Discovered in LAX that my luggage tags were improperly tagged in TPE. I had someone else's luggage tags on my bags going From TPE to KIX to LAX to Houston instead TPE - KIX- LAX- Austin."
Voordelen: "This complaint is more targeted at American Airlines, which handled the New York Washington leg of the trip. They provided free food such as sandwiches and drinks at the gate due to the 2 hour delay."
Nadelen: "Red eye flight delayed for 2 hours. Then delayed another hour on the runway. No in-flight enternmaint, which would have made it bearable. Descent into Washington Reagan National freaked me out because the plane was flying eratically while being so close to the ground and recognizable landmarks."

Then my suitcase was busted open at Chicago O'Hare on the conveyor belt and ANA issued me a replacement on the spot. Two problems [ not their fault ] handled beautifully. ANA is truly amazing. Just tell me what time to be at the gate so I can stand around after an international flight. Oh and if a flight attendee to squawk rudely at a paying customer when we do land, why I'd just have to ask myself AGAIN ... why do I fly United?"

The elderly man when serving meals just flops or slams your tray on your tray table. The attendants do not even clean the tiolets like the ANA attendants do. Such difference in service. I wish that ANA will notbpartner with United. It sure tarnishes their brand."

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."
Nadelen: "Dormir dans un avion ou essayé d'y dormir est une sacrifice que je ne suis plus prêt a payer . Dorénavant, je me contenterai de de distance ne dépassant 7-9-heures"
Voordelen: "I love the smiley flight attendant , especially for long distance flight. It would make it better trip to have smiley and helpful flight attendant. The meals provided by QA is good. it would be better with more fresh fruit on every meals."

Nadelen: "Cabin crew lacked training. They skipped rows, didn’t apologize, forgot to bring things when requested and had to be reminded again & lacked common courtesy. One guy barely opened his mouth and talked by pointing fingers. So rude! The food portion size is an absolute joke! Never have I seen such a skinny sized meal. It was insane. I’m a lean guy and even I wasn’t full! The quality of the food in the second service was awful. My rice wasn’t cooked all the way & the bread was clearly stale."
Voordelen: "Flight attendant are very attending. Overall, excellent performance. love them and would fly again from Qatar Airways. Food was great and just the way we would like to eat."
Nadelen: "Some Cabin Crew are RUDE fromEven though Cabin Crew manage to gave us what we preferred to eat. They are the best. Doha -Kathmandu. They treated some senior citizens passengers who wouldn’t understand english with some disrespect. In addition, we had some problem with meal that was pre-ordered. It was probably system glitch but our meal selection wasn’t registered and Crew didn’t have idea about our meal."

Checked our carry on luggage for being "too heavy" in spite of the fact that it was the exact same luggage we carried on for the flight out which meets all necessary size restrictions. Boarding was very disorganized, no announcements were being made, flight attendants were simply holding up signs at chest level which were completely blocked by the crowd."

Nadelen: "The entertainment system did not work for about an hour and they had to fix it. It took the crew a while to start troubleshooting it. A few people had to complain before they did anything. The quality of the food on Emirates has greatly decreased recently. Their wifi on flight is terribly slow and they require you to pay $1 for it."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed from Athens by 1.5 hours. Crew assured us we would make our connections. When we landed no info was given. No announcements made. We were forced to clear security again, even though just transferring and, after running to our gate, found the connection had left and the gate was abandoned with no one to tell us where to go or what to do. The lack of communication and information was appalling. Most people eventually found their way through the airport to a desk that booked them on a flight the next day. It was exhausting and the Turkish staff were unsympathetic."
Nadelen: "Once again they were late to arrive to my connection (with them), we had to run to the gate, still had to wait for boarding, and when i got to Tel-Aviv i found out that one of my suitcases was left behind !!!"

In addition, when I approached the ticket counter to inform them of the delay cutting close to my connecting flight, the response is "you're fine...you'll make it". During the deplaning process no announcement to have those with critical connecting flight was made to expedite the process."

Nadelen: "The were not very helpful, I lost the plain and they refuse to change my dates. I am I elderly women and they took advantage. I was force to by one more ticket when I live from I very small income. So know my 3 months social security I have to pay the new ticket. No mony left for food or my medication."

Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! There was nothing I could do about this but bite the bullet & accept what I got since I was not allowed to have any corrections made after paying for this ticket. I am highly disappointed with Kayak. The first time you have disappointed me greatly!"

Voordelen: "I had a great time during my flight from istanbul to Seoul . My seat didn't recline and cabin crew immediately helped and took me to a business class as an apology . They were very responsive to any time i needed help . And the food was amazing . Even the economy class gets gourmet meals . Also the entertainment was quite good . They have big tv screen for each seat and have all sorts of shows and movies from international to hollywood . And have games for kids ... Overall i was very pleased with my flight ."

Voordelen: "I flew Turkish Airlines this year - 2 domestic flights and 3 international - and every flight was great. The long-distance flight (Japan-Istanbul) especially. My seat was more comfortable than with USA companies I've used, I was fed on short-lap flights and provided a pillow (no extra charges), I had real milk to put in my coffee (not chemical creamer) and I didn't pay extra for baggage. Flights were on time, crews were friendly. I'll be using Turkish Airlines more in the future, for certain."
