Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

In addition, they assured me an aisle seat in the connecting flight, which was not the case, it was a middle seat. I felt cheated by the desk crew in Berlin."

Nadelen: "This is our second experience of flights being cancelled via Turkish Airlines. Very disappointing customer care when flights get cancelled. Staff totally unprepared and untrained for such situations. We waited around for 6 hours before finding out on our own, that the flight was cancelled. The notice was not shown on the board. In all waited around at the airport for more than 10 hours before we were finally carted off to a small hotel near by at 1230am in the morning. Very little to no information given throughout the whole process, stranded with parched throats, no luggage, clean clothes or toothbrush."

Voordelen: "My above score should be 5 stars in all categories. They were running a special price on business class upgrades. It was fabulous: food great, service attentive, and seat that totally reclined to bed. I slept over 8 hours."

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Voordelen: "Hydration station during the long flight. Leg room adequate."
Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Voordelen: "The Agent at the Lufthansa baggage location services was very nice and helpful."
Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Voordelen: "The seat was comfortable, the crew were good and supportive but seemed a bit too busy when called upon. Especially with travelling with twins, I had a bit of trouble getting their attention for my own meals as when serving was done I was feeding the kids."
Nadelen: "Give more attention to travellers with infants as they really need your support. Had twins and whenever meals were served, I couldn’t take them but whenever I buzzed, was asked to wait but then nothing came through. At the end of the flight, I had missed all my meals, no hot water for kids milk"

Voordelen: "Je suis allergique à la moutarde et aux à l’avance d’en faire part sur le site d’enregistrement. J’ai tenté d’appeler mais après avoir perdu 20 minutes j’ai abandonné. Conséquence j’ai mangé un bout de pain et une barre tendre! De plus, le personnel était plus ou moins compréhensif et accomodant."
Nadelen: "Avoir sur le site d’enregistrement la possibilité de faire part des allergies alimentaires.Que l’équipage ai accès à une liste détaillée des ingrédients du menu servi à bord"

Nadelen: "Boarding in Frankfurt Germany was horrendous! Waiting in the "extended " part of the terminal was not ventilated. When we finally took the bus to the plane, we waited on the bus more than 15 minutes in 90 degree weather, with the doors open! The crew outside were very rude and dismissive. The crew"

Voordelen: "We struggled to get the system to add our bags. Never got it to work and had to pay at check-in. It was even worse coming back! When bad weather caused delays and we missed our connecting flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul they put us on Turkish Airlines which was fabulous!!"
Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Voordelen: "Loved the food, the comfort of the seat/plane and entertainment. Timing of meal service was perfect and overall seemed far less rushed and chaotic compared to emirates business class."
Nadelen: "Some staff were a bit hit and miss. Mostly nice but some were not. I was clearly having trouble getting my seat converted to its bed and 3 flight attendants walked passed me and didn’t help even though they noticed I was. A portion of leather covering under the tv where I feet went was hanging off when I boarded and but on with masking tape. Took the elegance away. It’s funny they use the old fit our A380 but such a long flight."

Nadelen: "Left 20 minutes late as the copilot was late, middle row seat (as I refused to pay the seat choice charge, (and it was only a one hour flight.)"

Voordelen: "Qualité du service en général: bon Et comme à leur habitude ils proposent un avion récent."
Nadelen: "Avion surbooké, j'ai été séparé de ma compagne comme beaucoup d'autres passagers... Mauvaise expérience de vol surotut pour 12h de vol. Le personnel de bord à fait son possible pour nous servir au mieux mais on sentait qu'ils étaient un peu débordé."

Voordelen: "Ended up flying with air canada after they switched us"
Nadelen: "Lufthansa switched us three times , and then when we got to the airport in toronto it was air Canada. They found our grandparents tickets but not ours. Ridicule our flight was supposed to be only 1h layover, inatead it’s 6 and we are going to miss all our next travel accommodations."
