Le transit proposé par Pegasus m'a obligé à courir entre mes deux vols
Le personnel de bord est rapide et efficace. Impossible d’emporter un bagage à main, tout est rempli en quelques minutes les gens ne respectent pas les limitations et donc les autres. Mais 10 minutes de retard à l’arrivée.

Ma valise est arrivée cassée cela a tout gâché ! La compagnie n’est jamais disponible pour les réclamations bien évidemment..
Embarquement en retard. Sièges peu confortables. Aucun écran dans la cabine. Repas très chers. Personnel parlant à peine anglais, ne débarrassant pas nos plats, incapable de nous renseigner sur le retard pour nos correspondances.

bloquer au niveau de l'embarquement sans explication pour nous mettre dans un autre avion, et à du payer un supplément sur place de 600€

Voordelen: "No different than other airlines as far as airplane goes. Crew was OK."
Nadelen: "Ticketing process was little bit chaos. I had 5 different names on my e-tickets, but one person name was missing and there were duplicate names.I showed my e-tickets and a ticketing agent took care of it."

Voordelen: "On-time, no hassle or problems, not a lot of fuss or commotion like the bigger airlines, I think by them not serving food, it actually is a better atmosphere, can’t explain it, but totally felt light and not too problematic during both flights, jeddah to Istanbul and then again from Istanbul to Sara"

Nadelen: "I was traveling with sports equipment and tried to pay for it online. I could not find a place to buy extra lugggage for sports only normal luggage, so I had 20kg. Then I was told at the airport I had to pay 100 chf extra for my surfboard. Don’t make the website difficult to use and then charge me extra. It feels dishonest."

Nadelen: "This experience was absolutely horrible for my wife and myself both. We understood that being among the more "budget friendly" airlines, we would have to sacrifice some comfort. But this airline is beyond atrocious to say the least. There is no terminal exit, but rather we had to walk down steps from the plane, walk in the rain to a stand-up bus, and ride it to the airport. How on earth are you supposed to make close connecting flights with those conditions? We barely made it only because they let us skip the line for security. Save yourself the misery; dig deeper in your pocket for a better airline."

Voordelen: "It's not the first time I fly Pegasus the flight is good and I know low cost don't offer free meals but on my booking it was written meals on both flights. So I don't know who to blame the website or the airline but I was too tired to ask them."
