Delayed take off. Missed my flight to SFO
I booked the flight through budgetair.com and paid for one checked bag. When I went to LATAM gate at the airport, they told me they had no record of my purchasing a checked bag and would need to charge me. Budgetair insisted I had paid for a checked bag and LATAM insisted I had not and would need to pay again. Not sure if the issue is with budgetair or LATAM or both

Nadelen: "I was trying to upgrade for business and the front desk told me Can only be done 24 hours. What diferentes it makes if I paid in front desk or by the phone?"
Voordelen: "New plane, nice crew, good entertainment, good food."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by 4 1/2 hours and it was handled horribly. First, I had to wait at check-in for 1 hour despite having checked in online. Next, we were told hourly-wise to check-in at the gate to find out when our flight would leave. This was a hassle and caused me a lot of stress since I had to make new plans with a new itinerary for my arrival in Chile where I was supposed to meet my elderly parents. The staff kept telling me they didn't know when we'd leave asking me to check back four times before they were able to give me a definite time. Aweful experience that caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience."
Nadelen: "Vol pas très cher mais pas trop confortable et vraiment low cost sur la partie Nantes-Madrid. Horaire respecté mais confort et repas vraiment très limite surtout sur le vol principal entre Madrid et Sào Paolo. Mais on ne peut pas tout avoir..."

Nadelen: "Todo, la comodidad del asiento, la cordialidad de los asistentes de tripulación, no hubo comida, no puedes escoger tu asiento y no es una aerolínea low cost, no hay entretenimiento en los aviones"
Voordelen: "Good entertainment on board and the crew was fairly attentive, but not as attentive as on other airlines."
Nadelen: "Food was not great, but at least it was edible. Thought the crew could have also asked about refills more often."
Nadelen: "The time it took to open the door upon arrival"
Voordelen: "Very attentive and friendly personnel; efficient and timely boarding: surprisingly good meals"
Nadelen: "We got off onto a shaky set of stairs that surely would have been a safety violation in the states."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed more than an hour. The seating is super uncomfortable, a small sandwich is all we got for an almost 4 hour flight plus the delay. No entertainment on board makes it a killer. I will no longer be booking any flights with LatAm."
Voordelen: "We like the plane,seats and crew was excellent."
Nadelen: "Not a Latam problem but Congonhas airport is terrible if you have to use the bus to get to your plane. Airport Of Uberlandia is just terrible, small and crowded!!!!!"

Nadelen: "When I was boarding the plain... the people in charge was very rude. I had to give them my carry on bag because there was not space and the way in which they asked for it was very unpolite."
Voordelen: "The plane crew was fine and the pilot kept is informed"
Nadelen: "Flight delayed 154 minutes. Lines to board were not marked as to which lone to use. No info provided by airline personnel to assist in choosing which line. Long wait for luggage. In excess of 25 minutes."

Voordelen: "I LOVE that LATAM does not book its flights solid: I love that they leave some empty seats and breathing room-- it makes all the difference in the world. I love that the bathrooms have full length mirrors, hand towelettes, and are well maintained. Most of all, I love how compassionate,patient, and accomodating the flight attendants are."
Nadelen: "I would have liked for there to be more vegetarian choices-- healthier foods, more veggies, more fruits, rice, less meat. It would be nice to have real milk or cream instead of powder for the coffee; and honey instead of sugar."
Voordelen: "Good attention by the airline solved my problems"
Nadelen: "The flight got changed to departure 1 hour earlier, didn't get any notification as the company who I bought the ticket through didn't give my contact details to the airline. The airline informed them about the change in schedule but the company did not informe me and I almost lost the flight which would have ended with me not arriving to australia until who knows when. I am quite disappointed with this!"

Nadelen: "The check in was horrendous with a wait of 45 minutes. The flight had to circle for 30 minutes before it could land in Arequipa."

Nadelen: "The flight at first had a 3 HOUR delay do to a "mechanical breakdown". We were told that they were going to bring another airplane from Rio de Janeiro. After the 3 hours passed they were only announcing in Portuguese to board the original plane. They never changed planes or provided a clear explanation to the passengers. Many of us refused to board. This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The staff was disrespectful and would not help us. We ended up taking another flight until the following night!!"
Voordelen: "Absolutely everything about the flight: on time, attentive and friendly flight attendant, clean bathrooms, fast luggage return."
Nadelen: "It took 40min to drop my bags off after having done web check in. There were only 4 people in front of me. Terribly system for check in and bag drop but everything else was great so I could overlook this in the future. Just plan for it."
Voordelen: "The best crew and aervice I have come across in many, many year. The aircraft was really nice and conforatable too."
Nadelen: "Everything on this flight was amazing, I dare say even perfect."

Voordelen: "The in flight snack was surprisingly diverse and tasty."
Nadelen: "We had to take a bus from the gate to the plane, which is fine. But we stood on the bus at the gate for 10 minutes after it was completely full before it finally drove to the plane. Then when we were just outside the plane we had to wait again for several minutes before they would let us off."
Nadelen: "My luggage was lost for almost 2 weeks."
Nadelen: "Not missing our connection due to delays."
Voordelen: "The flight was very late taking off, but the crew was very helpful organizing assistance upon deplaning"

Nadelen: "I fee cheated because it is the first time that I have. to pay for luggage. In their website it states that the basic fare allows in check-in bag. They said to me that there are different categories of basic fare, which is not disclosed in their website. Additionally any seat change cost"

Nadelen: "Embarquement encore une fois chaotique, encore une fois en retard (aller comme retour) et une politique de bagages à main aléatoire. Malgre une taille autorise, impossible de comprendre pourquoi nos valises sont passées en soute plutôt qu'à main par rapport à la valise du voisin. Dommage"

Nadelen: "L'embarquement catastrophique. Personnel peu sympa, j'organise et aucune explication sur le retard."
Voordelen: "Self checkin, there was no line and things moved quickly."
Nadelen: "Flight was almost an hour late because the boarding process was so slow. They took forever and then literally bussed us to the other side of the airport to the budget carrier side, which wasted more time. Was a bit of a joke really. Served seafood snack, not everyone eats seafood."

Le départ sur Paris étant en retard le personnel aurai pu faire sortir en priorité les personnes ayant une correspondance et nous affréteur une navette pour que nous puissions prendre notre vol. Nous n'avons pas pu monter dans l'autre avion."

Nadelen: "Mon repas et celui de certains passagers venait d’une enseigne du lounge de l’aeroport Exki: un but de baguette dur comme pas possible donc je l’ai touché avec de la confiture, du beurre et un muffin pas du tout frais..."

Nadelen: "We didn't select our meal option for vegetarian because the last time we did we ended up with a horrible, horrible, hockey puck like dry food option. We assumed there would be a cheese pasta option, as there usually is, well we were completely wrong. Both options were meat, even the salad had meat in it. So we got a roll with butter, a tiny fruit, and a disgusting wet dessert. Even the breakfast was meat and cheese. I got online to select our meal option for our return trip, and the options are out of control. We have a lacto-ovo-vegetarian option, whatever that is"
Nadelen: "J ai du paye 120 euros au guichet d enregistrement pour 1 bagage en soute alors que sur lors de l'achat il m a semble avoir droit a 1 bagage. Mais impossible de retrouver la trace sur mon mail de confirmation. Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."
Nadelen: "Les agents tap de l’aeroport de Dakar m’ont fait manquer mon vol par non assistance et désinformation totale. Ils n’ont aucun professionnalisme et limite ils t’insultent. Je suis sénégalaise mais je suis très déçue du comportement des agents à l’aéroport de Dakar. La plus grosse déception de ma vie"
