I love everything about Qatar airlines. Especially the airport and the the customer service they provided. The only problem was my sister was having stomach flu and terrible crumbs. She was asked if there is any chance she can have more comfortable seat, or place she can stretch her feet, so she can bear with the pain but the flight attendant told her that airline can’t accommodate her. It was frustrating to know that if someone feel unwell the airline doesn’t have any accommodations.

The arrival was late, wat Doha’s desk they tried to give me boarding oass , but at last sent to the information desk, at that time I had only 1 hr before departure, lazy woman at dest was not so much helpful and friendly, at last I’ve got the boarding and run to the gate as crazy. It was possible to say that I can got it at the gate too"

But none of them bothered helping me. Your measure of success is not just how well you treat your business class. That’s not being world class"

Nadelen: "There was not enough tome to catch my connecting flight and I had to stay in the airport an additional 6 hours and had to stay the night in the hotel and then get to Portland on another airline 21 hours later than planned."
Nadelen: "The TSA agents broke my phone and tried to hide it in a secured package with another of my electronics. I questioned why 1/3 phones were in secured and the others were not. I was told to not open the bag until I reached my destination. Lucky I opened it after I cleared security to find that the face of the phone had been shattered with glass shards sticking out, I bought this to the crews' attention and was told to send an email to a random email for the airlines and that the incident would be investigated later. So basically I was given the brush off. Worst experience I have had while flying."

Nadelen: "The seat from Jakarta to Doha, especially the head/neck holder was uncomfortoble. Too big and stiff and wasn’t on the right possition even though it is adjustable. One of the crew didn’t say anything, not even smile after she opened the curtain between bussiness and economy class at row J K L. She just walked away."

Nadelen: "When I arrived at the Airport in Arusha (JRO) my reserved row 23 aisle seats for the DOH to JFK segment were changed to the (last cabin section row 31); also my aisle seat was changed to a middle seat Food was better from JFK to DOH Entertainment was lacking - movie and TV selection was poor for 20+ hours of flight time"

Nadelen: "I’m a 6’3” in shape man. I selected the bulkhead seats for extra leg room. Great crew, but my shoulders stuck past the seat edge 3” on both sides. Qatar should revise their claim of most room in cabin - this 12 hour flight was one of the roughest I’ve had in a long time comfort wise."

Voordelen: "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."
Nadelen: "Dormir dans un avion ou essayé d'y dormir est une sacrifice que je ne suis plus prêt a payer . Dorénavant, je me contenterai de de distance ne dépassant 7-9-heures"

we travelled with the air bus to dubai, which was around 8 hours. then for the 19 hour flight, we had to travel with the smaller plane, which was just ridicilous.

Voordelen: "Cathay Pacific continues to delivery a stellar experience in first class even on shorter legs such as the soon to be discontinued New York to Vancouver flight (888/865). They even brought back Krug, which they opened on the ground no less in New York, and offer access to AA Flagship Dining at JFK which itself offers flagship dining."

Nadelen: "NONE of the business class center seats would recline. This meant in order to recline and get some rest, the crew had to dismantle your seat and release the locks manually. This meant the seat was in that position until time to land. So I had to make a choice to sleep or eat, horrible for CX."

Voordelen: "The crew were friendly, the entertainment on offer was broad and appealed to all passengers. The meal choices were very good, I requested the LFML options and all were good except for the light evening snack at the end of our second flight which was somewhat lacking in flavours and variety."
Nadelen: "The seats in economy felt cramped on the Boeing 700-300ER, with not much room to recline. This impacted on ability to fully relax and rest on such a long journey. This improved on the Airbus 350 thankfully, which much more leg room."

Nadelen: "Economy seats are so cramped that the couple (who were strangers to me) seated next to me (i was in the window seat) decided to 1) one would sleep prone on the floor in the foot portion of our row; and 2) the other would rest his head on ME and the armrest, stretching out on their seats. Voordelen: "Very efficient service and prompt arrivals unlike United Airlines.aircraft was modern and equipment was generally well maintained."
Nadelen: "What other snack options available other than Ramen Noodles. Maybe a low carb option is needed. There are some noodles made from soy products and these will be low carbohydrate. Seats in economy are ok for short people. All airlines should designate an infant seating area close to toilets. This way all infants will be restricted to these seats and the noise pollution in the aircraft is restricted to a small section of the ship.these seats can be specially configured to either seat a no rmal adult or a fast attachments for a baby carrier."
Nadelen: "Incoming plane was late so that there off departure schedule. Flight to HK was late as well. Bad luck or bad scheduling?"

Nadelen: "Plane is old, seats are terrible, hard awkward, strange seatbelt clunk of foam plastic, food was horrible, never saw the crew, it was hot, needed water has to go track it down, it was an overnight flight so not all the crews fault"

I had paid in advance for two seats next to each other for myself and my boyfriend and they moved me to another seat and then said to bad, complain to polish airlines! We were sitting there for 2 hours and they couldn’t come and tell us they were moving me, they just separated us and said too bad?"

Nadelen: "At check in the website did not allow me to purchase checked baggage. I arrived at the airport and paid 80 Euros to check in my 12kilo bag. I bought I would be proactive and pay for the baggage for my return(only 20 euros). I received only a receipt for the 20 euros, but paid 63,250 drams. Something is shady and I feel duped. The flight was over an hour late with no explanation. There was a plane at the gate when we landed, which added to the tardiness of arrival. They were so non Chalant about so many people missing their connecting flights. It was like they already knew they were going to put us on Lufthansa 2 hours later... polish airlines Is awful- the airport personnel even worse. No one respects standing in line. Airport officials kept cutting into the security lines which literally cost me the 5 minutes that I could have made the flight. I am very diasspointed and kayak should not advertise this airline."

Nadelen: "My bag didn't arrive in Warsaw. I asked the LOT representative at JFK to verify that my bag was on the flight between NYC and Warsaw. She said that it was, but it wasn't there when I arrived"
Nadelen: "I'm still on this roller coaster! Initial flight delayed 3 hrs. Missed connection in Warsaw. Got on another flight with its own connection Munich then Sofia and about to miss that connection too because this flight is also delayed for no reason. Lot app doesn't work. Customer service is horrificly slow and their phone number had me on hold for over 40 min after which dropped my call"
Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

It will be good idea to improve the seat space even in economy if you explain the idea to make it more confort for passengers they will choose more your service

Boarding was very good and crew was good , entertainment system and food was not that good .

I had to change my schedule due to my dad's health situation. Etihad is not able to arrange the schedule that I need.

Meal was not enough

Nadelen: "wines were mediocre which was balanced out by the good quality of the food. Brussels to Abu Dabhi boarding was a little chaotic with coach and front cabin passesgers packed in a single bus. Noticed many older passengers standing for the longish bus ride."
Voordelen: "The flight was surprisingly empty compared to flying to Abu Dhabi. I had an entire row to myself. I was able to lay out and sleep peacefully without worrying about the traveler in front of me leaving their seat back. Highly recommend Etihad airways!"
Nadelen: "Food choice for vegetarian meal was horrible."

Nadelen: "Food quality was pretty poor. It used to be so good. I had sea bass which was so dry. There were a group of 30 people travelling together. They monopolised the lobby bar and were rowdy and noisy despite requests from the crew. The flat bed is so hard, it needs a mattress."

Nadelen: "1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."
Voordelen: "A380 is a great plane to fly in, very roomy. Entertainment was good but could be improved by allowing access while plane is still on the ground. This is significant on these long haul flights as boarding commences about an hour before departure."
Nadelen: "Boarding was confusing. The gate showed as "open" sometime before boarding actually commenced which was confusing. The seats have a very strange headrest thing you can't move which I found a bit annoying. Otherwise seat was good."

I did not see the nanny or flight attendants helping either situation e.g. offering water to the sick, ect. The toilet room was disgusting. The seat was cramped."

Nadelen: "Someone broke lock of my luggage. It was locked when i checked in atJFK airport. I got the luggage without lock at New Delhi. Though there was nothing valuable in that but still someone tried to get something out of it."

Nadelen: "On the dreamliner flights they have tried to cram a ton of seats in so if your over 5'8 you'll be very cramped with your knees under the seats and a strange headrest jammed I to your shoulder. I fly about 20 or 30k miles a year in economy and this is easily the most uncomfortably designed seat I've been in. More over the staff was incredibly dismissive and rude to all I witnessed then keep a older woman waiting for 45 mins for water and then dismiss her when she asked a second time. The check in staff was no better."
Nadelen: "It's a connecting flight for me and there is a long wait. so, my opinion is better to serve some snacks or food in the flight."
Voordelen: "Quick boarding"

Voordelen: "1) the flight was not full which was a big plus 2) the universal charging at the seat, I didn't need a converter."
Nadelen: "1) The sinks in 4 bathrooms were broken. People were still using the bathrooms although there was no sink. So people were not washing their hands which is unsanitary. 2) the food was not very good, nor the timing of it. Also sandwiches in plastic wrapping were distributed during sleeping hours and that was very disruptive. 3) the plane was older. 4) the flight was very expensive so I expected 5 star features and comfort, but it was only a 3 star for me."
Voordelen: "Accurate. Take off was smooth. Crew were sooo kind. Boarding was fast. New computer was fantastic. New movies ."
Nadelen: "1. Seats were really narrow. 2. Although my first plane from Seoul to Abu Dhabi was for 10 hours but only one meal served and it was omlette with sausage And at the beginning a small toast sandwich served. This indeed very strange because everytime I flied with Etihad you serve 2 meals one of them is meat or chicken with rice. I was really starving until the next glight because when we left Incheon airport it was 12.55am and most restaurants were closed. Please try to solve this issue"

Nadelen: "Food no drinks only soft drinks were served"
Nadelen: "Transit from Jet to Etihad was unclear. Had to go to a different terminal, but there were no signs and airport (not Etihad) staff didn't seem to know where to go. Once I got to the right place, Etihad staff were helpful."
Voordelen: "Après une heure dans l'avion sans climatisation malgré un personnel de bord irréprochable (distribution de boissons) on nous annonce le débarquement, diriger et abandonne dans un terminal malgré un repas offert, pas d'information après renseignement auprès d'un accompagnant de tour operator j'apprend qu'il faut se rendre à la même porte où nous embarqueront avec 4 heures de retard. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Nadelen: "Le vol était complet et nous nous sommes vu proposés éventuellement un vol AF direct en remplacement. Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Voordelen: "I bought a one way from Los Angeles to Kathmandu. I had a 16 hour layover in Dubai. I went to the Ethiad help desk upon arrival to inquire about my gate. I was given the info I asked for, and to my surprise a voucher to a five star hotel and two meal vouchers at the airport----Complementary!"
Nadelen: "My bags didn't make it. I had to sit away from my husband as someone had sat in his seat and clearly wasn't going to move. You now have to pay to get an exit row like budget airlines and I had to go two days without my bag. Total nightmare. Then I couldn't recheck in to change seAts online. Food was disgusting."
