When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"

So we ended up going back next day with the supervisor's incredible allowance, offer. I got very emotional when she told us our option. Thank you. Qatar Airway is a hyper money hungry scammer who catches customers to rip money off from and creates a super tedious and painful experience for customers to ensure their private gains!!! Qatar Airway was delayed for more than an hour at the first departing airport! NO APOLOGIES OR MUCH EXPLANATION OF ANY KIND!! This is just how mindful and courteous they are. It sets the base tone of what this airline is made of. Then at the connecting airport, they closed the gate minutes before the departing time claiming the gate closes 20 minutes before the departing time, knowing they are leaving customers behind who has checked in and just haven’t arrived at the gate yet. And I arrived the gate minutes before the departure time. They can’t wait?! If so, why is it ok for them to delay for an hour without any explanation not to mention apology? Sure there are RULES. But remember what kind of airlines will have tons of rules that will guarantee you to fail?! Almost always the most shady, scammy and money hungry airlines who use ridiculous or ad hoc made RULES to set pitfalls for customers and ensure their profit gains by doing so!! Remember those European cheap airlines?!! They have tons of rules. You are set to fail even you have a smaller bags than some passengers who passed the gate without penalty. You are just unlucky – they set eyes to catch opportunities to rip you off whenever they can and whenever they are in the mood to be able to come up with lame excuses. With normal airlines, you realize your luggage which has been slightly overweight or over sized will be able to pass through without incurring any penalties. So any saying of rules are lame excuses and are shitty airlines’ lame excuses. The thing is good airlines will delay their flight a few minutes to wait for the passenger. If this is considered too needy of a requirement, then what happens next will shock you and reaffirm you how wrongful and shady this airline is. After missing the flight despite you arrived before the departing time, you have to purchase a full price ticket in order to fly again. As I declined to fly with them again since the ticket is too pricey and repurchased a ticket with another airline, they came up with an excuse that in order to release my luggage, they have to reissue a new flight ticket: so I have to pay both a luggage release fee and a flight ticket fee!!! What a gold digger Qatar Airway is haha. Luckily as I protested, they eventually didn’t make me to pay for a new flight ticket fee except a luggage release fee (really?). The sales office quoted a price of $250 to the luggage office. Then it took me a few minutes to get to the sales office. Strange thing happened, despite I mentioned the communication they are aware of, they are trying to find some “RULES” again to validate that I have to pay for an air ticket. I emphasized that is not the case. As I get irritated, guess what they did? They managed to come up with another excuse that in or"

Center seats are really tight, elbows are in the way of all passengers and if you are average height you have to turn your legs at angle to sit which infringes on other passengers' spaces. very uncomfortable. Aisle next to me is so small."
Nadelen: "Boarding staff give us wrong advice to make extra money from the passenger. They also pressurized us to decide quickly. our each check in baggage was over weight 1 KG or less than 1 KG due to faulty scale at home. Instead of giving us a choice or advice that you are allowed two more hand bags. They pressurized us to make one baggage over weight from all 7 bags and harassed us to do it quickly because they are closing counter in 20 minutes. That's how they charged me another $65. Also they lied on the counter that your seats are in a row but when i went into the plane our seats were separate. Lesson learned don't trust the person over the counter of Qatar airways."

It was the most uncomfortable flight I've ever been on. the flight was full so there were no reseating options apparently. It was extremely unpleasant."

In-flight service was frequent with many stops to check on the passengers of a very full flight. Wonderful and attentive service, even when juggling such a large number of passengers. I was very impressed with the work ethic of this crew."
Nadelen: "The flight attendants on the Dubai to Singapore flight were surprisingly unhelpful. It was a mostly empty flight and yet during this flight, there were very infrequent beverage service. When I activated my call flight attendant button, no one stopped by. This included at least 3 different flight attendants passing me, some more than a few times, and not once did anyone stop. After waiting for 10 - 15 minutes, I turned off the light and went to the galley part of the plane, only to find a group of flight attendants socializing. I requested a drink and it was handed to me without the attendant every making eye contact as the attendant still was facing and engaged in their conversation. This is not the first time I have experienced this on an Emirates flight so I think the staff training may need to be reinforced. Business class service on Emirates is quite good. But I fly both Economy and Business class. The experiences in Economy did affect my decision on which airline I generally fly with for business class travel."

Staff totally unprepared and untrained for such situations. We waited around for 6 hours before finding out on our own, that the flight was cancelled. The notice was not shown on the board. In all waited around at the airport for more than 10 hours before we were finally carted off to a small hotel near by at 1230am in the morning. Very little to no information given throughout the whole process, stranded with parched throats, no luggage, clean clothes or toothbrush."
Voordelen: "My above score should be 5 stars in all categories. They were running a special price on business class upgrades. It was fabulous: food great, service attentive, and seat that totally reclined to bed. I slept over 8 hours."

Nadelen: "First let me tell you that when I booked a flight to Istanbul from Brussels, I booked, so I thought, the airport called Istanbul Ataturk with the initials of IST. What I got was SAW after I paid for a booking that said IST. Sabina Gokcen is one hour away further on the Asian side of Turkey. I did not want this airport! We asked if the flight was full and she replied with a face gesture that indicated 'no' (it was a 1.50am flight) so we asked if possible to upgrade with points and she totally ignored, spoke in Turkish to 2 other check in colleagues, printed the boarding passes and almost threw them down on the counter without responding on upgrade. We felt too intimidated to ask any more. Also our mileage points for this sector of our travel were not booked to our KrisFlyer accounts so wondering if she did not capture at check in."
Nadelen: "The cabin was quite warm and unable to adjust any air flow to the seat. Because the flight wasn't full my husband was able to move to a vacant group of seats and lie down so eventually cooled down and got some sleep. Otherwise excellent flight"

Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear."

Nadelen: "Finnair had the worst leg room I've ever had in 50 years of traveling. It was so TIGHT that my knees were pressing up agains the seat in front of me the whole 8 hours of flight, even though I am only 5'7"! I felt really sorry for those passengers who were taller. Finnair also lost my checked in bag and delivered it 36 hours later without providing any compensation. Coming back the flight was delayed due to mechanical reasons, which caused a number of passengers miss connecting flights. This is one of the things that can happen to any airline, but only Finnair failed to provide an agent to take care of the passengers who missed their flights. So, after a 2 hour delay and 7 hours of traveling in the air, the stranded passengers had to find an agent in JFK who would rebook their flights. One of the worst traveling experiences. Will never travel Finnair again!"

Nadelen: "The leg room for someone that is 6ft 4in is not the best."
Nadelen: "The plane landed much later than expected, and I missed my connecting flight to Moscow. While I was given another boarding pass, I had to have another layover in St. Petersburg, and fly to Moscow from there. The flight turned out to be much longer, and much more exhausting. My overall experience was unpleasant."
Voordelen: "Food was all right because the flight didn't depart from Finland and catering was from a non-Finnish supplier. Hurrah!"
Nadelen: "Stewardesses announced that only chicken is available, regardless of any special meal requests (vegetarian etc..). Eventually special meals were located, but not before passengers specifically demanding for them. WTF. Finnair generously pours you a half an glass of wine with meal, for anything more you have to pay for. Supposedly you can buy snacks with money, but there were no menus or pricelists to be found in the seat pockets. Touchscreen functions were barely working on my entertainment screen, the remote control didn't work altogether. WIFI didn't work at all."
Nadelen: "Layover and delay we're extremely wrong and they booked me on a separate flight from my party."
Voordelen: "Check in staff at counter in Chicago was very friendly and saved my trip by safely keeping a critical document that I accidentally left behind on the counter. Really friendly and attentive flight attendants on the flight."
Nadelen: "Aging seats and interior of plane were showing badly and it downgraded the ambience of the flight."

Voordelen: "Check-in process very efficient. Boarding uneventful. Flight attendants are engaged and present as humans (does it have to do with being well rested?). Blueberry drink was a nice "ethnic" touch."
Nadelen: "Check-in counters opened only 2 hours before departure. These days most European airlines counters are open 6-24 hours in advance. Was not really an issue for this small aircraft and lines moving fast once opened."

Nadelen: "... but a disaster when things go wrong. Too many pilots "sick" on new year day so our HEL-SIN flight was cancelled. We spent three hours at the airport queueing and only getting a hotel. No alternative flight. We spent an hour waiting on line at their call center (no local numbers, only one Finland number) and got rebooked on a super tight HEL-FRA-LHR-SIN connectiob, which we barely made as the connection times were so short. Plus they messed up the checkin so we got denied boarding in Frankfurt and lost our suitcases. Perfect storm... we will NEVER take this airline again. Totally understaffed and I competent. Fly a major airline and pay a little more to avoid things like this..."

Nadelen: "I think the pilot made a wrong turn and made erratic movements of the plane close to the end of the flight. Not sure what happened but it was a little scary."

Voordelen: "The cabin was very clean and the flight was smooth dispite heavy crosswinds on approach."
Nadelen: "The boarding was awfully slow, and the flight departed nearly half an hour late. The cabin crew offered free water and coffee, once. Even then I had to ask the flight attendant, they did not ask me. No entertainment on the flight, magazines were rather pricy so I read a book and caught up with some sleep."
Voordelen: "Plane was nice, new, every seat had an entertainment system. Crew was very nice and did their best to accommodate my needing a gluten free meal. *This was an Iberia plane, not an American Airlines plane."
Nadelen: "The Iberia web site, and web app were not functioning properly. I want able to save any of my personal information such as phone number or known traveler number. I was unable to select a gluten free meal prior to the flight since the web app and website were not working. I tried calleding Iberia customer support over 10 different times and was never able to speak with a representative. The customer support prior to the flight was non-existent."
Nadelen: "I wanted to go home early..... They wanted to charge me 400 dollars to change my booking"
