Personal screen was modern and provided a great variety to keep me entertain during the very long flight. Seats are unexpectedly big and very comfortable together with functional well designed pockets beside the screen, where I could put my personal items. New and clean cabin."

Two big hot meals served throughout the flight and plenty of drink service. lots of leg room and could recline comfortably. Flight attendants were wonderful and very helpful. Lots of new movies to watch and games to keep you entertained."
Nadelen: "Flew economy for the 2nd part of my trip and the seat was very hard and was impossible to get comfy. Same meal service as premium economy and was once again delicious. Much colder on this flight and the thin blankets do very little to help."

Nadelen: "1) when my flight was delayed significantly due to weather, I was not notified until I got to the airport 2) when the same flight was cancelled, I was on hold with JAL for over an hour before I could speak with customer service\ 3) customer service could not rebook me for another flight until 3 whole days later 4) I had to look on JAL's website and inform their customer service about flight options that were somewhat sooner 5) no compensation was offered for 2 days of delays and flying out of another city (I paid for my own transport to this other city in order to make my final destination on time)"

Nadelen: "The DC China Embassy web site clearly states that a valid APEC Business Card can be used in lieu of a Chinese visa. In spite of this I was denied boarding by JAL. It turns out the system is not fully in place, and eventually I was issued a 10 year multiple entry visa by way of apology. JAL did not waive cancellation fee, and I suffered considerable economic damages."

I show up for new departure time. Plane left six minutes earlier. First thanks for the bad information. Second thanks for not paging me. Third I don't care when the plane is supposed to leave. Just tell me what time to be at the gate so I can stand around after an international flight. Oh and if a flight attendee to squawk rudely at a paying customer when we do land, why I'd just have to ask myself AGAIN ... why do I fly United?"

Head bursar was very apologetic and sympathetic about the whole issue. Enjoyed my flight, again on Qatar!"

Tout s'est bien dérouler pour un vol de 9h50. C'est sur qu'on aurait aimé plus , mais cela vient avec le prix qu'on prêt a payer. Somme toute un bon voyage"
Nadelen: "Le manque d'espace , mais il me semble que s'est pire avec d'autres transporteurs. Dormir ou essayer de dormir dans un avion, un vraie aventure, de toute façon."

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."
Nadelen: "Dormir dans un avion ou essayé d'y dormir est une sacrifice que je ne suis plus prêt a payer . Dorénavant, je me contenterai de de distance ne dépassant 7-9-heures"

Nadelen: "The air craft was old, I was sitting on the exit row and the screen was loose and the window on the exit row was leaking. The food was bad and the service was poor. The flight attendant kept on forcing things on me rather than asking me what I wanted."

Voordelen: "The staff is friendly and attentive. Food has been flavorful and consistent in quality. Blankets and pillows have been clean. The energizer juice was an excellent option."
Nadelen: "The cleaning crew was in a hurry and there was a used cotton ear swab in the remote armrest. The tray did not close snugly back when closed up. The remote buttons were not quick to respond and needed to be pressed firmly and slowly. The food menu needs more lighter options. The toilet could use mouthwash addition."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed from Athens by 1.5 hours. Crew assured us we would make our connections. When we landed no info was given. No announcements made. We were forced to clear security again, even though just transferring and, after running to our gate, found the connection had left and the gate was abandoned with no one to tell us where to go or what to do. The lack of communication and information was appalling. Most people eventually found their way through the airport to a desk that booked them on a flight the next day. It was exhausting and the Turkish staff were unsympathetic."

Voordelen: "The flight attendants were very acccomodating. The movie choices were great, which is very important while on a 12 hour flight. They handed everyone a warm, wet wash cloth before dinner was passed. Everyone also received a package that included a pair of slippers, lip balm, tooth brush and tooth paste. We hadn't received anything like this on any of our other flights. These were small jesters that make you feel great!"

It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Nadelen: "The seats were too close to the row in front of them. I've taken 12 flights from the USA to Europe since 1990 and the two I've taken on Lufthansa this month were horrible! Airplane food is always bad...who cares. But being trapped in uncomfortable seats with no room to shift your position for a six plus hour flight is inhumane! My son is 6'2" and his knees were literally against the back of the chair in front of him, luckily my daughter was in that seat so she didn't recline it on his knees. My back was killing me in the first hour (I'm only 5'2") my 13 year old daughter complained that her back was killing her by the end of the flight. I've never flown Lufthansa before and will never again!"
