I was travelling with a baby and the staff was not even considerate about it and attending fast. I requested for a mineral water bottle as I ran out of baby water for making milk for the baby and the staff was so reluctant and told "they are done" and just left.I am really dissapointed with this. I doubt if I would travel with qatar again"
Voordelen: "My mom traveled alone for the first time. She doesn't speak English very well. I'm so impressed with the crew that they took good care of my mother. They understood her super broken English and served her real good vegetarian food. Thanks again."

Everything is included in the cost of a ticket, something that US airlines should learn! I cannot say enough about the experience and wood recommend to anyone traveling to destinations served by this airline."

Nadelen: "Screening was arduous. Line for business class check in at counter was chaotic with no sense of order. A real mess. took over a half an hour and agents were processing coach passengers randomly and seemed oblivious to business class passengers who paid a significant price for the tickets."

Nadelen: "No lounge in Philadelphia took my Priority Pass. On the flight, the woman in front of me threw her chair back without asking and almost had hot coffee all over me. When I asked her to put her chair up, she got mad. She went to staff to insist she could put her chair back. I showed them that I was indeed in a back brace for a health condition and that I needed opportunities to move and shift, cross legs to release tension, etc. Staff sided with the rude woman, who, given the chance to move to an equal seat on the opposite aisle where she could recline, refused to move. I was very frustrated and have never been treated with such discrimination regarding my health concerns."
Voordelen: "Our connecting flight was only 1 hour after reaching Doha. They placed a crew member to receive all the passengers that needed to make that connection. Very very useful. Our luggage was made it to the short connection."

Nadelen: "Had an 11hr delay overall, 3.5hrs sitting on the tarmac only to be told to disembark for dinner at the airport. Then told that we won't be getting on until 7am the next day, but only really started boarding at 8:30am. By the time we were told about the reschedule to the next morning, it was too late to get a hotel room (too far away) and was told that I could use a 'Quiet Lounge' at the airport (which wasn't quiet). While waiting to board at 7am the next day, ground staff told us that they had to change the plane so there would be a further delay. On boarding, we discovered that it was the SAME PLANE."

Voordelen: "I had never heard of Qatar Airways before I booked a 24hr flight to and from Sydney, Australia. I only did this on the suggestion from a friend that stated Qatar Airways was "alright". So for the price I thought what the heck! I was extremely pleased with the service from the cabin crew. They are always polite, professional, and well trained compared to my previous favorites Delta and Lufthansa. The seats were comfortable (as comfortable as Economy and 24hours of flying can be), the entertainment and aircraft were state of the art, and the food was outstanding for airline food. If I get the chance in the future I will definitely choose Qatar Airways for long trips."
Nadelen: "Other rude or snotty passengers taking up the crews time and attention for no reason. But as I stated in the "positive" side of this review, the crew handled these impolite individuals with a smile and polite attitude. Kudos to Qatar Airways."

My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent."
Nadelen: "When the flight is changed by airline for their convenience, they would have given preferential treatment to the passengers involved. We had to bare the cost of food and make us comfortable on our own due to the delay in transit."

On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"

Voordelen: "From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!"

Nadelen: "Le soucis se situe souvent dans les aéroports, notamment celui de Tegel à Berlin. Je vous déconseille fortement d'y atterrir, c'est vraiment inadapté et des infrastructures vraiment désuètes."

Voordelen: "The BUD-ZRH flight was on Swissair aircraft, not on Edelweiss or another low cost feeder airline. Over the years, I have flown both options, and while Edelweiss is a fine carrier, Swissair flights are still a cut above. Contributing to the positive experience was the friendly agent at check-in at BUD."

Nadelen: "J'avais réservé le vol chez ANA (joint venture) : impossible de pouvoir réserver un siège puisque le vol est opéré par Swiss. Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"
Voordelen: "Le surclassement en business mais surtout le check in automatique via KAYAK, les avertissements sur le retard via KAYAK trips et l’information sur porte d’embarquement et le numéro de carrousel pour récupérer son baggage sur l’app KAYAK- Merci KAYAK"

Nadelen: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Nadelen: "The breakfast was very poor. Two different servings of OJ(why?), non fat yoghurt and bread. Coffee came with only one cream. Media screen and audio did not work, and usb charger kept turning off. Barely able to recharge phone over the span of 10 hour flight! My next neighbor had same problem."

Voordelen: "Dinner was excellent. Staff very friendly. Bathroom toiletries (facial spray and hand cream) appreciated."
Nadelen: "Seats are pretty tight (lucky if you don't have one of the metal boxes in your foot space)."
Nadelen: "Worst travel experience ever and I’ve traveled the world. Red eye flight delayed for 3 hours. Missed connection flight with not a lot of options. Waited for another 3 hours to get rebooked and have to stay at Zurich overnight and only to find our checked luggage is no where to be seen. First and LAST time we fly Swiss Air!!!"

Also, I sometimes appreciate a bit more empathy in the way things get announced - no announcement for security video or when they disrupt a movie with their Swiss commercial clips - they just turn it on. Not abtreat experience."

Nadelen: "Staff tried to accommodate my vegetarian requirements but with limited success."
Nadelen: "Connection time in Bangkok was very short due to late arrival. Transit security screening was backed up and no priority lanes were available for tight connections. Staff did not care about short connections and told me to just stay on line. Departure on aircraft was delayed, allowing me to make connection though delay was of listed on boards. I stressed and ran through the airport after clearing security for no reason if I had know the departure was delayed."

Nadelen: "Terrible business class seats that are 10-15 years old. Have to take a bus to the gate in Bangkok. It’s 2019. We should have lie flat seats, not angled."

Nadelen: "The boarding process could and must be improved!! What's the point of having modern technology like self-automated boarding machines installed at the airport and not using them? People should be boarded by zoning instead of letting people acted like this is the last flight out of Saigon!!"

Voordelen: "They do an amazing and efficient job for a 1 hour flight. Check in was smooth, and actually she made a special effort to get us a good seat. Always customer oriented."

Nadelen: "To make sure the plane is properly check before the passengers enter the plane. That is SOP. Dental kit or toothbrush and toothpaste should be ready dont wait the passengers will request or ask. Hoping you will considered my evaluation coz the ladt time I took Thai, its nice. Thank you!"

But this time we had to board with other long lines which not so comfortable for our children. Also the flight was delayed by 20 minutes. Thai airways should really be improved on this area."

Nadelen: "The A330 was old, no charging ports for chairs, limited leg room and the entertainment system was a struggle to use"

Voordelen: "I liked that they enforced the rule on boarding by rows as many airlines have given up trying to do that and its a free for all especially with certain groups of people."

Voordelen: "Overall, inflight service good except chief purser at the front of the aircraft rather arrogant. Others helpful, on delighting the a/c, ground staff helpful."

Voordelen: "De l'enregistrement à l'arrivée à destination tout a été facile et efficace. Le personnel au sol au moment du drop-off était accueillant et poli. Le personnel naviguant est juste exceptionnel on peut demander ce que l'on veut et ce même en économie class. Les compagnies européennes devraient s'en inspirer. La nourriture excellente et vraiment j'insiste sur la qualité du service."

They start boarding but do not open the doors of the plane so everybody has to wait long in the tunnel to access the plane. It would be better not to start boarding."
Voordelen: "Thai Airways is a great airline - very comfortable, haven't had an issue with delays as with other airlines within Thailand."

Voordelen: "Stewards were very polite and helpful. Even offered me extra meal without request. Clean, comfortable aircraft unlike most South East Asian aeroplanes. I recommend THAI Airways."
Nadelen: "Seat wasn't spacious enough but that is the case with almost all airlines if you are flying economy class. Food was prepared for Asian taste only. I guess that is understandable."
Voordelen: "Flight was fine. Good entertainment. Skychat nice add on"
Nadelen: "Service not responsive when you called them. When seated on the middle sometimes difficult to get out, that's why the is a call button. The only problem, no reaction when activating that light."
Voordelen: "I really love Thai Air business class internal flights. Great seat layout like the long haul privacy. Thai Air staff always excellent and even on this 70 min flight they serve a hot Thai meal rather than cop out with sarnies. Also was llucky on the flight down to HKt was on a brand new Dreamliner, I think they were testing. Wow! Multi coloured calming lighting and no window blinds ! 5heh work electinically like polarised glasses! What next! Highly recommend Thai Air for business class."

Nadelen: "Inefficient security screening. Inspected every single bag, rather than employ scanning systems. Left 45 minutes late. No reason given. Luggage took an extra 40 minutes to unpack due to "technical difficulties"."
