Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Literally just handing out tickets without verifying IDs. Not all us PAX received a ticket and were instructed to go to the customer service desk, all the while boarding was ACTIVE at the gate. While at the customer service desk, Iberia showed little attention and/or urgency for us folks who did not have our connecting flight credentials. I finally received a hand-written ticket to board an international flight. My original seat selection was not honored. The overall flight experience was poor and NOT enjoyable."

The food was actually one of the best I had in a while for an international flight and flight was on time. Service was courteous and prompt too, for the low price I couldn't have asked for more."

We were given seats in the last row and couldn't recline at all for the long flight. Since we booked our seats over six or seven months ago this was a disappointment. Because we were in the last row we got the food last. It wasn't particularly tasty. There was no choice in food. They just dropped some beef dish on or trays. The woman ahead was a vegetarian. The flight attendant told her her only option was to eat peanuts. Extra water was never offered. The breakfast sandwich with ham and cheese was inedible. It was cold and tasteless and difficult to chew. I've been on about 30 international flights. This was one of the three worst ever."
Nadelen: "I am filing a complaint for my recent flight from Madrid to Chicago, IL on 2/26/17. During my flight, a five year old sat in front of me who was disruptive throughout the whole 9 hour flight. He was yelling and slamming on his tray table nonstop. This made it hard to sleep or relax on the flight. He was disruptive to everyone in the whole cabin. I tried to be patient, as it was a child, but when the child started climbing the seats of the row and kicking his legs in the aisle, I had to act. Not only was the child a hazard to the well being of the passengers of the flight, but he could have hurt himself. His parents did not seem to act on his behavior and did not speak my language so I was forced to approach the flight attendant in my cabin. I told the attendant, “N. Cara” as her name tag stated, how concerned I was with the child’s safety and how he was disrupting the flight experience of all the passengers on the flight. She was disgruntled as I was the third passenger to approach her. Instead of acting on the situation, she scolded me. In a rude and derogatory tone, she yelled at me claiming she couldn’t do anything and I should just move to a different seat. She yelled so loud she attracted the attention of all the passengers around. I am shocked and disappointed with the treatment and customer service I received from the crew on this flight. Furthermore, I recommend that the airline should ensure that their employees are competent enough to deal with situations where passenger’s safety are at risk. The fact that the crew member did not attempt to approach the child’s mother or address the situation at all was appalling. It should not be the customer’s responsibility to address disturbances or safety precautions on a flight. I do not think I was treated well on this flight and I am very unhappy with the services I received and paid a great amount of money for. I believe I should be compensated for the mistreatment I endured. This may have been the worst flight I have ever had and I do not plan on choosing Iberia Airlines ever again due to this experience."

They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

L'équipage fait comme si tout était normal mais on voit par la fenêtre qu'il y un camion de service qui essait de réparer de quoi derrière l'avion. On nous fait embarquer alors que rien n'est prêt. La personne qui s'occupait des baggages a pris 20 minutes apres notre embarquement avant de s'amener. C'était extrêment désorganisé."

The online booking should have clearly stated that there will be a additional charge for check in luggage The crew on the flight used my overhead storage for their own bags and I had to put my bag under my legs. I barely fit in the seat"

Nadelen: "Kayak listing did not specify that luggage was not included in quoted price and had to pay $150 for each piece of luggage per leg."

Nadelen: "First, this airlines charges up to $150 for the first checked bag. They don’t even inform you of this at any moment while purchasing you ticket. You find this out when you get to the airport. Second, they charge you for everything in this flight. They say the entertainment is complementary, but you have to pay for headphones. On the shorter flights, they even charge you for water!"

Nadelen: "It was a long flight and for a period of 3 hours if you wanted anything to drink you needed to go look for it. They should have come around with water every 2 hours is my suggestion"
Nadelen: "The company offers onboard entertainment but we have to pay extra for the headphones, ridiculous ! Just add $3 to the flight tickets but don't charge us money for stupid made in China headphones for God's sake ! Next time British Airways or Air France for me no more Air Europa. Moreover: In Madrid just before boarding to Miami, a guy from Air Euopa asked me some questions regarding my stay in the U.S.. That is NOT his business ! "How long are you going to stay in the U.S." ? This is NOT his business ! His job is to check if my passport is OK with my boarding pass, that's all ! Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."

Nadelen: "cramped chairs and an attached box under my seat limiting foot space. Also i didn't like having to plug into their wifi and pay a fee.so i didn't use it. couldn't figure it out either since my phone had been stolen at the MAD airport and all I had was a kindle fire."

Nadelen: "When I flew from Boston to Madrid, both TV sets in my row were broken, no signal at all. On my return flight from Madrid to Boston, I paid extra for a window seat in the front of the plane. I was in seat 16c, there was no window and again the TV was broken!! The flight crew found me an isle seat near the rear of the plane where the TV worked."
Nadelen: "The check in took more than an hour, by that time the flight was already boarding and had to beg people to let me pass. I was one of the last people to board. I was at the airport roughly hour and half in advance, and the flight attendants at the check-in counters didn't care how much time you had left to make it to your flight. Awful experience!!!"
Voordelen: "The flight was on time and it is the only direct option to get from Europe to Bolivia. I had to rebook my dates and the attention of Air Europe for this was Excellent!"

Nadelen: "When I announce two weeks before the trip in Air Europa office Lima Perú, the impossibility to use that tickets, because appeared a cancer in my wife, they didnt want to receibe my explanation letter and medical certifications of the urgent surgery realized, unfortunately with bad results for her."
Voordelen: "Crew was very pleasant and helpful; I forgot to put my seat up n they got me straight with a big smile!! Makes a difference how you correct people. Plane looked fresh n clean And had pillows n blankets, didn't have to ask for one. Four smooth landings!! Thank you for a great trip"

Nadelen: "No priority for families with children when boarding in Madrid. The strollers had no priority at San Juan airport. We waited a long time before they came out."

Nadelen: "I had an isle seat assigned to me at check in, however I strongly feel discriminated against by your stewardess Sylvia , after she made me move so another young lady could have an isle of 3 seats all to herself. The made me food to another seat (50 something) when I know I didn't have that seat. I would never recommend this airline - I travel often and plenty and have never been so humiliated and made to feel less than. They way I was asked to move was as if I was a disturbance , as if I sat next to the pilot of the plane ....it wasn't even offered an apology or asked kindly. It's unacceptable."

Nadelen: "The distance between the arriving and departure flights was about 20 minutes walk, and we had very short time to go from one side to the other. Then the departure was delayed without any explanation for about 2 hours. The food is not good. The entertainment system does not work. Even they sell the headphones. Little space between seats. Baggage was delivered after two hours!"
Nadelen: "No entertainment for long flight except mr bean. The way to Madrid was much more enjoyable. Same airline. Oh and wifi=30$ for 50 MB. I use that in 2 min so way too little data with each package."
Nadelen: "The staff was not professional and extremely rude. After the flights were delayed and canceled...they were not accomodating and staff barely could speak my language English. It was very terrifying not being able to get help all alone in a foreign country."

Nadelen: "The web page didnt work The app for ios didn't work. The line at barajas airport was huge, a lot of annoyed people and just 4 counters.. Really?! Plane was delayed beacause of this. Never again"

Voordelen: "10pm red-eye flight from JFK to Madrid was cancelled, passengers were made to wait extra hours before having this be confirmed. Then we were told to return to the airport the next day for a 2pm rescheduled flight only to find no Air Europa workers even there, and that we'd be put on the 10pm flight for that night, combined with people already on that one. Virtually no compensation nor apology with the exception of ONE worker who joined the air europa staff that afternoon during the re-check in process. Once finally on the aircraft, we left an hour late, as well. Upon arrival in Madrid, spent a long time searching for the way to get compensation back for my taxi rides, and was given options to do online, call, etc., so the process is still ongoing. I will think twice before flying with them again!"
