On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"

Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

I was under the assumption the extra charge would give me a seat with only one extra person next to me. On both flights to and from JFK I was seated in a row with 3 seats and not the last row as promised. Just wondering if a refund for the extra charge would be possible."

Both our flight out of LHR to GVA and our return were smooth as can be. Nice job, Swiss!"

Nadelen: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."

Voordelen: "Crew was very nice and helpful, entertainment system worked well and had good choices"

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Voordelen: "The crew was amazing, friendly and on-top of it. the filght was great. I was next too a large, smelly man and that affected my flight, but that was out of the airline crew's control made the flight a bit uncomfortable."
Nadelen: "Not to be seated next to a large man and a child behind me kicking my seat. Again, items out of your control. There is one item, and that is, I forgot to request a vegan food option and it would have been nice to have one last minute even though I did not request it."

Voordelen: "Great service and yummy food."
Nadelen: "The jack for the TV was broken! For seat 4H during my flight from Helsinki to Tokyo. I paid a business class ticket but had No audio for the television! This should be fixed immediately and I think I should receive something for the inconvenience and in return for the high price ticket I purchased!"

Nadelen: "Could be better, say, like with Singapore Airlines.."

Nadelen: "There were no menu options for vegetarians on either meal. Several screens were not working, despite multiple reboot attempts."

Voordelen: "Free WiFi in the air. Email received in air tracking missing luggage. Stressful to receive, but at least I could see where it was & when it would arrive. Didn’t order a meal, but there was a wide variety of snacks for purchase. Very nice crew. Great leg room."

Voordelen: "Food, entertainment, service"

Nadelen: "The flight from Helsinki arrived 2 hours late to JFK due to mechanical reasons causing some passengers miss their connectiing flights, which is quite normal in airline practice. What was not normal and supper aggravating was the fact that nobody met us at the gate to help us rebook our missed flights. We had to find an AA agent in the departure area and stand in line with other passengers who were checking in to their flight to Jordan. There was no customer service what so ever provided by Finnair."

Voordelen: "I really enjoyed the whole flight - Finnair is definitely one of the best airlines."
Nadelen: "I wish there was a bigger choice of classical music in the entertainment program."

Voordelen: "I liked that there was a smaller airplane on LED - HEL route: it gives more "feeling of flying" than the bigger planes do."
Nadelen: "I didn't like the fact that it was not indicated in advance (when the tickets are sold) that LED - HEL route is operated by a different airline, even though that airline is a Finnair's partner. It would have been better to have a complete information up front. But the airplane and crew were excellent."

Voordelen: "I'm alive. The plane did not implode. No crashes! The crew was polite. Plane was very late leaving. Not a good thing."
Nadelen: "Had to pay more for extra baggage than a person with the "right" ticket #'s. How to know this trivia in Feb. when buying ticket? My starting #'s did not allow me to prepay online. Instead, rush to airport, pay more by having to pay in person. 2. I also could NOT get my boarding pass online. Instead, forced to drive to airport day before just to be sure I'd be on plane! Finnair counter, Hannele politely double-checked all's well, handed me boarding pass. Hannele told to buy extra baggage online being cheaper. This promise, not accurate. Absurd!"

Voordelen: "Le service. Et le confort"

Nadelen: "The food was not good although plentiful The seats were not made for a long-haul flight We received no overnight bag (eye masks, ear plugs, toothbrush, etc.)"

Voordelen: "1)Magazine says you under need for modern communication and aiming to improve. There are no chRging ports and no internet. That would help. A little behind the times on that one, do t you think? 2) Getting gangway attached after landing appeared to be very innefficient. Thanks for trying"
Nadelen: "Crew great!"

Nadelen: "You have canceled my flight and you have just sent me an email."

Voordelen: "The flight was good. Enough legroom for me, the food was ok. And the crew was pleasant and attentive."

Voordelen: "World best airline since my last flight to Hong Kong. New aircraft with the most confortable and complete flight experience I had in years in economy class. Seat confort, movie selection and quality of the screen, food quality, boarding speed, cabine pressure, all was immaculate."
Nadelen: "They promised an upgrade to premium economy and then they didn't follow through, they lied when they said that row 30 was premium economy, all this felt very very weird. Jacqueline the flight attendant recognised the problem and gave us premium headphones to make up for the error."

Voordelen: "Very simple but reliable and confortable flight. We got clear instructions to get to the next terminal"
Nadelen: "We took off late and arrived even later so we had to run to get to the next plane"

Nadelen: "The flight departed late because the preceding inbound flight was late. No reason was given to the customers."

Voordelen: "Crew was fine"
Nadelen: "Seats are uncomfortable. They lean too far back too so that if the person in front of you is reclined all the way, you're quite uncomfortable. I was able to view the TV screen in front of me better than my own because the person in front of me was completely reclined."

Voordelen: "Comfortable seat and service"

Nadelen: "This flight was delayed 5 and a half hours and did not arrive into Chicago until almost midnight."

Voordelen: "The sitting quite comfortable, have space for the legs. Food was fine."
Nadelen: "One kind of ice-cream only !! Why only Vanilla ? Should have at least 2 different, to choose from."

Nadelen: "I wish I had known this was an American Airlines flight. They're the worst. Delays all the time (including this flight), crew who couldn't care less, uncomfortable seats, general mediocrity. Next time tell your consumers what you're getting into!"

Voordelen: "Friendly staff, frequent food, frequent drinks (including wine) included in price of fare."
Nadelen: "Boarding method. Should board people furthest from the front of coach first to avoid clogging of aisle."

Voordelen: "Boarded, departed on time arrived early. Food was good snd served timely. Attendents were very friendly"

Voordelen: "Everything was good. Tv screen had issues booking for first half of flight"

Nadelen: "Operated by American. Delayed for 4 hours"

Voordelen: "I loved the service. The flight attendants were attentive and courteous. They walked through the cabin periodically to offer water in the 6 hours or so between meal services, and also had self-service drinks and snacks in the galley during that time. Flight attendants asked passengers to put their seats forward during meal times, which very few airlines do. It was the same level of service I have come to expect from the Asian carriers that I usually fly (ANA, Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Singapore). The meals were fine, and so was the entertainment. There was a decent choice of movies."
Nadelen: "The economy seats were narrow and cramped on the A340. I was in the first row of economy that wasn't premium economy. Even though the person in front of me had loads more legroom than me, he had his seat all the way back for almost the entire flight and hit me in the head while I was reaching for my bag under the seat in front of me. In order to get to anything in my bag, I had to put my head into the aisle because there wasn't enough room to bend down. Because of the angle of the seats, it was nearly impossible to get into and out of the row (and I was on the aisle)."

Nadelen: "The movies did not play on my screen. I tried to use the screen on the seat next to me and the movies quit in the middle. It was very annoying."

Voordelen: "Pretty quick to get on board, entertainment was great, seat comfort was good., wifi and prices were stupidly over priced and slow.,"
Nadelen: "American Airlines as usual has overly priced non-working wifi on a 10.5 hour trip.. He food was ok at best.."

Voordelen: "I did get to move away from complaining passengers but "lost my coat" in the process. People are awful and obnoxious"
Nadelen: "Who doesn't turn off the plane lights at night inside the cabin? Especially when you're feeling late at night? Didn't post gate until very last minute…LHR..Then it said boarding immediately. Nowhere to get water. Hurriedly Boarded plane to find out we have the sit there an hour. Girl next to me was so childish Loud mouth complaining because she couldn't sit next to her bf."

Voordelen: "crew was friendly and courteous"
Nadelen: "had to be bussed to different part of airport to board plane no sound on the entertainment console"

Nadelen: "We were unable to find a row of seats to more comfortably facilitate traveling with a baby and a toddler as seats that should have had a cot or extra seating didn't have the cot and were sold out for an additional fee before we had the chance to. Discussing this with the staff at check0in and at the gate, made no difference as they had no knowledge of what was available on that particular flight. Every time I fly with American I'm reminded of why I don't like the airline and I will do my best to avoid them moving forward regardless of competitive ticket pricing."

Nadelen: "Crew was very noisy. It was an overnight flight. Waking us up at 1am for dinner not really needed."

Voordelen: "Updated gate changes sent to phone was a life saver!"

Voordelen: "Everything good except getting bag after flight."
Nadelen: "Took over an hour at baggage claim."

Voordelen: "Boarding was quick and efficient. Flight crew was polite, helpful and friendly. Had adequate leg room in coach, added plus was the flight was not crowded so did not have anyone sitting next to me. Did not feel squashed and claustrophobic as a result. Food was satisfactory."
Nadelen: "Was inadequately fed on the Houston to London leg. Got nothing but a nightcap. The following morning I received a cold, stale croissant as part of a lunch box for a preschooler, nothing warm, no protein after 8 hrs in flight. I could not check in online."

Voordelen: "British air is great. Great movies good food. Good service."

Voordelen: "Good leg room."
Nadelen: "I paid an extra $90 to pick this seat. On the website it looked like an exit row seat with lots of room. However I couldn't really move out of my seat without climbing over others. It was a waste of $90."

Voordelen: "Crew got into the Christmas spirit"
Nadelen: "Audio sockets had "scratchy" sound quality, no matter which headphones were employed Touch screens were very unresponsive and viewing listings was infuriatingly slow - I would prefer to use a simple list without pics"

Nadelen: "I cannot think of anything to improve except for serving more polish traditional foods."

Nadelen: "The registration could open earlier than two (!) hours before the take-off! Or, at least have more than two representative registering economy class passengers (yes, there was a big and very slow line). The food could be better than just a McDonald's type apple pie."

Voordelen: "That eventually I made it to Tokyo via Qatar airways."

Voordelen: "Entertainment system during the long flight from Warsaw to Tokyo."
Nadelen: "Take off from Tel Aviv was 4-5 hours late. This caused us to miss a planned half day trip to Warsaw."

Nadelen: "No comments"

Nadelen: "Toilets was’t in service for flight from Warsaw to Lviv"

Voordelen: "Food was nice."
Nadelen: "2hrs delay caused major inconvenience on my schedule."

Voordelen: "Plane was comfy and staff was mostly real nice and attentive."
Nadelen: "Plane was late causing all kinds of commotion at the airport where to catch a transfer we were put on a bus for over 20min at 31deg weather with small kids. Not allowed to go to bathroom, it was terrible"

Nadelen: "Employees at airport in Budapest didn’t speak English, also went to restroom and there was no access for handicapped people, I’m on wheelchair. I will never again go that way, very bad experience."

Voordelen: "Everything and everyone from the crew was very professional, food, entertainment, above my expectations."
Nadelen: "Polish airlines have some problems, but this flight was perfect. Great job."

Voordelen: "Latest movies. A few interesting games. You can walk to the galley area and grab snacks/drinks as you wish."
Nadelen: "WiFi please. Seats felt more crammed than other f airlines. LEAVE ON TIME (more than half their flights are delayed, it seems). Check-in desk people should be a bit more friendly, they weren’t rude but they made it obvious that they didn’t want to be there."

Voordelen: "There was in-flight entertainment. The flight was cheap."
Nadelen: "The food was the worst I have had in 12 years of EU-Asia flights. They missed two connections, causing over 11 hours of delay and arrived at a different airport. We had to spend 4 hours with visa procedures and rechecking luggage in Beijing without staff assistance. Deplorable."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 1.5 hours. My seat was changed from the front of the plane to the back."

Nadelen: "going through Warsaw border control took forever, long lines, bad set up for transit passengers."

Voordelen: "There was nothing to like, I will not fly with this airline again if I can help it."
Nadelen: "Almost everything can be improved! The crew was trying to be helpful but obviously lacked the proper training, the seats are ergonomically incorrect, breakfast did not exist- I had to get a horrible lunch sandwich at 7 am, and the “complimentary water” consists of a gulp in a tiny half filled cup."

Nadelen: "Warsaw airport repeats Security screening. Redundant, I don’t know all the international airports, but I know there are others who don’t do this."

Nadelen: "Flight delayed more than 2 hours to NY. Not comforting to be told technical difficulties are delaying the flight."

Voordelen: "Easy and fast to board and quick response with carry on luggage"
Nadelen: "The website check in doesn’t work quite well. You have to try a couple of times so it works"

Nadelen: "The absence of clear communication on the duration of the delay or its reason and this despite the fact all passengers had been boarded on time."

Nadelen: "The service was terrible. The flight went AOG, but not until midnight. We all sat around with barely any info all night long. Finally at 11:30pm they put out some water and said sandwiches but I did not see any. LOT Polish service was VERY disappointing. I cancelled my flight all together on them."

Voordelen: "Meals were surprisingly good. Dreamliner."

I even showed the guy the policy and he still denied me. False advertisement at its finest, you know what can happen to a business that has false advertisement.... Right?"

Voordelen: "Good food and service very smooth boarding and the 787 Dreamliner is a great plane. Flying to Japan included a delicious Japanese themed meal"
Nadelen: "Onboard entertainment system could do with a bit more choice and choice of subtitles for films (if you speak French only, good luck!)"

Voordelen: "Nice and soft landing."
Nadelen: "At check in they refused to a small hand bag claiming that only one suitcase per passenger is allowed. The seats are not reclining."

Nadelen: "U have to refund the money back this is worst experience I had in my life"

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Voordelen: "Easy long travel very comfortable"

Nadelen: "Baggage fee and hot plane prop plane"

Voordelen: "Movie selection was decent as well as the service - the crew was more or less nice and professional with me."
Nadelen: "The fact that we took off 1 hour late and no apologies have been given. No drink service ha been provided while everyone was just sitting there and waiting for takeoff. Normally the plane would catch up the 1 hr delay but not this time. We arrived 1 hour late."

Voordelen: "We liked the cabin crew, they were friendly and helpful."

Nadelen: "Toilets smelled terribly"

Nadelen: "No new movies or no tv shows to watch on a 9hr flight. If I knew I would have downloaded movies on my phone or on a usb stick(u have the possibility of using those). Horrible food, cannot even describe! No free alcohol. If you pay cash for the alcohol you end up paying double as if you pay with Credit card. I paid for 3 drinks, were brought only 2 and when I asked for the 3rd one they didn't understand what I want. Crew speaks only polish, they have little knowledge of English language. They are not helpful and they don't care about passengers! Delays on every flight, Friday LOT airline doesn't have to many flights out of Warsaw! Be aware, in the event of a delay and loosing your connecting flight you might end up spending a night in Warsaw. I WILL NEVER USE LOT AGAIN and I will make sure to spread the word!!!"
