Nadelen: "When a very large man is placed next to someone else who is in a middle seat and cannot use the arm rests on either side, I would think the hostesses would make an effort to move one of the three considering there were multiple other open seats. He was also very old and could hardly stand up when needed. It was the most uncomfortable flight, if I had the money, I would definitely fly business class"

Voordelen: "The food was OK, but not really as good as what we had received on other airlines. Example, on one flight I had a fish dish which was overcooked very dry and there was no sauce of any kind to make it palatable. I do not like to throw food away but half way into the meal I had enough. Other than that Qatar Airlines was really first class. The flight attendants were the best we have ever experienced. Their dress was immaculate, they were very friendly and attentive and were there to make the flight as comfortable as possible plus cater to all requests."

Nadelen: "Extra baggage was charged $250 for 1 extra baggage when other airlines change $70. Also on the Qatar Airway site it states that after 3 hours of the flight if seats are available business class upgrade would cost much less and this was not the case. They wanted $2000 for the upgrade."

Voordelen: "Our connecting flight was only 1 hour after reaching Doha. They placed a crew member to receive all the passengers that needed to make that connection. Very very useful. Our luggage was made it to the short connection."

Voordelen: "Excellent service from check in to disembarkation. I was surprised at the amount of leg room, as being a 6+ footer it has always previously been an issue, but not with Qatar."
Nadelen: "Only downside was the lack of the free traveller pack, eye shade and ear plugs, sleep was denied as I could not block out the sound of the very talkative travellers behind me."

I get that the box probably contains some crucial equipment, but can you at least round the edges so I can lay my leg against it without cutting off my circulation to my foot? Other than that, typical Qatar luxury (as much as you're gonna find in coach)."

Nadelen: "The employees were not motivated to work. Food was scarce and I was left starving the whole flight. On a 16 hour flight, there should be more food and beverage service other than the 2 times the attendants served us. How can we stay hydrated if we aren't being given any liquids?"

Nadelen: "same remark : Before our trip we called Kayak service desk with the request to reserve our seats. The answer obtained was that we should do it online. When we went online there were almost no more seats available so we decided to go to the check in counter in the airport. Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. We were very disappointed about this service, we never experienced this with any other airline companies..."

Voordelen: "Nothing. Despite booking Qatar Airways for both legs the transfer distance is incredibly far. Only just made connecting flight!"
Nadelen: "Why does it take 2 hours to get all passengers on board? Why only one exit/ entry point to board/ disembark for an Airbus 440? The mist inefficient organization of passenger logistics you can imagine Hopeless airports..useless Airlines"

Flight attendants did not really going around to see if we were good r needed drinks or even smiled they looked very upset and had some attitude when I did ask for something. Nadelen: "DO NOT FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES DURING A PANDEMIC. They were not keeping folks distanced from each other, they did not make sure that all the passengers had masks (I understand that people might take them off in flight briefly to drink etc but there were people that walked right on without masks on at all) The flight was FULL. They did a full drink/snack down the aisle thing ensuring that everyone packed into that small space would all be taking off their masks at the same time (if they still had it on in the first place). I did not feel safe at all."

Voordelen: "The trip started off poorly with a day delay and rebooking hotel and car at final destination. Not to mention our final destination is San Antonio not Phoenix. We were not rebooked for a flight from PHX to SAT. But after a few hours we were finally booked. We didn’t really appreciate the 7 hour layover at 0100 in the morning and nowhere to get a meal or even coffee. However, the flight had the same crew from the night prior and they were excellent. The flight was open so we were able to get more leg room, less waiting time for the bathroom, and pretty much one on one service from our flight attendants. With all the struggle in the beginning, this particular flight was actually the best flight I have been on."
Nadelen: "We were ok with the hotel and meal vouchers however, again, the only part of our itinerary looked at was the first flight, not the second into SAT. Had we not questioned the agent, we would have been stuck in PHX with no room, no car, and if we eventually would have gotten a flight, our reservations for car and hotel in SAT would have been cancelled and I would have been out $1700. I already lost money but it could have been worse. Basically, I am paying for a car and room that I am not currently in. Reimbursement for that would have been nice. Either way we will still travel using the travel service and this particular airline in the future."

They almost cancelled my entire trip, even though I paid for it, because while at work I could not pick up the phone when they called me. This site is seriously a scam to buy your ticket from. I survived and was able to go---but I would never encourage anyone to buy through this site, unless you just really love living a nightmare. If you love nightmares, why not. Go ahead."

Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Ils ont perdus mon bagage à main alors que l'agence de bord m'avait promis de ne pas le perdre lorsque je lui ai demandé. Ils m'ont retiré mon bagage à main puisque ma petite valise que je transportais n'entrait pas sous le siège. L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."

On m’avise que je manque ma correspondance et on me donne des vouchers lorsque je passe le kiosque AC aux correspondances. On dit me changer pour le prochain vol. Je me rends à la porte 25 et on appelle mon nom. On me dit que je suis toujours sur ce vol. Aucun sens. Donc Venise/Ottawaplus de 33 heures. J’y repenserai"

Je désire son nom pour me plaindre de la façon dont on s’adresse. La dame à la pancarte me dit je suis là superviseuse c’est mon employée. Rien de plus. Ce n’est certainement pas de ma faute si AC connaît une mauvaise journée"

Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed from Honolulu. This made Customs and Screening stressful...as there was only 45 minutes to get through and then to the gate. No one advised that there was another plane shortly, which would have reduced the feeling that we had to sprint down to the gate. Otherwise a very good flight"

Voordelen: "The passengers, the Brussels airport retail area, 1 of the flight attendants who was polite and welcoming, and the entertainment selections. Finally being connected to Swiss staff."
Nadelen: "The crew was not very welcoming and was borderline rude when I asked any sort of question such as why I was not allowed to wear my headphones prior to take off. I was patient in not wearing them, but could not relaxing into the trip for the 40+ minutes we remained on the ground mostly not moving. I was tired when boarding and fumbled with my documents and was very curtly told to just hand them over. Another time I accidentally mistook headphones the stewardess was handing out for something else. I took a pair and then immediately gave them back with an apology that I didn't realise what they were, but thanked her anyway. This was met with a scowl and a bit of opposition. There was one stewardess that was very nice and accommodating out of the entire crew. On top of this the toilet seat on the plane was broken, so it fell on you when you were trying to go to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was broken. I didn't dare mention these things to the flight crew though. The plane was late taking off from Montreal, and so was late landing in Brussels. No effort was made to provide connections assistance, or provide directions on where to go to rebook our missed connections. I and all others traveling to Zurich spent the entire morning trying to find anyone from Air Canada to help us rebook our flights. We literally were going from desk to desk between two terminals, and consulting each other as we went to limit the amount of leg work we all had to do. We all had to finally leave the terminal area and go to Swissport and stand in a long slow line. By that time any afternoon flight was already overbooked. So I and a group of other passengers were booked for an evening flight which forced me to book a hotel in Zurich because I couldn't get to where I needed to be that evening. After being rebook, I still tried to get on an earlier flight by going directly to the gate. It was confirmed that there was some extra space available, but they would not switch me to the earlier flight because I had a checked bag that I could not separate me from. Ultimately my bag was lost which made me have to stay awake and in the Zurich airport even longer after I finally arrived going from one lost baggage representative to another, and then waiting in another line to finally fill out paperwork because my bag had never been scanned in Brussels. The Zurich representatives were very polite, helpful, and efficient compared to anyone I encountered in Montreal, or Brussels. I was without my bag for 3.5 days of what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. My trip was reduced to 9 days because I spent an entire day in the Brussels airport and then had to spend the night in Zurich. I arrived in Zurich on Saturday night, and received my bag on Tuesday afternoon. All in all it was not a good experience until I got to Switzerland."

Nadelen: "Had to tack on extra expenses for food while waiting for the next flight. Should have gotten some type of vouchers to cover meals at the very least during cancellations. That would be next level."

Voordelen: "I was put on hold for a flight that went 2 hours earlier. Almost no waiting at all and staff was very helpful! This only works if you just have carry-on baggage. Everyone was concerned to get me to the flight on time from Checking-in to boarding! Also they were taking care of my backpack that didn't fit in the storage because it was full already. Thank you! I will definetly choose AirCanada again in the future!"

Nadelen: "The movie selection was not very good. No recent movies available. Also in the beginning, about half and hour, the entertainment system did not work."

Voordelen: "The waiting room before boarding was big and comfortable. Staff was very friendly."
Nadelen: "Children running around because there wasn't anything to do. Passengers ignoring no food and drink signs. A passenger had a nut allergy so no food could be eaten or served with nuts. I understand this serious health risk, but passengers need to be handed out free of charge crackers or cookies if they were counting on eating their own snack. Passengers were putting both their carry on and personal item in the over head storage and therefore there wasn't enough storage for those would only wished to store one item."

Nadelen: "C'était notre première fois avec Air Canada et nous avons été très déçus : tout est payant ! Bagage en soute et snack dans l'avion."

Nadelen: "I only had one gripe about this flight and my one other flight on Air Canada Rouge; the overhead bins are very poorly designed. I purchased a carry on bag specifically to meet their regs, yet it had it go in the bin longways, taking up a ton of room. The bins are tall, which is wasted space, when what they really need is another 1-2" in depth."

Nadelen: "The worst flight of my life. Seats are awfully inconfortable for a night flight. I couldn't sleep at all. Screens are really annoying, most people don't know how to turn them off and they run advertisements all night long, nobody from the crew cares. Wifi app wouldn't stream anything on my phone. Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."

Nadelen: "Trop de délai itnutile. L'embarquement a été décalé de 5h! Le WIFI est payant à Chicago et la bouffe coûte chère pour de la mauvaise qualité. Le retard est du parce qu'il n'y avait pas d'avion, personne nous dit pourquoi. Finalement, on embarque et apres avoir attendu 30 min, on nous désembarque parce que l'Avion n'était pas prêt, l'équipe d'entretien n'était pas disponible! finalement, on rembarque pour de bon mais on a attendu un autre 30 min sans nous dire pourquoi. L'équipage fait comme si tout était normal mais on voit par la fenêtre qu'il y un camion de service qui essait de réparer de quoi derrière l'avion. On nous fait embarquer alors que rien n'est prêt. La personne qui s'occupait des baggages a pris 20 minutes apres notre embarquement avant de s'amener. C'était extrêment désorganisé."

Nadelen: "Je n'ai pas aimé être forcé d'acheter un billet de retour au québec lorsque je ne sais pas quel date je vais revenir. On ne me laissait pas prendre l'Avion sinon. L'information dites par l'employé cest avéré fausse, car une fois au Nicaragua on ne ma pas demande un billet de sortie. Une chance que j'Ai pu le canceller à l'intérieur de 24h. Sinon jai été satisfait du service."

Nadelen: "Je suis arrivé 13 minutes avant le decolage et lequipage na pas voulu me laisser monter dans lavion. J'ai du prendre un vol trois heures plus tard pour fort lauderdale alors que mon pere etait hospitalisé a miami. Personnel tres peu comprehensif une femme a même rit de moi lorsque j'ai dit que mon père avait eu un accident. Cependant le vol etait etait avec air canada et non united"

Voordelen: "- The plane was ultra modern and extremely comfortable (and not full). - We did a Washington-Paris in less than 6 hours. Tail winds helped, but also the timeliness of the process (boarding, baggage recuperation, etc). - Food was excellent although not a lot (the General Tso Chicken was very very nice, the icecream as dessert was good) - Great movie selection"
Nadelen: "- Breakfast was so so. - Free headphones offered are not great. - Not much, all the rest was good!"

Nadelen: "Carte d'embarquement remise par Brussels Airlines à Marseille non valable à l'embarquement! Nouveau gros coup de stress dont je me serais bien passée. Visiblement, il y a des gros problèmes informatiques enrtre Air Canada et Brussels Airlines"

Voordelen: "Je n ai jamais pris air canada ni à l aller ni au retour . Les avions ont été annulés , je n ai pas été prévenu et ils m ont mis sur d autres compagnies . Un enfer"

Nadelen: "Tout le monde a eu trop froid Quant au repas servi, un paquet de 30g de biscuits apéritif c est inadmissible, nous n avions pas diner ."

Nadelen: "On nous facture 200$ pour des bagages qui n arrivent pas à destination, et que personne ne localise au même endroit, on nois a laissé sans solution pour les affaires que nous avons du remplacer à nos frais. De plus, une fois livrée, on ne nous previens pas ( dépose à l hôtel sans signature) je n ai pas pu faire constater qu on m a abimé mon vélo pendant le trajet"
