Nadelen: "It was a packed flight. I'm assuming that given this, I could not change seats. While the ANA staff were helpful, I myself had trouble on this flight and became unwell. I sought help from ANA upon landing and received it."

I had to sit over the aisle from my children as it was a 2 2 seating but the staff didnt seem to pursue where their mother was even though i was 1 row back. They didn't need me but i thought they should have at least enquired as to where the parent was of 2 11 yr olds. They were also curt trying to rush us off the flight as my daughter was trying to locate a lost item as we arrived. She has limited sight and we need time to get off and to find things.... given she has lost an iPad, and very expensive reading glasses and other things on the trips that span 24 - 36 hrs."

Voordelen: "I traveled this time with my wife and 8 year old twin daughters. For the long haul flight from Boston to HongKong, they let all families with children (including us) board earlier, which not all airlines do, and which was much appreciated. It wasn't as big of a deal for the HongKong to Taipei puddle jumper. Crew was very attentive, responding rapidly to calls and rebooting the entertainment system when needed. They were also quick with providing water and ramen noodles when we needed them. Seats were OK, a little short on leg room on the 777, better on the Airbus 350's. In flight entertainment options were very good for the adults, decent for the kids (they seemed to be struggling to find things to watch)."
Nadelen: "Food options are disappointing. The congee breakfasts have insipid, watery rice and dull flavored savories, and the sausage-and-egg breakfasts aren't much better. Dinner options were also disappointing, with so-so pepper beef and chicken that was not much past good. Snack options mid-flight were OK; they were generous with potato chips, caramel popcorn, chocolate and cookies, but the apples were mealy and there wasn't much in the way of healthy snack options."

Voordelen: "Good food, service, and inflight entertainment."
Nadelen: "Not boarding by zone, made it disorganized and hectic."

Nadelen: "The toilets are small. Sinks clogged and do not drain properly. Toilet seat covers are sticky and stained."

Voordelen: "Food was great, and the business class 777 seats are a delight. And the captain shuts up through the entire flight --- no interrupting your sleep or movie with stupid observations that no-one wants to hear."
Nadelen: "The quality of the screens (crappy slow resistive touchscreens) is completely unacceptable for business class in 2018. China Airlines screens are VASTLY superior in their hardware, their speed, and the quality of their UI. And running an ad before EVERY movie --- in business?! Talk about an airline having no sense of class. That's a cheap, stupid move."

Voordelen: "Great service and food as always. I sat in business class and the seats and tv entertainment center are so old now. Time for an upgrade"

Voordelen: "I flew from NY to Phuket via Cathay Pacific which is a 22 hr flight! The crew was pleasant and friendly and took excellent care of my family and I. I would fly with them again anytime."
Nadelen: "My only complaint, if I have to make any suggestions would be more leg room."

Voordelen: "Movie choices."
Nadelen: "The weather delay was understandable - boarded flight 19 hours later than scheduled, but then there was a problem with the engine, that delayed us further by 5 hours. We had to sit on the aircraft for 5 extra hours on top of what was already an extra long flight. 21 hours on the plane - and there was no coffee! Being on a plane for that long, you should be able to get a cup of coffee. Staff seemed annoyed as well and were overall a bit rude. Wine tasted like acid."

Voordelen: "As usual, the Cathay Pacific staff were awesome and very professional. Never hesitated to serve the passengers with infants/kids and elderly people. My overall experience was great!! Thank you to all staff!!"
Nadelen: "None"

Nadelen: "I wished the attendants offer more water without asking during the long flight. I had to ask several times."

Nadelen: "There were no immigration forms on board. When I asked for one, the hostess said there had been an announcent Mayybe there was one in mandarin but certainly not in english. A senior hostess cam later to apologize zaying the reason was that there were new forns since 1 Dec when leaving the plane, everyone was given old forms! All very unptofessional..."

Voordelen: "On time. The crew on"
Nadelen: "No inflight entertainment. Zero. Bad. Crew is not as nice as Cathay Pacific. English not as good."

Voordelen: "Crew was helpful and accommodating. The food served on this particular flight was outstanding"
Nadelen: "Typically cramped seats (I know its what I paid for, but still)"

Nadelen: "Middle row every time and difficult to get out.(economy). Out of the Asian meal again for people in the back of the plane. Was unable to check in on line for some reason, but taken care of at airport."

Voordelen: "Arrived 40 minutes ahead of scheduled arrival time. Food and drinks on board were above expectation compared to other airlines like KLM, China Southern. Cathay delivered a smooth and great service throughout this trip as per usual."

Nadelen: "In Canton (Guangzhou) aangekomen was er een zeer lamé wachttijd bij de douane van ongeveer anderhalve uur voordat ik aan de beurt was. Dit heeft verder niets met Cathay te maken maar wel met de vluchthaven."

Voordelen: "Vriendelijkheid en flexibiliteit personeel, goeie app van Cathay en keurige aansluiting op vervolgvluxht."

Nadelen: "The cabin was very warm and uncomfortable. Water was served after 1hr of the flight"

Nadelen: "To the guy in 26G, it was incredible how you ignored three flight attendants when they asked you to put away your laptop. You were so obsessed with your own self interests that the general safety of your fellow passengers was not important. That must have been some email that you had to keep typing even as the plane was pulling away from the gate. So important in fact that you didn't touch your laptop for another two+ hours. But you did get it out again and proceeded to pull the same stunt as we descended. Stunning behaviour. I enjoyed how you convinced the crew to put your laptop in the overhead bin both times. I believe the clincher was the four carry on bags you had with you. Priceless. Guess you should be grateful you weren't on a US domestic flight. But I'm sure you would have turned the story away from you and on to the crew."

Voordelen: "Very spacious and comfortable seats, great service, good food."

Voordelen: "Via scherm goede vlucht info. Waar je je bevond op de wereld in mooie animatie. Camera's naar voren en op de staart. Prachtig."

Nadelen: "Child in seat behind hitting screen in back of headrest (play a game on it) while I was trying to sleep in the middle of the night"

Voordelen: "The seats were very comfortable. Made it easy to sleep even in a middle seat."
Nadelen: "We had to wait outside the boarding area until right before boarding. Also they did not allow me to reserve a seat when booking."

Voordelen: "Friendly crew. Above average food offerings. Wide selection of entertainment choices on individual entertainment console."
Nadelen: "Seat cushions not comfortable. Power outlets dont work consistently (both USB and AC outlets). No individual air vents. Strange security protocols, going through security transfer between arrivals and departures in Hong Kong, then an additional security bag inspection in the boarding way just prior to getting on the plane."

Nadelen: "Bagage non reçu. Un bagage sur 10 bagages, quelle mauvaise organisation"

Nadelen: "The seats are so small, no leg room at all. I'm 5'7 so I'm not that tall but my knees were very close to the seat in front of me. The mans sitting next to me had broad shoulders so during the entire flight he was on my seat. Which I didn't mind because I know he could not help it since the seats were so narrow. I would never fly Turkish airlines international again and would tell people not to as well."
