On the SFO-BUD flight, the connection is through Istanbul, but the flight time is the same 15 hours, as on the SFO-ZRH-BUD route. In addition, two checked bags are free in coach."

Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Voordelen: "Turkish Airlines is a wonderful airline. The service was excellent and the food was delicious and plentiful. They are organized and helpful. On time and smooth flying and landing."

Nadelen: "They are telling me because I booked with Kayak through PriceLine or vice versa they will not give me any hotel for my 14 hours lay over."
Voordelen: "Turkish airlines is the only airlines I fly with for many reasons. Their quaility is a lot better than most of the airlines out there. ( I've flown with many) Although it does tend to be a little bit more expensive it's deffinetly worth it in my opinion."
Nadelen: "However, unfortunately I have noticed a decline in their service. The food was not as great as it usually is. I had salmon and it was very dry. With the amount of money given to the flight they could have paid attention to it more. It also happened to be my birthday on the flight and my friend who was flying with me called the airlines to ask if there was anything special that can be done. Happily they said that they did do celebrate birthdays and anniversarys. Sadly though nothing was done. Overall was it horrible I would say no but they are starting to loose quality"

Late arrival, no earphones, poor food

Staff were very nice and professional. 🙏. International/domestic recheck was very confusing

For a Business Class this was the worst I have ever flown.

The ground crew were great, assisting me with a wheelchair. The pilot aborted our landing so that was a little scary. Otherwise all was good.

As usual, Egyptair was late in departing, so I was late in arriving in Cairo for the connecting flight. It was a short one hour flight, but being 15 minutes late is not good.

Inflight service was beverages , followed by hot meal ( 2 choices Chix or Beef ) hot beverages post meal followed by another beverage service pre landing."
Nadelen: "Because the Egyptians like it hot. The cabin temperature was really hot and the leather seats didn't help . It seemed like they did not have all the air pacts on .Very little airflow at the individual air vents. They prepare the cabin for landing way to early and you must have the window shades up which is painful with the hot sun beating on you through the window ( safety card is only so big)"

Nadelen: "Passenger seating next to me (I was sitting in an aisle on a 3-seat row, economy plus) kept on leaning towards me all the time. I had to "create" of sort of barrier between the two of us with a couple of pillows. A lady sitting in the row in front of me - a 50-something y/o woman with husband and 3 kids keep on reclining her seat to the point that I was barely a couple of inches from the top of her head, even as I was eating. I had to forcefully push back ti get some room."

Nadelen: "The plane was dirty and so cramped. The food was bad. The flight attendants were frustrated and angry. No internet options. The tv shows and movies were all old and there wasn’t very many options at all. Connecting in Cairo was complete chaos and so exhausting."

Nadelen: "Food which was the same as previous flight. We, at back, were told there was only the vegetarian option left for breakfast. We all declined. Later we were brought non-vegetarian food ie had a 'poached egg' on it. This was marginally better. Also, I couldn't use 'entertainment' as connection in arm rest bad. Occasionally, on testing, it worked briefly."
Voordelen: "We were connecting on a delta flight. The agent offered to connect our bags all the way through. We checked with delta. The bags were there but if we didn't ask about them I'm not sure they would have made it."

Voordelen: "The baggage handler for Kenya Airways, Derrick, in Johannesbury was very helpful checking on my delayed luggage. The flights and flight attendants were very good."
Nadelen: "Late departures, unscheduled stop for crew, and baggage not making new flights made me miss two transfer flights. Closed sales kiosk in Johannesburg unable to get an hotel and meal vouchers. Sales lady was rude the next day. Arrived Cape Town over 24 hours late."
Nadelen: "No seat assignments honored, handwritten boarding passes, lost luggage, extremely old plane with no entertainment and bad air quality. No lounge for sky priority with Kenya airways at Abidjan airport."
Voordelen: "The flight was short."
Nadelen: "There was no clarity on baggage allowance on either leg of the flight. This created a situation in which I was charged two different amounts of extra baggage and given bad information on both the departure and return trip. It was also unclear that, though we'd purchased a Kenyan Airlines round-trip between Nairobi and Zanzibar, the outbound leg was operated by Precision Air. This was not indicated on our e-tickets. We found out at the airport."
Voordelen: "Overall it was fine. However there were some downsides..."
Nadelen: "One of our bags didn't make it. Also, the plane left late for some reason. We weren't sure why they didn't start letting us board sooner. Finally, the airport in Nairobi is dangerous when early morning planes arrive. Arriving passengers who are in transit are ushered down an escalator where they are pushed into one another because of a security line backup...yet the escalator just keeps bringing more people. This happened to us in Nairobi in the early morning of July 26 and again in the early morning of August 2. I feared someone would be trampled or hurt."
Voordelen: "Pilot updating passengers on the geographical features along the route and keeping them informed at all times together with client oriented crew."

Voordelen: "Flying from Bangkok to Hong Kong, I didn't expect to be on an airline based out of Africa. Even though it was only an hour-long flight, it included in-flight entertainment and a full meal. The plane was a bit older, but comfortable, and the crew were very kind, friendly, and didn't rush the passengers. I hope I get the chance to fly on Kenya Airways again."

La prestation des hôtesses étaient bien. Mais le respect des sièges doit être suivi

Reliable partner. I am sure I will get to my destination in time. Best airline - spacious leg room, good entertainment are used between Addis and shorter distances. Worst airline carriages - shorter leg rooms, torn seats, entertainment systems not working are placed between Addis and Dulles (very long routes).

Les numéros n'était pas correct nous avons pas plus embarqué et impossible de vous joindre par mailsou téléphone, mais encaissé l'argent aucun soucis😡😡

Dans l’ensemble le service est agréable, mais j’ai surtout déploré le rationnement de l’eau. On est servi dans des sortes de petits gobelets .

Good and efficient service. Food was quite poor though. And my seat hadn't been cleaned from previous flight (pockets still full of gargbage). Flight entertainment had a good screen, but audio with earplugs was terrible.

The blankets are nice and warm and the staff are very nice. Serving breakfast at breakfast time not dinner and just a snack for late night instead of a meal.

My seat was so old, the cushion was worn down to the point of feeling like a bucket seat. This was really bad..."

Also the fare is very reasonable. Advertise more, let people know u Pls enhance and expand ur Advertisment among nigerians. Am already spreading d good news among our friends and colleagues. Ethiopian Airline is d way to go"
