If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "The seat pocket of the seat in front of me was broken, which resulted in a metal wire poking into my legs for the entire duration of the flight. Not only was it uncomfortable and bordering on painful; but this could also potentially be dangerous in the event of an emergency!!!"

Also will this incident to all my friends after going back to USA. Very very bad experience. Sat down 24 hours at Airport without food and sleep. Mostly will file a case against Airlines."

The crew was friendly, the service good, the food very good and the entertainment excellent. All my flights left on time and arrive on time or earlier. The airplane, an Airbus 300, was new and comfortable."
Nadelen: "The boarding process at Istanbul was a bit chaotic but the flight left on time. I guess the airport personnel knew what they were doing. Istanbul airport is big and modern. There a lot of nice shops, including Duty Free. One annoying thing was the large number of airport employees using these motorized transports, I.e. wheelchairs, bipeds, tricycles, etc, going at high speed. If you don't get out of their way they will run you over!"

Although the menu said cheese sandwiches were available at any time, we were told there weren't any when we asked for one. The guest next to me would push the attendant button and the staff would walk by several times without even making eye contact with her."

Nadelen: "The Sabiha Gökçen airport in Istanbul is discrageful, and changing flights there is always a horrible experience. But this is not, of course, the fault of THY. The airport is simply too small for the current number of flights."

There was no information and no help, and the gate was already closed. The people at the ground terminal knew no foreign languages. All they could say was 'I do not know. This is not my responsibility'. Completely disorganised."

Voordelen: "Food was great and service friendly. They weren't stingy, either; even on the 3 hour flight you got a real meal. Boarding went smoothly, too. Transfer was easy. In flight entertainment had lots of good choices."
Nadelen: "The seats were too small with too little leg room. I'm not that tall, only 5'8", but I could not barely get the headrest up to my height, and my knees still touched the seat in front."

(It was within their weight and size limits) Even with empty seats they assigned me the non reclining row that abuts the restrooms (noise, smells, etc.)"

Nadelen: "Pour un vol international de plus de 4 heures est plutôt surprenant, et desagreable, le fait que l'equipage de l'avion n'ait jamais offert de rafraichissements pendant le vol (never mind de nourriture). Il a fallu que les passagers demandent, à la pièce, d'avoir quelque chose à boire, pour en avoir"

Nadelen: "Plane was delayed for an hour, Mexico city federal police was there and some other teams to ask quest about if someone had approached us to hide something or if they touched us without our permission...it's was weird but this delayed the whole trip."

Nadelen: "Les sièges business devrait être un petit peu plus large au niveau des épaules en position lit. Mes épaules touchées des 2 côtes. Aussi prévoit un petit peu plis de place au niveau des pieds aussi en position lit."

Les écrans tombaient en panne de tous les passagers et l'équipage semblaient ne pas s'en soucier. Pourtant un redémarrage a réglé le problème. (fait a la demande des passagers)."

Voordelen: "Un check-in incroyable, un personnel très attentionné de l'enregistrement à la porte d'embarquement. Vol avec 1 heure d'avance sur le nouveau Boeing Dreamliner. Diner copieux, service de boissons à répétition. Espace pour les jambes entre les sièges."

In the connexion from Mexico city to Santiago the flight attendances were very nice, but I don't understand why you keep in the job someone that is not in the mood for working excellent"

Quand je lui en ai fait la demande elle ne s en ai pas occuper et je suis resté avec mon siege situé entre D et F. Avec en plus le passager devant moi qui a incliné son siege. Disons que j avais peu place. La climatisation ne semblait pas fo ctionner il faisait trop chaud. J avais un transfert a faire a Mexico pour Managua. A MTL on me dit que je dois recuperer mes bagages a Mexico. A Mexico on me dit qu ils les tramsferent eux memes!!! J attend mon vol a la porte 57 pour Managua. Sans en etre averti l em barquement a été changé sans que nous en soyons averti. Heureusement on s en ai rendu compte. En somme une très mauvaise expérience..."

Voordelen: "They charge for the baggage, before they didn't. But at least the crew and travel was great. There was an hr delay because the plane had to stay in another state according to the pilot, something bout a snowy weather. No biggie. And the airline still offers complementary food and drinks. At no charge. Loved it."

We are now unable to get to Belize until Friday and the best they will offer is a coupon for like $30 off a crappy hotel. Next time I’ll lsy more for delta’s far superior service"

Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Unless I hear that this flight was unique I won’t ever fly level again no matter how discounted the airfare"

Nadelen: "Missed our flight from Brussels to Zurich. United said we were booked on next flight six hours later. Gave us vouchers and that was it. Went to check in and the carrier said sorry you can’t board United did not book you. The voucher just has prior info and this flight time. So we missed getting on that flight 3 total hours on the phone with United and they did nothing but put us on hold. Thank you to Brussels air who finally after many years and frustration helped us so we could leave. More than 10 hours later than we should have. Horrible experience and we lost a day of vacation and pre paid plans for the evening I will never use kayak again for international flights. As that was part of the problem per United (probably BS but won’t ever risk it again) and will never use United airlines again as their customer service and lack of caring showed that companies true colors. I hope the rest of this dream vacation is better than this nightmare was."

Nadelen: "Checking was chaotic with non working terminals and insufficient staff Plane was real old (4” scree...even my phone has bigger screen) Onboard drinks were exorbitantly priced (paid 8.99$ for gin and tonic where I got only half can of tonic) Food was ok"

Voordelen: "The price, the mango sorbet, short flight into Belgium, the coffee, the water being offered often"
Nadelen: "The tray was very dirty and obviously had not been disinfected from the previous flight. So I brought it to the attention of one of the crew members, and I felt like she made fun of me in front of other passengers for not liking my tray dirty; and she got a little paper towel for serving, wet it with a bottled water, and wiped my tray quickly. Not hygienic at all and not a word of apology. AIR FRANCE is so much better when it comes to customer service! Also I did not like the constant interruption on the speakers, very loud in my headsets and difficult to watch a movie on tiny screens. The crew members seemed very bossy and uncaring, if not actually rude."

But as I was waiting for luggage and they gave me a hotel room I hadn’t checked the screen. I was most concerned of the person travelling to pick me up in Bordeaux as it is a journey for them as well"

Voordelen: "Loved the hindu vegetarian food. Incredibly tasty and I didn't expect it. No delays. All went smoothly."

Nadelen: "My itinerary said I fly on Brussels Airlines on a specific flight number. I went to the international terminal to discover it is not there. I then asked multiple aiport staff members if they heard of Brussels Airlines and they said they did not. One person said it may be terminal 1, so I went there based on very little information and with hopes it would be there. I got to terminal 1 to discover there is no Brussels Airlines. I walked to Lufthansa because my return flight is through them, but it was not there either. At this point I have 45 min to make it through security and board, and no one can tell me where Brussels Airlines is. The good news is the flight was delayed, and I got an email from United Airlines with the flight status. This is the first time I was contacted by United and there was a completly different flight number than the itinerary. United should be more clear on the airline and terminal information for international flights!"

No boarding announcement and the "gate" was under construction so was a madhouse to board. 3. The crew member put her sweater in my food and pushed the coffee so hard to the person next to me it spilled all over him. To be fair she did apologize for throwing coffee on him. 4. The TV screens were so old you had to push the "touch" screen so your headrest kept moving if the person behind you couldn't decided what to watch... and then hard to watch anything yourself. The food was nasty."
Nadelen: "See above. I didn't like anything, this might have been the worst flight I've ever had to Brussels. I thought I booked a European carrier, but ugh it was actually United. They only care about business class and first class."
