The flight attendant got me the changing table ready every time I had to change my daughter. And always they helped me to stay with one of my kids when I had to take the other one to the bathroom. They were really kind and offered many kids related stuff (headphones, baby care kit, kids travel kit, etc.) Plus the food was amazing as always in Turkish Airlines."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "No boarding pass available online in advance for flights from Nicosia (neither electronic nor printed). Only to be collected at the airport. As a result , although I had no hold luggage (only cabin bag), I had to queue at the check-in/drop-baggage desk to obtain my boarding pass! This is the old prehistoric system dating back to the last century."

Nadelen: "But the second leg of my trip which was Lagos back to Houston was horrible, the Turkish Airlines employees at the Murtala Mohammed International airport Lagos were the worst ever, unprofessional, rude and lack basic knowledge of boarding. Decided to do their own thing rather than what the airline allows. It's almost like they lacked training or just don't want to learn. No accountability whatsoever as one of the employee said "it's not like it's gonna affect my job anyways". Poor poor terrible customer service, no courtesy, no etiquette. I can go on and on but ain't nobody got time for their negativity."

Voordelen: "The flight attendants were very acccomodating. The movie choices were great, which is very important while on a 12 hour flight. They handed everyone a warm, wet wash cloth before dinner was passed. Everyone also received a package that included a pair of slippers, lip balm, tooth brush and tooth paste. We hadn't received anything like this on any of our other flights. These were small jesters that make you feel great!"

Not only was that frustrating but it is not safe to have people up and about when the captain requests seatbelts."

After 5 days of waiting, more than 50 calls to customer "support " that barely speak English, I was forced to go to "Airport " to chek what is the problem with my request. Over there they helped me, and everything was fine after that. But this is RIDICULOUS, that I need to go to f... airport to solv the problem. Never ever turkish!!!!!!"

Nadelen: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Nadelen: "The seat I had with no seats in front of me was very small. Much smaller than the other economy seats because the tray table and video screen were in the armrests. Paid extra for the legroom by ended up losing it side to side. Really had to squeeze into the seat."

Nadelen: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Nadelen: "Le vol a été dérouté sur Lyon pour des vents dangereux. Seul hic, l’ensemble des autres vols atterrissants à Genève on tous pu atterrir dans la même tranche horaire. Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Nadelen: "una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Nadelen: "I have a dairy allergy but had no option to prepurchase a dairy free meal. It made for a very unenjoyable flight as I couldn't eat anything they had. What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc."

Nadelen: "There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy."

Nadelen: "boarding the flight on time instead of delaying it two times... and also putting the information at the flight information screen if I haven't gone to ask to the airport information stand I would never know the flight departure gate that was at the complete opposite side of the airport of were the initial flight was going to depart."

Voordelen: "Crew asked us if we’d like to move to an empty row to be more comfortable without us even requesting it."
Nadelen: "Bigger coffee cups? Really nothing to complain about. Everything I would expect from a flight. A++"

Nadelen: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Nadelen: "I dint like the way you guys sold me the tickets with only one bag to check in with when I went to the airport I’ve got to pay 58 pounds extra I was not happy with you guys so next time you have to tell your customers before they buy the tickets that’ it’s one bag check"

Nadelen: "Geen wifi voor 9 uur"

Voordelen: "Flight attendant was rude to my non French speaking 12 year old. He ripped his charger out of the USB port and threw it at him."
Nadelen: "TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!"

Voordelen: "Late departure, dirty, staff not friendly."

Voordelen: "Great crew and prompt boarding."
Nadelen: "Airline food and close main cabin seating. Should offer upgraded meals, just like the extra seating space."

Nadelen: "There was no entertainment and the food could be better"

Nadelen: "WiFi"

Voordelen: "Crew was friendly and attentive but hard to understand"
Nadelen: "Airport experience was inefficient. Long unattractive walk, boarding was tedious: the automatic check-in was not helpful and required so many more staff. Random security check was redundant and chaotic."

Voordelen: "I did like Flying with Delta and Air France but not with Ukrainian airlines (when booking , it should tell you what airlines will be used , to make a better selection )"
Nadelen: "When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

Voordelen: "Over all pretty good for price."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The plane (Boeing 777) is packed like a sardines can, with 10 narrow uncomfortable seats across in Economy Class. The crew didn't even bring water for an 1,5 hr into the flight! The plane was very hot, with very little air flowing through the salon. Food was bland for dinner and inedible for breakfast. The crew was barely there, and borderline rude when asked something."

Voordelen: "It was a nice plane and boarding was well organized."
Nadelen: "I was assigned a middle seat, if not for that I would have given a higher rating."

Nadelen: "I will not use o recommend to anyone to buy a ticket with the agency, at the airport in China we were treated like criminals because as they said we were not register in the system as passengers it was really a nightmare"

Voordelen: "We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!"
Nadelen: "Nothing."

Voordelen: "The free glass of red wine when the plane finally took off."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Voordelen: "Crew was very nice and the plane was clean and comfortable"
Nadelen: "Worse food I ever had on a flight ( a small bowl of lentils and some bread) Movie selection was poor, although not a big deal"

Nadelen: "I don’t know why they keep making boarding with stairs and bus."

Voordelen: "The stewardesses were extremely kind and helpful to me as I was travelling alone with my toddler. I really appreciated their help and kindness."

Voordelen: "Faster"
Nadelen: "Waited a while before take off."

Nadelen: "Screen broke half way through flight. Food was poor"

Nadelen: "Vlucht door vertraging van uit lax gemist op een paar minuten"

Nadelen: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Nadelen: "CDG is a monster. The distances are long . The signage is poor and when I asked for directions the diirections I got were wrong."

Voordelen: "Great hospitality. Champagne as apero, cognac as digestif. Excellent on board entertainment. Comfy pillow and blanket."

Voordelen: "The noise-canceling headset is good."
Nadelen: "The premium economy seat is not reclined at all. The neighbor's seat is too much flexible. This is a maintenance problem. We report these problems to the crew, though there ignored... I should have chosen an economy class seat."

Voordelen: "The airplane have great entertainment system. The cabin crew are very nice."

Voordelen: "I would like to come on time each trip because I got two late time before with airfrance"

Voordelen: "Love the flight attendant, loads of food couldn’t take it anymore. Professionalism at its peak."

Nadelen: "Lagos boarding with rather annoying wait due to repeat hand check. Perhaps added security carried far."

Voordelen: "The price 50€ cheaper than the other operators. Quick flight. Kind crew."
Nadelen: "Lack organisation for checking. No difference if you have done the checking online. No breakfast on a 7am flight though included in the price."

Nadelen: "only there were del;ay at JFK"

Voordelen: "The crew is great, with their typical slightly humourous and casual French attitude. Great collection of international quality movies."
Nadelen: "Average and disappointing sitting space. The vegan lacto-ovo meal is disappointing."

Nadelen: "Treated like cattle while boarding unless your preferred member. Average food quality."

Voordelen: "Missed connection and it was airport not Delta that was the problem. Not a good way to start a vacation. Rating is for the Paris Airport, not the flight crew or Air France employees. Still sitting in the airport when we should be at our destination."
Nadelen: "Hundreds of people missed their flights. Delta had us into Paris with an hour and a half to get to connecting flight. Missed flight due to huge delay in passport approval. They seemed completely unprepared."

Nadelen: "The food is awful The entertainment, i.e. movie selection, is not very good and doesn't change very much. The seats are not comfortable and my chair did not recline."

Voordelen: "Cabin Crew and food selections were top notch"
Nadelen: "Seat configuration as a first class ticket was awful. Same configuration as economy class but by leaving the middle seat empty constituted first class. I'm 6'-1" and missed the legroom...."

Voordelen: "The service provided by Jet and Air France was excellent. The wheelchair service did help very much"

Voordelen: "There entire experience was 1st rate. I've flown to Europe with various international flight companies and LATAM has equaled such but what put it above others was the personal attention when I had a problem with luggage. In Lima, Peru there was a connection and an attendant named Sebastian went the extra mile contacting luggage handlers with his cell phone to ensure my bag was recovered and waiting at the gate of my connecting flight en route to Buenos Aires. A special thanks goes to Sebastian. Thank you Brother."

Voordelen: "They took every measure to make sure me and my family had the most comfortable flight possible. I will be sure to fly LatAm again. Thank you so much!"

Voordelen: "Super comfortable seats. First time i've ever been able to sleep on airplane seats because the seats go far enough back that you don't fall over sideways when you sleep. Food was great. The service was wonderful. The airplanes are new, with new technology"

Nadelen: "Lástima connecting fligh was a little bit tight but every things worked"

Nadelen: "TAM is extremely unreliable and will never leave on time. LAN was actually very nice, but their sister TAM is by far the worst I've ever taken. I will be very clear next time when booking in South America to not take TAM again. We were delayed by 2hours for no apparent reason."
