Not nice if you can't walk around and also not great for your neighbor to the right and left. I usually don't experience this with my food that I cook or choose."

Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Slightly disappointed."

So, this means that I am still in Germany which is not the worst place in the world to be stuck, especially because my parents live here. So a few day longer are not a problem for me, but if it takes a week, it is not good because I am supposed to be at work and I am using up vacation I had planned to spent with my family."

Nadelen: "Ticket written on Air Canada but Lufthansa was carrier. Not possible to check-in on line leaving very few choices for seating. Tried to check-in on Sunday for Monday flight -- system errors resulted and phone number provided by system only works M-Sat. My initial leg was on Iberia and they could not check me in for entire flight. Major scramble in Frankfort to resolve issues. Never again!"

Voordelen: "The crew were great! The seats are not that comfortable, it happened that I had 3 seats raw for myself but the armrests were not going up so I could not utilize them and lie down to sleep."

No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "The airlines are pushing people to upgrade with those ever shrinking seats. I had a slightly above average size gentleman seated next to me and the seat was so tight he had to totally take over the shared arm rest and our shoulders were rubbing most of the time. That's not a way to spend 9+ hours"

Voordelen: "It's a non-stop from Austin to Heathrow. Flight attendants were helpful and professional. Flight was on time."
Nadelen: "This 747 should be refurbished or retired. I've traveled this flight on 777s and newer 747s. This plane was an embarassment."

Voordelen: "L’equipage ne répondait pas à nos questions et le service laissait à désirer. Les sièges étaient confortables mais nous avons dû se faire réassigner parce qu’on nous avait séparés sur tous les vols."

All due to late flight crew from weather elsewhere, having them being taken offline because of long hours, trying to find new people, having a jetway break. Having to sit on a plane in the terminal for more than an hour with no air and stifling heat, taken off the plane and back on. All for a non-stop flight from Boston to LA. Definitely not fun."

Voordelen: "Considering the price we paid for our tickets is the the only drawback I keep coming back to when I think about the VALUE of what I paid for.the entire flight. The overall experience was good throughout; from the airport on both ends of the journey to the actual inflight experience. I'm not sure how much of an influence the airline has on the airport part of it all, but the check-in process was good. The self check-in machines for AA were a little "buggy" and difficult to navigate but helpful staff was readily available as were the short lines. I am 6'2" and was impressed that I had adequate leg room in my seat."
Nadelen: "We paid a lot for our tickets even though they were purchased months in advance. Then when it came to seat selection, there was none. Our party of three, which was husband and wife plus friend, were all seated separately. We could have opted for "pay extra" seating, but even that did not get us together, so we opted out."

Voordelen: "Unlike previous AA flights, the process was smooth everywhere it mattered. Attendants and crew were friendly, service was prompt, flight was smooth."
Nadelen: "Attendant was unable to upgrade me to first class due to a system error they couldn't fix. Boarding was unnecessarily delayed because the attendant on staff was not the scheduled attendant and they were scrambling to catch up."

Voordelen: "It was a really fast flight. Twenty minutes from wheels-up to wheels-down."
Nadelen: "Plane is more suitable for passengers under 5'11". At 6'7", I wasn't an ideal passenger!"

Nadelen: "The gal at E terminal customer service in charlotte was rude and condescending as i asked if I could get on my original connecting flight that American Airlines had rescheduled since my first flight was delayed an hour and they thought I’d miss it. But we ended up landing earlier than expected so I went to the gate to see if I could get on my original early flight and she was rude and told me I can’t keep switching flights.....when I pointed out that AA had rebooked me she was like ok but you can’t keep switching flights. Then she yelled at the lady behind me who was trying to get to a hospital. -1 Service for AA"

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."
