Nadelen: "... ear plugs, masks, good food or even picking seats? I remember when it was all complementary and standard on overnight flights. Oh, and the vegetarian breakfast was unfortunately poor as well. I know you can do better, because you used to."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Voordelen: "I'm not sure since I slept through most of the 90 minute flight, which is a good sign, I guess. It was an older plane with no entertainment system, but I hate those things, so fine by me. I missed the food this time around, but it was a crappy cold sandwich when I took the same flight a few weeks earlier, but it's a 90 minute flight, so what do you expect?"
Nadelen: "The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!"

Nadelen: "We were traveling with 2 children. Seats assigned: rows 15, 18, 32, and 38. Nobody in the crew (from the desk to the plane) was able to solve the problem. We solved it swapping seats with other passengers. We were 4 with 3 carry-on bags. The person who was in charge was very rude. They don't allow us to carry any of them in the cabin and 1 arrived broken. I had no problems like this before, With full flights like this is normal to have to send some luggage that you expect in the cabin to the hold, but in this case the crew was very unclear and rude. The food: it was a short flight and they give us our snack just seconds before the landing. Finally, they lost 1 of our bags. Waiting to see if it appears."

Latam wanted us to fly in three different seats we told them that we were happy to flight next day but they pushed till last minute waiting. Voordelen: "LAN moved to departure gate five minutes before scheduled Board Time from downstairs shuttle bus to plane, to a walk on gate to plane."
Nadelen: "Original schedule pulled in one day due to Hurricane Irma cancellation/rebook from MIA to SCL. LAN wanted $280US to change ticket. I paid $160US for ticket originally. No sympathy from LAN for hurricane impacted travelors. Extremely poor customer relations!!"

Que du stress! Nous étions en état de choc, ils ont annulé notre billet à l’instant: l’aller et le retour!). Ce n’était pas du tout normal. Nous allons faire un recours, c’est inadmissible. Jamais plus avec British Airways."

They let you sign in to their entertainment on the phone, but first of all the screen is small and it drains the battery of the phone and not comfortable. It would be great to have screens in all airplanes. Also, they give a pretzel and a bottle water, no other snacks and soft drinks are available."

Nadelen: "Turned up with pet cat having called American Airlines numerous times to confirm all was ok. I had all the correct paperwork and they did not let my cat through. Having then gone through to the gate without cat (left cat with husband) I was then called up at the gate to ask if I was flying with a pet because it was on my records. The flight was then delayed for 3 hours with little explanation and as far as I'm aware, no compensation."

Voordelen: "No issues boarding and arrived at the destination a little bit early so I easily made my connecting flight"
Nadelen: "Flight itself was a little rough at times but what can be done about that?"

Voordelen: "I usually don't like or at the meal in coach, but I had a ravioli pasta dish that was great. Also the wine was a much better quality then what I have been getting on the other airlines."
Nadelen: "On my particular row of seats the power outlets were dead. The flight attendant tried to reset, which reset the entertainment but the outlet remained dead. Used the USB port to charge."

Voordelen: "The plain looked brand new. The in-flight selection of movies and games was excellent."

Nadelen: "Old plane with no tvs or power source for a 5 1/2 hour flight. Dirty plane too."

Voordelen: "All of the flight attendants were amazing and went above and beyond."

Nadelen: "When checking in the staff was so incredibly rude, nonexistent during the whole check in process that it led to several people missing their flights or almost missing it. I had to run around asking for someone to help the long line of people including me who were all in danger of missing their flight because no one was around to help. And then when I finally do get checked in using the now kiosk only option for the plebeian class while anyone above economy gets to talk to real people (way to highlight the class divide guys) I missed my check in time by 5 minutes and was told by the kiosk to find an agent. Then I go running around looking for an agent. I find one and she says you missed your flight. I told her I still have 45 minutes to make it, and she rudely just tells me to get in another line to pay for a new ticket. LUCKILY someone in the priority line saw I was having a problem, a customer not an agent, and she told me to try to talk to someone on her side. After 3 agents told me no one finally told me yes. I made my flight but just by a hair. If the agents would have been around to help or been willing to help me from the moment I spoke to them this would not have been a problem. Thanks for almost ruining Christmas for me. When I spoke to others everyone told me they always have issues with AA. Will never fly AA again."

Nadelen: "No gluten free food available"

Voordelen: "Older aircraft, seat cushion was on its last legs regarding comfort as I sunk to the frame of the seat. No onboard entertainment on the headrest as compared with our outgoing flight."
Nadelen: "The seat discomfort and the lack of entertainment."

Nadelen: "I lost this flight! They were supposed to give me a hotel and a flight the next morning, but I couldn't be late so I had to manage myself and pay a lot more to travel with a taxi to Greenville !!!"

Voordelen: "Frequent food and wine was much appreciated. Flight attendants were great."
Nadelen: "On a 6-8 hour international flight, individual screens at every seat would be nice. We took what seemed like a domestic plane from Philadelphia to Europe."

Nadelen: "THE LAST TRIPS I HAVE HAD WIT AA HAVE ALL BEEN LATE."

Voordelen: "Enjoyed the entertainment."
Nadelen: "Food - please provide options for your customers since some of us cant eat cheese ravioli."

Voordelen: "Tuve 2 paradas antes de llegar a destino y realmente estaba asustada de que la maleta no llegará junto conmigo a destino pero lo hizo! Además todos los vuelos salieron a tiempo, todo funcionó muy sincronizado"
Nadelen: "La comida no me gusto tanto, aunque no estaba tan mal tampoco, quizás un menú para niños estaría bien que tuvieran."

Nadelen: "Seats in economy are too narrow. When the person in front of me reclined his seat, I couldn't see the video screen. Food was bad."

Nadelen: "Airline didn't take customs for an international flight into account when scheduling the flight. We had to wait over an hour for "customs" to attend to the arriving flight."

Nadelen: "The worst flight of my life. Seats are awfully inconfortable for a night flight. I couldn't sleep at all. Screens are really annoying, most people don't know how to turn them off and they run advertisements all night long, nobody from the crew cares. Wifi app wouldn't stream anything on my phone. Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."

Nadelen: "Les sièges sont nuls (ergonomie douteuse). L'espace pour les jambes n'es pas convenable (trop étroite et la patte du siège avant oblige d'avoir une jambe de travers). Système d'information de la position de l'avion est nul (pas assez complet), peux pas savoir combien de temps il reste au vol."

Nadelen: "Hôtesse désagréable et 1h30 de retard pour un vol de 1h45"

Nadelen: "Avion retarder plus de 3h , attente dans l’avion !"

Nadelen: "Seulement 1 choix de sandwich"

Voordelen: "Comfortable. Good entertainment and good service. Crew was nice"
Nadelen: "Missed our flight from Brussels to Zurich. United said we were booked on next flight six hours later. Gave us vouchers and that was it. Went to check in and the carrier said sorry you can’t board United did not book you. The voucher just has prior info and this flight time. So we missed getting on that flight 3 total hours on the phone with United and they did nothing but put us on hold. Thank you to Brussels air who finally after many years and frustration helped us so we could leave. More than 10 hours later than we should have. Horrible experience and we lost a day of vacation and pre paid plans for the evening I will never use kayak again for international flights. As that was part of the problem per United (probably BS but won’t ever risk it again) and will never use United airlines again as their customer service and lack of caring showed that companies true colors. I hope the rest of this dream vacation is better than this nightmare was."
