They don't provide you with a meal for international flight and they take 2 hrs to take bags off the plane to baggage claim.

Avec la pandemie, COPA fait des économies sur plusieurs plans (notamment les repas). En géneral les avions vers Caracas ne sont pas les meilleurs non plus

I had to tell the flight attendant about the spoiled seat that I previously brought to the attention of the caretaker of the individual but she had zero concern. I was on a 7 hour flight having to try and avoid the smell. I had to attempt to eat food trying to avoid that smell. The person in front of my seat was able to smell the body odor and urine. He also warned me about the urine in the seat that I was aware of but at least he cared unlike that caretaker. If not fot that experience my flight would have been much better."

Nadelen: "Copa airline is a terrible airline. Not sure how they still in business. The ticketing agents were extremely rude and show a great deal of careless towards their customers. I arrived had already checked in, i had no luggage i simply had a backpack and a carry on bag.She told me that my plane was gone 1.5hr before departure. She went in the system type customer missed flight. What she did was deceptive, unethical, and of course should be illegal. I still believe that flight was overbooked, copaairline had to cancel my previous flight due to the weather. When i contacted copa airline directly nothing they could do they said. I was advised by copaairline to wait 3-4 hrs to reactivate my ticket. I was told specifically by a gentleman that there was a flight boarding at 12am. I waited at the airport for about 8hrs to find out there wasno 12am flight that day. I cant make this up people, i have never in my entire life experience that level of stress and anxiety. I want my money back!!!"
Voordelen: "I flew business class and the cabin crew were great. The cabin was clean, tray table and entertainment system worked as expected. Cabin crew were friendly and checked after my needs. Meal choice was broad and tasted very good. Beer selection was very limited on all my Copa flights from the US to South America and back. I love their new 737-800 aircraft."
Nadelen: "There wasn't much not to like but I would have to say the in-flight entertainment movies could have been better. i.e. wider selection. The entertainment screen sometimes performs a little slow."

Nadelen: "It’s nice that Copa feeds you, even on short flights. But every option was meat- there was no vegetarian option. (The site I booked through didn’t give me - or at least I didn’t see it- the option to request a special meal.) In this day and age, I really recommend they have a non-meat option. On another flight on this trip, I also asked for hot tea from the drink cart, and they said it was coming, and it never came."

I am currently stuck in Panama with a friend, we have no bags because of their poor customer service and lack of communication with ground ops. We are not being refunded and have to purchase another flight for their mistake. If this message detours just 1 person from the experience we had then it was worth the time taken away in a foreign place that I should be exploring happily instead."

Ils ont perdus mon bagage à main alors que l'agence de bord m'avait promis de ne pas le perdre lorsque je lui ai demandé. Ils m'ont retiré mon bagage à main puisque ma petite valise que je transportais n'entrait pas sous le siège. L'agence de bord est parti avec mon bagage contentant tous mes médicaments, ma couverture et une partie de mes vêtements et c'est la dernière fois que j'ai vu ma valise. Lorsque je suis arrivé à Bruxelles, mon bagage à main qui fut placé en soute n'était pas à destination et j'ai pleuré toutes les larmes de ma vie."

Nadelen: "Le vols a été retarder à partir de Québec. J’ai donc du courir à travers l’aéroport de Montréal pour attraper ma connection vers Edmonton. Arrivée à l’intérieur de l’avion, les compartiments à bagages à main étaient pratiquement tous plein. Eu beaucoup de misère à éviter de mettre mon sac à dos sous le siège devant moi. Chose que je déteste car je suis très grand et j’ai besoin d’espace pour mes jambes. On a finalement trouvé un endroit à inséré mon sc à dos après avoir argumenté avec l’agent de bors."

Le personnel était très agréable et j'ai particulièrement aimé le fait que les agents de bord était québécois. Après 5 mois en France, je me sentais déjà à la maison juste en attendant leur accent à l'embarquement."

Voordelen: "The passengers, the Brussels airport retail area, 1 of the flight attendants who was polite and welcoming, and the entertainment selections. Finally being connected to Swiss staff."
Nadelen: "The crew was not very welcoming and was borderline rude when I asked any sort of question such as why I was not allowed to wear my headphones prior to take off. I was patient in not wearing them, but could not relaxing into the trip for the 40+ minutes we remained on the ground mostly not moving. I was tired when boarding and fumbled with my documents and was very curtly told to just hand them over. Another time I accidentally mistook headphones the stewardess was handing out for something else. I took a pair and then immediately gave them back with an apology that I didn't realise what they were, but thanked her anyway. This was met with a scowl and a bit of opposition. There was one stewardess that was very nice and accommodating out of the entire crew. On top of this the toilet seat on the plane was broken, so it fell on you when you were trying to go to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was broken. I didn't dare mention these things to the flight crew though. The plane was late taking off from Montreal, and so was late landing in Brussels. No effort was made to provide connections assistance, or provide directions on where to go to rebook our missed connections. I and all others traveling to Zurich spent the entire morning trying to find anyone from Air Canada to help us rebook our flights. We literally were going from desk to desk between two terminals, and consulting each other as we went to limit the amount of leg work we all had to do. We all had to finally leave the terminal area and go to Swissport and stand in a long slow line. By that time any afternoon flight was already overbooked. So I and a group of other passengers were booked for an evening flight which forced me to book a hotel in Zurich because I couldn't get to where I needed to be that evening. After being rebook, I still tried to get on an earlier flight by going directly to the gate. It was confirmed that there was some extra space available, but they would not switch me to the earlier flight because I had a checked bag that I could not separate me from. Ultimately my bag was lost which made me have to stay awake and in the Zurich airport even longer after I finally arrived going from one lost baggage representative to another, and then waiting in another line to finally fill out paperwork because my bag had never been scanned in Brussels. The Zurich representatives were very polite, helpful, and efficient compared to anyone I encountered in Montreal, or Brussels. I was without my bag for 3.5 days of what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. My trip was reduced to 9 days because I spent an entire day in the Brussels airport and then had to spend the night in Zurich. I arrived in Zurich on Saturday night, and received my bag on Tuesday afternoon. All in all it was not a good experience until I got to Switzerland."

Nadelen: "The terminal had no food options at all when we were in a very delayed flight and hungry. We were not given seats ahead of time and therefore were assigned the last row which was very uncomfortable and could not recline. No one was at the desk to help with the seats for a Very long time. The boarding process was not good."
Nadelen: "The entertainment system was broken on this flight."

The airlines did not make the connecting flight for me, nor for probably 190+ passengers. They were not able to make alternate arrangements for most passengers. I ended up paying for alternate conveyance out of pocket. This type of treatment of paying customers deserves a class action lawsuit. Corporations think they can get away with this, and won’t care unless it hurts their bottom line. When they get sued enough, they’ll start caring about serving the people who pay them the money that enables them to exist as a company. The people working at the United check-in worked hard, but the task was understaffed. Possibly the airport at Brussels is to blame also. Their government feels it’s imperative to do a passport control of everyone connecting to flights, who don’t leave the transit area. This is unheard of at most airports. Passport control and customs if for people leaving the transit area. Their irresponsible slowdown cost millions of dollars, to hundreds of people in just one flight. Perhaps they deserve a class action lawsuit at The Hague and shame in the press to reverse their ridiculous policy. I wonder how many hundreds of people were affected by this policy.

3 hours on the tarmac before take off (for a 7 hour flight). We were told they were working on the wi-fi. Why does that merit making 500 people 3 hours late?? They never fixed the wifi, we had no entertainment.

Trop de monde, ma valise de cabine a été mise en soute!

Avons acheté 3 vols avec United. 2 des ces vols étaient exploités par air Canada. En conséquence, aucune communication entre les 2 compagnies. Avons passé près de 2h au comptoir service pour qu'ils réussissent à imprimer nos billets, malgré qu'ils ont été acheter plusieurs mois plus tôt. L'employé du service a clientèle united de l'aéroport de Newark terminal A n'a rien fait pour nous aider et a offert un service médiocre (mauvaise attitude etc).

Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."

Embarquement à Malaga à 16h50 au lieu de 15h35. Arrivée à Palma de Majorque à 18h20 pour une correspondance à 18h15. Nous avons donc logiquement manqué notre correspondance en direction de Marseille. AirEuropa nous a laissé sans solutions dans Majorque. INADMISSIBLE

Nadelen: "Normalement, les vols long courriers offrent toujours des bagages en soute. Apparemment ce n'est pas le cas de air Europa. Cependant, cette information n'a été clair nulle part. J'ai dû payer taxe de 150$ à l'aéroport pour cette malhonnêteté. Exactement la même remarque concernant la nourriture. Il n'y eu aucun moment durant la réservation où l'on a pu choisir notre régime alimentaire. Étant végétarien j ai recu un plat avec viande. Le staff m'a dit qu'il fallait appeler la compagnie auparavant, comment le deviner ? De plus, le petit dejeuner était composé de un ridicule sandwich jambon fromage. J'ai demandé pour changer et dit que du jambon au petit déjeuner n'était pas nécessaire mais on m'a répondu avec insolence que c'était un petit déjeuner "normal"! Le service avant même l'embarquement était médiocre et désagréable. A bord, le staff parlaient quasiment exclusivement en espagnol alors que le vol venait du Brésil. A bord, on nous informe sur pour pouvoir regarder des films, il faut télécharger une application car il n'y a pas d'écran disponible. Une fois a bord les réseaux ne fonctionnent généralement pas! Alors le staff propose un iPad a 10€ ?? C'est une action plus que malhonnête!! Informez vos clients à l'avance."

So it's almost false advertising. Kayak should protect its users. Also, our checked bag that we paid the extra money for arrived late! After our flight was delayed over an hour by the way! Kayak should protect its customers better. Or at least make sure they're informed"

Nadelen: "Crew was kind of rude. Late dinner service, on a overnight transatlantic lasting only 7.5 hrs one cannot wait More than two hours to get dinner and be able to catch some sleep. Noisy breakfast service, it did not matter if people tried to keep sleeping. The in-flight entertainment program was not tested and needed to be rebooted well into the first hour of flight. Poor preparation and not very kind crew."

Nadelen: "It was a prop job, ground entrance and, because some passengers were delayed, we were 25 minutes late taking off. Problem was, as it wasn't close to the terminal, there was no AC and it got REALLY warm on board."
