It will be better if Latam will love to tell us when they made changes in my itenary. I feel that my itenary was change to however they like instead of how we arrange when I purchase my ticket. I have two elder people with me and i did not like that we have to split to be able to get home. The counter people does not know how fix situation and don't understand reasons.we wanted to board the plabe together as we purchase the ticket. i dont know why my ticket was the itenary the same as when we left to Peru. I feel that what I choose was not acceptable that.my itenary could be change to however Latam wants to do. That is very not nice and not restpetful to my wishes. Please call us for an apology and maybe a refund for all that we have to go to. My bag is also not get the destinatiin to Jfk.

Nadelen: "I needed to change my flight because of a death in the family. To change my flight was more expensive than the initial ticket itself. That is ridiculous. You should not do that to people. There should be a $300 change fee and that's it. At most. The entertainment would be good if I could hear it - but I couldn't. The sound was terrible. Uncomfortable seats. Barely slept. Overal terrible experience. Also turn on the damn entertainment while we are waiting on the tarmac - why wait until we are in the air? Almost every other airline - all the good ones - Emirates, Lufthansa, and other quality airlines - will let you access the in flight entertainment as soon as you sit. But the change cost of the ticket was the most offensive thing. I feel robbed, in a time of tragedy."

There was a seat for one of us (we overheard same conversation at counter next to our - 2 passengers, one available seat)... Explanation was they had technical problems with original plane and they had to replace it with smaller one and everybody else used online checkin in last 48 hours...Everybody else used online checkin?! Is that the rule? Last 48 h of my trip in Peru i did not have internet access, but if it's the only way to get your seat, you paid for months in advance, then I would find some solution. At the end, staying persistent in our request,we were on the scheduled flight (some "miracle" happened and we got 2 seats, next to each other, as same as couple from counter next to us)"

Nadelen: "Everything. We never made it to the last flight because they cancelled our flight home, stranding us (myself, husband and 2 small children) in Ecuador. I have traveled extensively for almost 20 years and have NEVER dealt with such a terrible company with such shady employees. It was unbelievable and we aren't the only ones. Just take a peek at their social media accounts. They don't allow reviews anymore but there is a community of people who have been stranded in South America by LATAM and the link is easily found. They seem to have a ploy to try and get people to buy extra tickets. Seriously a scam. Stay away!"

Nadelen: "-Crew kept trying to take my plastic cup and looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to reuse it. No concept of sustainability or waste. Very troubling. -The attendants skipped my row when handing out M&M bags. When I alerted an attendant to this, again I was looked at like I was crazy, and he said that they were not distributing chocolates. I said that everyone else around me had M&M's. He then said that they had run out, which I found difficult to believe, given that they flight was at a max 75% full."

I don't like things about that trip my Trip was only 1:28 minute but my flight came to Dulles around 7:00 in the evening no help at the Chicago airport I had to walk walk

The Air Canada flight to Athens didn't happen. Air Canada canceled the flight 14 hours before departure. Our group was re-routed, but all through different cities. My rebooking took me on United from DTW to Reagan (Washington DC) then Dulles (Washington DC) to Athens. That is almost impossible to transfer from one airport to the other. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Air Canada to change my connection and finally was booked for DTW to Dulles, Dulles to Athens. The individual agent was wonderful to work with. However, the whole cancellation experience on short notice was disappointing as a first-time international traveler.

It was too crowded. Flight was delayed and luggage collection was a mess.

Aucun surclassement offert durant le vol tandis que la famille à côté de moi était malade 4. Ils ont perdus mon bagage à main alors que l'agence de bord m'avait promis de ne pas le perdre lorsque je lui ai demandé. Ils m'ont retiré mon bagage à main puisque ma petite valise que je transportais n'entrait pas sous le siège. L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."

Voordelen: "D’être arrivée à bon port en toute sécurité Ponctualité du vol Les agents de bord qui s’expriment en français. Même si avec difficulté pour certains, bel effort de communiquer dans la langue du passager."
Nadelen: "Il est très difficile d’entendre le pilote au micro. Par chance il n’y avait pas de message d’urgence à transmettre car nous peinions à l’entendre. Aucun service de la part de l’équipage lorsque nous pesons sur la demande d’assistance située sur notre siège. Ils ne répondent pas à l’appel autre que pour fermer, à distance, la demande de soutien. Extrêmement déplorable et dangereux si un passager a besoin d’aide ou à un malaise. Très très très décevant. Première fois où cela arrive sur un vol. La « grande variété » de divertissements sur l’application air Canada rouge.......très très difficile d’obtenir une connexion (un des passagers avec moi n’a jamais pu l’obtenir ) et finalement .....pour une « variété » et « qualité «  très discutable. Manque d’espace flagrant pour les jambes. Confort laisse à désirer."

Voordelen: "L'embarquement s'est fait de manière rapide et efficace, il n'y a pas eu de délai. Le personnel était très agréable et j'ai particulièrement aimé le fait que les agents de bord était québécois. Après 5 mois en France, je me sentais déjà à la maison juste en attendant leur accent à l'embarquement."
Nadelen: "My wife was denied boarding the flight because of some confusion with her documentation. This "kid" that was an Air Canada representative took it upon himself to deny her boarding because of what he claims as documentation not good enough to travel through Canada into the United States. My wife, who's green card is pending has travel authorization by USCIS that expires in Oct. 2018 that permits her to travel back and fourth from Peru to the US. She also has a special stamp from USCIS in her Peruvian passport. We tried our best to make this guy understand. He clearly did not understand the rules regarding her situation. He didn't even bother to get a manager. Furthermore, we were treated terribly by the Air Canada staff at the Lima Airport. They could see I was visibly furious. I had to leave my wife there at the airport not knowing for sure if she was ever going to get out of Peru. When I went to check in my bags, they tried to charge me $250 because both my bags were overweight. One of the gate agents tried to coax me into a fight just so they could call security. The whole thing left me shaken. Not only that, I had to make another reservation for my wife on United Airlines which costs me $1700. She had no problem boarding that flight with her documentation. I find that interesting don't you?"

Nadelen: "Lors du vol Montreal-Miami les repas ont ete servis trop tard et il n'y avait plus rien à choisir. Il n'y a plus de télé ni de radio pour passer le temps à moins de louer ."

Nadelen: "Food was terrible, the worst I had in flying with air Canada."
Voordelen: "The passengers, the Brussels airport retail area, 1 of the flight attendants who was polite and welcoming, and the entertainment selections. Finally being connected to Swiss staff."
Nadelen: "The crew was not very welcoming and was borderline rude when I asked any sort of question such as why I was not allowed to wear my headphones prior to take off. I was patient in not wearing them, but could not relaxing into the trip for the 40+ minutes we remained on the ground mostly not moving. I was tired when boarding and fumbled with my documents and was very curtly told to just hand them over. Another time I accidentally mistook headphones the stewardess was handing out for something else. I took a pair and then immediately gave them back with an apology that I didn't realise what they were, but thanked her anyway. This was met with a scowl and a bit of opposition. There was one stewardess that was very nice and accommodating out of the entire crew. On top of this the toilet seat on the plane was broken, so it fell on you when you were trying to go to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was broken. I didn't dare mention these things to the flight crew though. The plane was late taking off from Montreal, and so was late landing in Brussels. No effort was made to provide connections assistance, or provide directions on where to go to rebook our missed connections. I and all others traveling to Zurich spent the entire morning trying to find anyone from Air Canada to help us rebook our flights. We literally were going from desk to desk between two terminals, and consulting each other as we went to limit the amount of leg work we all had to do. We all had to finally leave the terminal area and go to Swissport and stand in a long slow line. By that time any afternoon flight was already overbooked. So I and a group of other passengers were booked for an evening flight which forced me to book a hotel in Zurich because I couldn't get to where I needed to be that evening. After being rebook, I still tried to get on an earlier flight by going directly to the gate. It was confirmed that there was some extra space available, but they would not switch me to the earlier flight because I had a checked bag that I could not separate me from. Ultimately my bag was lost which made me have to stay awake and in the Zurich airport even longer after I finally arrived going from one lost baggage representative to another, and then waiting in another line to finally fill out paperwork because my bag had never been scanned in Brussels. The Zurich representatives were very polite, helpful, and efficient compared to anyone I encountered in Montreal, or Brussels. I was without my bag for 3.5 days of what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. My trip was reduced to 9 days because I spent an entire day in the Brussels airport and then had to spend the night in Zurich. I arrived in Zurich on Saturday night, and received my bag on Tuesday afternoon. All in all it was not a good experience until I got to Switzerland."

She was a little mean, but I'm willing to let it slide. In fact, I'm willing to let a lot of the negative things about the flight slide because of her (sorry, got to give credit where credit is due)."
Nadelen: "Got diarrhea from the waffles. The seats did not recline. No entertainment, but hey, this flight was damn cheap so I'm not complaining! Also, see positives."

Nadelen: "I never made it to EWR. Due to an inch of snow in Toronto, my flight was cancelled. I didn't find out until I landed in Toronto. There was no rebooking automatically like on other airlines. Once I did rebook, agent gave me wrong information and made me wait over an hour. I did get home, taking uber from a different airport. But should have been easier."

Wild goose chase sent us on a one hour, $26 train ride to Milan central station where we learned the train air canada told us to take didn't exist. Suddenly forced to take a 2.5 hr, $500 cab ride to Venice."
Nadelen: "I missed my flight due to new regulation eTA. why not warning people when purchase the ticket?"

The menu was poor, everything was sold individually.

Embarquement à Malaga à 16h50 au lieu de 15h35. Arrivée à Palma de Majorque à 18h20 pour une correspondance à 18h15. Nous avons donc logiquement manqué notre correspondance en direction de Marseille. AirEuropa nous a laissé sans solutions dans Majorque. INADMISSIBLE

Nadelen: "Normalement, les vols long courriers offrent toujours des bagages en soute. Apparemment ce n'est pas le cas de air Europa. Cependant, cette information n'a été clair nulle part. J'ai dû payer taxe de 150$ à l'aéroport pour cette malhonnêteté. Exactement la même remarque concernant la nourriture. Il n'y eu aucun moment durant la réservation où l'on a pu choisir notre régime alimentaire. Étant végétarien j ai recu un plat avec viande. Le staff m'a dit qu'il fallait appeler la compagnie auparavant, comment le deviner ? De plus, le petit dejeuner était composé de un ridicule sandwich jambon fromage. J'ai demandé pour changer et dit que du jambon au petit déjeuner n'était pas nécessaire mais on m'a répondu avec insolence que c'était un petit déjeuner "normal"! Le service avant même l'embarquement était médiocre et désagréable. A bord, le staff parlaient quasiment exclusivement en espagnol alors que le vol venait du Brésil. A bord, on nous informe sur pour pouvoir regarder des films, il faut télécharger une application car il n'y a pas d'écran disponible. Une fois a bord les réseaux ne fonctionnent généralement pas! Alors le staff propose un iPad a 10€ ?? C'est une action plus que malhonnête!! Informez vos clients à l'avance."

Nadelen: "Not many toilets serving the back of the plane."
Nadelen: "I have to cancel my flight and the meeting I had in Madrid to the 2 hours delay."

Nadelen: "We flew on a Boeing 787. The seats were not comfortable. They had no kiosks at check in. Even if you check in online, you will still have to check in at the counter."

Voordelen: "The flight was half empty which was great as i had 3 seats for myself. Everything was on time and functional. The crew was polite and nice."
Voordelen: "Overall was good. Seats, tv. The captains were perfect and the landings awesome. Thank you for that."
Nadelen: "Some of the crew lacks interpersonal relations and after some time they stoped their rounds. The flight office said there are 3 meals and we have been served barely 2. One hot meal and one piece of brad after. They gave others snacks but didnt offered to all the same."

Nadelen: "I had the chicken. Not very good. Also. In Rome Alitalia employees were doing checkin and it was a bit chaotic and disorganized."

Voordelen: "Airplane was comfortable, tech was good, food also good and crew was kind."
Nadelen: "The airline change my schedule without notifying. I had to call before my flights to be aware of what was going on. I can understand the situation on my first flight because San Juan was a mess after the hurricane but when they flight me to Madrid on October 1st they never mentioned that they were planning to cancel my return flight. The next week, when I was supposed to return, I called to reconfirm my flight just before checking out at the hotel when the say to me that my flight was cancelled. The other surprise was that they decided not to flight again to San Juan until March of 2018!!! She suggested that they can flight me to La Habana, Santo Domingo or Miami and then It was up to me to buy my way back home!!! Can you believe it?! It's the first time I've had an experience like that with an airline. I'm finayon San Juan a week after I was supposed to, thanks to the bad planning of Air Europa. I believe that the least that they can do is reassuring that every passenger that buys them a ticket can return home as planned."

Nadelen: "There was a delay getting into the plane and then it was still super hot in the plane. Also baggage wasn't clear in terms of buying checked in baggage."

Nadelen: "Air Europa lost my bag for 6 days. I picked it up at the airport finally the 7th day of my trip. They found it on day 3 but took 4 entire days to ship it from Boston. Awful. We were also delayed 3 hours in Madrid with no compensation, we got a "snack" voucher that totaled $5. It was terrible and I will never fly this airline again."

Nadelen: "Charged 60 dollars for one suitcase they said they announced in the internet the day before. No email or any other notification. belt sign during the all flight for turbulences that neVer existed No food or water because of the sign No entertainment"
Voordelen: "I was a bit worried because I'd never flown with Air Europa. However, the fight price was very reasonable and staff was excellent! The plane was very modern with plenty of room to stretch my legs. They fed us and that was a major plus."
Nadelen: "My seat wouldn't recline and the armrest where you plug in the headphones wouldnt work. I had to watch the movie I chose with no sound until my boyfriend let me use his seat's screen."
Voordelen: "The flight itself was comfortable. The Airbus planes are fantastic."
Nadelen: "I was squeezed in the middle of a row. If I was able to check in ahead of time I would choose a better place to start with. The check in just didn't work!"
Voordelen: "On our way to CCS-Madrid the crew was wonderful, i'd pay with my debit US card with any issues, then when we came Rome to Madrid, the crew was wonderful."
Nadelen: "on our way from Madrid to Rome I did not like the crew to rude, on our way to Madrid - CCS the crew were rude, not all, but most of them."
Voordelen: "I was upgraded to business class which was very spacious and comfortable. The chair fully reclined and I was given a pillow and duvet. Details like a travel bag with socks and a toothbrush were a pleasant surprise. I was thrilled that I could charge my devices all at the same time due to ample outlets."
Nadelen: "The food was just okay (only one option) and I had to ring the attendant to ask for water. There was no beverage service on a 7 hour flight and that seemed odd to me."
Nadelen: "No teníannTV!!"
Nadelen: "Not on time. Delayed boarding and flight. Was told by customer service on the phone that I would not have to pay for checked luggage from Madrid to Barcelona since I am a tourist....guess what? It was a big fat lie. Had to pay 60 Euros to check me and my daughter's bag!"
Voordelen: "Safe trip back home, thank you."
Nadelen: "I felt as if I was treated unfairly by one of the crew members. She clearly saw my friends and I did not receive a meal but continued to pass on the lunches even after noticing my hand was up. It wasn't until I got the attention of another crew member that she finally recognized we were lunchless. Hate to be that guy but could there be some type of prejudice within the Spanish crew members?"
