Nadelen: "The boarding process was a mess with everyone waiting in front of the gate starting 10 minutes or so before the boarding time. The seats didn't recline at all."

Nadelen: "Seats were a bit hard and not a lot of legroom. But. Not unexpected for the section/price. Shorter flight made this bearable. Interior looked dated. Though, it is an A319."

Nadelen: "I had an awful experience. A flight attendant named Comissário Bruno denied me a second dessert when I asked for one. I was flying business class on flight TP059 on March 4 2018 and have Gold status on Star Alliance. Many passengers had declined dessert and I felt extremely embarrassed by having been denied food on a plane for the first time in my life. The attitude and lack of tact of Comissario Bruno on TP059 spoiled the whole flight experience for me."

Nadelen: "Theo charge me a lot for my luggages I just try to call many times to tap for ask about the sports luggages and I never can reach then nobody ever answer the fone . They charge me 124 $ for my board and 90 dollars for my bag the total is 214 $ that’s almost the same price of the ticket ."

Voordelen: "Clean and simple aircraft. Limited but professional service. Uncomplicated boarding procedures."
Nadelen: "Boarding from bus at a main airport in winter. It looks cheap flyght .But we'll organized."

Nadelen: "If there is a luggage fee it should be clearly stated while reserving the flight. It was upsetting to find out at the airport that there was an extra 85 dollar fee on top of the ticket price. The plane was also very cold. Very uncomfortable."

Nadelen: "Chairs not reclinable in "green" section. What is this, a caste system?!?"

Nadelen: "Too sleep deprived from earlier missed connection to notice much about this flight except for the complete mess when it came to boarding. You can't line up 4 boarding zones in an area that is maybe 10ft by 10"

Nadelen: "Tap said that they could not find my seat (even through I paid Kayak / Webjet) and my tickets were cancelled. I lost my flight back and had to stay two days extra in a hotel and lost a day of work. Will never buy here again"

Voordelen: "Service, the way the pilot communicated our delay and the food and beverage"

Nadelen: "This airline company was looking like a scam. I was refused the flight. Then promised compensation, which was then refused again. Treated like kettle. Simply corrupt company."

Nadelen: "Need to pay extra for everything...bags, seats.Very bad practice for entire industry. Should pay $50 extra per flight and mandate that all bags, except hand luggage be checked in."

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Nadelen: "Their 11 hours flight converted to 2 days flight with long waiting time between the flights. They also lost my baggage and there was no organization process in the airport as well as they couldn't resolve any problems related to their flight."

Voordelen: "Nice little snack, horrible coffee"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "They damaged one of my bags and lost the other one. Bad service, really old planes and seats were to small; mind you I was traveling in business class. Over all a horrible airline"

Voordelen: "Very comfortable flight."

Voordelen: "The seats were comfortable and already stocked with a pillow and blanket for all. we each had a personal screen stocked with movies, music, games and flight info. at no additional cost and that was great for passing the time during a long flight from Lisbon to NY. The crew was the best part, so pleasant and helpful and professional. We were instructed to close the shades and were allowed to sleep and woken up for the custom form and the great meal which had the option of soda or wine, etc. at no additional cost. The quality of the food was impressive and the salad even came with a packet of real Portuguese olive oil and vinegar. When appropriate we all had to open the shades and drinks were served again and later a small snack of a sandwich and a juice were given all in perfect timing."

Nadelen: "- Difficult to find TAP to get boarding pass. The boarding pass is necessary for Wifi in the airport."

Nadelen: "The online check in open for a flight from the us to the europe must be open 24 before, indeed it has been opened only 16 hours before..."

Nadelen: "Not much leg room."

Voordelen: "Lots of leg room at no extra charge. The planes are new and very clean. The attendants were friendly and helpful. Food was acceptable."
Nadelen: "TAP can't process global entry at Logan international airport yet."

Voordelen: "Efficient boarding. Very friendly crew. Coach seating comfortable and roomy."
