One said we dont serve wine with lunch - really! She did bring the wine 30 minutes later. But they were nice overall. Kept it clean. A+."

There is nothing I can complain about with Qatar; their equipment is up-to-date; their service is first-rate; their record for on-time departures and arrivals is excellent, and their food is good! Recommend hire international famous gourmet chief. Removing casing of my tablet for Qatar security airlines into usa was painful that broke 6 finger nails. Need to warn on the website or ticket security requires remove casing at Doha to usa. Had no issue from USA TO Doha which requires no removal of hard cover casing."

When we went online there were almost no more seats available so we decided to go to the check in counter in the airport. Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. We were very disappointed about this service, we never experienced this with any other airline companies..."

Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Welcome drink were promptly served but the food choice was still a big no-no. EVERYTHING CONSISTS OF DAIRY PRODUCT THAT I M ALLERGIC TO. When I brought this to the flight attendant's attention, none of them was apologetic and none of them tried to find out another solution to me, who was flying their airline the first time and didn't know the not-so-diverse food option."

Nadelen: "As opposed to our amazing flight from San Francisco to Istanbul, with incredible, caring and attentive crew, this flight was the opposite. The crew seemed annoyed by our few requests. I felt denied water and so, dehydrated. I counted one smile The entire flight. The crew seemed unhappy and wanted to do only the bare minimum. Disappointing, especially after such an incredibly positive experience six weeks ago."

"Even though I was had been double vaccinated weeks prior; arrived at the airport 5 hours early; had two negative COVID tests, including a PCR test I was forced to pay $225 for at the airport (the free tests do not have the fast result turn-around required by the Sri Lankan government); proof of a ride from the airport and lodging information; I WAS DENIED ENTRY TO MY FIRST FLIGHT. I was told I needed a special email from the government? I was told to email immediately and given a bogus email address? The one man, who was a "supervisor" for Etihad and refused to identify himself, kept berating me and told me explicitly that "you Americans are used to going wherever you like whenever you like BUT IT'S NOT THAT WAY ANYMORE!!!" I was dumbfounded. I should mention that I was unfailingly polite the entire time. I would characterize this employee's behavior towards me as abuse. I did try to call KAYAK for several hours but no response. This same employee kept intercepting me on the snake line and continuously prevented me from approaching the check-in desk. I should add that I was the only person waiting who appeared to not be of SE Asian or Middle Eastern descent as well as the only unaccompanied woman. While I cannot for certain that this had anything to do with the Etihad employee's targeting, I can say. that my experience was truly horrible. After 5 hours of attempting check-in, being prevented from approaching the check-in desk, and being continuously denigrated and lied to, I left the airport in despair. That was only the beginning of my troubles. Many weeks later, I still do not have a refund, or even an exchange, for my wasted ticket. I have spent countless hours on hold with KAYAK and their enterprise is absolutely criminal. I really can not afford to lose the price of my ticket, but I don't know how many more weeks/days/hours I can spend fighting for a refund for a flight I was prevented from boarding for no apparent logical reason? AVOID ETIHAD. AVOID KAYAK!! They have stolen my money and have been absolutely horrid. And if anyone from KAYAK reads this PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. I am so deeply tired of this. The way you have treated me is so. very. wrong."

Nadelen: "On line flight status. Since the flight arrived earlier (11:50 PM instead of 12:15 AM the next day) from Chennai to Abu Dhabi, earlier time was entered. But since the date was not changed, it showed a delay of about 11 hours."

Nadelen: "We have cancelled the trip on some personal problems online on kiwi.com, called twice also but till date no action is taken. Neither we got refund nor tickets got cancelled, eventhough we have cancelled tickets 3 days prior to start of our trip"

They didn't allow me to do that, made me to pay 200 $. didn't worth it . Voordelen: "Après une heure dans l'avion sans climatisation malgré un personnel de bord irréprochable (distribution de boissons) on nous annonce le débarquement, diriger et abandonne dans un terminal malgré un repas offert, pas d'information après renseignement auprès d'un accompagnant de tour operator j'apprend qu'il faut se rendre à la même porte où nous embarqueront avec 4 heures de retard. Un grand merci au personnel de cabine mais le responsable au sol .... Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Nadelen: "The food was just not appealing ,palak paneer barely had any paneer in it and the sandwich for snack was dry.when I wanted to use the bathroom there was a big puddle on the floor ,I asked the stewardess if it can be cleaned, she decided to bring 5-6 half empty coffee pots to the bathroom & proceeded to dump them in the toilet,after she was done with the dumping procedure she came back with gloves & some cleaner & shut the door to clean up the mess , after she came out I thanked her but she just glared back at me even though I had not left that mess there,I don't think I would be flying Etihad again."

Voordelen: "The seats reclined in a better way giving more room. Crew were very happy, engaging and helpful to the Extra Mile when it came to kids and the older passengers. Always polite too."

Nadelen: "I have flown in Cathay , Singapore , KLM . lufthansa as I go to Calcutta every year for last 25 years . Never had a 16 and half hrs flt with only one full meal . It should be 3 full meals. Both ways had totally unsophisticated cabin crews . Needs education and training . A basic term like scotch on the rocks needed four explanations . No clue about beer whatsoever . OK for Saudia not for gulf countries. Village girls in an uniform."

Voordelen: "I was pained to see so many passengers hassled at checking time by the crew. When carry luggage with same dimensions was allowed on onward journey how can it be oversized on the return journey? I was asked to refer the website for dimensions and tod that Ethihad does not use standard carry on baggage size. Some passengers were forced to buy new carry on luggage at the airport. It is pathetic service in my opinion because the airline put so many elderly passengers with no knowledge of English to a lot of heardship."

Nadelen: "No other options but mostly spicy"
