Nadelen: "Singapore Airlines business class lounge in Melbourne was less than impressive and the food was atrocious. Lounge in Singapore was large but still overcrowded. Amenities much better and the food was plentiful and interesting."

Nadelen: "I Booked a flight that stated that it only had one stop in singapore, then direct to SFO after arriving in singapore i was told that i had to go to a transfer counter, that there was a problem with my ticket. after arriving at the transfer counter they took my boarding pass for my dircet flight to SFO, & told me that i now had a stop in hong kong, that the direct flight to SFO was over booked!! this is not right i wouldn't of booked this flight if they had been truthfull about the extra stop. i will never use singapore airline or kayak again!!!"

So, we escaped to the back for a while where we were "hushed" by a stewardess. The stewards didn't seem to like it when we were out of our seats, but 12 hours is too long to be stuck in a middle seat."

Nadelen: "At Mumbai airport, during check-in I was told that my carry on bag plus personal item together should weigh not more than 7kgs!! I have never had any airline actually weigh my personal item (laptop backpack) before this journey. Eventually I ended up stuffing my check-in bags with everything I was carrying in my carry on bag before I was allowed to check in. The weird thing is, I was never told about this rule on my journey from the US to India."

Nadelen: "During check-in, I observed inconsistent application of rules with respect to hand luggage. My carry-on and laptop bag combined were 12 kgs and was told that I had to pay excess baggage fees. While, there were quite a few people on the plane whose hand luggage was clearly above 12 kgs."

When we went online there were almost no more seats available so we decided to go to the check in counter in the airport. Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. We were very disappointed about this service, we never experienced this with any other airline companies..."

After 20-30 minutes of wait, I finally got my ticket but the security and custom lines were very long by that time. Never flying Qatar again."

Finally got advised on driving to the airport to make the flight change at the Swiss Air counter at O’Hare. The representative told me to bring a note from doctor to switch flights. I did the next day. The same representative looked me in the eye after advising the day before and said there’s nothing she could do. Why make an elderly sick person drive to the airport again if you know already you cannot help??Absolutely terrible experience, no help from the airline or travel agency. Total loss of the full price of the ticket."

Voordelen: "I do not know how to go about contesting his, but we bought 4 tickets to South Africa on Swiss air and Edelweiss via Zurich. We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards."
Nadelen: "We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?"

Voordelen: "Friendly agents . Speak very good English. Swiss airlines serves breakfast croissants and beverages for a short flight without a charge"
Nadelen: "The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

Voordelen: "Les hôtesses et les Stewart très professionnels ! Repas assez bon, sièges confortables et films récents disponibles ! Bon vol malgré les perturbations"
Nadelen: "Embarquement... J'avais parlé à un membre à l'embarquement pour avoir une place avec plus d'espace pour les jambes... On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"

Nadelen: "Pas de chocolat Oups"

Voordelen: "Le vol de Swiss était comme d'habitude agréable et sympa. Il n'y a vraiment pas grand chose à redire."
Nadelen: "Le soucis se situe souvent dans les aéroports, notamment celui de Tegel à Berlin. Je vous déconseille fortement d'y atterrir, c'est vraiment inadapté et des infrastructures vraiment désuètes."

Nadelen: "45min of delay due to defrosting of the wings and crowded airspace at the destintion"

Voordelen: "Good crew and despite the short flight we even got a sandwich which was great after a long day"
Nadelen: "No entertainment but short flight"

Nadelen: "We didn’t make it to Venice due to delays because Boston wasn’t ready for a snowstorm."

Nadelen: "J'avais réservé le vol chez ANA (joint venture) : impossible de pouvoir réserver un siège puisque le vol est opéré par Swiss. Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

Voordelen: "Le surclassement en business mais surtout le check in automatique via KAYAK, les avertissements sur le retard via KAYAK trips et l’information sur porte d’embarquement et le numéro de carrousel pour récupérer son baggage sur l’app KAYAK- Merci KAYAK"
Nadelen: "Le facial spray de Swiss et les chaussettes qui ne sont pas très agréable!!"

Nadelen: "Pas de divertissement dans l’avion."

Nadelen: "Je n’ai jamais pu embarquer avec mes deux enfants la compagnie ne m’a jamais envoyé le scann code pour l’embarquement"

Nadelen: "I flew to Berlin last minute for a 4 day business trip. Was asked to check my carry on and I haven't seen it since. Waited for over 2 hours in the baggage service line at the Berlin airport, filled out a form and haven't heard anything since."

Voordelen: "Like the personalized service and the extend that the crew spends time serving each meal."
Nadelen: "The first drink service after offering juice/water needs to be better. They put up bottles but do not go to customers checking for drinks. Due to delay in takeoff we were sitting on tarmac for 40 mins. I saw people being served but several people did not. Should make the process more formal. Also serving nuts or pretzels to go with the first drink would be nice."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "Harassment caused in providing wheel chairs for boarding Second flight to NY fm Istanbul. For two of us only one wheel chair was provided that too after making us stand for an hour as no seating arrangement s were available after landing from Mumbai."

Voordelen: "Clean bathrooms all the times. Eagerness of creaw to take action of our reauest of drink, coffee etc."
Nadelen: "Foot rest in plane from IST to ATL is restricting leg movements and hits legs when not lowered. Can get rid of foot rest. Also seat leg room and widht were noticably small compaired to flights from IAD to IST."

Voordelen: "The overall experience was good. The food was good, the comfort was good and the service was good compared to other airlines I have been on. I particularly liked the safety video. It was a refreshing change."
Nadelen: "There were a few delays in taking off and the second delay nearly cause me to miss my flight. I had to run through the airport which was a stressful experience. However, I did end up catching the flight and my bags reached to the destination on time. So overall it didn't cause anything more than stress to catching the flight. =)"

Voordelen: "It was spacious for being Economy."
Nadelen: "Flight crew that was assisting on my side was awful. Completely disrespectful and not willing to help or listen. Not to mention, special meal was requested online months in advance yet they didn't have any vegetarian meal left and I was left with eating break and fruit."
