrated. And disappointed that I had to waste time dealing with all this on my vacation. Also... Someone lit a cigarette and the plane was smokey and gross. I will Never fly this airline again."

Voordelen: "Friendly crew helpful at check in"

Nadelen: "My first flight was not confirmed (despite the confirmed booking/itinerary email), so I was unable to check in and proceed with any of my flights. This delayed all my plans by at least 1 day and I have incurred unplanned additional costs."

Nadelen: "Bathrooms were filthy/ dirty"

Nadelen: "A majority of the staff was rude. The plane was outdated. There was no in flight entertainment."

Nadelen: "We sat on a hot bus blowing hot air on the tarmac waiting to board the plane for 15 - 20 minutes. Then we sat on a hot plane with no A/C without updates for 30 minutes. It was a terrible waiting experience and I was very uncomfortable, especially with my infant in my lap."

Voordelen: "No foods"

Nadelen: "We lost three of our luggages, and we have to go to the aéroport every day to see if they find our luggages, we still missing one at this moment."

Nadelen: "The stewards were totally hapless. There were too many, they kept getting in the way in the aisle. Bathrooms on plane were dirty. Plane was old; no plug outlet to charge electronics."

Nadelen: "This airline has horrible customer service."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Every thing. This is my first and last time traveling with this company. I think I made a very big mistake by choosing this airline"

Nadelen: "They forced me to check my bag on the out bound flight and then misplaced it. The Casablanca airport is terrible. On our return connecting flight between Casablanca and JFK we had to go through three separate security checks despite the fact that we had already gone through security in Barcelona. Not worth the money you save"

Nadelen: "We ordered kosher meals. There were 5 of us. They brought us vegetarian food and said this is what they have. After explaining that we can't eat that food, otherwise we would have ordered it, they said it's normal and that we should have brought food. They didn't even apologize. Their careless behavior was rude and unacceptable. How can u let 5 people go hungry for 7 hours? The bathrooms were so dirty and smelled! There was urine on the floor and I heard many passengers mention it to them, they still didn't clean it. It definitely the last time I fly Royal Air Maroc. It saddens me to not use the local airline. Especially since I'm born in that Country. I, sadly can not recommand this airline to anyone who eats Kosher."

Nadelen: "The website is very bad really awful ,it needs upgraded ,one can't even register for the safarflyer@royalairmaroc.com and you should make it easy for people to upgrade to business class."

Voordelen: "At first, I was a little apprehensive to fly an airline I had never heard of, but the price and times were exactly what I needed and wanted. Checkin on line is easy, dropping off luggage at the airport is easy. Your bag goes directly to your final destination even if you have a very long layover. The food was outstanding & the crew was amazing. I will definitely fly with them again."
