Nous avons fait la queue pour l’embarquement pendant de longues minutes. Au moment de passer, on nous dit que nos passeports doivent être vérifiés. Obligation de suivre une autre queue. L’hôtesse nous demande notre test Covid alors qu’il n’y en n’a pas besoin pour revenir en France. Une fois les passeports vérifiés, on nous demande de retourner à la fin de la première queue…donc très long !

Amélioration: le check in sur ordinateur deux jours avant qui prendr trop de temps et ne fonctionnait pas. (Près de 4 heures dd mon temps ! Entre les essais multiples et amples téléphoniques) make it simpler.
Le repas était léger, avec des légumes mal cuits, une purée trop salée et un morceau de poulet mauvais. Au petit déjeuner, sandwich au fromage 😒
Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée
L’embarquement s’est déroulé facilement. L’équipage manquait un peu de disponibilité

Je suis un Franco Americain de 63 ans residant aux US depuis 38+ ans. Apparement mon retour vers Miami a ete booké sans baggage !!!??? De toute evidence une grossiere et innacceptable erreur !!! Comment puis rentrer chez moi sans bagagge ??? Imaginez ma surprise quand Air France m'a informé au "checkin" que mon billet de retOur n'incluait pas un baggage et a refusé de me laisser embarquer avec ma valise de 21 kilos si je ne payais pas un " suplement de €60. A €960+ ce billet ne qualifie pas particulierement de billet "discount"!!!??? Pour compliquer les choses encore un peu plus suite a un traumatisant vol de picpokets dans le metro parisien qq jours avant mon retour je n'avais plus de carte bancaire. Depuis presque 40 ans de voyages entre mes 2 pays je n'ai jamais eu une experience plus desagreable et humiliante dans un aeroport. De retour en Floride a la maison je suis stressé triste humilié et terriblement deçu par ce dernier jour dans ma ville lumiere de naissance.

In honesty. I was very upset that my husband and uncle flight wascancel coming back from Peru. Going to peru also it was cancel two times one because the covid was not accepted The second time he could not board the plane i dont know why? the third time is when he finally left to peru but he did not notice that rhe flight coming back home was cancel. Latam split the tickes and send us two to Miami and two to NY. I could not believe what Latam did why they cancel our flight itenary coming back without telling us or sending us a message. I was trying to talk to you about this matter and your long distance numbers do not work outside USA. your work is very poor. I dont know if i should recomend your company to anybody. I shall get some money back too for all that we went through. Even my ludgage bag was missing. It will be nice if someone from latam call me and explain the reason of the mistakes and probably own us an apology. .

As we tried to board the flight, the woman at the gate told us it was the wrong flight and wouldn’t let her on. I showed her our reservation and she refused to help. She kept pushing back and told me the other flight arrives at the same time which wasn’t true. It was an hour later. She had no interest in helping us resolve this issue until I had To get assertive and threaten to file a complaint. I boarded the flight and the flight attendants questioned us why Y wasn’t on the flight. I told them she was stopped. After lots of back and forth the woman at the gate realized the mistake. Y boarded the flight. We didn’t receive an apology for the horrendous treatment of a customer. At this point we had nowhere to store carryon."

Great in-flight entertainment for as long as it was available. You can watch or listen to for free on your smartphone, tablet or laptop is a great selection of movies, TV series and music."

There was a seat for one of us (we overheard same conversation at counter next to our - 2 passengers, one available seat)... Explanation was they had technical problems with original plane and they had to replace it with smaller one and everybody else used online checkin in last 48 hours...Everybody else used online checkin?! Is that the rule? Last 48 h of my trip in Peru i did not have internet access, but if it's the only way to get your seat, you paid for months in advance, then I would find some solution. At the end, staying persistent in our request,we were on the scheduled flight (some "miracle" happened and we got 2 seats, next to each other, as same as couple from counter next to us)"

I don't like things about that trip my Trip was only 1:28 minute but my flight came to Dulles around 7:00 in the evening no help at the Chicago airport I had to walk walk

The Air Canada flight to Athens didn't happen. Air Canada canceled the flight 14 hours before departure. Our group was re-routed, but all through different cities. My rebooking took me on United from DTW to Reagan (Washington DC) then Dulles (Washington DC) to Athens. That is almost impossible to transfer from one airport to the other. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Air Canada to change my connection and finally was booked for DTW to Dulles, Dulles to Athens. The individual agent was wonderful to work with. However, the whole cancellation experience on short notice was disappointing as a first-time international traveler.
It was too crowded. Flight was delayed and luggage collection was a mess.

L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."

Aucun service de la part de l’équipage lorsque nous pesons sur la demande d’assistance située sur notre siège. Ils ne répondent pas à l’appel autre que pour fermer, à distance, la demande de soutien. Extrêmement déplorable et dangereux si un passager a besoin d’aide ou à un malaise. Très très très décevant. Première fois où cela arrive sur un vol. La « grande variété » de divertissements sur l’application air Canada rouge.......très très difficile d’obtenir une connexion (un des passagers avec moi n’a jamais pu l’obtenir ) et finalement .....pour une « variété » et « qualité « très discutable. Manque d’espace flagrant pour les jambes. Confort laisse à désirer."

Nadelen: "My wife was denied boarding the flight because of some confusion with her documentation. This "kid" that was an Air Canada representative took it upon himself to deny her boarding because of what he claims as documentation not good enough to travel through Canada into the United States. My wife, who's green card is pending has travel authorization by USCIS that expires in Oct. 2018 that permits her to travel back and fourth from Peru to the US. She also has a special stamp from USCIS in her Peruvian passport. We tried our best to make this guy understand. He clearly did not understand the rules regarding her situation. He didn't even bother to get a manager. Furthermore, we were treated terribly by the Air Canada staff at the Lima Airport. They could see I was visibly furious. I had to leave my wife there at the airport not knowing for sure if she was ever going to get out of Peru. When I went to check in my bags, they tried to charge me $250 because both my bags were overweight. One of the gate agents tried to coax me into a fight just so they could call security. The whole thing left me shaken. Not only that, I had to make another reservation for my wife on United Airlines which costs me $1700. She had no problem boarding that flight with her documentation. I find that interesting don't you?"

Nadelen: "The crew was not very welcoming and was borderline rude when I asked any sort of question such as why I was not allowed to wear my headphones prior to take off. I was patient in not wearing them, but could not relaxing into the trip for the 40+ minutes we remained on the ground mostly not moving. I was tired when boarding and fumbled with my documents and was very curtly told to just hand them over. Another time I accidentally mistook headphones the stewardess was handing out for something else. I took a pair and then immediately gave them back with an apology that I didn't realise what they were, but thanked her anyway. This was met with a scowl and a bit of opposition. There was one stewardess that was very nice and accommodating out of the entire crew. On top of this the toilet seat on the plane was broken, so it fell on you when you were trying to go to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was broken. I didn't dare mention these things to the flight crew though. The plane was late taking off from Montreal, and so was late landing in Brussels. No effort was made to provide connections assistance, or provide directions on where to go to rebook our missed connections. I and all others traveling to Zurich spent the entire morning trying to find anyone from Air Canada to help us rebook our flights. We literally were going from desk to desk between two terminals, and consulting each other as we went to limit the amount of leg work we all had to do. We all had to finally leave the terminal area and go to Swissport and stand in a long slow line. By that time any afternoon flight was already overbooked. So I and a group of other passengers were booked for an evening flight which forced me to book a hotel in Zurich because I couldn't get to where I needed to be that evening. After being rebook, I still tried to get on an earlier flight by going directly to the gate. It was confirmed that there was some extra space available, but they would not switch me to the earlier flight because I had a checked bag that I could not separate me from. Ultimately my bag was lost which made me have to stay awake and in the Zurich airport even longer after I finally arrived going from one lost baggage representative to another, and then waiting in another line to finally fill out paperwork because my bag had never been scanned in Brussels. The Zurich representatives were very polite, helpful, and efficient compared to anyone I encountered in Montreal, or Brussels. I was without my bag for 3.5 days of what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. My trip was reduced to 9 days because I spent an entire day in the Brussels airport and then had to spend the night in Zurich. I arrived in Zurich on Saturday night, and received my bag on Tuesday afternoon. All in all it was not a good experience until I got to Switzerland."

Once I did rebook, agent gave me wrong information and made me wait over an hour. I did get home, taking uber from a different airport. But should have been easier."
