Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Voordelen: "Easy flight; loved the crew and their friendly customer service. Great food, kept everyone hydrated and fed."
Nadelen: "The movie options, as well as music and TV options were limited. There were no electrical outlets."
Voordelen: "The crew was fantastic! Our needs were constantly being met and just about the time you thought you might want a snack or a meal, the attendants were already heading down the aisle. Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Nadelen: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."
Voordelen: "Need better quality tvs for such a long flight and better movies There were only 4 Bollywood movies and not the latest ones either"

Voordelen: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Nadelen: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."
Voordelen: "The crew were hardworking, responsive, conscientious and friendly"
Nadelen: "Really poor entertainment choices esp compared to my inbound AirFrance flight. Boarding was pretty disorganized and late."

Voordelen: "The crew came to get me from the arrival gate to get to the departure gate since our plane was delayed. It helped to know that the airline was checking to make sure we made the flight."
Nadelen: "I did not get my luggage in Nairobi. The delayed flight that was the most likely reason it did not get to the connecting flight to Nairobi."

Very bad service

As usual, Egyptair was late in departing, so I was late in arriving in Cairo for the connecting flight. It was a short one hour flight, but being 15 minutes late is not good.

Nadelen: "It was really nice and comfortable trip"
Voordelen: "The only thing is good, they gave us a room for the missing flight which is because of them. Poor customer service, no communication, the flight is always late and you will miss your flight."
Nadelen: "Get organized and explain for the passengers why there is a delay."
Voordelen: "The crew was okay but seat comfort on the A330 not so good."
Voordelen: "The crew was amazing, but the sit was uncomfortable"
Nadelen: "Since it's along trip the sits should be adjustable not to be straight throughout to avoid back pain"
Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Boarding it was not good"
Voordelen: "They had movies to watch"
Nadelen: "Boarding on time, departing on time and advising passengers of the delay. We sat on the tarmac for 50 minutes without any communication. In addition, we waited an addition 45 minutes for our luggage. Thus, requiring us to change our plans. Well not be traveling Egypt Air again."
Voordelen: "Friendly and professional staff."
Nadelen: "Better food options, being a vegetarian, nothing was available"
Voordelen: "The airplane was specious and comfortable and the crew are extremely nice people"
Nadelen: "We took off later than the expected time wäbut we and that‘s not I‘m used to from egyptair but eventually we reached our destination in the mean expected time, also the landing was a bit harsh and we felt it all"
Voordelen: "Immediate check-in with no weight. Two checked bags & two carry-ons at no extra charge. Window seat, with no one else in the row. Good meal at no charge. Arrived on time."
Voordelen: "Crew did their job perfectly. Not particularly warm and friendly, but they are paid to be attentive, not my friend, so I can't complain! Flight was smooth, and quick, meal was pretty good."

Voordelen: "Better seat, food, in-flight entertainment, lights not on as long so people can sleep"
Nadelen: "Chaotic boarding. Rude crew. Cramped seating in n outdated plane. Repearing things in Arabic to someone who doesn’t understand doesn’t male it easier to understand."

Nadelen: "La température de la cabine, trop chaude L’hôtesse pas très agréable."
Voordelen: "Pas grand chose"
Nadelen: "La chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas. L’équipage était au courant. Je l’ai signalé alors que j’étais la premiere à les utiliser. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Aux 2/3 du vol, nous avons eu l’Impression d’être dans un sauna. Atroce ! Alors que d’habitude j’ai toujours froid !"
Voordelen: "I am so grateful and appreciative towards the staff. My flight was delayed and therefore I was very late to the gate. They let me on the plane - a big thank you! I was also in such a rush that I dropped my passport holder and they picked it up and returned it to me. The food was surprisingly good too. The service during the flight was also very good."
Nadelen: "The aircondition was not working since the very begining for 4 hours and even after was not fully cooling. It was hot"
